프레넬 렌즈 UV 미세복제 공정에서의 전사특성에 관한 연구 (Micro-replication quality of Fresnel Lens in UV micro-replication process)

  • Fresnel lens has number of applications in the optical systems because of its advantages. It is nearly flat lens that has small weight. It is conventionally used in lighthouse beacons, condensing unit of overhead projector and etc. Recently, demands of small size optical systems such as display units, information storage systems, optical detecting units had increased. Conventional manufacturing process of high quality Fresnel lens is direct machining. But it is not suitable for mass production because of high cost and long cycle time. Replication process is more suitable for mass production. But the Fresnel lens has number of sharp blade shape prism. In the replication process, this blade shape causes defects that can affect optical efficiency. In this study, replication process of blade shape pattern that has maximum height of $280{\mu}m$, aspect ratio 1.4 for Fresnel lens application.

  • In thecate dinoflagellates, the thecal plate pattern has been considered to be important criteria in their classifications. Due to this fact the shape of the theca and the arrangement of the theca were studied. In the pictures, the distinctions between the plates in the cells were so vague that I drew a diagram to illustrate the plate pattern. To identify the genus Protoperidinium, the shape of the first apical plate and the second anterior intercalary plate were used. Depending the shape of first apical plate, will be designated as meta(4), meta(5), para(4), para(5) or para(6). The shape of first apical plate is considered an important factor. From this point of view, the genus Protoperidinium as a group of planktonic protist in the coastal environment was classified.

  • The process of styrofoam pattern that has been used for material of press die pattern depends chiefly on handwork. Laser manufacturing system developed to increase precision and efficiency of process that is also able to convert the design easily. Applying the RP(rapid prototyping) concept reversely, the unnecessary part of section is vapored away by heat source of laser beam after converting 3-D CAD model into cross-sectional shape information. Laser beam is line-scanned in plane specimens to measure the depth and width of cut, surface roughness, cross-sectional shape as converting laser power, scanning speed, cutting gas pressure. With these basic data, plane surface, inclined surface, hole, outer contour trimming process is experimented and optimum condition are obtained. In plane and inclined surface experiments, 15W laser power and 50mm/s scanning speed make superior processing property and 30W, 10mm/s make processing efficiency increase in trimming process. With these results, simple patterns were manufactured and the possibility of applying laser manufacturing system to styrofoam pattern was convinced.

  • In this study, natural flaws in welding parts are classified using the signal pattern classification method. The storage digital oscilloscope including FFT function and enveloped waveform generator is used and the signal pattern recognition procedure is made up the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifier design. It is composed with and discussed using the distance classifier that is based on euclidean distance the empirical Bayesian classifier. Feature extraction is performed using the class-mean scatter criteria. The signal pattern classification method is applied to the signal pattern recognition of natural flaws.

전자 인쇄에서의 인쇄 패턴 왜곡 (Distortion of Printed Patterns in Printed Electronics)

  • The distortion of printed pattern is frequently observed in gravure offset printing process, which can be a serious problem in printing process for printed electronics. The mechanism of pattern distortion is studied and the factors which affect the amount and shape of distortion are found using FEM. The amount and shape of distortion is influenced by material properties of the roller, thickness of roller, applied load, and so on. As the printing pressure increases and Possion ratio increases, the degree of the image distortion increases. And the increase of the thickness of rubber roller brings a large distortion of image, too. In some cases, the distortion of printed pattern can reach a few hundred micromillimeters. The comparison of the experiment result and the simulation result shows good agreement in their quantitative tendency.

  • In machining with cutting tool inserts having complex chip groove shape, the flow, curl and breaking patterns of the chip are different than in flat-face type inserts. In the present work, an effort is made to understand the three basic phenomena occurring in a chip since its formation in machining with groove type and pattern type inserts. These are the initial chip flow, the subsequent development of up and side curl and the final chip breaking due to the development of torsional and banding stresses. In this paper, chip flow angle in a groove type and pattern type inserts. The expression for chip flow angle in groove type and pattern type insets is also verified experimentally using high speed filming techniques.

