크로스 롤러가이드의 다단형상인발공정 패스 스케쥴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Pass Schedule of Multi-Pas Shape Drawing Process for Cross Roller Guide)

  • In the multi-pass shape drawing process, the pass schedule that includes the determination of reduction ratio and intermediate die shape is very important. This study used the equal reduction, equal load, and electric field analysis method for pass schedule of the multi-pass shape drawing. The reduction ratio was calculated by the equal reduction and equal load method. And the intermediate die shape was determined by the result of the electric field analysis and the calculated reduction ratio. The proposed pass schedule method was applied to a shape drawing for producing cross roller guide. Finally, FE-analysis and shape drawing experiment were performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

광대역 고조파 제거를 위한 고온초전도 저역통과필터의 제작 (Fabrication of high-temperature superconducting low-pass filter for broad-band harmonic rejection)

  • A new type low-pass filter design method based on a coupled line and transmission line theory is proposed to suppress harmonics by attenuation poles in the stop band. The design formula are derived using the equivalent circuit of a coupled transmission line. The new low-pass filter structure is shown to have attractive properties such as compact size, wide stop band range and low insertion loss. The seventh-order low-pass filter designed by present method has a cutoff frequency of 0.9 CHz with a 0.01 dB ripple level. The coupled line type low-pass filter with strip line configuration was fabricated by using a high-temperature superconducting (HTS : YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-{\delta}}$ thin film on MgO(100) substrate. Since the HTS coupled tine type low-pass filter was proposed with five attenuation poles in stop band such as 1.8, 2.5, 4, 5.5, 6.2 GHz. The fabricated low-pass filter has improved the attenuation characteristics up to seven times of the cutoff frequency.

DFT 기반 페이저 연산 시 새로운 저역통과필터를 이용한 고주파 노이즈 경감 방법 (High Frequency Noise Reduction Method Using a Newly Designed Low-pass Filter in DFT-Based Phasor Estimation)

  • DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) is one of the most widely used method to estimate the phasor of a relaying signal. The harmonics are eliminated by the DFT. However, high frequency components, except for harmonics, are not removed and cause an error in DFT-based phasor estimation process. This paper suggests high frequency noise reduction method by using a newly designed low-pass filter to estimate a signal phasor. When selecting a stop-band cut-off frequency of the low-pass filter, high frequency components generated by faults are considered. To reduce the phasor estimation delay caused by a low-pass filter, this paper proposes a low-pass filter whose settling time is reduced. An adverse effect of high frequency noise on DFT-based phasor estimation is reduced. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, signals which are collected under a fault condition at a 345[kV] transmission system modeled by EMTP-RV are used.

  • This paper presents a novel method to determine sound power level(PWL) emitted by a travelling vehicle for road traffic noise simulation. The PWL is evaluated by the equivalent sound pressure level (SPL) measured by close proximity method and the sound power correction factor derived from the maximum SPL measured by pass-by method and the propagation attenuation of vehicle noise during the pass-by measurement. Using the method, we derive the empirical formula for PWL estimation in 1/1-octave and overall frequency bands for 8 vehicles (automobile, SUV, small truck, large bus, trailer, 3 dump trucks) tested at two road surfaces (dense graded asphalt, 30mm transverse tinning concrete) of Korean highway test road. The suggested approach, if securing sufficient data to represent the acoustic characteristics of all vehicle types, has il strong merit to be able to evaluate sound power levels for any combination of vehicle categories and traffic volumes.

방사성동위원소 심조영술상 심전도게이트 일회통과법을 이용한 우심실 박출계수 (Right Ventricular Ejection Fraction using ECG-Gated First Pass Cardioangiography)

