과학과 수업평가 실태 및 개선 방안 연구 (Research on the Current Science Teaching Evaluation System and Directions for Improving Teaching Evaluation)

  • 본 연구에서는 문헌 연구, 설문 조사, 교사 면담 등을 통하여 현행 과학과 수업평가(장학) 실태를 진단하고, 과학과 수업평가의 필요성과 그 개선 방안(지향점)을 고찰하였다. 먼저 과학교사들이 경험한 수업평가의 유형, 현행 수업평가 결과의 활용 사례, 교사들이 진단한 현행 수업평가의 문제점 등을 살펴보았다. 현장 교사들은 관리자 중심의 관료적인 수업평가, 보여주기위한 공개 수업용의 수업 평가, 수업이 교사의 개인적인 영역이라는 교사들의 인식, 교사평가에서 낮은 비중을 차지하는 수업평가, 평가자의 비전문성, 객관적이고 전문적인 평가들의 부재 등을 현행 수업평가의 문제점으로 지적하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 형성평가로서의 과학과 수업평가의 필요성을 고찰하고, 바람직한 수업평가의 유형, 주체, 대상 등을 제안하였다. 앞으로 나아갈 길은 행정적 상부구조에서 시작되는 것이 아니라, 교사들 스스로 신뢰할만한 전문직으로서 자신들의 활동을 점검할 기초가 되는 교수활동 기준 개발 및 전문적 학습에 대한 책임을 지는 것이다.

ACMS 모형을 적용한 전력정책의 변동 분석 : 한국전력공사의 발전자회사를 중심으로 (An Analysis on Electric Power Policy through ACMS Model : Focused on the Power Generation Subsidiary Company of the Korea Electric Power Corporation)

  • The purpose of this study is to dimensionally examine the factors of policy changes by applying the ACMS model to KEPCO's structural reorganization privatization policies and study its implications. As a result of the analysis, among the external variables that affect as a financial source or restriction to advocates, all areas except for the difference in opinion of the people as well as policy decision and effects of other subordinate systems were shown to be in an advantageous condition acting as a financial source to advocates of structural reorganization privatization. On the other hand, advocates affected by the external variables share a certain belief system in which the advocates of privatization share the justification of profitability while the advocates of collectivization share the justification of publicness. In these flows, the announcement of the privatization plan of public enterprises of the committee of planning and budgeting acts as a matter of contact which opens the windows for policy changes, and this window goes through ignition, explosion, and fixation which causes fierce interactions among advocates of both sides. Eventually, in accordance with the contents of excluding electricity(KEPCO) from the list for privatization the window for policy changes has closed and things have changed to a transitional KEPCO privatization policy. Based on this, the first implication is that non-official participants such as the people, social organizations, labor unions, etc. influence policy changes more than they did before. Secondly, in the process of policy changes, there is an order of boundary even in the fierce interactions between each advocate. Thirdly, specific variables can play various roles in complex policy phenomenon. Fourthly, a logical analysis using the ACMS model is possible in Korea as well. Fifthly, as a result of analyzing the change process of the KEPCO structural reorganization privatization policy through the ACMS model, not all matched with the main research results implied by the ACMS model.

재분배정책 과정에의 참여자 분석 (Participants in the Redistribution Policy Process)

  • 이 논문에서는 한국의 재분배정책에 관한 사례 연구들을 바탕으로 삼아 재분배정책 과정에서 등장하는 주요 참여자들의 행태에 초점을 두고 이들간의 역동적 과정을 재분석함으로써 한국의 재분배 정책 과정에서 사회복지전문가들이 맡아야 할 역할은 무엇인가를 논의한다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 재분배정책 과정은 사회적 가치의 재분배와 관련되는 까닭에 그 성격상 사회 계층간의 이해 대립과 갈등이 전제가 되고, 이들 양자의 견해가 타협을 통해 정책에 반영되어야 하지만, 우리나라의 재분배정책 과정에서 클라이언트들의 활동은 거의 없었다. 재분배정책의 대상인 이들은 자금, 지식, 시간, 사회적 지위, 연줄 등 권력 자원의 결핍이 이들의 정책 과정에의 접근을 허용하지 않기 때문이다. 둘째, 결국 사회적 약자들이 보는 재분배의 문제는 정책꾼, 특히 대통령이나 정책 관료들에 의하여 제기되고 정책으로 전환되는 과정을 밟게 되는데, 이들의 정책 정향이 결코 복지지향적이 아니었고, 결국 재분배정책은 그 내용이 충실할 수 없었다. 셋째, 이들을 대러하여 재분배 문제를 정책 문제로 제기하고, 정책의제로 논의하는 과정에서 그것이 변질되지 않고 정책결정이 이루어질 수 있도록 감시하고 압력을 넣으며, 정책결정이 이루어진 다음에도 그것이 제대로 집행될 수 있도록 계속 감시하는 사회적 활동을 누군가가 맡아서 해야 할 것이다. 넷째, 이러한 역할은 사회 행동에 관한 방법론적 전문 지식을 가진 사회복지전문가가 담당하여야 한다.

