아동과 어머니의 기질적 조화/부조화에 따른 어머니의 일상적 양육 스트레스 (Mother's Parenting Stress and the Goodness/Poorness-of-Fit with Temperament)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mother's parenting stress and child's temperament, mother's temperament, and poorness-of-fit. The subjects were 236 mothers of 4- to 6-year-old children in Seoul. Data was analyzed by correlation, analysis of variance, and stepwise regression analysis. Results showed that most poorness-of-fit of emotionality was due child's high-mother's high (CH-MH) and high-low (CH-ML) combination. Most poorness-of-fit (activity as well as sociability) was associated with child's low-mother's low (CL-ML) and low-high (CL-MH) combination. Mothers who had a highly emotional child and who were in poorness-of-fit emotionality perceived more hassles and more intensive daily parenting stress. It was also found that the most significant variable predicting mother's hassles and daily stress intensity was poorness-of-fit of emotionality, followed by mother's emotionality.

  • 본 연구는 공공기관에서 공공봉사동기(PSM)이 구성원의 직무만족(JS)과 인지된 직무성과(PJP)에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 확인함과 동시에 간접적으로 종속변수에 영향을 미치는데 기여하는 매개변수의 존재와 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 특히 매개변수로 활용된 구성원과 조직의 적합성 개념(POF)은 인사제도의 적합성으로 정의함으로써 PSM와 개인 및 조직 효과성 사이에서 인사제도 적합성의 영향력을 파악하였다. 이에 창원시 보건소 구성원을 대상으로 진행된 설문자료를 토대로 정량적 분석을 실시하고 다음과 같은 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 통합된 공무 조직에서의 PSM은 JS와 PJP에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, PSM은 조직구성원의 JS와 PJP를 높여주지만, POF의 역할도 유의미함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 PSM은 구성원과 조직 간 제도적 적합성을 통해 직무만족과 업무성과의 향상을 기대할 수 있다는 결론을 도출 할 수 있다.

SPA 브랜드의 지속가능경영 활동 적합성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of sustainability management fit of SPA brand on consumer purchase intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of perceived sustainability management fit of SPA brands on consumer purchase intention. A survey was conducted targeting women in their 20s and 30s from April 27th to May 6th 2013, and a total of 350 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out using SPSS ver 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, fit of all three areas- economic, ecological and social-of sustainability management activities have a significant impact on consumer perception on sustainability activities. Second, perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands are found to have a positive effect on brand attitude, brand trust and consumer satisfaction. Third, brand attitude and consumer satisfaction forged by perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands have a positive impact on consumers' purchase intention. Based on the result of this study, the following marketing implications can be suggested. First, SPA brands need to be more active in all three area of sustainability activities while coming up with measures for differentiated social sustainability activities. Second, SPA brands need to meet their primary obligation by providing consumers with quality products at a reasonable price. Third, SPA brands need to recognize the potential value of sustainability activities as a driver of a longstanding relationship with consumers as well as long-term profit and value creation, leading to a great financial performance.

재가 관절염 노인의 낙상 예방행위 예측모형 구축 (A Structural Equation Model of Fall Prevention Behavior among Community-dwelling Older Adults with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain fall prevention behaviors of community-dwelling elderly with osteoarthritis based on the Health Belief Model. Methods: A total of 200 older adults with osteoarthritis residing in community was recruited from July 10 to August 30, 2013. The direct and indirect effects of perceived fall risk, perceived benefits and barriers, and self efficacy of fall prevention were examined on fall prevention behaviors. Data were collected with structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. Results: The hypothetical model was a good fit for the data based on the model fit indices. Among socio-demographic variables, age and fall knowledge showed significant direct effects on fall prevention behaviors. The constructed model explained 34.2% of the variance of fall prevention behaviors, including perceived fall risk and efficacy of fall prevention behaviors as significant predictors. Conclusion: The findings revealed the need to develop an effective nursing intervention to promote fall prevention behaviors of community-dwelling elderly with osteoarthritis by focusing on perceived fall risk and efficacy of fall prevention behaviors. Knowledge about fall can also be increased by an age-based education program.

매체, 소비자, 제품 특성이 지각된 위험과 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Media, Consumer, and Product Characteristics on Perceived Risk and Purchasing Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to be aware of the relationship between the perceived risk and purchasing intention after investing the impacts by 3 factors-consumer, media, and product characteristics on the perceived risk. The influence on perceived risk is categorized based on the 3 factors' combinations. The result of this study shows that the each characteristics of media, consumer, and product affect consumer's perceived risk and also this risk is affected by the relationship among these 3 independent variables. These results mean that the consumer's perceived risk about buying goods at the internet shopping mall or TV home shopping cannot be measured by a single dimension. Finally, it has a negative relationship between the perceived risk and purchasing intention. Implications for managers' use of shopping media are discussed in terms of the product and media characteristics fit.

