In foreign countries, high-efficiency electric machineries have been developed in view of cost reduction, environmental issues, energy conservation etc. Especially they focus on developing energy conservation measures and demand-side management. Thus, patent application and secure of patent claims are on the rise as important issues in this field. In this paper, we analyzed patent application trends about inverters, ac/dc converters, reactive power control equipments, high-efficiency transformers and electric ballasts among high-efficiency electric machineries. First, we analyzed general technology trends, and constructed patent technology data. Second, we graphed patent application trends in terms of application years, assignees and nations.

본 논문에서는 특허맵 분석 데이터 구축 과정에서 필요한 효율적인 노이즈 제거방법과 신뢰도가 향상된 기술수준 평가를 제안한다. 과거 수작업으로만 진행하였던 노이즈 제거 과정을 논리 연산자 AND를 활용하여 엑셀 VBA(Visual Basic Application)에서 프로그램화 하여 효율적으로 제거하여 유효 데이터를 획득할 수 있게 된다. 신뢰도가 향상된 특허의 기술수준 평가를 위하여 평균 청구항 수, 특허 패밀리 사이즈(PFS: Patent Family Size), 특허당 인용도 지수(CPP: Cites per Patent), 삼극특허, 규격화 특허경쟁력 지수(stdPCPI: Standardization Patent Diversification Index), haF-index(Hirsch a Family index)등을 사용하게 된다. 제안된 효율적인 노이즈 제거 작업을 적용한 결과는 획득된 특허 데이터의 노이즈 비율이 10% 미만으로 나타나서 데이터의 신뢰도가 높음이 확인되었다. 제안된 기술수준 평가 지수를 적용한 결과는 공통적으로 확인할 수 있는 정보에 의해 기술수준 평가를 산출함으로써 신뢰도가 향상된 균형적 기술수준 평가가 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

There are many statistical information sites as the use of internet is increased quickly in recent years. In this paper, we explore and analyze internet sites for statistical information such as statistical survey system, education, database, and terminology. And then we classify these sites to apply statistical information to some particular spheres easily. Also, we analyze the patent map for domestic patents of statistical information. In so doing, the result of this study aims at enhancing our understanding of internet sites for statistical information.

When researchers plan R&D projects, they usually use patent map or paper map for the objective decision-making, but in traditional korean medicine field, domestic patents and papers have been mainly proposed as results of many R&D projects, while most of patent or paper map tools support international patents and SCI papers, respectively. Therefore, as an alternative one KIOM constructed the project map which can provide the technology landscape for R&D project information in traditional korean medicine field. But the functions of the system is limited to the search and analysis with chart. So sophisticated analysis results are hard to get from the existing system. This research's goal is to upgrade the web based project map analysis system to provide researcher rich functionality and advanced analysis tools.
