본 논문에서는 경제성, 효율성, 확장성 및 개발의 편의성을 고려한 환자 모니터링 모바일 시스템의 개발 사례를 보고한다. 특히 생명징후(Vital Sign) 중에서도 체온(Body Temperature)을 모니터링 하는 모바일 시스템 MBTMS 개발을 다루었다. MBTMS(Mobile Body Temperature Monitoring System)는 다음과 같이 세 부분으로 구성된다: (1) 환자의 체온들 수집하기 위한 센서, (2) 센서를 통해 체온을 측정하는 모듈, (3) 모듈에서 전달받은 자료를 처리 분석, 저장하는 PC(Personal Computer) Application으로 구성된다. 이러한 MBTMS는 입원환자 및 노약자를 위한 경제적인 PMS(Patient Monitoring System) 개발 및 e-Health 연구의 한 부분으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In general, the applications of health education in Thailand have developed from efforts to solve the health problems of rural people, who have been under- served by the health services delivery system of the government. The concept of community oriented health education is a basic one and it provides the key to success of the health care program. Community self-reliance is another concept which the program seeks to foster in its many development strategies.(omitted)

This paper embodies the agent based cinder monitoring system which supports PDA{Personal Digital Assistant). Monitoring system automatically manages data by using data managing agents such as a state managing agent, a location managing agent, a badness managing agent, a circumstances managing agent, etc, and uses a massive data processing agent to manage massive data. The development of agent based data monitoring system for the stable cinder reuse will be an epoch-making method to develop the process mechanized or manual-labored that widely spreads into the real-time automated process.

Fatigue strength database system was developed for Windows 95 on personal computer. The relational database management system Visual Foxpro 5.0 was used. The database system developed contains 3,147 S-N curves and 311 $\varepsilon$-N ones for 437 material symbols and has the ability to search data by material symbol that each specification marks differently. Visual Basic 5.0 was used for graphic presentation and statistical treatment of the data searched.

The personal-computer software program named SAMS(Structural Aging Management System) was developed for the concrete structure of NPP(Nuclear Power Plant). SAMS is constituted of three part, detabase system containing various inspection data, operation program for standard input/output of the inspection data, and application program for efficient operation of database system. Using the SAMS, the field engineers can easily acquire the information about the various inspection data, repair and accidental histories of NPP structures. SAMS will contribute to the effcient maintenance of NPP structures.

This paper discusses an expert system to generate part codes and construct part families, ESPCC, for the group technology application. The ESPCC, that is developed by using VP-Expert rule-based expert system development tool, embodies the specific knowledge of human experts to determine part codes consistent with the OPITZ classification and coding system. The ESPCC is implemented on an IBM compatible personal computers running MS-DOS.

To purpose of this study is to model design and motion analysis of tangential cam mechanism using personal computer system. The CAD(Computer Aided Design) system used in this study was constructed with CPU(Central Processing Unit) 80486, RAM(Random Access Memory) 8M, CGA graphic card. By using developed program for tangential cam mechanism, we designed tangential cam models and analysed displacement, velocity, acceleration of follower.

We deals with stationary layout control system of AGV. It is a intelligent control system to he wholly charged control PC a layout information and guided command and to be controlled a vehicle driving, steering, safety of natural functions of AGV. Fieldbus concentrator of stationary layout control system serves control command from control PC and status information of AGV. Telegram software monitors transmitted command and status information through IR(JnfraRed) modem. Especially it is possible to easily network to use not an exclusive controller of AGV but personal computer(PC) when communicate and interface a different kind of controller.

The development of an open LBS platform makes it easy to use of the location information between telecommunication companies which have different platforms and to develop various LBS solutions using position information. This paper proposes a mobile webservice solution providing public transportation services to the mobile subscribers.
