참당귀(當歸) 종자(種字)의 발아율(發芽率) 향상(向上)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) I. 발아특성(發芽特性)과 발아율(發芽率) 저조(低調) 원인(原因) (Studies on the Increase of Germination Percent of Angelica gigas Nakai I. Germination Characteristics and Cause of Lower Germination Percent)

  • 참당귀(當歸)(Angelica gigas Nakai) 종자(種子)를 파종(播種)했을 때 발아율(發芽率)이 낮아 종근(種根)의 안정적(安定的) 생산(生産)에 큰 문제점(問題點) 으로 부각(浮刻)되어 있기 때문에 종자(種子)의 발아율(發芽率)을 향상(向上)시킬 방안(方案)을 모색(摸索)하고자 발아특성(發芽特性)과 발아율(發芽率) 저조(低調) 원인(原因)에 대하여 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 출아율(出芽率은) 추파구(秋播區)에서 66.6%, 춘파구(春播區)에서 41.1%로 (추파구)秋播區에서 높았고 출아시(出芽始)도 춘파구(春播區)보다 (추파구)秋播區가 빨랐다. 2. 저온구(低溫區)$(10^{\circ}C)$나 고온구(高溫區)$(30^{\circ}C)$보다 $20^{\circ}C$구(區)에서 발아율(發芽率) 62.7%, 발아세(發芽勢) 51.7% 발아계수(發芽係數)7.57로 가장 높은 수치(數値)를 보였다. 3. 종자침종시(種子浸種時) 흡수속도(吸水速度)는 수온(水溫)이 높을수록 증가(增加) 하였고, 발아시(發芽時)의 함수양(含水量)은 음건종자(陰乾種子) 무게에 대한 함수종자(含水種子) 무게의 비율(比率)로 각피종자(刻皮種子)는 2.3배(培), 무박피종자(無剝皮種子)는 3.4배(倍)로 나타났다. 4. 종자(種子)의 배유(胚乳)가 클수록 발아율(發芽率)이 증가(增加)하였고 녹색(綠色) 종자(種子)다 갈색(褐色) 종자(種子)가 발아율(發芽率)이 높았다. 5. 저장기간(貯藏期間)에 따른 발아율(發芽率)은 채종(採種) 당년(當年) 종자(種子)가 가장 높고 묵은 종자(種予)일수록 낮아졌으며 실온(室溫)에서 2년간(年間) 저장(貯藏)한 종자(種子)는 전혀 발아(發芽)하지 않았다. 6. 종자내(種子內)에 함유(含有)한 발아(發芽) 및 생장억제물질(生長抑制物質)에 대한 참당귀종자(當歸種子)와 상추종자(種子)로 생물검정(生物檢定)했을때 Methanol 추출물(抽出物)이 가장 효과(效果)가 컸고 다음은 증류수(蒸溜水)이었으며 Ether가 가장 낮았다.

온도, Polyethylene Glycol 및 황사처리가 자운영의 발아에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Temperature, Polyethylene Glycol and Sulfuric Acid Treatments on Germination of Chinese Milkvetch)

  • 자운영(Astragalus sinicus L. Line A) 종자의 발아와 묘신장을 네 온도(15, 25, 30 및 35$^{\circ}C$), 세 polyethylene glycol(PGE) 10,000(MW) 용액(0, 20 및 25g/100mg $H_2O$), 그리고 다섯수준의 황산(중량기준 conc. H$_2$SO$_4$ : Seeds; 0, 1:1 10분, 1:1 20분 1:1.5 10분 및 1:1.5 20분 침지)에 처리하여 측정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 자운영의 발아율은 15$^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높았으나 묘장은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 가장 길었다. 발아율과 묘장 모두 PEG 무처리에서 25로 농도가 증가할수록 급격히 감소되었다. 15$^{\circ}C$의 PEG 20과 25에서는 다른 온도보다는 높은 발아율을 보였다. 황산처리효과에서는 발아율과 묘장 모두 황산무처리와 같거나 감소되었다. 그러나 PEG 무처리의 경우에는 황산:종자비율 1:1.5에서 10분간 침지시에 발아율이 가장 높았다. 본 시험의 결과로는 종자의 발아는 수분의 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 보였다.

