기술추세분석(trend analysis)이나 특허분석(patent analysis) 등과 같이 객관적 자료를 이용하는 여타 기술예측방법과 달리, 델파이 방법은 해당 분야에 대한 전문가들의 식견(또는 주관적 평가)을 예측의 유일한 원천으로 하고 있다는 점에서 예측결과에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 강하게 요구하고 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 최근에 실시된 산업기술예측(1998) 자료를 이용하여 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측의 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석은 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성의 유지 여부와, 전문도가 상이한 집단간에 예측 결과의 차이가 있는지 여부를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답 결과에 내적 일관성이 있는지 여부를 검정한 결과 생물·정밀화학분야를 제외한 모든 분야에서 일관성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 두번째, 전문도가 높은 응답자들일수록 자신의 예측결과를 확신하고는 있으나, 전문도가 낮은 응답자들에 비해 예측결과에 이견이 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 마지막으로 전문도가 높은 응답자들과 그렇지 않은 응답자들 사이에 기술과제의 예상 실현시기에 대해서는 거의 차이가 없는 반면, 합의(consensus)의 정도는 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측을 설계하는 데 있어 몇가지 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 첫번째로 기술예측시 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성이 존재하는 지 여부를 검증할 수 있도록 예측과정을 설계하는 것이 바람직하다는 것이다. 이러한 설계과정은 델파이 방법이 예측결과를 검증할 만한 객관적인 장치를 지니지 못하고 있다는 점에서 더욱 필요하다고 하겠다. 두번째는 정보로서의 가치가 큰 전문도가 높은 응답자들의 예측결과를 활용하기 위해서는, 예측결과에 대한 이들의 합의(consensus)의 정도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 것이다. 델파이의 최종 라운드가 진행된 이후 이들에 대해서만 추가적인 라운드를 실시하거나, 예측과정에서 이들에게 관련 정보를 제공하는 것도 하나의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

With Various signs are installed at roadside to display the message which rather confuse the drivers. The technologies using advanced lighting system and LED have improved the visibility at nighttime but the problems with plural signs have yet to be resolved. In order to solve this problem, LED and the prismatic variable message sign have been applied. But, they have been provided limited information by the display limit. This research conducted to study patent and technical trend of the existing variable message signs to understand the present technology. And, we suggested next generation display to improve providing information. Therefore, we conducted to compare the LED and the OLED by technical and economical literature review. Also, this research conducted test of luminance contrast about the LED and the OLED display in order to understand the possibility of replacing road signs.

Nowadays, we make an attempt for media conversion from old to new media, carrying out to information society. These changes to new media are considered as new threat to printing media. New means such as CAD(Computer Aided Publishing), on-line novel and webzine can be regarded as new media and we are confronted with need of new changes in the field of printing media because of the trend of the present. It suggests that the origin of commodity competitiveness depends on the ability of cultural Contents using design. Cultural commodity is considered as strategy concepts in the more specific and realistic aspect than in the aspect of industrialization. This study introduce the case of Cellpark Co.,Ltd. which has successfully developed commodity design of World-cup cultural contents as a creating tools of innovative value connecting existed design method based on printing media with new method. This study gave the case which created Blue Ocean market through new expression method of design, products protection of contents design by patent registration, and licensing which many design firms often overlook.

This study relates to measure impact of green technology on industry sector by uses of industry greening indices. For this study, we performed patent trend analysis, technology-industry concordance analysis, and designed some industry greening indices. Through the results of this research, we found out the impact of Korean high priority green technologies on respective industries, and consequently identified which industries play an important role in the era of green innovation. IT related industries would catch somewhat weak attention in green technology policy, though they manufacture and use plenty of patents at present. Meanwhile, Energy related industry, such as battery industry would catch strong attention in green innovation, showed very high value of industry greening indices. In order to design proper R&D strategy for green technologies, understanding industry and market structure that can adapt and promote green technology innovation is important. In this context, this study could be an effective and systematic tool for assisting green innovation policy. Also, these indices developed are not limited to the case of green technology, other technologies can be used universally as a input for analysis.

