대학생 소비자가 인지한 소비품목별 필요도와 구매경험률과의 관계 (The Perceived Needs and Purchase Experiences of College Students of Goods and Services)

  • The perceived needs and purchase experiences of college students in regard to goods and services and the relationship between the two variables were investigated. Data on 387 college studentswere analyzed to test the level of their perceived needs and purchase experiences of 43 goods and services. Results showed that respondents perceived cellular phones, going to movies and plays, books, entertainment and alcohol, which had been regarded as optional goods in the past, as highly necessary for their daily lives. On the other hand, 5 items that had been purchased by the highest number of respondents were food at restaurants, beverages at cafes, alcohol, movies and plays, and on-line avatars. The level of perceived necessity and purchase experience were positively correlated in general, although there were a few exception.

구매자의 관여도 수준에 따라 가격할인이 지각가치, 구매의향, 탐색의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Price Discount on Perceived Value, Willingness to Buy, and Search Intentions according to the Level of Consumers' Involvement)

  • 본 연구는 가격할인이 관여도의 수준에 따라 가치지각 간에 미치는 영향의 경로가 서로 상이하다는 가정 하에 관여도에 따른 지각가치와 구매의향 및 탐색의도 간의 관계를 실험적으로 검증하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고관여의 경우는 지각거래가치가 지각획득가치에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 고관여 구매자의 지각획득가치는 구매의향에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 지각획득가치가 탐색의도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 저관여의 경우에도 고관여와 같이 구매자의 지각거래가치는 구매의향에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 지각획득가치가 탐색의도에 대하여 부(-)의 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 이는 가격할인에 따른 거래가치 향상에도 불구하고 지각품질 수준이 하향되면서 품질에 대한 의심이 생겨 추가정보 탐색의 필요성이 생김에 따른 것으로 풀이된다. 이러한 연구결과는 소비자는 관여도에 따라 획득가치 또는 거래가치에 대하여 중요하게 인지하지만 소비자가 어떤 지각가치에 더욱 의존하여 구매행동을 결정짓는가에 따라 이에 부합하는 가치 향상전략을 수립해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

자율주행자동차 4-5단계의 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors on the Acceptance Intention of Autonomous Vehicles Level 4-5)

  • In this study, the factors affecting the acceptance intention for level 4-5 of autonomous vehicles were investigated by applying TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). To this end, 332 ordinary persons interested in autonomous vehicle and experienced in driving car were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that self-efficacy and personal innovation had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand personal innovation has been shown to have a negative effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Safety and Privacy has been shown to have a positive effect on trust, trust has a positive effect on acceptance intention. Lastly, autonomous vehicles have a higher impact on their 20s and 30s. The result of this study is expected to be a very useful basic research for the development of target autonomous vehicles, the selection of targets, the direction of corporate marketing strategies, and the preparation of government policies.

아동이 인지하는 사회적 지지에 관한 연구 - 정상아와 지체부자유아를 대상으로 - (A Study of the Social Support Perceived by Children -Physically Handicapped and Non-physically Handicapped-)

  • Study was to identify the structural and functional characteristics of social support system to better provide social support to physically handicapped children. The research design was a comparative descriptive study and the data were obtained by use of interview and questionnaire. The result of this were as follows: 1. The physically handicapped children perceived that they had a fewer number of social support providers than the non-handicapped children. (t= -4.62, p<.001) 2. The physically handicapped children Perceived a lower level of social support than the non-handicapped children. (t= -3.93, p<.001) In the cases of 3 types of social support (social integration, attachment / intimacy, assistance/guidance), the handicapped children perceived a lower level of social support. 3. It was found that physically handicapped children and nonhandicapped children perceived degree of social support differently (x$^2$=72.08, p<.001). and also the two groups perceived in all types of social support differently. 4. The results of this study showed that parents, school mates, school teachers, brothers and sisters were significant providers of social support and between the two groups the supportive source ranked consistently. (rs=.83, p<.01) 5. The relationship between sociability and the support level was a positive correlation (r=.28, p<.01), the relationship between sociability and the size of the support network showed a positive correlation. (r=.47, p<.01) And with the increase in the number of friends. the number of support providers increased. (F= 4.46, p<.05).

The Anti-consumption Effect on the Car Sharing Utility: The Moderating Effect of Brand Luxury Level

  • Purpose: This study examines the motivations that prompt customers to use commercial sharing services (CSSs), and the relationship between anti-consumption and the perceived utility of CSSs in the fashion-sharing business. This study tries to understand how the two types of anti-consumption can differentially affect consumers' perceived utility to use CSSs. In particular, as the types of CSS have diversified and many consumers have used them, it can be expected that the influence of anti-consumption on the perceived utility of CSSs can change, depending on the field where the CSS is applied. Research design, data and methodology: The structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs was used. Results: This study found that (i) two types of anti-consumption (voluntary and selective) differentially affect the perceived utilities to use CSSs; (ii) the two types of anti-consumption differentially affect the perceived utility to use CSSs depending on the level of the brand. Conclusions: In order to promote the spread of consumers' use in the sharing economy, it will be possible to identify what important utility is and make a meaningful contribution to the establishment of future marketing strategies.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 의류제품 구매행동에 관한 연구 -위험지각을 중심으로- (Apparel purchase behavior among internet shoppers -Focusing on perceived risks-)

