본 논문은 지문 인식 알고리즘의 신빙성 있는 성능 평가를 위해 실험에 사용되는 지문 영상 데이터베이스의 특성을 정량화하는 방법과 지문 영상 데이터베이스들의 난이도를 측정하는 방법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 지문 영상 정합 시에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 정의하였으며, 두 지문 영상의 정합을 minutiae 기반이 아닌 orientation field을 사용하여 요소들을 평가한다. Orientation filed는 기존의 orientation 방법을 이용하되 계층적으로 측정함으로써 정합시의 속도와 정확성을 개선하였다. 실험 결과, 두 영상을 정합하여 얻어진 각각의 요소들의 측정수치는 데이터베이스들의 특성을 보여준다. 데이터베이스 난이도의 측정은 지문 인식 알고리즘들의 성능을 객관적이고 정량적으로 비교할 수 있게 해준다.

As globalization has been progressed, companies faced a situation in which it was difficult to secure global competitiveness only with their internal management systems. To overcome this, Supply Chain Management (SCM) emerged, which optimizes the whole supply chain process from suppliers to demand companies. In this study, it was analyzed that the effects of customer integration among the integration factors of SCM, and market orientation among the strategic orientations on management performances such as non-financial performance and financial performance through a mediating role of flexibility. At this time, it was analyzed whether CEO's support has a moderating effect on the influence of the market orientation. As a result of analysis, the customer integration was found to have an indirect effect on the non-financial performance and the financial performance through the flexibility. The market orientation was found to have a direct effect on the non-financial performance and at the same time, indirectly affected it through the flexibility. In addition, it was shown that more the level of CEO's support, higher the influence of the market orientation. This moderating effect had an indirect effect on the financial performance. Based on the above findings, various implications for improving management performance were proposed. This study suggests that investments in computerization such as ERP and smart factories can improve supply chain management performance and ultimately improve customer satisfaction and financial performance.

본 연구는 기업가지향성과 흡수역량이 중소기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 제품혁신성과의 매개효과를 중심으로 분석한다. 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 중소기업의 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 기업가지향성과 흡수역량이 제품혁신성과(제품속도, 제품품질)를 매개로 성과에 이르는 경로를 규명한다. 실증연구를 위해 대전테크노파크 입주기업 등 총 1,775개 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 수집한 설문지 233부의 응답 내용을 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석결과 흡수역량과 기업가지향성이 제품혁신성과를 매개로 성과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가지향성과 흡수역량이 높을수록 제품속도와 제품품질을 높이고 제품혁신성과가 기업의 성과로 연결되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업의 전략 측면과 외부 정보 활용 역량 측면에서 기업가지향성과 흡수역량이 제품혁신성과를 높이고, 제품혁신성과가 기업의 성과로 이어진다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 분석결과는 외부환경에 대응하여 우수한 품질의 제품을 더 빠르게 창출하여 성과를 높이는 데 기업의 전략과 외부 정보를 흡수 활용하는 흡수역량이 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

The purposes of this study are to explain and identify the frame of structural relations of learning orientation, self-efficacy, learning transfer and job performance of farmers who participated in the strong and small farms education. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 495 farmers who have taken the farm education. Based on the collected data, the study conducted a structural equation modeling(SEM) to confirm the validity and analyze the structural relations of the suggested model. Using measured and latent variables drew from the analyses, the study set a structural equation model and tested the model by analysis of the structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0. The results found from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. 1) Learning orientation and self-efficacy positively influenced job performance through learning transfer. 2) The hypothesis that learning orientation would have direct impact on job performance was not supported. 3) The strong and small farms education is useful to expand learning transfer and to enhance job performance. So, government policy support has to reinforce learning support on farmers in order to achieve high performance of learning and job management through farm educations.