There are several kinds of displays such as liquid crystal display (LCD), cathode ray tube (CRT), plasma display panel(PDP), light emitting diode (LED), organic light emitting diode (OLED), etc. Nowadays, recycling technologies of waste displays have been widely studied from economy and efficiency points of view. In this paper, patents and literature on the recycling technologies of the waste displays have been comprehensively analyzed. The search was limited to the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EU), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) and SCI journals published from 1980 to 2011. Patents and journals were systematically compiled and collected using key-words search and filtered by pre-set filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals were thus analyzed according to the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

Objectives : In recent years, the Chinese Government has been providing full support aimed at promoting the excellence of Chinese culture, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to the world after recognizing Chinese culture and medicine as elements that can generate national wealth. Methods : In investigating China's awareness of the issues surrounding the intellectual property rights of TCM, as well as its implementation of protective measures, this study analyzed the law and platform policies of the Chinese Government, as well as the designation status of China's intangible cultural heritages and the recent research trend in the TCM field. Results : First, China is taking various protective measures based on laws and institutional devices, including the Patent Act. Second, China is protecting the intellectual property rights of traditional Chinese medicines by registering them as Chinese intangible cultural heritages or UNESCO world heritages. Third, China is seeking to promote TCM throughout the wider world through various research and academic conferences, and by strengthening ties between nations. Conclusions : With the adoption of the international regimes of the WIPO and CBD, and particularly the Nagoya Protocol in 2010, China is seeking to implement measures aimed at maximizing the national interest based on the intellectual property rights of TCM. China began to implement a system of protection of medicinal resources and the related traditional knowledge after recognizing the potential crisis that could occur if Chinese medicine-related patents were taken over by foreign countries. As such, the system now takes various forms.

As the increase of domestic sewage treatment plant and reinforcement of the standard of effluent water quality continues, the volumes of sewage sludge are consistently increasing. Existing treatment of sewage sludge, such as incineration and ocean dumping has been prohibited because of air pollution and prohibitions towards ocean dumping, and in turn, recycling and energy recovery from waste methods have being studied recently. However, the lack of technical level and systematic analyses of application technique are problems, that future analysis of such relative technique would be required. The present study has been investigated as follows, management technique of sludge, patent on refuse-derived fuel and increase biogas production and utilizable technology, trend of research paper. Furthermore, research development from five developed nations (Korea, Japan, China, United States, and United Kingdom), domestic and foreign have been investigated and analyzed by section. In this study, the future technical field which is required for effective management of sludge has been suggested.

This paper focuses on listening test and acoustic analysis of patients' speech with velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI) and normal speakers' simulation speech. In this research, a set consisting of 50-words, vowels and single syllables is determined for speech database construction. A web-based listening evaluation system is developed for a convenient/automated evaluation procedure. The analysis results show the trend of incorrect recognition for VPI speech and the one for simulation speech are similar. Such similarity is also confirmed by comparing the formant locations of vowel and spectrum of consonant sounds. These results show that the simulation method for VPI speech is effective at generating the speech signals similar to actual VPI patient's speech. It is expected that the simulation speech data can be effectively employed for our future work such as acoustic model adaptation.

The purpose of study was to analyze the trends of 2005 to 2018 revised 'convergence technology research' through text network analysis using NetMiner4.0 program. Data analysis was conducted by using keyword analysis, centrality analysis of 653 authors' keyword from 177 journals. The results of the study are as follows. First, Research on Converging Technology has been studied steadily over the past 13 years in Department of Industry Convergence. Second, the results of the search term frequency analysis show that the 'convergence technology', 'technology convergence', 'convergence', 'design', 'convergence education', 'STEAM', 'convergence research' were used as the main keywords of convergence technology research. Third, Community analysis results show that five communities have been classified five categories according to the characteristics of the search terms 'only IT', 'Cultural industry utilizing Convergence contents', 'Technology innovation and research analysis' And patent development'. Based on these results, we proposed the future directions of convergence technology research.

Based on analysis of trend and development of industrial and technical information such as patents and scientific data, using industrial and technical information in the process of planning can be a important factor to reduce budget and opportunity cost. This study aims to investigate needs to collect and analyze industrial and technical information in planning of R&D project. To do it, this study examines definitions, needs and types of industrial and technical information for planning of R&D project. And then this study investigates the importance of use of industrial and technical information in the process of planning of R&D and performs case study in domestic and foreign countries. Lastly, this study investigates a method to analyze industrial and technical information for R&D planning and proposes the role of a library for R&D planning.
