고령자 맞춤형 보행보조서비스 설계를 위한 심리측정 분석 (Psychometric Analysis for Designing Elderly Customized Walking Assist Device)

  • 본 연구는 고령자의 스마트폰 이용률 증가에 따라, 고령자가 활용이 가능한 ICT(정보통신기술) 기반의 맞춤형 보행보조기술 개발을 제시하고 이에 대한 사용자 니즈(needs)를 규명하고자 하였다. 맞춤형 보행보조서비스의 형태는 햅틱(진동 및 촉각정보)을 통한 보행안내지원 서비스와 자동 및 셀프 SOS 시스템, 그리고 접근차량의 정보알람 서비스가 포함된 웨어러블(Wearable) 보행안내 보조 장치를 기반으로 한다. 이러한 서비스의 실효성을 검토하기 위하여 189명의 잠재적 고령자와 고령자를 대상으로 그들이 가지는 보행에 관한 심리적 태도 및 각 서비스에 대한 선호도, 그리고 보행안내 보조 장치에 대한 WTP (willingness to pay)를 조사 및 분석하였다. 또한 조사된 변수를 통해 요인분석(Factor analysis)을 수행하였으며 여기서 도출된 요인간 상관관계 파악을 위해 경로모형 (path model)을 추정하였다. 분석된 결과를 통해 연령대에 적합한 보행보조 장치의 맞춤형 서비스의 방향을 제시하였으며, 이는 제품화된 기술에 대한 활용범위를 증대시키고 궁극적으로 고령자의 보행 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

의료기관 운영요인과 환경요인이 진료비 삭감율에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study of Management and Environmental Factors Affecting Medical Expense Reduction)

  • 본 연구는 진료비 삭감율에 영향을 미치는 의료기관의 운영요인과 환경요인이 무엇인지 알아보기 위한 연구로 삭감율을 최초 삭감율과 최종 삭감율로 구분하고, 진료비는 입원과 외래로 구분하여 조사 연구 하였다. 연구의 자료는 전국 병원급 이상 독립된 보험심사부서의 부서장을 대상으로 직접 설문조사를 통해 얻어진 205부의 설문지를 최종 분석 자료로 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 진료비 최초 삭감율과 최종 삭감율에 대한 집단 간의 차이를 분석한 결과 입원의 의료기관 운영요인은 보유 병상, 총 진료과, 보험심사 인력, 총 직원수에 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 외래는 의무기록 운영형태, 보유병상, 총 진료과, 보험심사인력, 총 직원수에 유의한 결과를 보였다. 진료비 삭감율에 영향을 미치는 의료기관의 운영요인은 최초 삭감과 최종 삭감이 동일하게 입원은 병상수가 높을수록, 외래는 전자의무기록을 시행할수록 유의한 결과를 보였다. 진료비 삭감율에 영향을 미치는 의료기관의 환경요인은 최초 삭감과 최종 삭감이 동일하게 입원은 업무협조가 잘 될수록, 지표관리를 시행할수록, 시간외 수당이 지급될수록 유의한 결과를 보였다. 외래의 경우 진료비 최초 삭감은 지표관리를 시행할수록, 진료비 관련 위원회를 구성하여 운영할수록 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 최종 삭감은 업무협조가 잘 될수록, 지표관리를 시행할수록, 시간외수당이 지급될수록 유의한 결과를 보였다.

우리 나라 일부 한.양방병원 이용행태와 민족도에 관한 요인분석 (Determinants utilization Behavior and Sttisfaction of oriental and Westerm medical Hospitals in Korea)