참당귀의 화성억제와 수량변화 (Inhibition of Floral Induction and Variation of Yield in Angelica gigas Nagai)

  • 참당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai)의 재배에서 크게 문제가 되는 화성억제를 위해 온도, 일장 및 광도가 화아분화와 추대에 미치는 영향을 조사했으며, 관행재배와 화성을 추제시켜 재배생산된 근의 수량을 조사하여 연근별로 비교하였다. 본 시험에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 자연온도처리(대조구)의 경우 11월 20일 처리구의 본엽 6~8매부터 화아분화 및 추대가 시작되어 처리기간이 길어질수록 추대율이 증가하다가 익년 1월 11일 이후부터는 변화가 없었으며 본엽 2~3매 는 어떤 구에서도 추대가 전혀 없었다. 2. 인공온도처리의 경우 처리온도가 높아질수록 주온감응한계엽령이 증가하였다. 즉, 1$^{\circ}C$, 5$^{\circ}C$, 9$^{\circ}C$ 처리구 각각 3매, 5매, 6매가지는 전혀 추대가 없었으며 8주 8매구에서도 1$^{\circ}C$에서 80%, 5$^{\circ}C$에서 45%, 9$^{\circ}C$에서 5%로 추대율이 저하하였다. 3. 참당귀의 추대율은 일장이 길어질수록 증가하였고, 광도시험에 있어서는 자연광구에서 가장 높았으나 광도가 감소할수록 점차 줄었으나 차광 50%까지 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 4. 화도를 억제시켜 재배했을 때 10a당 건근중은 3년근이 가장 많았고 1ㆍ2년근에 비해 각각 3.6배, 2.4배 증수되었으며, 관행재배보다 2년근은 73.7%, 3년근은 159.6% 증수효과가 있었다.

랍석분쇄물의 충전성이 그 소결성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Packing Characteristics on the sintering Propertiesof Pyrophyllite)

  • Three kinds of specimen, consisting of the graded pyrophyllite particles alone, a substituent of 8 percent fire clay for the finer portion ($F_2$) of it, and 0.8 percent inorganic binder-added composite were prepared under the following conditions respectively; moisture content=4.5~5.0%, forming pressure=250kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and sintering temperature=1, 000~1, 30$0^{\circ}C$. The various properties such as modulus of rupture, apparent porosity, bulk specific gravity, pore size and pore distributiion were measured in order to collaborate with sintering phenomena. The results obtained are as follows: (1) Apparent porosity isgradually decreased with rising the sintering temperature to 1, 25$0^{\circ}C$. (2) The binder-added specimen showed the lowest value in porosity. (3) The optimum sintering temperature of specimens was considered to be 1, 25$0^{\circ}C$. (4) The wider differences between pore volumes of specimens could be obtained by method of mercurypenetration porosimeter than by the conventional method for porosity.

삽입재를 사용한 A2024-T6와 SM45C의 마찰용접에 관한 연구 (A Study on Friction Welding of A2024-T6 and SM45C using Insert Metals)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the friction welding of A2024-T6 aluminum alloy and SM45C carbon steel using insert metals. The relationships among the friction welding conditions, the tensile strength of joints, the hardness distribution of welds, the microstructure of welds and the tensile fracture surfaces were mainly investigated through this experiment. When the A6063-T5 aluminum alloy of insert metal was used, the maximum tensile strengh of joint was obtained. In this case, the maximum joint efficiency was 75.3 percent and in the case of unusing the insert metals, it was 37.7 percent. Optimal welding conditions were N=2000rpm, P$_1$=40MPa, P$_2$=140MPa, t$_1$=1.0sec and t$_2$=5sec.

