만성 뇌졸중 환자 8자 모양 경로 보행 검사의 측정자간·절대적 신뢰도와 타당도 (The inter-rater absolute reliability and validity of the Figure-of-8 Walk test in patients with chronic stroke)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 만성 뇌졸중 환자 8자 모양 경로 보행 검사(Figure-of-Eight Walk Test, F8WT)의 측정자간 절대적 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보고자 하였다. 만성 뇌졸중 환자 36명을 대상으로 하였으며 F8WT 소요 시간의 측정자간 신뢰도는 급간내상관계수(Intra Class Coefficient, $ICC_{2,1}$)를 구하였고, 절대적 신뢰도는 측정의 표준 오차값(Standard Error Measurment, SEM)과 최저 실제 차이(Small Real Difference, SRD)를 구하였다. F8WT 소요시간의 타당도는 뇌졸중 자세 평가 척도(Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke, PASS)와 체간 장애 척도(Trunk Impairment Scale, TIS)간의 스피어만 상관 계수(Spearman Correlation Coefficient)를 구하였다. 연구 결과 F8WT 소요 시간의 측정자간 신뢰도 ICC=0.95(0.91~0.97)로 매우 높았고, SEM과 SRD는 각각 1.02점, 2.82점으로 수용할 만 하였다. F8WT 소요 시간은 PASS(r=-0.82), TIS(r=-0.85)와 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 뇌졸중 환자의 특이성 장애인 자세 및 체간 조절과 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 F8WT는 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 보행 능력을 평가하는데 유용한 평가 도구로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Nowadays, vehicle becoming necessity is increasing gradually and is main cause of environmental problem. The current automobile noise measurement test method such as ISO 362 which have been used many countries contribute seriously to enforce the regulation of the noise rigidly and actively study vehicle's noise, using that method. However, the amendment of ISO 362 was completed under the international agreement due to the changes in vehicle's techniques and road conditions. In this study, the difference between the current ISO 362(or ECE R51) and new ISO 362(or new ECE R51) is estimated by the test using the practical car producing domestically because the Korean manufacturer have to be interested in new test method.

개선된 이동 프레임 음향 홀로그래피 방법과 이동 음원의 방사 소음의 가시화에 대한 응용 (Review of the Improved Moving Frame Acoustic Holography and Its Application to the Visualization of Moving Noise Sources)

  • This paper reviews the improved moving frame acoustic holography (MFAH) method and its application. Moving frame acoustic holography was originally proposed to increase the aperture size and the spatial resolution of hologram by using a moving line array of microphones. The hologram of scanned plane can be obtained by assuming the sound field to be product of spatial and temporal information. Although conventional MFAH was only applied to sinusoidal signals, it allows us to visualize the noise generated by moving noise sources by employing a vertical line array of microphones affixed to the ground. However, the sound field generated by moving sources becomes different from that of stationary ones due to the movement of the sources. Firstly, this paper introduces the effect of moving noise sources on the obtained hologram by MFAH and the applicability of MFAH to the visualization of moving sources. Secondly, this paper also reviews improved MFAH that can visualize a coherent narrow band noise and a pass-by noise. The practical applicability of the improved MFAH was demonstrated by visualizing tire noise during a pass-by test.

회전하는 터빈 블레이드 이차유로내 요철 배열이 열/물질전달에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Heat/Mass Transfer in the turbine blade internal passage with various rib arrangement)

  • The present study investigates the effects of various rib arrangements and rotating on heat/mass transfer in the cooling passage of gas turbine blades. The cooling passage has very complex flow structure, because of the rib turbulator and rotating effect. Experiments and numerical calculation are conducted to investigate the complex flow structures and heat transfer characteristics; the numerical computation is performed using a commercial code, FLUENT ver.5, to calculate the flow structures and the experiments are conducted to measure heat/mass transfer coefficients using a naphthalene sublimation technique. For the rotating duct tests, the test duct, which is the cross section of is $20mm\times40mm$ (the hydraulic diameter, $D_h$, of 26.7 mm, has two-pass with $180^{\circ}$ turning and the rectangular ribs on the wall. The rib angle of attack is $70^{\circ}$ and the maximum radius of rotation is $21.63D_h$. The partition wall has 10 mm thickness, which is 0.5 times to the channel width, and the distance between the tip of the partition wall and the outer wall of the turning region is 26.7 mm $(1D_h)$. The turning effect of duct flow makes the very complex flow structure including Dean type vortex and high turbulence, so that the heat/mass transfer increases in the turning region and at the entrance of the second pass. The Coriolis effect deflects the flow to the trailing surface, resulting in enhancement of the heat/mass transfer on the trailing surface and reduction on the leading surface in the first pass. However, the opposite phenomena are observed in the second pass. The each rib arrangement makes different secondary flow patterns. The complex heat/mass transfer characteristics are observed by the combined effects of the rib arrangements, duct rotation and flow turning.

  • We have in vestigated on physico-chemical and biological test of plastic transfusion set which was manufactured from the three companies after $Co^{60}\;{\gamma}-radiation$. The results obtained were as follows ; 1) In physico-chemical test generally showed a tendency to decrease of pH and tensile strength, and increase of oxidizable matter, phosphoric acid-phosphosphate and heavy metals in its eluted solution by irradiation of 2,5 Mrad. 2) In biological test including toxicity and safety test were passed but indicating haemolysis range the haemolysis test were failed to pass from 30% to 50%. 3) We have found that the raw materials of plastic transfusion set according to manufactures are all different and especially the most radioresistant raw material wss found in the product which was manufactured from C company.