  • The purpose of the study was to discuss amrketing strategy for oriental hospital, by making a comparative analysis of how hospital user satifaction was affected by hospi시 choice motivation between oriental hospital users and western hospital. The data usel in this study was the Korea Isititute of oriental medicine(1999)'s study on utilization of oriental medical care. And and interview was hold with outpatients who visited around march to April, 1999, at each an oriental hospital and a westen hospital in Seoul and in Wonju city, Kongwon province. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program. The factor analysis of hospital choice motivation was made by figuring out facor's mean value, and T-test and ANOVA were employed to find out what difference was made by sociodmographic charcteristics to the factors. Also, the multiple regression analysis was carried out to examine what gave an impact on hospital user satisfaction. The findings of this study were as follows; First as a result of making a factor analysis against hospital choice motivation to find out what kind of differenc there was between oriental hospital user motivation and western hospital and person factors. Among them, the hospital charcteristics, preception, personal and person factors. Among them, the hospital charcteristics appered to have the biggest effect of hospital choice motivation. Second, as a result of making comparison between oriental oriental hospital user satisfaction and werterm hospital user satisfaction, there was a singificant between their satisfaction at treatment time, kindness and relative kiness aginst the pther hospital. The oriental level combining 6 items. The geneal satisfaction level combining 6itmes tured out to have reliability of chronbach $\alpha$=0.7126. As a result of examining how mech the general satifaction level depended on sociodemographic characteristics, ther was found be significantly affected by age, marital status, educational background or hospital type. Those who a spouse or a lower educational background or the oriental hospital users got better score. Third, the multiple regression analysis was made to find out what factors affected western and oriental hospital user satisfaction, As a result, the waiting time, experience of other medical facilities and hospital characteristic variable were identified as a key factor on which westerm hospital user satisfaction depended. In conclusion, the oriental hhspital user expressed more staisfaction than the weshren hospital users. Then the characteristic factor played a singificant role in user satisfaction, which included hospital facilities, kindness of herb doctor and employees, or hospital reputation of credibility. in order to raise hospital user datisfaction, it seemed necessary to pay more attention to hospital characteristic factor rather than to perception factor.

실버층의 라이프스타일에 따른 신용카드 선택요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selection Factors in Credit Cards by the Lifestyle of Elderly Groups)

  • 우리나라의 고령화 속도는 세계 최고의 수준으로 2018년 고령사회로의 진입이 예상되며 기대수명 또한 대폭 증가하여 100세시대가 도래하였다. 이에 따라 실버층의 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 제품이나 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는데, 특히 베이비 부머의 실버층 편입으로 실버비즈니스에 대한 중요성과 관심이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 현 상황에서 대표적인 지급결제 수단인 신용카드는 1인 다카드 보유 형태이다. 따라서 신용카드 기업들이 무한경쟁에서 생존하기 위해서는 새로운 소비층으로 떠오른 실버층에 대한 적극적인 마케팅 활동이 필수적으로 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 고령화 사회의 진전과 소득수준 향상으로 실버층의 소비패턴이 크게 변화함에 따라 실버층 라이프스타일에 따른 신용카드 사용동기와 신용카드 선택요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 라이프스타일 중 타인배려 요인이 신용카드 사용동기의 편의성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을, 여가 요인은 신용카드 사용동기의 실속성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 선택요인에 있어서는 라이프스타일 요인 중 개성 요인과 유행 요인이 신용카드 선택요인 중 과시성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 유행 요인은 경제성에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구는 신용카드 기업들이 보다 효율적인 대고객 서비스 프로그램 개발과 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

직무배태성의 구성요인이 혁신관련행동과 이직의도에 미치는 연구 (The Effect of Job Embeddedness Constructs on Innovation-related Behaviors and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how constructs of job embeddedness (fit, links and sacrifice) affected innovation-related behaviors. This study also investigated the relationship between innovation-related behaviors and turnover intention. The samples of this study were employees of Daegu City restaurants who visited the 2010 Daegu Food Tour Expo on October 7-10. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed with the statistical methods of factor analysis, reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. There were two findings of the research. First, we found that fits, links, and sacrifice were positively related to innovation-related behaviors. Second, we found that innovation-related behaviors were negatively related to turnover intention. Therefore, restaurant managers in Daegu City should pay attention to providing employee organization that helps them to first in, makes sure that they have lots of links with other employees, and bestows as many wage and fringe benefits as possible. Also, restaurant managers should reward the innovation-related behaviors of employees.

The Survival of Paid Broadcasting Channels in Korea, 1993-2010

  • This study investigates the decisive factors affecting the survival or collapse of cable networks in the Korean paid broadcasting market from 1993 to 2010. The effects of performance variables discussed in previous studies were verified through survival analyses. According to the results, the most influential factors in the survival of cable networks were horizontal integration (MPP), channel genre, the scheduling of HDTV content, and the proportion of access program scheduling. These findings imply that the differentiation strategy of content suppliers is the most decisive factor among all business performance-related factors. Specifically, the content supply power and strategy of the program provider (PP) have the greatest influence on cable network viability. The present study is meaningful as the first attempt to establish the performance of PPs in Korean pay broadcasting markets through the viewpoint of organizational mortality. Accordingly, the present study can supplement the results of cross-sectional studies conducted with smaller samples.