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine the heat transfer characteristics of the U-shape heat pipe for the cooling of semiconductor in subway train. Perflouro-carbon(PFC) was used as working fluid. Temperature distribution on the surface and heat transfer coefficients were investigated according to the working fluid volume percent and heating rate. The results were as follows; Optimum volumetric percent of working fluid was from 80% to 90%, and hat transfer coefficients of evaporation and condensation were as follows, respectively. $\hbar_ie=0.37\times(\frac{P_i}{P_O})$l_c}^0.3$,$\hbar_ic-4.2(\frac{\kappa_l^3p_l^2gh_fg}{\mu_lq_c_l_c}^\frac{1}{3}

Dependence of superconductivity on the crystallinity of Nb films on Si wafers

  • Among elemental metals, niobium (Nb) has the highest superconducting transition temperature (Tc) at ambient pressure. Thus, Nb films have been used in superconducting electronics and radio frequency cavity applications. In this study, the depositional factors determining the crystallinity and Tc of Nb films were investigated. An Nb film grown at a sputtering temperature of 240℃ exhibited the maximum crystallinity of Nb and the minimum crystallinity of niobium oxide. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed a maximum atomic percent of niobium and a minimum atomic percent of oxygen. A sputtering power of 210 W and a sputtering time of 50 min were the optimal conditions for Nb deposition, and the Tc of the optimized film (9.08 K) was close to that of bulk Nb (9.25 K). Transmission electron microscopy images of the thick film directly confirmed the removal of the typical in-plane compressive strain in the (110) plane caused by residual stress.

지하수 관개에 의한 수도의 멸준양상과 그 방지책에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Rice Yield Decreased by Ground Water Irrigation and Its Preventive Methods)