  • Nowadays, Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry is a well established measuring technique with a wide range of industrial applications, particularly in the fields of deformation measurement and vibration analysis. Comparing with holographic inteferometry, it has some attractive features, which are rapid recording and reconstruction, satisfiable automation etc. Time-average ESPI was used to provide vibration mode shape of an object whose vibration amplitude is given as a fringe pattern. However, it is not possible to determine the direction of motions of a point on the object at any given time, because time-average method does not give any information about the phase of vibration. A better technique is stroboscopic method which can measure the amplitude and phase of vibrating surface. In this paper, loudspeakers were tested by these two methods and the mode shape and amplitude of vibration were visualized. As measured results, we can assume that these techniques will be applied directly in the loudspeaker industry.

Effects of Tick Size Change on the Intraday Patterns of Spread and Depth

  • Using the extensive datasets, I analyze the effect of tick size changes on the intraday patterns of spread and depth. I show that intraday variations in spread (depth) are greater (smaller) with smaller tick size during the early hour of trading and become smaller (larger) during the last hour of trading. And the standardized spreads (depths) are quoted at the lower (higher) levels as the tick size becomes smaller. I also find that U-shaped intraday spread pattern changes to the reverse flat S-shape while inverted U-shaped depth pattern does to the flat S-shape.

가상착의를 활용한 거북목 증후군 체형의 여성을 위한 재킷패턴 제도법 개발 (Development of Jacket Pattern Drafting Methods for Women with Turtle Neck Syndrome Body Shapes through Virtual Fit Assessment)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop jacket patterns that could fit well for women in their 20s with turtle neck syndrome body shape and to present a pattern drafting method. As a research method, an educational pattern was chosen through a preliminary experiment. Fit problems of the educational pattern were derived by wearing it on a virtual model with a turtle neck syndrome body type for each neck angle. Based on the three types of experimental patterns developed by supplementing these problems, a development pattern drafting method was developed for each neck angle. Three development patterns were compared and evaluated with the educational pattern using 3D virtual fitting. Fit problems of the educational pattern included: 1) insufficient ease amounts for hip, hem, bicep, elbow, and sleeve hem circumference; 2) horizontal items could not be leveled due to insufficient back length; 3) the shoulder line went backwards; and 4) the front center line did not form a vertical line. To solve these problems, an experimental pattern was developed by increasing the insufficient ease amount, increasing the insufficient back length, and correcting the position of the shoulder line. Measurements that differed in the pattern drafting method of the three types of development patterns by neck angle were positions of back center line and back neck point, front length, and front neck width. Through appearance evaluation of the development pattern and educational pattern by neck angle, the development pattern was highly evaluated, indicating that problems of the educational pattern were improved.

Facebook의 사용자경험연구: 사용자의 시선경로와 광고콘텐츠를 중심으로 (User Experience(UX) of Facebook: Focusing on Users' Eye Movement Pattern and Advertising Contents)

  • 본 연구는 소셜미디어 사용자들의 시선경로의 흐름을 통하여 SNS 사용자들의 감성적 경험을 이해하고 사용자 중심의 사용자 환경(UI)에 암시점을 주는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 페이스북에 노출된 광고에 대한 사용자들의 응시시간 및 태도 분석을 통하여 소셜미디어 마케팅영역에 사용자경험(UX) 중심의 이론적, 실무적 공헌점을 제시하고자 한다. 시선추적 장치인 아이트래커(eye-tracker)를 활용하여 페이스북 사용자들의 UX를 추적한 결과 사용자들의 시선경로는 기존 웹에서의 사용자들이 가지고 있던 시선경로인 F-shape pattern과는 다른 H-shape pattern을 확인하였다. 또한 페이스북에 노출된 광고에 대해 4부분의 관심영역(AOI.1, AOI.2, AOI.3, AOI.4)을 설정하고 페이스북 사용자들이 가장 오래 응시하는 광고의 위치를 분석한 결과 사용자들은 페이스북 오른쪽 상단에서 두 번째 구역인 AOI.2에 가장 오랜 시선을 두었다. AOI.1, AOI.4, AOI.3의 순서로 응시순서를 추적한 실험에서도 페이지 오른쪽 상단에서 두 번째 광고에 대한 태도가 가장 좋았으며 처음과 마지막 그리고 세 번째 광고의 순으로 광고태도가 긍정적인 것으로 조사되었다.
