Health Level Seven(HL7)에서 V2.x, V3 보다 향상된 FHIR(Fast Healthcare Interoperabilty Resources)를 표준을 개발하고 있고, 이를 채택한 솔루션 개발이 활발하고, 각 국가 의료환경에서의 검증이 필요하다. 현재 미국에서 성공적으로 널리 사용되는 V2.x Message와 V3 Clinical Document Architecture(CDA)가 존재 하지만, 이 기술 표준들을 개발하고 사용하는데 긴 시간 투자의 문제점이 있다. 현재 V4로 불리우는 개선된 FHIR를 사용함으로 이러한 문제점을 해결할 방법인지 확인한다. 개인건강기록 관리 또한 사회적인 관심을 끌고 있고, 스마트폰 보급률이 급격히 증가하는 함을 반영하여 개인건강기록 관리 시스템을 스마트폰으로 접속 가능한 시스템으로 개발한다. 이를 구축하기 위해서는 Electronic Medical Record(EMR) 시스템과 Personal Health Profiling(PHP) 시스템간의 정보교류를 FHIR Open API로 구성한다. PHP 시스템에서는 이들 트랜잭션을 RESTful 서비스로 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 FHIR기반의 PHP 시스템을 통해 개인건강관리 시스템의 효율성을 검증하고자 한다.

The design of an intelligent toothbrush, capable of monitoring brushing motion, orientation through the grip axis, during toothbrushing is described. Inappropriate Toothbrushing styles, even in adults, sometimes cause dental problems, cavities, gingivitis, etc. This smart system provides user to monitor his or her brushing pattern using accelerometer and magnetic sensors for evaluation of toothbrushing style. Directional information of toothbrush with respect to earth's magnetic field and activity data were measured by a miniaturized low-power micro- controller, MSP430 and transmitted to personal computer by 2.4GHz radio transmitter, nRF2401. A personal computer provides an on-line display of activity and orientation measurements during toothbrushing. The signal trace is then analyzed to extract clinically relevant measurement. This preliminary study showed that the proposed monitoring system was conceived to aid dental care personnel in patient education and instruction in oral hygiene regarding brushing style.

In this study applied the general controller into th 16bit ordinary controller and recommand the simulator features the real system's propeties without DSP(Digital Signal Processing)-card. This simulator is designed to be synchronized in real time using A/D(Analog-Digital) convert and D/A(Digital-Analong) convert. In this study DSP card which is usually used for complex calculation is replaced with personal computer and designed to control, control-force using with the 16-bit micro processor.

An algorithm for the Hill-Sliding Clustering (HSC) method was developed using the BASIC language for Apple II personal computer. It was designed for initialization of clusters from multivariate multimodal Gaussian data. Landsat multispectral imagery data of a Korean coastal area were used for its performance test. The test showed encouraging results.

For web application vulnerability diagnosis, from the development stage to the operation stage, it is possible to stably operate the web only when there is a policy that is commonly applied to each task through diagnosis of vulnerabilities, removal of vulnerabilities, and rapid recovery from web page damage. KISA presents 28 evaluation items for technical vulnerability analysis of major information and communication infrastructure. In this paper, we diagnose the vulnerabilities in the automobile goods shopping mall website and suggest security measures according to the vulnerabilities. As a result of diagnosing 28 items, major vulnerabilities were found in three items: cross-site scripting, cross-site request tampering, and insufficient session expiration. Cookie values were exposed on the bulletin board, and personal information was exposed in the parameter values related to passwords when personal information was edited. Also, since the session end time is not set, it was confirmed that session reuse is always possible. By suggesting security measures according to these vulnerabilities, the discovered security threats were eliminated, and it was possible to prevent breaches in web applications and secure the stability of web services.

The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of service properties, price expectancy, social influences, and switching costs on adoption intention of 4G in Vietnam. The research model was established by the theory of diffusion of innovation, technology acceptance model, service quality, social influences and switching costs. The result from customers using telecommunication services in Vietnam shows that adoption intention of 4G is affected directly by perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, price expectancy, social influences, prior service quality and switching costs. Whereas, switching costs have negative effect on adoption intention. Other factors such as personal innovativeness, perceived ease of use and prior service quality have an indirect effect on adoption intention of 4G.

This study went beyond making an indicator simply based on theoretical arguments, and explored a wide spectrum of different types of perceptions about energy safety to make a concept of energy safety for the Korean society. The energy safety schemata of people can be divided into three types. Type1 is concern about multi-level risks-responsibility-centric, type2 is concern about security and personal burden-expertise-centric, and type3 is concern about health and personal burden-responsibility-centric. Questions were designed on the basis of the characteristics, differences and commonalities of the three types of perceptions, explored through the Q methodology, and Koreans' perception of nuclear safety was examined. Based on the results of this research the following components of trust in nuclear safety were derived, risk perception, responsibility, honesty, expertise and procedural justification. The items for specifically evaluating them were developed, and factor analysis was conducted, and as a result, the validity of each item was proven. The components of the nuclear safety trust indicator do not exist independently, but influence each other continuously through interactions. For this reason, rather than focusing on any one of them, laws and systems must be improved first so that they can move together in one big frame.

This study attempted to investigate the effects of collectivism as an individual cultural value and leadership practices on employees' organizational commitment of six commercial banks in Vietnam. The study used collectivism and the implementation of five leadership practices as the independent variables, the three components of organizational commitment as the dependent variables and employees' personal factors served as controlling variables. The study utilized a quantitative method of research with questionnaires as the main data collection instrument. The findings of the study have revealed that the individual cultural value of collectivism positively, but to a marginal degree, affected the level of employees' organizational commitment. Among five leadership practices, only the implementation of encourage the heart, positively, but to a marginal degree, influenced employees' affective and normative commitment. The leadership practice of challenge the process had a negative impact on the employees' affective commitment. The personal factors of employees did not have an impact on organizational commitment. The findings and conclusions of this study may be used by the leaders to create the favorable working environment, improve the relationship between leaders and followers and to increase organizational commitment.

This study focused on the development of creative materials by applying tapestry to produce original and high-grade dresses with consideration the modems' tendency to place high value on personal taste and style. The development remained sensitive to current trends and attempted to expand into high value-added dresses. Materials in modem fashion design, as a basis of the fashion industry, can lead to a current of new fashion and produce novel and creative ideas by stimulating the designers' creativity. Designers can diversely express a form according to their intention, since tapestry allows the expression of various feelings of texture and forms according to the combination mode of technique, structure and materials on a basic plane. Moreover, tapestry encrourages the development of varied designs because it can effectively display the texture and color of a textile surface through the careful selection of materials even under the same technique. Tapestry can apply forms similar to a textile's basic structure to fashion design and can create high added value with the merit of being 'handmade'.

We investigated the characteristics of lesson session and the professional development of teachers who conduct good teaching science subject. Seven teachers' were selected the finalists at the elementary school science and teaching competition. The study was based on a semi-structured questionnaire and interviews. To prove validity of the study, the collected data were verified by subject teachers for feedback. The results showed that the teachers believed that their lesson contents and methods were superior to other teachers. To enhance professional development in their lessons, they are only being made through help from colleagues and personal efforts, and a systematic development was involved with necessary situation. As a plan for enhancing an effective quality enhancement of lessons, open classes and conversation between colleagues were proposed. An organization or a group that can motivate teachers and provide systematic support for quality enhancement of lessons by teachers is needed.