공기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 소비자의 기업 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) on Corporate Evaluation of the Public Sector)

  • This study examines whether CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities of the public sector affect on its corporate evaluation in their perspective of consumers. Both public and private sectors are being encouraged to conduct the CSR activities in the four dimensions of economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibility. While many previous studies have examined the relationship between CSR and corporate's business performance, these studies focus on the private companies, not the public sector. In this paper, we offer a consumer-side study about the effect of CSR on the corporate evaluation on the public sector. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of fit of CSR activity, perceived engagement, and perceived authenticity on the consumer's corporate evaluation of the public sector. We conducted two quasi-experiments involving 223 respondents using the actual CSR cases of two Korean public sectors. As a result, consumer's perception of engagement and authenticity about the CSR of public sector affects the corporate evaluation in a positive way. The 3-way interaction effect among fit of CSR activity, perceived engagement, and perceived authenticity was significant in corporate evaluation. To achieve successful CSR of the public sector, the public organizations need to increase the communication with their consumers and to implement the strategic CSR activities which can improve the consumer's perception of authenticity about CSR.

과업-기술 적합성이 SNS 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 사회적 기업을 중심으로 (The Influence of Task-Technology Fit on Usage Intention of SNS: Focused on Social Enterprise)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 과업-기술 적합성(TTF)이 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 사회적 기업, 소셜네트워크서비스, 과업-기술 적합성, 기술수용모형(TAM)에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 인증 사회적 기업 86개를 대상으로 Smart PLS 2.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과업-기술 적합성이 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용용이성, SNS 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성은 SNS 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 지각된 이용용이성은 SNS 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 과업-기술 적합성 측면에서 SNS가 사회적 기업의 업무에 적합한지에 대해 분석하여 다른 정보기술 분야의 이용의도에 적용할 수 있는 이론적 시사점과 사회적 기업에게 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

임상간호사의 자율성과 직무만족 관련요인의 인과관계 분석 (The Causal Relationships among Nurses' Perceived Autonomy, Job Satisfaction and Realated Variables)

  • The present study examined the causal relationships among nurses' perceived autonomy, job satisfaction, work environment (work overload, role conflict, situational support, head nurses' leadership), personal aspects(experiences, need for achievement, professional knowledge and skill) by constructing and testing a theoretical framework. Based on literature review nurses' perceived autonomy and job satisfaction were conceived of as outcomes of the interplay among work environment and personal characteristics. Work environment factors involved work overload, role conflict, situational support, and head nurses' leadership (task oriented leadership, relation oriented leadership). Personal charateristics included experiences, need for achievement, and professional knowledge and skill. Three large general hospital in Chonbuk were selected to participate. The total sample of 516 registered nurses represents a response rate of 92 percent. Data for this study was collected from July to September in 1998 by Questionnaire. Path analyses with LISREL 7.16 program were used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to the data and to examine the causal relationship among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently. It needs to be notified, however, that path analisis can not count measurement errors; measurement error can attenuate estimates of coefficient and explanatory power. Nevertheless the model revealed relatively high explanatory power. 42 percent of nurses' perceived autonomy was explained by predicted variables; 32 percent of nurses' job satisfaction was explained by by predicted variables. Tn predicting nurses' perceived autonomy the findings of this study clearly demonstrated the work overload might be the most important variable of all the antecedent variables. Head nurses' relation oriented leadership, situational supports, need for achievement, and role conflict were also found to be important determinants for nurses' perceived autonomy. As for the job satisfaction, role conflict, situational supports, need for the achievement, and head nurses' relation oriented leadership were in turn important predictors. Unexpectedly the result showed perceived autonomy have few influence on job satisfaction. The results were discussed, including directions for the future research and practical implication drawn from the research were suggested.

모바일 패션 쇼핑 특성, 지각된 유용성과 즐거움, 구매의도의 관계 -사용용이성의 매개효과- (Relationships among Mobile Fashion Shopping Characteristics, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment, and Purchase Intention -Mediating Effect of Ease of Use-)

  • This study investigates relationships among mobile fashion shopping characteristics, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and purchase intention as well as examines the mediating effect of ease of use in mobile fashion shopping. A final sample of 379 (from the distributed questionnaires) was used for data analysis. The statistical analyses used for the study were PASW 18.0 to verify the reliability of items and AMOS 16.0 to conduct confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results were as follows. Both measurement models and structural models showed an acceptable model fit. Three constructs of mobile fashion shopping characteristics were significantly associated with perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and ease of use. In addition, ease of use influenced perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment had a positive impact on attitude and attitude influenced purchase intention positively. Finally, there was a mediating effect of ease of use on the relationship of mobile fashion shopping characteristics, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. The findings provide useful implications for fashion marketers to build effective mobile fashion shopping strategies.

유아의 기질, 유아-어머니 조화적합성이 유아의 자기지각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a Child's Temperament, Child-mother Goodness of Fit and a Child's Self-perception)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how a child's temperament and child-mother goodness of fit affect the child's self-perception. 165 pairs of 5-year-old children and their mothers were recruited. The mothers were asked to answer the questionnaire on her child's temperament and goodness of fit. Each child participated in a semi-structured interview using two identical puppets to measure the children's self-perception. The results of this study were : (1) All of mean scores on the dimensions of children's self-perception were above the median, children in this study perceived themselves positively. (2) Children's positive self-perception was significantly related to harmonious children-mother goodness of fit. (3) The effect of goodness of fit was higher than temperament in all dimensions of self-perception. The sex variable also affects aggression-hostility and academic competence. This study suggests that the effect of goodness of fit was higher than that of temperament, and the importance of a harmonious children-mother relationship and parenting education, and these conclusions were reached by examining the outstanding effect of the goodness of fit.
