This study aims to examine how entrepreneurs' international entrepreneurial orientation and digital orientation affect business networks, innovative product development, and internationalization performance in a digital environment. For this purpose, data were collected from the CEOs of 192 domestic start-up venture companies. The causal relationship between the variables was analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis and structural model analysis using AMOS(18.0 version) for the collected data. It was confirmed that international entrepreneurial orientation and digital orientation have a positive effect on business networks. And the business network was found to have a positive effect on innovative product development and internationalization performance

Cyclones are among the oldest types of industrial particulate control equipment and air sampling device. Until now, a great number of experimental studies have been performed on cyclones. In these studies, almost all of the eight cyclone dimensions were varied and Changes in cyclone performance produced by these variations were studied. Piezoelectric-based hydraulic actuator is a hybrid device consisting of a hydraulic pump driven by piezoelectric stacks that is coupled to a conventional hydraulic cylinder via a set of fast-acting valves. Nowadays, such hybrid actuators are being researched and developed actively in many developed countries by requirement of high performance and compact flight system. In this research, a piezoelectric hybrid actuator has been designed and tested. To achieve bi-directional capabilities in the actuator, solenoid valves were used to control the direction of output fluid. The experimental testing of the actuator in uni-directional and bi-directional modes was performed to examine performance issues related to the solenoid valves. The results showed that the bi-directional performance was slightly lower than uni-directional performance due to air bubble developed in the valve system. A new design to solve the vacuum problem has been proposed to improve the performance of the hybrid actuator.

Recently, due to external environment like the changes in health policy and various healthcare accreditations, along with hospital's internal efforts to improve the quality of medical services, demands for the development of medical information systems are increasing. Some examples are clinical information like DUR (Drug Utilization Review), CVR (Critical Value Report), and automatic benefit processing by treatment purposes, or hospital DSS (Decision Support System) on overall medical practice. Such systems act as a guide in making clinic judgments during practice or in other medical practice, and their effects on the medical treatment improvements are being proven by previous studies. In the reality of increasing attention in the effects of medical treatment improvement, studies related to hospital DDS were mostly focused on clinical, technical, and engineering points of view, and studies focusing on the user viewpoint are very limited. In order to verify the effects of DSS on practice improvements and hospital's management performance, this study used a research model constructed to verify how SERVQUAL of hospital DSS affects hospital management performance in BSC (Balanced Score Card) point of view. To empirically verify the research model, a questionnaire was conducted on the basis of "K-University Hospital's DSS" on clinicians and hospital employees related to system development, and the relationships between the factors were analyzed through path analysis. As a result of path analysis, excluding reactivity, tangibility, confidence, reliability, empathy among service qualities, had partially significant effects on management performance factors (learning and growth, internal process, financial affairs). This study is to prepare the theoretical ground on the management performance analysis of hospital DSS, and suggest the service quality of the system that should be considered in the planning and development stages for improved system.

IT비즈니스의 전략적 연계가 강화됨에 따라 금융서비스에서 IT의존도는 높아지고 있다. 안전하고 신뢰된 금융서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 지속적인 정보보호활동을 수행해야 하며, 이에 관한 조직의 정보보호 업무성과 측정은 의사결정 및 경영지원 측면에서 유용하다. 본 논문은 정보보호관리체계(K-ISMS)와 금융IT 부문 정보보호 업무 모범규준의 평가기준을 기반으로 핵심성공요인(CSF, Critical Success Factor)과 핵심성과지표(KPI, Key Performance Indicator)를 도출한다. 이는 정보보호정책 준수에 유의한 영향을 주는 핵심성과지표를 판별하는 논리적 근거를 제공하며, 금융IT 정보보호 역량을 강화하기 위한 정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

Previous studies have suggested that individuals need to invest in the accumulation of career competencies. To demonstrate how to acquire career competencies, a model consisting of the knowing why, knowing how, and knowing whom competencies was actively discussed in the previous studies. This study seeks to identify the relationships among these competencies based on three ways of knowing, and their effects on perceived work performance. Furthermore, this study tried to identify the importance of each of these competencies in predicting perceived individual performance in the business workplace environment. The findings showed that the knowing why, knowing how, and knowing whom competencies all have a statistically significant positive influence on perceived individual work performance. Also, the study results showed the relative importance of the three competencies for perceived work performance. Specifically, the study results showed that the effects of the knowing why and knowing whom competencies are greater than the effect of the knowing how competency. The theoretical and practical implications of the study results were provided, including empirical evidence of the validity of the career capital model, the appropriateness of the career competency model based on the three ways of knowing, and assignment of resources for the acquisition of career competencies.

This study analyzed the effects of smart phone using for business on work performance in the field. We classified functional and practical aspects of smart phone affecting employee's work performance through former studies. As independent variables, we selected portability of equipment, rapidity of information and ease of use for functional side, and selected fit to work and subjective norms for practical side. And dependent variable was work performance. We also suggested that innovation resistance would be a moderator. The results showed that the effect of work performance was influenced by portability of equipment and fit to work. However, hypotheses on moderating effects of innovation resistance were not supported. This study made a discrimination in terms of an application phase of smart phone as against former studies. The results of this study will provide practical implications for related enterprises in the field to develop ways of using smart phone as an effective strategy.

This study aims to examine the forming procedure of consumer satisfaction from Internet shopping experience. Many studies on the satisfaction have primarily focused on the examination of the antecedents of satisfaction along with the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm dominating the former studies. This study has built an Internet shopping expectation-disconfirmation model as to apply the expectation-disconfirmation into the condition of the Internet shopping. The summary of study represented in following. l. The expectation of risk and performance of benefit had a significantly positive effect on the perceived disconfirmation. In addition, an expectation of benefit and performance of risk had a significantly negative effect on the perceived disconfirmation. 2. A performance of risk and performance of benefit not only had a significantly indirect effect, but also a significantly direct effect on the consumer satisfaction. But expectation of risk and expectation of benefit had no significant direct effect on satisfaction. 3. Not only the perceived disconfirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but also an effect of the perceived disconfirmation on satisfaction(0.472) is larger than that of the performance of risk or performance of benefit. Meaning that, it is desirable for one to apply the expectation-disconfirmation model into the Internet shopping circumstances as much as the off-line markets.

Many of the studies of visual attention that are currently underway are seeking ways to make application systems that can be used in practice, and obtained good results using not only simulated images but also real-world images. However, despite that previous studies of selective visual attention are models intended to implement the human vision, few experiments verified the models with actual humans and there is no standardized data nor standardized experimental method for actual images. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new performance evaluation techniques necessary for evaluation of visual attention systems. We developed an evaluation method for evaluating the performance of the visual attention system through comparison with the results of the human experiments on visual attention. Human experiments on visual attention is an experiments where human beings are instinctively aware of the unconscious when images are given to humans. So it can be useful for evaluating performance of the bottom-up attention system. Also we propose a new selective attention system that guides the user to effectively detect ROI regions by using spatial and temporal features adaptively selected according to the input image. We evaluated the performance of proposed visual attention system through the developed performance evaluation method, and we could confirm that the results of the visual attention system are similar to those of the human visual attention.