자동요금징수 시스템(ETCS)의 통신방식별 성능평가 결과 분석 (Field Test Analysis of Electronic Toll Collection System, Hi-Pass)

  • 본 연구는 국내 유료도로에 적용될 ETCS의 방식을 결정하기 위해 ETCS 현장성능평가에 참여한 6개 업체의 현장성능 평가 과정을 소개하고 이에 대한 평가결과를 분석한 것이다 현장성능평가에 참여한 업체의 주요 통신방식은 능동형 RF(전파)방식과 IR(광파)방식의 ETC 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 업체별 통신방식과 시스템을 비교$\cdot$분석하고 시스템 구성과 기본성능을 확인한 후, 최종적으로 현장성능시험의 시험항목별 시험내용과 평가결과를 분석하였다. 현장성능평가 분석결과, 현장성능시험에 참여한 6개 업체 가운데 IR방식 1개 업체와 RF방식 2개 업체는 평가기준을 만족하고 나머지 3개 업체는 평가기준을 통과하지 못했지만, 전반적으로 볼 때, 그동안의 많은 시험과 개발과정을 거쳐 안정화가 되어 가고 있는 것으로 여겨진다. 본 현장시험에 사용한 성능평가방법은 현재 고속도로를 이용하는 또는, 하이패스에 이용되는 패턴을 충분히 고려하였지만, 발생될 수 있는 여러 경우에 대해 한국도로공사 자체기준으로 시험방법과 시험횟수를 정하였기 때문에 이에 대한논란의 여지는 있을 수 있다 따라서, 실제 고속도로상에서 발생될 수 있는 운전자의 행태나 도로 운영 방법 등 차량운행실태 등을 고려한 현장성능 시험 표준방법론의 개발이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

And then, their level of standard is maintained by the Continuous Professional Development(CPD) program, periodic forum, case study seminar and CMP vision execution strategy sponsored by the CMP Association.

단위테스트 중 매개변수 경계오류제거를 위한 코드 자동생성 시스템 설계와 구현 (Design and Implementation of code generator to remove the parameter boundary failure in the unit test)

  • As programs get more complicated and they are developed by various hands, the possibility that there are program bugs in the code has been increasing. And developers usually run unit tests to find these problems in the code. Besides, the developers are at the pain of getting stability of the code when they have to modify a code very often for clients requirements. In the methodlogy of TDD(Test Driven Development), developers write a unit test code first, and then write a program code for passing the unit test. The unit test must include the boundary condition test the reason why the possibility of occurring the bugs is very high. When failed to pass the test because of the value of a function is incorrect, not existed, out of the range or not matched etc, the program code will return the error code or occur the exception. In the document, the system is designed and implemented in order to insert the generated code automatically or suggest it to the developer, when the boundary condition test is failed. In conclusion, it is possible that the developer will get the code stability by searching the code and checking the code to be omitted automatically through this system.

지역필터를 이용한 수변전실 접지저항의 새로운 측정방법 (A New Measurement Method of the Ground Resistance Using a Low-pass Filter in Energized Substations)

  • This paper describes an advanced measuring method and precise evaluation of the ground resistance for the grounding system of energized substations and power equipments. A grounding system of substations consists of all interconnected grounding connections of grounded conductors, neutral ground wires, underground conductors of distribution lines, cable shields, grounding terminals of equipments, and etc. It is very difficult to measure the accurate ground resistance of the grounding terminals of equipments, and etc. It is very difficult to measure the accurate ground resistance of the grounding system of high voltage energized substations because of harmonic components caused by switched power supplies or overloads. The conventional fall-of-potential method may be subject to big error if stray ground currents and potentials are present. In this work, to improve the precision in measurements of the ground resistance by eliminating the effects of harmonic components and stray currents and potentials, the investigations of the ground resistance measurement by using a low pass filter in a model energized grounding system were conducted. The accuracy of ground resistance mesurements was evaluated as a function of the ratio of the test signal to noise (S/N). The errors due to the proposed ground resistance measurement method were decreased with increasing S/N and were less than 5[%] as S/N is 10. The proposed ground resistance measurement method appears to be considerably more accurate than the conventional fall-of -potential method. It is allows cancellation of the parasitic resistance of energized grounding systems, to employ the measurement method that allows cancellation of the parasitic effects due to other circulating ground currents and ground potential rises in practical situations.

시멘트 바이패스 더스트 내 염화칼륨 수득을 위한 이산화탄소 적용 연구 (Study of Using Carbon Dioxide for Obtaining Potassium Chloride from Cement By-Pass Dust)

  • 시멘트 제조 공정에서 발생하는 바이패스 더스트는 지정폐기물로서 고가의 처리비용이 요구되고 있다. 바이패스 더스트의 주성분은 KCl이며, KCl은 주로 비료에 사용되고 있다. 비료에 사용하기 위해서는 pH 수준이 중성 혹은 약산성 이어야 한다. 그러나 바이패스 더스트의 pH는 12.0~12.5 수준으로, 또다른 전처리 없이 비료로 사용될 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 시멘트 바이패스 더스트에서 KCl을 수득하는 과정 중, 이산화탄소를 사용하여 산화칼슘을 제거하고, 동시에 pH 변화량을 제어하고자 하였다. 탄산화시험기 내부 분위기를 $25^{\circ}C$-50RH%로 고정한 후, 이산화탄소 20 vol% 조건에서 0~7시간으로 유지하고, 각 시간별 산화칼슘 함량 및 pH 값을 분석하였다. 이산화탄소 유지시간 증가에 따라 산화칼슘 함량 및 pH 값은 감소하였으며, 6시간 경과 후 pH 값은 7에 근접하였다.