On Capital Flight from the ASEAN-8 Countries: A Panel Data Estimation

  • This paper examines how macroeconomic variables, such as interest rate differences, inflation, exchange rates, economic growth and external debt growth, affect capital flight in the ASEAN-8 countries. We apply a panel data model with fixed effect estimation for the data for eight countries from the period 1994 to 2018. We use the residual approach used by the World Bank to measure the value of capital flight. The results show that the interest rate differences, exchange rates, economic growth and foreign debt growth had a positive and significant effect on outward capital flight. A further implication of this finding is that the interest rate differences, exchange rate, economic growth and foreign debt growth are factors that trigger an increase in capital outflow in the ASEAN-8 countries. Nonetheless, inflation rate is not considered to be the main factor influencing capital flight, as average inflation in the ASEAN-8 countries remains relatively stable. This paper will be beneficial for policymakers in the ASEAN-8 countries and encourage them to constantly pay attention to these four variables, as they significantly influence capital flight, whereas they can disregard the impact of the inflation variable that is not significant in influencing capital flight.

Use Intention of Mobile Fingerprint Payment between UTAUT and DOI in China

  • Purpose - With the rapid growth of Chinese mobile pay market, it's necessary to run a study of the aims why users prefer to intention of use for mobile fingerprint payment. To reach this goal, UTAUT added Perceived Security and DOI. Research design, data, and methodology - The researchers conducted this study by using collected 3126 responses and the collected data was analyzed by applying statistical techniques factor analysis, AMOS, and Cronbach's Alpha and SPSS 22.0. Results - The result shows that compatibility and relative advantage of mobile fingerprint payment have positive effect on performance expectancy and effort expectancy separately, and the performance expectancy and effort expectancy have positive effect on people's use intention of mobile fingerprint payment. Social influence has a positive effect on the users' use intention of mobile fingerprint payment, Facilitating conditions has a slight effect on the users' use intention of mobile fingerprint payment, Perceived security has the most significant effect on he users' use intention of mobile fingerprint payment. Conclusions - The research showed that compatibility is one of the most important elements that make users continue to use the product. The mobile fingerprint payment must own clearer advantages than other ones that it can reach the biggest market. The Social Influence has a positive influence on the intention of use.

과업특성 및 기술특성이 클라우드 SaaS를 통한 협업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of Factors Affecting the Performance of Collaborative Cloud SaaS Services)

  • Cloud computing is provided on demand service via the internet, allowing users to pay for the service they actually use. Categorized as one kind of cloud computing, SaaS is computing resource and software sharing model with can be accessed via the internet. Based on virtualization technology, SaaS is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of the IT service level and performance in company. Therefore this research limited cloud services to SaaS especially focused on collaborative application service, and attempts to identify the factors which impact the performance of collaboration and intention to use. This study adopts technological factors of cloud SaaS services and factors of task characteristics to explore the determinants of collaborative performance and intention to use. An experimental study using student subjects with Google Apps provided empirical validation for our proposed model. Based on 337 data collected from respondents, the major findings are following. First, the characteristics of cloud computing services such as collaboration support, service reliability, and ease of use have positive effects on perceived usefulness of collaborative application while accessability, service reliability, and ease to use have positive effects on intention to use. Second, task interdependence has a positive effects on collaborative performance while task ambiguity factor has not. Third, perceived usefulness of collaborative application have positive effects on intention to use.

How do Retailers' CSR Business Activities affect Customers in Korea?

  • Purpose - Compared with the past when customers regarded a price factor as one of the most important criteria when choosing a retailer as a shopping destination, they seem to show different attitudes toward retailers in recent. This research, therefore, aims to explore how Korean customers respond to the CSR business activities provided by retailers. Research design, data, and methodology - The authors have developed the 6 hypotheses based on the literature review and adopted the 4 hypotheses after removing the 2 hypotheses through discriminant validity analysis. Results - Amongst the 4 hypotheses selected, H1 (community support), H3 (environment protection) and H6 (trading with unethical suppliers) related to a retailer's CSR business practices are accepted, whilst H4 (product issues) is rejected. Surprisingly, Korean customers are not interested in a product safety issue, when deciding a shopping store. Conclusions - Rather than emphasizing cheaper prices to attract new customers or maintain existing ones, it is demonstrated through the research that retailers have to pay their attention to their CSR activities. For a retailer's CSR practices, the retailer's social role has become more important than ever before, from a customer's point of view.