  • The objectives of the study were to examine apparel purchasing behavior in internet shopping malls and the level of perceived risk when internet users purchase online. For this research, 15,000 internet users were given questionaries via E-mail, or special website online. The sum of 1958 questionaries were used for statistical analyses. Using, SAS package, factor analysis, Crobach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, $\chi$$^2$-test, frequency and multi-response analysis were performed. As the results, 19% out of internet users had bought apparel products through internet shopping malls. Men had more purchasing experiences in apparels as well as general products than women. Among apparel products, T-shirts/shirts were purchased the most by internet shoppers. For perceived risks, 6 factors(quality risk, time/convenience risk, size and appearance risk, privacy risk and social/psychological risk) were investigated for this study. The level of perceived risk was lower when people had a purchasing experience in internet shopping mall than when they didn't. The level of perceived risk was lower when people had purchasing intend about apparels than when they didn't. Based on these results, marketing strategies will be suggested.

유전자재조합 식품에 대한 위험인지 및 구매의사여부 영향요인 분석 (The Investigation of Factors Influencing Consumers' Perceived Risk, and Decision-making to Purchase GMO Food)

  • The goal of this study was to examine which factors influence consumers' demands to reveal the identity of GMO(Genetically Modified Organism) food, risk perception, and decision-making to purchase it. Consumers perceived its risk, and demanded labeling to identify it. Not many consumers wanted to buy GMO food. The results also revealed as follows. First, the level of demand to label for identifying GMO food were high among female consumers, consumers with negative attitude, and consumers severly perceived its risk. The level of perceived risk was high among consumers who were old and had high income, exercised their own healthy programs, showed negative attitude toward GMO food, and demanded strongly for labelling. Second, old consumers, consumers with high income, consumers concerning more about health, consumers with negative attitude and strong demand to label for identifying GMO food were more likely to perceive risk highly for GMO food. Third, consumers' attitudes and the level of perceived risks for GMO food significantly influenced the decision-making to purchase GMO food. However, other variables turned out not to affect consumers' decision-making to purchase it.

지각된 과잉자격이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 감정소진과 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과 중심으로 (The Influence of Perceived Over-qualification on Employee Creative Behavior: Focus on the Moderating effect of Emotional Exhaustion and Job Crafting)

  • 본 연구는 주로 지각된 과잉자격의 부정적인 영향에 초점을 둔 기존연구의 관점에서 벗어나 지각된 과잉자격이 창의적 행동에 미치는 긍정적인 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 중국에서 금융업에 종사하는 종업원 282명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 구조방정식모형분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 지각된 과잉자격은 종업원의 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 과잉자격과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 감정소진과 잡 크래프팅은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 과잉자격이 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 가져온다는 것은 지각된 과잉자격의 영향효과에 대한 연구를 어느 정도 풍부하게 하였으며, 창의적 행동, 감정소진, 잡 크래프팅, 조직지원인식의 관계를 실증함으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다. 과잉자격 인식에 대한 논의는 주로 종업원 개인 수준에 머물러 있으며 향후연구는 팀 수준 또는 조직 수준으로 확대해서 연구할 필요성이 있다.

서울시 중.고등학생들의 아침식사 섭취 관련 요인 (Factors Related to Eating Breakfast of Middle and High School Students in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to eating breakfast for middle and high school students in Seoul using the Theory of Planned Behavior. Out of 2,280 questionnaires distributed to 22 schools, 2,060 were returned (90.4% response rate) and 1,899 were analyzed (83.3% analysis rate). Gender, self-perceived household income level and mother's working status were examined as demographic factors. "Attitude", "Subjective norm", "Perceived difficulty in access to breakfast", "Perceived time restriction" and "Self restriction to breakfast" were extracted as psychosocial factors as the results of factor analysis and reliability test using 17 items. In case of middle school students, boys were more likely to skip breakfast than girls. The students perceiving their household income level "low or middle low" were more likely to skip breakfast than those who perceived their household income level "high or middle high". The students whose mother had a job tended to skip breakfast than those whose mother had no job. In case of high school students, the students perceiving their household income level "low or middle low" tended to skip breakfast than those perceiving their household income level "high or middle high". The results of analysis of variance, all the psychosocial factors examined in this study-"Attitude", "Subjective norm", "Perceived difficulty in access to breakfast", "Perceived time restriction" and "Self restriction to breakfast"- were related to the frequencies of eating breakfast during weekdays in both the middle and high school students.

소비자 위험인지가 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향 -이동전화 사용을 중심으로- (The Effect of Perceived Risks on the Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Cellular Phone)

  • 본 연구는 이동전화 사용시 소비자들이 느끼는 건강 그리고 경제적 측면의 위험인지 정도를 조사하였고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 이동전화 사용시 소비자들의 건강 그리고 경제적 측면의 위험인지 및 관련 변수들이 이동전화 사용 후 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구결과를 요약하여 살펴보면, 첫째, 이동전화 사용과 관련한 건강 그리고 경제적 차원의 위험인지는 결혼한 소비자에게 높았다. 소득수준이 높을 수록 경제적 위험인지는 적게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이동전화에 대한 경제적 위험인지 만이 소비자 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 뿐, 건강에 대한 위험인지 수준은 이동전화 사용 후 소비자 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대체로, 객관적인 정보원천을 이용한 소비자, 이동전화 서비스 업체에 대한 신뢰도가 높은 경우, 이동전화 기능 및 서비스 사용방법에 대한 지식이 높을수록 이동전화 사용 후 소비자만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