어머니의 공감과 유아의 친사회적 행동과의 관계 - 유아의 정서표현을 매개로 - (The Relationship Between the Mother's Empathy and the Child's Prosocial Behavior: The Mediating Effect of the Child's Emotional Expression)

  • This study identified the mediating effect of the child's emotional expression on the relationship between the mother's empathy and the child's prosocial behavior. The participants included 310 mothers of children between the ages of 2 and 5 from two kindergartens and four day care centers located in Gyeonggi-do. The mother's empathy was measured using the Interpersonal Reactivity Index. The child's prosocial behavior was measured using the Preschoolers' Prosocial Behavior Index. The child's emotional expression was assessed using a questionnaire from previous research. First, older mothers and less educated mothers showed a higher level of empathy. Mothers over the age of 30 were more likely to have the ability to imagine other roles in movies or books, and to show empathic concern than those under 36. Mothers without a college degree showed a higher level of perspective-taking than those with a college degree. Second, girls were more likely to engage in prosocial behaviors and show emotional expressions than boys. Three-year-old children were more likely to share than two-year-old children, showed more initiative than two- and four-year-old children. Third, the mother's perspective-taking and empathic concern were significantly related to the child's prosocial behavior and emotional expression. The mother's personal distress was related to the child's control over emotions and awareness of other's emotion. Finally, the child's emotional expression had a mediating effect on the relationship between the mother's empathy and the child's prosocial behavior.

Standardization Roadmapping: Cases of ICT Systems Standards

  • Despite a commonly held belief that standards obstruct innovation, recent research shows that they can actually play critical roles in supporting various activities of technological innovation. Thus, providing an innovation-friendly environment through standardization has been gaining much attention in recent years; however, there is as yet limited understanding, due to complex dynamics and high uncertainties associated with innovation, as well as a variety of different types and functions of standards with various stakeholders involved. The problem becomes even more challenging for standardization in highly complex systems, such as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, where a large number of domains and components are involved, along with various types of stakeholders. In order to deal with such complexity and variations, a systematic approach of standardization roadmapping has been used in many technology-leading countries as a strategic policy tool for supporting effective management of standardization. Despite its wide adoption, the current understanding of standardization roadmapping is somewhat limited, leaving significant challenges for policymakers and standards organizations in terms of how to structure and manage roadmapping exercises, and how the government should get involved. In this regard, the current research explores existing standardization roadmaps in various contexts related to ICT systems (ICT in Korea, Smart Grid in the US, and electromobility in Germany), as there is a particular need for systematic development of strategies for such complex systems of ICT. Focusing on various aspects of standardization roadmapping exercises such as their structures, processes, and participants, their common features and key characteristics are identified. Comparing these roadmaps also reveal distinct differences between standardization roadmapping approaches adopted by different countries in different contexts. Based on lessons learnt from existing practices, the study finally provides insight for the Korean ICT standards community on the ways in which their standardization roadmapping approach can be improved to support anticipatory management of standardization activities more effectively. It is expected that the current research can not only provide increased understanding of standardization roadmaps, but also help policymakers and standards organizations to develop more effective strategies for supporting innovation through the systematic management of standardization.

패션점포 판매원 메시지의 측면성이 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향 -판매원 신뢰와 인지노력의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Message Sidedness of Fashion Salespersons on Consumer Behavior -Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Salespersons' Trust and Cognitive Effort-)

  • Message sidedness of fashion salespersons on consumer behavior with the consideration of the mediating roles of trust and cognitive efforts, and the moderation of a regulatory focus of consumers. Two scenarios were devised, a single message in which a salesperson explains only the advantages of a product to customers, and the second with a double message that explains both the advantages and drawbacks of the product. The results showed that participants trusted a fashion salesperson more and perceived stronger cognitive effort for two-sided messages. The two-sided messages mediated the consumer's trust in the salesperson and cognitive effort, and influenced consumers' buying behavior. This study also found that salesperson trust was stronger in the two-sided messages scenario than in the one-sided message scenario, regardless of consumers' focused preference, and that it was more effective for promotion focus customers. The analysis of the results on consumers' cognitive effort indicated that prevention focused customers did not exhibit any difference in cognitive effort concerning two-sided messages. However, promotion focused customers exhibited an increased cognitive effort in the two-sided message scenario than in the one-sided message scenario. Marketing implications were discussed based on the findings.

