연구 목적 : 본 연구는 신학교육과정 재구조화를 위해 현장에서 신학교육과정을 경험하고 있는 학습자의 입장에서 신학대학 교육과정 운영 만족도를 조사했다. 이를 통해 현재 신학교육과정의 반성적 성찰과 교회와 사회 속에 영향력 있는 신학교육과정 재구조화의 기초를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 현재 신학대학의 학부와 신학대학원, 신학석사, 신학박사 과정에 재학 중인 학습자 80명을 대상으로 현재 신학교육과정 만족도 분석을 위해서 설문조사를 실시했다. 설문조사 결과를 발전적으로 해석하기 위해 설문 참여자 중 무작위로 6인을 선정하여 심층면담을 실시했다. 설문결과 첫째, 현재 신학교육과정 만족도는 60%로 높은 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 목회 실천적 교육의 필요성 인식은 77.5%인데 반해 현재 신학교육과정에서 목회 실천적 교육이 이뤄지고 있다고 답한 비율은 45.5%로 필요성을 인식한 비율에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현재 신학교육과정이 미래 사회를 위한 목회역량을 키울 수 있을지에 대해서는 73.7%가 부정적인 응답을 했다. 마지막으로 신학교육과정 재구조화를 위해 시급하게 변화되어야 할 것에는 신학교육내용, 신학교육방법, 신학교육목적 순으로 조사됐다. 결론 및 제언 : 대전환의 시대 속에 우리 사회는 빠르게 변하고 있다. 변화의 물결 앞에 신학교육과정도 새로운 시대에 걸맞는 변화가 필요하다. 지금까지의 신학교육과정은 이론 중심의 지식 전달에 초점을 맞춰 왔다. 그러나 새로운 시대의 신학교육은 대전환 시대 속에서 교회와 목회자가 역동적으로 살아낼 수 있는 목회 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 신학교육과정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 목회 현장과 맥랑성을 가질 수 있는 신학교육과정으로 재구조화되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 이론중심의 교육과정과 방법론에서 다양한 목회 문제적 상황에 적극적으로 대응할 수 있는 구성주의 기반의 학습자 중심의 다양한 교수학습방법과 대전환 시대 속에 변화되는 목회 현장에 적극적으로 적용될 수 있는 실천중심적 신학교윢과정의 재구조화가 필요하다.

Objective: The study was designed to determine the cytotoxic effect of gallic acid (GA), obtained by the hydrolysis of tannins, on mice TM4 Sertoli cells apoptosis. Methods: In the present study, non-tumorigenic mice TM4 Sertoli cells were treated with different concentrations of GA for 24 h. After treatment, cell viability was evaluated using WST-1, mitochondrial dysfunction, cells apoptosis and necrosis was detected using JC-1, Hoechst 33342 and propidium iodide staining. The expression levels of Cyclin B1, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), Bcl-2-associated X protein (BAX), and Caspase-3 were also detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western-blotting. Results: The results showed that 20 to $400{\mu}M$ GA inhibited viability of TM4 Sertoli cells in a dose-dependent manner. Treatment with $400{\mu}M$ GA significantly inhibited PCNA and Cyclin B1 expression, however up-regulated BAX and Caspase-3 expression, caused mitochondrial membrane depolarization, activated Caspase-3, and induced DNA damage, thus, markedly increased the numbers of dead cells. Conclusion: Our findings showed that GA could disrupt mitochondrial function and caused TM4 cells to undergo apoptosis and necrosis.

As the first of Philip Roth's recent series of novels that delve into American Cold War history deeply entwined with the post-war Jewish American experience, American Pastoral traces the tragic fall of a third-generation Jewish American named Seymour "Swede" Levov, whose dream of complete assimilation to the post-ethnic American paradise is irrecoverably disrupted when his young daughter blows up the local post office to protest against the Vietnam War. This essay proposes to examine Swede Levov's interrupted pursuit of the American dream by locating it within specific Cold War contexts and national imaginaries propagated particularly during the years from John F. Kennedy to Lyndon B. Johnson. In so doing, I will argue that Roth presents a paradoxical vision of Jewish American identity that could be acquired by performing perpetual self-effacement and submergence into the non-place of anonymity and doubleness, a mythic location of the post-ethnic Cold War American family. Levov's life becomes true part of the mythic narrative of American history when he realizes that his life, just like the nation's history, is a series of temporalities radically discontinued without any manageable detour ot divine bypass to cross over. Rather than indicating Roth's retraction from the postmodern understanding of subjectivity, the novel's historical realism, I will argue, serves to illuminate the postmodern conditions of American Cold War history and ethnic identity.

방목생태축산 활성화 방안으로는 정부 소유의 미 이용 초지를 규모화한 공공목장의 형태로 하고 소유와 운영에 따라 1) 정부가 소유하고 운영하되 수입과 지출이 균형을 이루는 경영, 2) 정부가 소유하고 운영하되 수익을 창출하는 경영, 3) 정부가 소유하되 민간(외부 채용 전문경영자)이 운영하는 경영 및 4) 소유와 운영을 개인(민간)에게 모두 이양하여 경영하는 4개의 경영관리모델을 상정하였다. 이상에서 본 연구는 방목생태축산의 활성화를 위해, 4개의 경영관리모델을 제시하고 흑자수익 구조를 위한 경영자의 선발과 업무평가 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 방목생태축산 산지생태계 보전을 위한 관리 방안을 제시하고 있다. 특히 경영관리모델의 시스템관리 중 경영자의 선발 및 업무성과에 대한 평가는 우리나라 기업에서 사용하는 방법을 이용하여 방목생태축산의 특성에 맞도록 변형하여 시도했다는 면에서 의의가 크며 수익구조 개선에도 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 향후 연구에서는 경영자 선발채용과 업적평가에서 미래 환경에 따라 변화하는 축산 조건에 맞춰 평가관리 항목의 변경과 배점의 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Beef and dairy cattle are the primary ruminant livestock in Korea, but there is a serious shortage of both fresh and dry forages. Small areas of forage crops or pastures, unfavorable soil and climatic conditions, high costs for pasture production, low establishment and management technologies, etc. are the main factors limiting roughage production in Korea. To meet the roughage demand of cattle several suggestions are presented. About 845,000 ha of hilly area could be developed for pastureland. Almost the same area of paddy field, and more than 200,000 ha of reclaimed land could be used for pasture production. If all the potential area is developed for pastureland, the area could be extended to 10 times more than is presently used for pasture crops and pastureland. Productivity would be increased by developing new technologies of establishment and management. Silvo-pastoral systems should be introduced to Korea.

Seamus Heaney, a famous Irish poet after Yeats, has written some pastoral lyrics from his experiences of farm life and childhood memories. These poems, in spite of his simple overt praise of a rustic farm life, have layers of meaning with their vast allusiveness and implications. He is an extremely literary writer dealing with history from the Celtic myth and a long English literary history. Though his style reminds that of a Victorian poet through his allusions of nature, he is a modern poet of innovative skills and senses. The explication of his representative sonnet sequence, the "Glanmore Sonnets" will reveal exquisite, complicated poetics of a modern poet. The poems are basically love poems, and the love is directed to his beloved wife, his lifetime companion. The poems relate the cultivation of a land to the poet's excavating language from the classics and to the images of love making. Through a careful reading of the sonnets this article will broaden our knowledge on how a modern love lyric of layered meanings can retain the past tradition in its complicated poetics.