  • The purposes of this thesis are to clarify experimentally the variation of ground water temperature in tube wells during the irrigation period of paddy rice, and the effect of ground water irrigation on the growth, grain yield and yield components of the rice plant, and, furthermore, when and why the plant is most liable to be damaged by ground water, and also to find out the effective ground water irrigation methods. The results obtained in this experiment are as follows; 1. The temperature of ground water in tube wells varies according to the location, year, and the depth of the well. The average temperatures of ground water in a tubewells, 6.3m, 8.0m deep are $14.5^{\circ}C$ and $13.1^{\circ}C$, respercively, during the irrigation period of paddy rice (From the middle of June to the end of September). In the former the temperature rises continuously from $12.3^{\circ}C$ to 16.4$^{\circ}C$ and in the latter from $12.4^{\circ}C$ to $13.8^{\circ}C$ during the same period. These temperatures are approximately the same value as the estimated temperatures. The temperature difference between the ground water and the surface water is approximately $11^{\circ}C$. 2. The results obtained from the analysis of the water quality of the "Seoho" reservoir and that of water from the tube well show that the pH values of the ground water and the surface water are 6.35 and 6.00, respectively, and inorganic components such as N, PO4, Na, Cl, SiO2 and Ca are contained more in the ground water than in the surface water while K, SO4, Fe and Mg are contained less in the ground water. 3. The response of growth, yield and yield components of paddy rice to ground water irrigation are as follows; (l) Using ground water irrigation during the watered rice nursery period(seeding date: 30 April, 1970), the chracteristics of a young rice plant, such as plant height, number of leaves, and number of tillers are inferior to those of young rice plants irrigated with surface water during the same period. (2) In cases where ground water and surface water are supplied separately by the gravity flow method, it is found that ground water irrigation to the rice plant delays the stage at which there is a maximum increase in the number of tillers by 6 days. (3) At the tillering stage of rice plant just after transplanting, the effect of ground water irrigation on the increase in the number of tillers is better, compared with the method of supplying surface water throughout the whole irrigation period. Conversely, the number of tillers is decreased by ground water irrigation at the reproductive stage. Plant height is extremely restrained by ground water irrigation. (4) Heading date is clearly delayed by the ground water irrigation when it is practised during the growth stages or at the reproductive stage only. (5) The heading date of rice plants is slightly delayed by irrigation with the gravity flow method as compared with the standing water method. (6) The response of yield and of yield components of rice to ground water irrigation are as follows: \circled1 When ground water irrigation is practised during the growth stages and the reproductive stage, the culm length of the rice plant is reduced by 11 percent and 8 percent, respectively, when compared with the surface water irrigation used throughout all the growth stages. \circled2 Panicle length is found to be the longest on the test plot in which ground water irrigation is practised at the tillering stage. A similar tendency as that seen in the culm length is observed on other test plots. \circled3 The number of panicles is found to be the least on the plot in which ground water irrigation is practised by the gravity flow method throughout all the growth stages of the rice plant. No significant difference is found between the other plots. \circled4 The number of spikelets per panicle at the various stages of rice growth at which_ surface or ground water is supplied by gravity flow method are as follows; surface water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥ 98.5. Ground water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥62.2 Ground water at the tillering stage‥‥‥‥‥ 82.6. Ground water at the reproductive stage ‥‥‥‥‥ 74.1. \circled5 Ripening percentage is about 70 percent on the test plot in which ground water irrigation is practised during all the growth stages and at the tillering stage only. However, when ground water irrigation is practised, at the reproductive stage, the ripening percentage is reduced to 50 percent. This means that 20 percent reduction in the ripening percentage by using ground water irrigation at the reproductive stage. \circled6 The weight of 1,000 kernels is found to show a similar tendency as in the case of ripening percentage i. e. the ground water irrigation during all the growth stages and at the reproductive stage results in a decreased weight of the 1,000 kernels. \circled7 The yield of brown rice from the various treatments are as follows; Gravity flow; Surface water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥514kg/10a. Ground water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥428kg/10a. Ground water at the reproductive stage‥‥‥‥‥‥430kg/10a. Standing water; Surface water at all growh stages‥‥‥‥‥‥556kg/10a. Ground water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥441kg/10a. Ground water at the reproductive stage‥‥‥‥‥‥450kg/10a. The above figures show that ground water irrigation by the gravity flow and by the standing water method during all the growth stages resulted in an 18 percent and a 21 percent decrease in the yield of brown rice, respectively, when compared with surface water irrigation. Also ground water irrigation by gravity flow and by standing water resulted in respective decreases in yield of 16 percent and 19 percent, compared with the surface irrigation method. 4. Results obtained from the experiments on the improvement of ground water irrigation efficiency to paddy rice are as follows; (1) When the standing water irrigation with surface water is practised, the daily average water temperature in a paddy field is 25.2$^{\circ}C$, but, when the gravity flow method is practised with the same irrigation water, the daily average water temperature is 24.5$^{\circ}C$. This means that the former is 0.7$^{\circ}C$ higher than the latter. On the other hand, when ground water is used, the daily water temperatures in a paddy field are respectively 21.$0^{\circ}C$ and 19.3$^{\circ}C$ by practising standing water and the gravity flow method. It can be seen that the former is approximately 1.$0^{\circ}C$ higher than the latter. (2) When the non-water-logged cultivation is practised, the yield of brown rice is 516.3kg/10a, while the yield of brown rice from ground water irrigation plot throughout the whole irrigation period and surface water irrigation plot are 446.3kg/10a and 556.4kg/10a, respectivelely. This means that there is no significant difference in yields between surface water irrigation practice and non-water-logged cultivation, and also means that non-water-logged cultivation results in a 12.6 percent increase in yield compared with the yield from the ground water irrigation plot. (3) The black and white coloring on the inside surface of the water warming ponds has no substantial effect on the temperature of the water. The average daily water temperatures of the various water warming ponds, having different depths, are expressed as Y=aX+b, while the daily average water temperatures at various depths in a water warming pond are expressed as Y=a(b)x (where Y: the daily average water temperature, a,b: constants depending on the type of water warming pond, X; water depth). As the depth of water warning pond is increased, the diurnal difference of the highest and the lowest water temperature is decreased, and also, the time at which the highest water temperature occurs, is delayed. (4) The degree of warming by using a polyethylene tube, 100m in length and 10cm in diameter, is 4~9$^{\circ}C$. Heat exchange rate of a polyethylene tube is 1.5 times higher than that or a water warming channel. 잉어 어묵(kamaboko) 제조에 관한 연구 (PROCESSING OF STEAMED FISH CAKE FROM CARP MEAT)

