  • The study aims to predict the behavior of tourists in Hadong County, which is registered as KIAHS. Based on the theory of planning behavior, we intend to verify the theory of planned behaviour, which adds descriptive parameters of the perceived value and prior knowledge of an agricultural heritage. In detail, first, the perceived value and prior knowledge of tourists about an agricultural heritage understand the influence of tourists' Attitude. Second, we could see the role of the behavioral factors in the causal relationship of the planned behavioral theory. We have identified the planned behavioral theory that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior controls affect the intention of the revisit. Hadong should remember that by sending and providing various information about Hadong Green Tea and World Agricultural Heritage sites, it is possible to elicit changes in visitor attitudes and revisit visits.

  • Vietnam is very attractive market to Korean firm. Because of changing consumer needs, competitive actions, or any other changes in Vietnam marketing environment over time, managers may need to reposition their brands through new marketing communication campaigns. For repositioning, core identity can be an important strategic objective for market managers. Using data from Vietnam, this research aims to determine core identity and to make repositioning plan with it and find considerable results.

학령전 아동의 외양-실재 구분과 조망수용 능력의 관계 (Relationship between Children's Appearance-Reality Distinction and Perspective-Taking Ability)

  • The main purpose of this study was to explore the development of knowledge about the appearance-reality distinction and the perspective-taking ability and to examine its relation. The subjects were 104 children, 13 boys and 13 girls each at the age of 3, 4, 5, and 6. The performance of four age groups were compared on illusion appearance-reality, color appearance-reality, perceptual perspective-taking, and cognitive perspective-taking tasks. The data were collected by individual testing and analyzed by the two-way ANOVA with repeated measures, one-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The major results were as follows. 1. In children's understanding of the appearance-reality distinction, significant differences were found between 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds, and 5-year-olds and 6-year-olds. While between 4-year-olds and 5-year-olds showed no such differences. Besides, gender did not affect the children's understanding of the appearance-reality distinction. 2. There was significant difference in performance according to the type of tasks. That is 3-year-olds perform better illusion appearance-reality distintion than color appearance- reality distintion, while 4, 5, 6 year old children's performance of color appearance-reality and illusion appearance-reality distinction showed no difference. 3. In children's ability of perceptual perspective-taking, significant difference was found between 3, 4, 5-year-olds and 6-year-old children. And in ability of cognitive and perspective-taking, significant difference was found between 3, 4-year-olds and 6-year-old children. Besides, gender did not affect the children's perceptual and cognitive perspective-taking. 4. The color appearance-reality distinction and perceptual perspective-taking showed significant correlation. That is, the children of high grade for perceptual perspective-taking were better understanding of color appearance-reality distinction.

IT 프로젝트 아웃소싱에서 거버넌스-주변지식의 조화가 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 분석: 고객사-공급사 간 인지차를 중심으로 (An Empirical Analysis of the Effect of Governance-Peripheral Knowledge Fit on the Performance of IT Project Outsourcing: Focusing on the Perceptual Gap between Client and Vendor)

  • 본 연구에서는 IT 프로젝트 아웃소싱에서 고객사와 공급사간에 존재하는 인지적 일치점과 차이점에 대하여 고찰하였다. 특히, 고객사 또는 공급사의 주변지식과 거버넌스 방식의 조화가 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 양측의 관점을 비교하였다. 107개의 IT 프로젝트를 대상으로 각 프로젝트에 참여한 고객사와 공급사 양측을 모두 설문조사하여 비교 분석한 결과, 첫째 양측의 주변지식 중 고객사보다는 공급사의 주변지식이 프로젝트 성과에 대한 긍정적 영향요인이라는 의견이 고객사와 공급사 양측에서 동일하게 제시되었다. 하지만, 이러한 주변지식에 결합되는 통제 방식에 있어서는 양측이 다른 견해를 보였다. 고객사는 과정통제 하에서 공급사 주변지식은 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다고 보았지만 공급사는 자신들의 주변지식이 결과통제와 결합될 때 프로젝트 성과에 기여하는 시너지 효과가 발생한다고 보았다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 양측의 인지적 일치점과 차이점에 대한 해석을 제공하며 이는 기업들이 IT 프로젝트를 수행함에 있어 관리적 함의를 제공할 것이다.

Information Professionals' Knowledge Sharing Practices in Social Media: A Study of Professionals in Developing Countries

  • The primary objective of this study was to investigate the perception of informational professionals' knowledge sharing practices in social media platforms. The specific objectives of the study included learning professionals' perceptions and awareness of knowledge sharing using social media, understanding their opinions and beliefs, and gaining familiarity with and reasons for using these tools. Open & close ended web-based questions were sent out by email to the international training program (ITP) participants. Findings indicated that most of the respondents' were aware of using social media and that they used social media for knowledge sharing. Speed and ease of use, managing personal knowledge, easier communication with users and colleagues and powerful communication tool are the areas that motivated them to use it. It also stated some barriers like lack of support, familiarity, trust, unfiltered information and fear of providing information. The study was limited to the perceptual aspect of the issue, specifically from the individuals' opinions and sentiments.

연속 반응시간 과제를 이용한 내재적 운동학습의 특성 연구 (The Study of Implicit Motor Learning Using a Serial Reaction Time Task)

  • Motor skill learning can be acquired implicitly without consciousness of what is being learned. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of implicit motor learning in young and elderly people using a perceptual-motor task. Forty normal young and elderly subjects participated. A modified version of the Serial Reaction Time Task (SRTT) using six blocks of twelve perceptual motor sequences was administered. The paradigm consisted of the first random sequence block followed by the four patterned blocks and another random block. In each block, the go signal consisted of an asterisk displayed in the one of the four parallel arrayed boxes in the middle of the screen. Subjects were instructed to push the corresponding response buttons as quickly as possible. Young subjects demonstrated shorter reaction times during the consecutive patterned blocks reflecting appropriate learning accomplished. Elderly subjects were able to learn a perceptual-motor task with implicit knowledge, but the performance was lower than that of the young persons. These results indicated that implicit sequence learning is still preserved in elderly adults, but the rate of learning is slower.

