승객용 승강기의 재해예방에 관한 연구 (Accident Prevention Counterplen of the Elevator for the Passenger)

  • Recently the car and elevator accidents as well as the fire, explosion and collapse increased. The passenger elevator accident from 1993 year to 2001 year has about 56.7% of total accidents and the human victims of 180 according to the Korea Elevator Safety Institute. Accident cause and prevention were investigated for the elevator having the fall, impact and narrowness accident types. The prevention and protection methods of the elevator accident from analysis results were suggested by comparing and analogizing the accident statistics about the accident investigation of the passenger elevator according to the elevator accidents.

  • Increasing elevator system every year that is directly connected passenger's safety and connected peculiarity Reliability of each variety equipment that is composing elevator is linked with passenger's safely, and prevent accident is important. Malfunction by electric part of elevator system that is composing elevator is not easy to examine closely the cause. Estimation about malfunction of component by electric power quality must consist among them. In this paper, inspect elevator accident figure to examine effect that electric power quality gets on elevator that see and presented thing for research direction and necessity of electric safety consideration by such electric malfunction.

  • This paper gives the information for fault and malfunction of the Elevator for the passenger. For analyzing the fault and malfunction of the elevator equipment we research the report of fault and malfunction which is written by ATP electric director and Elevator maintenance company during recently one year. We analyze the number of fault and malfunction according to classified by month, season, time and classify the kind of fault and malfunction such as stop, fault of door, malfunction of floor indication and so on. And now we research fault and malfunction for the power quality such as Sag, Swell, Interruption, Harmonic, electric voltage rise and so on at elevator equipments and are testing Elevator imitation equipment.

엘리베이터 하중시험 대체 검사기법 개발 (New Inspection Skill for Load-test of Hydraulic Elevator without Actual Loads)

  • In order to check traction of the elevator, the load-test is positively necessary on the inspection of elevator in Korea. So actual loads are used in the elevator car for the load-test. However, some of advanced countries in Europe, for example Germany, are using the alternative method with no load test instead of traditional load-test. Commonly hydraulic elevator, compared to passenger elevator is mainly used for loading heavy weights. It requires a great deal of labor to carry out load-test. The reason is why we developed a new inspection skill for the load-test of hydraulic elevator without actual loads. The results of studies show that the new method of the load-test can be replace the traditional load-test.

  • As the demand for high-rise buildings increases, the demand for high-speed elevators is also increasing. In order to make a high-speed elevator, a method is needed to reduce the weight of the elevator's components, which is a constraint on the increase in speed. As a measure to reduce the weight, it is possible to remove the traveling cable for power and signal supply. Since the weight of the traveling cable varies depending on the position of the carriage, it is difficult to compensate the weight using the counter weight. The power supply is a structure in which a brush-rail type power input terminal is installed in the elevator hoistway to receive power in a contact-type manner while the carriage is moving. If a small-capacity ESS is installed in a passenger car, power can be supplied uninterruptedly inside the passenger car. A small-capacity ESS charging system to be applied to such an elevator system is required to perform several functions. First, the passenger Car must be able to charge as much as possible even during high-speed operation. A control algorithm with high responsiveness is required because charging starts and ends repeatedly by the partially installed input power stage. In addition, if the input-side line impedance is large due to the structure of the system and the response characteristic is increased, the stability of the system may be lowered. Accordingly, in this paper, we propose a control algorithm that has a stable steady-state output while having a fast response in a transient state. To verify the proposed control algorithm, simulation was conducted using PSIM, and the performance of the controller was verified by manufacturing a prototype buck conveter charger.

