Fintech, which means the convergence of finance and information technology, becomes a hot topic in the financial sector. Through innovative activities on financial services, ICT(Information and Communication Technology) is integrated into the overall financial industry, and a new form of financial services could be expected to improve the existing financial system. On the other hand, fintech services are relatively vulnerable to security issues. Due to the process simplication and the channel fusion, the leakage of personal and financial informations, authentication bypass, phishing, and pharming are getting more concerned. In this study we investigated the security risk of fintech services in the viewpoints of service provider, technology adoption, and security policy. The possible countermeasures to reduce those risks are suggested because security is an important criterion for selecting financial services. This study basically offers quantification of the potential security risks and step-by-step control measures about business processes in the fintech services. The suggested security model includes user authentication, terminal security, payment information protection, API(Application Programming Interface) security, and abnormal transaction monitoring. This study might contribute to an understanding of the security risks and some possible measures for mitigating those risks on the practical perspective.

The trend of satisfying consumer needs (payment for mobile communication, music services, cab ordering, banking products, and food delivery) on a unified online platform has shaped a digital ecosystem, an instrument creating a unified space of economic interaction. Representatives of e-commerce are major stakeholders in the development of such tools. In particular, subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) allow users to create their own ecosystems based on their personal preferences. The rate of subscription service use is growing around the world, yet understanding of the peculiarities of development of this e-commerce sphere is limited due to insufficient research.The study aims to determine the motives and barriers to the use of subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) by consumers and their relationship with consumer characteristics.Proceeding from an online survey of 200 users, the study determines the relationship between the gender and income of consumers and their use of subscription services, motives and motivators for using subscription services, and barriers to the choice of a particular subscription service. The obtained results may serve as a basis for managerial decisions in e-commerce and for improving the effectiveness of marketing solutions.

The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities(IALA) model course recommends specific aspects of basic curriculums for Vessel Traffic Services(VTS) operator education such as modules, course hours, contents, etc. Most domestic training programs for newly appointed VTS operators comply with such recommendations. The objective of this study is to determine whether such modules for VTS operator training recommended by the current IALA model course correspond to the actual opinions of VTS operators who are currently working in the field. To this end, the relative importance of basic modules for vessel traffic services operator training was analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. A questionnaire was designed to include 8 modules recommended by the IALA model course, and the survey results of 52 individuals working at 5 VTS centers were analyzed. The result showed that, unlike the assumption by the IALA, domestic VTS operators viewed Nautical Knowledge as the most important modules, followed by Emergency Situations, Traffic Management, Language, Equipment, VHF Radio, Communication Co-ordination, and Personal Attributes, in that order.

The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of wife's employment to the family expenditures. The data used in the study was 28,329 husband-wife families taken from 1994 Expenditure Survey of Urban Families. The results showed that total expenditure for employed-wife families was 1,171,651won, which is more than 1,078,788won for non-employed-wife families. After controlling other income(total family income minus wife's income), employed-wife families spent more than non-employ-wife famillies for all expenditure categories. Also, when family income and other characteristics to be constant, expenditures of employed-wife families were more on food way from home, domestic services, public transportation, personal care services, and fees, but less on food at home, utilities, health care, and communication, compared to those of non-employed-wife families. Families with high-income-employed wife spent more on clothing services, but less on education, than those with non-employed-wife families.

Audiovisual (AV) facilities such as TVs and signage are installed in various public places. However, audio cannot be used to prevent noise and interference from individuals, which results in a loss of concentration and understanding of AV content. To address this problem, a total technique for remotely listening to audio from audiovisual facilities with clean sound quality while maintaining video and lip-syncing through personal smart mobile devices is proposed in this paper. Through the experimental results, the proposed scheme has been verified to reduce system power consumption by 8% to 16% and provide real-time processing with a low latency of 120 ms. The system described in this paper will contribute to the activation of audio telehearing services as it is possible to provide audio remote services in various places, such as express buses, trains, wide-area and intercity buses, public waiting rooms, and various application services.

Recently, smart devices for various services have been developed using converged telecommunications, and the markets for near field communication mobile services is expected to grow rapidly. In particular, the realization of mobile NFC payment services is expected to go commercial, and it is widely attracting attention both on a domestic and global level. However, this realization would increase privacy infringement, as personal information is extensively used in the NFC technology. One example of such privacy infringement would be the case of the Google wallet service. In this paper, we propose an zero-knowledge proof scheme and ring signature based on NTRU for protecting user information in NFC mobile payment systems without directly using private financial information of the user.

The information protection security diagnosis institution was applied services since 2004, for the leveling up of public information protection and the establishment of the stability and reliability of information communication. And this security diagnosis was implemented actually on the 142 firms in 2005, the 160 firms in 2006 and the 205 firms in 2007. But this is recognized by the some firms as one of the unnecessary regulations. And there are some difficulties with collecting the subjective and reliable source data for establishing the information protection security diagnosis target. In this research, the enhanced model on the selection of information protection security diagnosis target firms was suggested by the interview with some expert and the analysis for the related actual data. By the model which are introduced from the statistical analysis of the related data and the summary of some expert's suggestions, information protection security diagnosis target can include the information telecommunication service providers taking 5 billion won as sales in a year, and web service providers like as shopping mall site, with the personal records of 2 million subscribers.

When it comes to current balance, both of Korea and China enjoy the trade surplus in goods while both countries suffer trade deficit in service. This facts demonstrate that two countries have comparative disadvantages in service industry. In order to identify the international competitiveness of trade in service between Korea and China, several indexes such as TSI, RSCA and IMS was calculated, using the IMF's balance of payments (BOP) statistics as proxy. The results of this analysis are as follows. Korea has a comparative advantage in four sectors (Transportation services, Financial services, Royalties & license fees and Personal cultural recreation), while China has a comparative advantage in five sectors (Travel, Communication services, Insurance services, Computer & information services and Other Business services). Construction services are indeterminate. However, the competitiveness of the two sectors-communication and computer & information-which China has a comparative advantage will be transferred to Korea if some effort to reinforce the competitiveness is added because the gap is being narrowed.

Objectives : To investigate the information searching behavior of health care consumers according to sociodemographic characteristics. Methods : A questionnaire survey was conducted of 1,507 persons who were selected through a multi-stage stratified area cluster sampling of the Republic of Korea, excluding the province of Jeiu-do. Personal were conducted through a door-to-door survey between 27 July and 10 August 1999. Results : 80.5% of respondents used more than one source of information and those $40\sim59$ years of age, female, a housewife or student and those who claimed a religion demonstrated more active information searching behavior. A personal informer was used significantly more in those $20\sim39$ years old, female, and those who claimed a religion. Clerical workers, those with post-secondary education and a monthly income greater than 2,000,000 won ($1500) were more actively used a public informer. Low socioeconomic status and older persons used an experimental informer when they chose a health care institution. Conclusion : Regardless of the sociodemographic characteristics, personal and experimental informers were the most useful source of information. Because appropriate information was not easy to obtain, the health care consumer was dependent upon word-of-mouth communication(personal informer) when using health care services.

멀티미디어 개인 휴대 통신(MPCS)에서 다중 클래스호에 대한 효율적인 채널할당은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Image/Voice/Data 호에 대하여 가변적 보호 채널을 할당하는 새로운 방식을 제안하였다. 이러한 방식은 3차원 상태 천이도로 모델링 되며 보호 채널의 크기를 가변적으로 조절함으로써 보다 융통성있는 서비스를 제공하게 되며, 또한 수학적 분석과 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교분석을 수행하였다.