디지털저작도구의 창의적 특성과 교육에 관한 연구: 3D 애니메이션 저작도구(3DStudioMax)를 중심으로 (Research on creative property and education of digital authoring tools)

  • 애니메이션 도구가 아날로그 도구에서 디지털 저작도구로 바뀌면서 애니메이션의 비약적인 발전이 이루어졌다. 디지털 저작도구의 위상변화에 따라, 대학과 학원 등에서 디지털 저작도구의 교육에도 많은 변화가 생기게 되었다. 디지털 저작도구가 단순한 도구(tool)이라는 인식으로 인해 저작도구에 대한 연구가 부족하였으므로, 대학교육 현장에서 학생들의 디지털 저작도구에 대한 적응의 어려움과 체감난이도를 줄여보고자 이것에 대한 분석적 접근을 해보고자 한다. 아울러 애니메이션 종사자들의 사회적 문화적 변화와 초급자와 실무자의 재교육에 있어 디지털 저작도구의 효과적인 교육방안을 제안 한다. 이 도구는 지각적 지식과 서술적 지식을 동시에 가지고 있고 언어적 특징과 지식적 특징들을 가지기 때문에, 배우기도 힘들고 제대로 익히기 위해서는 전문적 수준의 컴퓨터그래픽지식을 배워야 한다. 그리고 창조적인 결과물을 제작하기 위해 저작도구 내에서 창의적인 시도를 하기도 한다. 또한 자기개발을 위해 사용자들은 커뮤니티를 형성해 정보를 교환하고 더 나아가 저작도구를 매개로한 구인구직시장을 형성하기도 한다. 이처럼 디지털 저작도구는 단순한 도구가 아니다. 그래서 저작도구에 대한 태도를 학구적으로 바꿀 필요가 있다고 생각한다. 그러나 이것이 긍정적인 측면만 가지고 있는 것은 아니어서 사용자들이 다루는 저작도구에 종속화되는 현상이 생기고 있으며, 저작도구를 맹신하거나 타 소프트웨어에 비판적인 입장을 갖게 되기도 한다. 기존에 저작도구에 관한 연구가 공학적 측면과 산업적 측면만으로 보는 경향이 많았는데, 이 논문을 통해서 인문학적 측면에서 사회/문화적 특징과 학술적인 의미를 찾고 교육적 차원에서 어떻게 접근하는 것이 옳은 것인지 조사 한다.

초임부의 모성 정체성에 관한 모형구축 (Model Construction of Maternal Identity in Primi-gravida)

  • It was assumed that the maternal identity in primi-gravida is one of the most attribute of the motherhood, that is not biological but cognitive phenomena, appears active process as intelligent human being. The purposes of this study were that the identification the cognitive structure and the influencing factors of the maternal identity in primi-gravida. Theoretical framework in this study, maternal identity in primi-gravida was constructed as a cognitive output, has the cognitive structure of cognitive-perceptual factor, cognitive-behavioral factor, and cognitive-emotional factor. Influencing factors of maternal identity was constructed as a cognitive input, which were pregnancy related perceptions (pregnancy intention, minor discomfort, value of motherhood), interpersonal relationship(relationship with mother, relationship with husband, relationship with social network), preparation to motherhood(maternal knowledge, antenatal self care), and biological factor (gestation period). This study was the descriptive correlational research design, was done from the 3rd January to the 15th March 1996, and the research subjects were selected conviniently 226 the primi-gravida during the gestation period, data collection method was self reported questionnaire cross-sectionally. Descriptive data analysis was done by SAS PC$^{+}$, testing the hypothetical model was done by covariance structural analysis using LISREL 8.03 program. The result of the hypothesis testing, the value of motherhood(y=.650, T=4.26) the maternal knowledge (y=.137, T=2.030), the gestation period( y=.113, T=2.621), showed significant causal effect on the maternal identity in primi-gravida. In conclusion, the maternal identity in primi-gravida had interrelated cognitive structure consist of perceptual, behavioral, and emotional factors. Significant causal factors influencing the maternal identity were value identified. It seems to contribute toward the understanding the characteristics of the maternal identity as a cognitive domains that has been regarded highly abstract concept, so has not been validated empirically.y.

Understanding of the Fintech Phenomenon in the Beholder's Eyes in South Korea

  • Advances in information technology (IT) bring about technological innovation in financial businesses, referred to as financial technology (fintech), beyond the traditional financial industry. While fintech implies more convenient and various financial services to customers, it leads to more complexity in the financial sector, as different industry players (e.g., IT firms) can participate in financial businesses. The complexity of fintech causes controversial issues related to policies and the appropriate development direction. In order to provide insight into the current state of fintech, this study explores the fundamental understanding of the fintech phenomenon from the perspective of the major stakeholders (i.e., financial authorities, financial companies, IT firms) in South Korea. This study analyzed news articles, where those stakeholders expressed their arguments, by using a content analysis. The study also conducted an intensive examination of their arguments by using a core-periphery approach of social representations. This study found that while the three beholders had a common opinion on deregulation of the fintech industry, each of them had different knowledge of the phenomenon. By revealing each beholder's structure of representations of fintech, this study not only provides common knowledge regarding fintech but also explicates the perceptual gaps among stakeholders. Findings of the study offer a big picture of current fintech initiatives, which can be useful knowledge for future research on fintech.