치과위생사에 대한 예비치과의사의 인식 조사 (A Survey on dental college students' perception and understanding of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate third and forth year dental students' perception towards dental hygienists as professionals. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 602 dental college students in Korea after receiving the informed consent. Except incomplete answers, 217 data were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of three questions of the general perception towards dental hygienists, four questions of the cooperation relationship to the dental hygienists, four questions of oral health education, five questions of preventive dental health care, five questions of dental treatment cooperation, and five questions of dental health care management. The data were analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0(SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: Most of the dental college students viewed the dental hygienists as professionals. However, they did not exactly know the professional job of dental hygienists within the current national medical services system and they often viewed the dental hygienists as a medical assistant. The dental college students thought that the key role of the dental hygienists is the dental assisting. Only a small fraction of the participants recognized oral health promotion, preventive cares, and hospital management as professional roles of dental hygienists. Conclusions : Dental college students' perception towards dental hygienists as professionals needs to be improved. Understanding the job description of dental hygienists clearly is a crucial part of dental students' learning process and future practice.

효과적인 린 건설 수행을 위한 린 시스템 운용 방안 제시 (Deployment of Lean System for Effective Lean Construction Implementation)

  • 린 건설은 건설 관리의 새로운 방향을 제시해준다. 제조업체로부터 시작된 린 건설은 제조업의 생산활동과는 판이하게 다를 수 있는 건설업의 생산 업무를 효율적으로 조정해 주는데 역점을 두고 있다. 미국 LCI협회는 작업 흐름의 관리와 보다 효율적인 공정 및 계획 관리를 위해 최종 계획 관리 시스템을 개발하여 건설업체에 보급, 린 건설의 활성화를 유도하고 있는데, 이것이 바로 라스트 플래너 시스템(Last Planner System: LPS)이다. 국내에서도 린 건설에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있는 가운데 여러 번에 걸쳐 이 LPS의 소개가 이루어 졌으나 공사현장 참여자들의 비교적 상세한 지침서는 아직 제시된 바 없는 것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 건설현장에서 린 시스템의 보다 효율적인 적용과 수행을 가능케 하기 위한 토대 마련을 제공하고자 하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 문헌조사, 현장 방문을 통한 인터뷰 및 설문조사, 그리고 현장의 린 건설 수행 실태 분석 등을 통하여 린 건설 수행 시 공사 참여자들의 역할과 의무를 정리하였고 린 시스템 중 가장 일반적으로 현장에 적용되어지고 있는 라스트플래너(Last Planner)의 운용 가이드를 제시하였다. 이와 더불어 린 시스템 적용 관리 모델을 제시하여 공사참여자들의 린 건설의 원활한 수행을 유도하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

커뮤니티공간으로서의 어린이공원 조성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of a Children's Park as a Community Space)

  • This study deals with the participatory design process of renovating a children's park. The process should proceed with two major elements. Firstly, the children's park should be designed from the perspective of children. Secondly, it should be designed in consideration of the context of the community. This study is divided into two parts. First is the review of theory concerning the meaning and roles of the children's park as a community space, the importance of children's participation in the design and the participatory method of the children. The second is the case study. The site for the case study is Ssial Park in Nowon-Gu, Seoul. The entire process of the case study is with community participation, from identifying the park's problems to the actual construction. At every step, through the participatory programs, the community participates in the decision making. In addition, mutual understanding among participants is pursued through diverse means of communication. The following results of the case study were found. Firstly, diverse participatory programs and the active trial to enable the community to communicate contribute to the sense of ownership and responsibility concerning the park Secondly, the community can negotiate the differences in opinions without needing the help of experts. Of course, there are limits in the case study, such as the fact that the community organization, which is the core of communication and maintenance concerning the park, is not organized through the process of a case study. Another is that more diverse methods, which inform all community members of the participatory process, should have been used.

국내 및 북미 주요 대학의 도서관 통계 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis on the Statistics of Academic Libraries of Major Universities in South Korea and North America)

  • 본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 현황을 파악하고자 국내 57개 주요 대학과 북미 116개 주요 대학의 도서관 통계를 각각 학술정보통계시스템(Rinfo)과 연구도서관협회(ARL) 통계를 활용하여 비교하였다. Rinfo와 ARL 통계에서 유사성이 높은 12개 지표를 비교한 결과, 국내 주요 대학의 도서관은 '소장 장서 수', '전자책 수', '도서관 직원 수', '자료 구입비', '상호대차 신청 건수', '상호대차 제공 건수', '이용자 교육 횟수', '이용자 교육 참가자 수' 측면에서 북미 주요 대학에 비해 열악한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 '연간 도서관 이용자 수', '참고 트랜잭션(교류) 건수', '관외 대출 건수', '원문 제공 건수'에 있어서는 국내 대학이 북미 대학의 현황에 비해 높은 수치를 보였는데, 이들 지표에 대해서는 ARL과 Rinfo 간의 정의나 작성방식에 부분적으로 차이가 있어 결과 해석에 유의할 필요가 있다. 이 연구를 통해 대학 교육과 연구경쟁력의 핵심 요소인 국내 대학도서관에 대한 국가 및 대학 차원의 관심과 지원 확대가 필요함을 알 수 있었으며, 나아가 Rinfo 지표에 대한 체계적 관리 필요성도 확인할 수 있었다.