  • 담수어인 잉어 Cyprinus carpio의 어묵 제조에 있어서 최적 가공조건을 구명하기 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 점탄성 보강의 요소가 되는 NaCl, 전분, Polyphosphate의 첨가양, 수세회수 및 이단가열법 등을 중심으로 이들 인자가 제품의 품질에 미치는 영향을 jelly강도 측정 및 관능검사법으로 검토하였다. 원료육에 대하여 NaCl은 $3\%$, 전분은 $5\~15\%$, polyphosphate는 $0.3\%$ 첨가한 제품이 jelly강도도 높고, 맛이나 광택도 좋았다. 수세회수는 원료육에 대하여 10배양의 수도수(수온 $2\~3^{\circ}C$)로 매회 30분간 8회까지는 jelly강도가 증가하였으나 그 이상 수세회수를 증가시켜도 제품의 jelly강도에는는 큰 변화가 없었다. 그리고 이단가열법은 jelly강도 보강효과가 있었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 잉어 어묵을 가공할 때 수세회수는 $2\~3^{\circ}C$의 수도수를 원료육에 대하여 10배량 가하여 30분간씩 8회 세척하고, 수세한 육에 대하여 NaCl은 $3\%$, 전분 $5\~15\%$, polyphosphate $0.3\%$를 첨가하여 고기 갈이한 다음 $35^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 일단 가열한 후 $90^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 이단가열하는 것이 가장 좋다는 결론을 얻었다.

기체조와 두유섭취가 중년여성들의 신체조성, 혈청지질, 성선자극호르몬에 미치는 영향 (The effects of GI exercise and soybean milk supplement on body composition, blood lipid, Gonadotropins in middle-aged women)

  • 부산에 거주하는 Y1동의 45-60세 중년여성40명을 대상으로 기체조와 두유(360 ml)를 12주 섭취하여 대조군(12명:A), 기조체군(14명:B), 기체조+두유군(14명:C)으로 분류하여 운동 전 후에 측정한 신체조성, 혈중지질, 성선자극호르몬에 대한 결과 신체조성 중 weight, percent fat, fat mass, muscle mass, BMI 의 측정결과는 weight, percent fat, fat mass 에 대한 집단간의 변화에서 대조군이 기체조군과 기체조+두유군보다 각 각 유의한 증가를 나타냈고, T-C의 집단내의 변화에서 대조군은 사전보다 사후에서 유의하게 증가했고(p<.05), 기체조군은 사전보다 사후보다 유의하게 감소했으며(p<.05), HDL-C의 집단내의 변화에서 기체조군과 기체조+두유섭취군이 사후에서 증가했고, LDL-C의 집단 내에서 기체조군과 기체조+두유섭취군이 사후에서 감소했고, 집단간의 유의도는 나타나지 않았다. 이상과 같이 기체조와 두유섭취가 중년여성들의 weight, percent body fat, fat mass의 문제를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 효과이며, 또한 콜레스테롤문제 해결에도 도움이 되리라 사료된다. 그리고 중년여성들의 생리주기를 파악하여 FSH, LH 혈중치 변화를 정확히 규명하여 중년여성들의 건강과 행복된 삶을 영유할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