  • Radionuclide cardioangiography has been widely applied and has played major roles in non-invasive assessment of cardiac function. Three techniques, first-pass, gated first and gated equilibrium methods, have commonly been used to evaluate right ventricular ejection fraction which usually abnormal in the patients with cardiopulmonary disease. It has been known that the gated first pass method is the most accurate method among the three techniques in assessment of right ventricular ejection fraction. The radionuclide right ventricular ejection fraction values were determined in 13 normal subjects and in 15 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by the gated first pass method and compared with those of the first pass method because there ha,j been no published data of right ventricular ejection fraction by the gated first pass method in Korea. The values of right ventricular ejection fraction by the gated first pass method were compared with the detas from the pulmonary function test performed in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmomary disease. The results were as follows: 1) The values of right ventricular ejection fraction by the gated first pass method were $50.1{\pm}6.1%$ in normal subjects and $38.5{\pm}8.5$ in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. There was statistically significant difference between the right ventricular ejection fraction of each of the two groups (p < 0.05). 2) The right ventricular ejection fraction by the gated first pass method was not linearly correlated with $FEV_1$, VC, DLCO, and FVC as well as $P_aO_2$ and $P_aCO_2$ of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. We concluded that right ventricular ejection fraction by the gated first pass method using radionuclide cardioangiography may be useful in clinical assessment of the right ventricular function.

  • The objective of this paper is to compare the site-to-site variability of ISO 10844 pass-by-noise test sites. In order to investigate the site-to-site variance of test surfaces, European commercial tires are tested at seven different test sites. Three Korea test sites and four Europe test sites are selected.. The pass by noise test is executed according to a 2001/43/EC regulation. A]though the ISO surface has a very specific track composition, it does not reduce the variation of pass-by-noise measurements over the surface of test sites. This paper shows that the test results of pass-by-noise level are different depending on the test sites. The correlation obtained in this work is able to predict the pass by noise level for certain test site using the data measured from another test site. 17he prediction value is range with an error within 1dB(A).

전역통과 시스템에 대한 Deconvolution 필터링 기법 (Deconvolution Filtering Method for All-pass Systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 FIR 근사를 기반으로한 전역통과 시스템에 대한 deconvolution 필터링 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 안정한 non-causal deconvolution 필터를 FIR 근사에 의해 안정한 causal deconvolution 필터로 변환시키는 것이다. 본 논문에서 보인바와 같이 전역통과시스템에 대한 deconvolution 필터의 임펄스 응답은 전역통과 시스템 자체의 임펄스 응답의 거울 영상(mirror image) 임을 알 수 있다. 이와 같이 전역통과 시스템에 대한 임펄스 응답과 그 시스템의 deconvolution 필터에 대한 임펄스 응답의 대칭성 때문에, 제안한 기법은 전역 통과 필터의 차수에 상관없이 동일하게 적용할 수 있다. 제안한 기법의 성능을 보이기 위하여 1차, 2차 및 400차의 전역통과 시스템에 대한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과를 포함한다.

  • The novel integration method with programmable high-pass filter is suggested in order to solve the problem of integration for stator flux estimation in a stator flux oriented direct vector controlled induction motor drive system. The dc offset in a pure integrator is eliminated using high-pass filter with fixed time constant, and then time constant of programmable high-pass filter is controlled with a inverter frequency for integration in a wide frequency range, considering phase lag and attenuation due to both the hardware low-pass filter and high-pass filter. The proposed method is verified with the experimental results implemented by 32-bit DSP.

저주파필터를 적용한 Wegmann 방법의 수렴성에 관한 연구 (A study on the convergence of Wegmann's method applying a low frequency pass filter)

  • 저자는 등각사상을 구하기 위한 기존의 여러 Theodorsen 방정식의 해법 중 가장 유효한 해법으로 알려져 있는 Wegmann의 방법을 다룬바 있다. Wegmann의 방법으로 수치실험을 한 결과 난이도가 높다고 예상되는 문제에 있어 수렴했다가 발산을 하는 불안정현상이 나타났으며 수렵하지 않는 불안정현상의 원인을 분석하여 저주파필터를 적용한 새로운 반복법을 제안하였다. 원래의 Wegmann 반복법으로는 발산하는 모튼 문제에 있어서 새로 제안한 방법에 의해서 수렴하는 수치실험 결과를 얻었는데 본 논문에서는 저주파필터를 적용한 Wegmann해법에 의해 실험적으로 수렴한 결과를 Fourier 분석기법에 의해 이론적으로 증명한다.