컴퓨터프로그램을 이용한 엘리베이터 피난 연구 (Elevator evacuation studies using a computer program)

  • 최근의 건축물은 초고층화 또는 지하 공간의 심층화되어감에 따라 과도한 수직 거리 이동으로 인하여 체력이 부족한 사람들이 피난층 비상구에 이르기 전에 지쳐서 쓰러질 가능성이 있다. 화재 발생 인접 구역으로부터의 초기 피난에는 계단을 사용한 후에 나머지 거리는 승강기를 이용하여 안전한 공지나 도로로 탈출하는 방법을 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라 서울특별시 초고층 건축물 가이드 라인에서 피난용승강기에 대해 제정되었다. 최근 층수는 지하 7층 지상53층, 바닥면적 $6,800m^2$ 연면적 $127,050m^2$, 용도는 문화 및 집회시설 판매시설 업무시설 숙박시설(호텔) 공동주택(아파트)의 건축물을 설계하면서 피난용승강기를 별도로 설치하기에는 효율적이지 못하다는 판단하에 승용승강기의 설치기준에 따라 설계된 승강기를 피난용으로 사용하기로 결정하였다. 그러나 이에 대한 세부 설계지침내용이 아직까지 마련되어 있지 않아 국내법과 해외 설치기준을 근거로 승용승강기를 피난용으로 이용하기 위한 설계방법을 정리하였으며, 실제 설계된 도면으로 ELVAC+와 PathFinder의 피난프로그램으로 승강기수와 승강기를 이용한 피난자수의 적정성에 대해 연구하였다.

엘리베이터 카 내부 기류분포에 관한 열 유동해석 (Thermal and Fluid Analysis on Air Distribution in a Elevator Car)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe the visualization of the flow field for air flow distributed in the car from the ventilation fan installed in the ceiling of the passenger elevator car through the numerical analysis using computational fluid dynamics. STAR-CCM+, which is a code used for the numerical analysis, was used to predict the airflow distribution inside the elevator car. The numerical analysis of the distribution of the air current in the elevator was carried out. As a result, the analysis results for each point and the visualization of the air current distribution and the temperature distribution in the elevator car and were obtained. It was found that heat transfer was actively occurring inside the car due to the influence of the flow field discharged from the ventilation vent installed in the ceiling in the elevator car, and especially the convection heat transfer of Model-2 was more active than that of Model-1. As a result, the temperature distribution inside the car was found to be relatively low. In addition, the temperature distribution at a cross-section of 1700mm height in the elevator car shows that Model-2 is the location of the ventilation vent which makes people feel more comfortable.

인버터제어 승강기의 전력소비 특성과 전원설비 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of Power Consumption and Design of the Electrical Installations for the Inverter Controlled Elevator)

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 기종의 인버터제어승강기 전력소비특성을 분석하였다. 특히, 전부하상승전류는 기종별로 표준적인 기준치를 제시하였으며, 그 결과 아파트에 시설되는 인버터제어 승강기의 경우, 전부하상승전류의 크기는 기종별로 기존의 기준치 보다 -3[A]∼7[A] 정도 작아지는 결과을 얻었으며, 동력변압기 용량은 기종별로 기존 기준치 대비 약 0.5[kVA]∼3[kVA] 정도 작은 용량이 적정 용량인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 전원설비 계획으로서 인버터제어 승강기의 운행 정지사태를 최소화하기 위한 2회선 수전방식 및 2계통 배전 등의 다양한 전원확보방안을 제시하였다.

  • This study is about vector controlled inverter for high quality elevator drive that is to improve the settling accuracy of elevator car and passenger's comfort in commercial buildings. In this study, an instantaneous space vector control type inverter was used to reduce the torque ripple ant to improve the velocity follow-up. This method calculates Instantaneous actual output torque and flux of induction motor by voltage and current, then compares them with a reference values by a speed regulator. The outputs of comparators select a switching mode, for an optimal voltage vector. Also, this study used IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar-Transistor), a high speed switching element, to reduce sound noise level, and DSP (Digital Signal Processor) was used to improve the reliability of the control circuit by fully digitalization.

  • The number of confine-disease of elevator increases every year and then sudden rise, sudden stop, error of level indication, stand; those can bring to uneasiness of elevator passenger and malfunction accidents related life accident are increasing. For confirmation those malfunction accident, we are measuring and analyzing power quality(Sag, Interruption, Harmonic) of the actual site and evaluated the performance for stop and stating by testing the two imitation test equipment with EN12016(2004) standard level. This paper will be used data of the analysis for mutual relation between Power Quality and malfunction and fault of elevator.