본 연구의 목적은 민간경호경비 회사의 시장지향성과 서비스품질 및 경영성과의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2009년 서울 소재 민간경호경비 회사를 모집단으로 선정한 다음, 유의표집법을 활용하여 250명의 연구대상을 표집하였다. 그러나 응답이 불성실하고 무의미한 자료를 제외하고 최종분석에 사용된 사례수는 총 235명이었다. 이 연구에서는 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도분석의 알파값과 공변량구조분석의 최대우도법을 이용하였다. 설문지의 타당도는 외생변수의 경우 .675, 내생변수의 경우 .732이상으로 나타났으며, 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's $\alpha$값이 .732이상으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 신뢰도분석을 위해 SPSSWIN 16.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 확인적 요인분석과 공변량구조분석을 위하여 AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 적용하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통해 이 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 이 연구는 민간경호경비 회사의 시장지향성이 첫째, 간경호경비 회사가 시장지향적일수록 서비스품질은 향상된다. 둘째, 민간경호경비 회사가 시장지향적일수록 경영성과는 향상된다. 셋째, 서비스품질이 좋을수록 경영성과는 높아진다. 이상의 결론을 종합하면, 민간경호경비 회사의 시장지향성은 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 서비스품질을 통하여 경영성과에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 메가 FTA의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 오늘날의 통상환경 하에서 광주·전남지역 중소기업의 기 체결 FTA 활용성과와 FTA 학습지향성이 한·중·일 FTA 활용의지에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하고 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기 체결 FTA 활용성과는 한·중·일 FTA 활용의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, FTA 학습지향성은 한·중·일 FTA 활용의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 체결예정인 한·중·일 FTA의 활용의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들을 실증분석하고 있다는 점에서 본 연구의 결과들은 향후 한·중·일 FTA 관련 정책 수립 시 의미 있고 유용한 실무적 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, we examined the effects of high-performance work system(HPWS) on healthcare staffs' patient orientation and perceived service quality. To investigate the causalities of the factors such as HPWS, patient orientation, and perceived service quality, we collected national wide samples of 721 healthcare staffs from 144 hospitals. We deployed reliability analysis(Cronbach ${\alpha}$) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) for the factors. With 4 proposed hypotheses, we fabricated a structural equation model with AMOS 7.0 and examined the validity of the hypotheses. Followed were findings of this study. First, the healthcare staffs' perceptions of HPWS in hospital settings were positively linked to the perceived service quality. Second, the intensity of HPWS also influenced the healthcare staffs' patient orientation. Third, the perceptions of patient orientation were positively linked to the perceptions of service quality. Fourth, HPWS were linked to healthcare staffs` perceptions of service quality both directly and indirectly through their perceptions of patient orientation. These findings implied that HPWS would be a way of survival in drastically changing hospital environments.

Experiments to measure the pool boiling heat transfer on the micro-fin surfaces were performed with PF5060. The effects of various orientation and subcooling of heat surface on pool boiling performance were investigated under various heat-flux conditions for plain and micro-fin surfaces. The comparison between the results of this study and those of previous work shows a similar trend at the same conditions. From the results, it is proved that nucleate boiling performance is strongly dependent on the orientation, the micro-fin structure and the subcooling of heat surface. The heat flux on the surface with orientation angles of $45^{\circ}$ and $90^{\circ}$ was larger than that on horizontal surface(${\theta}=0^{\circ}$) at same wall superheat because of the effect of bubble sweeping. The nucleate boiling performance of micro-fin surfaces is enhanced by decreasing the fin size(WxL) and the pitch, respectively. The subcooling makes nucleate boiling performance lower for both micro-fin and plain surfaces.

The primary goal of this research is to identify the impacts of window design on the energy use in buildings which takes up about 25% of the total energy consumption. Recently, efficient use of energy is gaining more importance in buildings. Window design, especially being dependent on glazing performance choices, is an important factor for reducing energy consumption in most of the buildings. It also is influenced by the latitude of the site and window orientation. This paper aims at identifying the influence of Window performance indicators(U-value, SHGC), orientation and latitude on the building energy consumption with systematically designed simulations. Comparative study has been performed for five different locations; Greenland, Korea, Singapore, Argentina and Chile along with the different window U-value and SHGC values. The results show that optimum window system with properly coordinated window performance indicators(U-value, SHGC), orientation achieves dramatic reduction of energy consumptions. Windows with low U-value could reduce heating loads and high SHGC could reduce cooling loads. The study also verifies that the windows installed at south facade is more energy efficient in the northern hemisphere while windows facing north is more energy efficient in the southern hemisphere.

이 연구는 사격선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 인지된 운동수행이 어떠한 관계를 형성하고 있는지를 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대한사격연맹에 2014년 등록된 대학 사격선수 112명을 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 16.0과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 연구의 목적에 부합하도록 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 성취목표성향 하위요인인 과제지향성은 자기관리에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취 목표성향 하위요인인 과제지향성과 자아지향성은 인지된 운동수행에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기관리는 인지된 운동수행에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
