최근, 감시시스템, 게임, 영화등 다양한 분야에서 영상을 이용한 실시간 객체 추적의 필요성이 높아짐에 따라, 커널기반 mean-shift 추적 기법에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 커널 기반 mean-shift 객체 추적에 있어서 주요한 몇 가지 문제점들 중, 첫번째로 추적 목표 객체에 대한 부분 가림 흑은 전체 가림 상황에서의 객체 추적의 문제를 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모드 지역적 커널 가중치를 적용함드로써 부분 가림 상황에서도 안정적드로 객체를 추적할 수 있는 실시간 mean-shift 추적 기법을 제안한다. 제안기법에서는 단일 커널을 사용하는 대신 여러 개의 서브 커널들로 구성된 커널을 사용하고, 각 서브 커널의 위치에 따른 지역적 커널 가중치를 적용한다. 기존의 멀티모드 커널 기반의 방법과 비교한 실힘을 통하여 본 제안 방법이 보다 안정적드로 객체를 추적할 수 있음을 보였다.

최근 영상 및 보안, 시스템의 지능화 등 디지털 시장의 거대화 및 다양화로 인하여 이에 사용되는 영상처리기술의 수요 역시 증가하고 있다. 특히, CT, MRI, X-ray, 스캐너와 같이 잡음에 민감하게 반응하는 경우, 영상교정 및 복원을 위해 잡음 처리가 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이중 대표적인 Salt and Pepper 잡음은 기존에도 연구가 활발히 진행되었지만, 여전히 잡음이 아주 많은 경우 상세 정보와 에지가 만족스럽지 못하고 흐려지는 한계를 가진다. 따라서 본 논문은 유클리드 거리 식에 따른 가중치를 부분 마스크에 적용하고, 원본과 가장 유사한 비잡음 화소만을 유효 화소로 사용하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 설계한 부분 마스크의 내부 화소 상태 및 마스크의 훼손 정도에 따라 필터의 종류를 결정하기 때문에, 훼손이 심한 환경에서도 우수한 잡음 제거 능력을 나타내었다.

The experiment was conducted to obtain basic information on breeding of flue-cured tobacco varieties. Nine cultivars and partial diallel set of 36 F1 hybrides were grown at Taegu Experiment Station, Korea Ginseng & Tobacco Research Institute in 1983. Estimated heritability in the narrow-sense ranged from 66.21% to 94.12% for yield, leaves per plant, days to flower, leaf weight, leaf width, leaf shape, nicotine content and reducing sugar content, while that for stalk height, leaf length, midrib weight and midrib width ranged from 28.12% to 56.25%. The genotypic correlations were positive among yield, leaf weight, leaf length, leaf width, midrib weight and midrib width in the middle leaves, days to flower, nicotine content and reducing correlated with leaf length than leaf width. At the path coefficient analysis of the effect of leaf and midrib characters upon yield according to stalk position, leaf weight, leaf width and midrib width in the middle leaves, and leaf weight, and leaf width in the top leaves showed high direct effects.

목적 : 내측 반월상 연골의 양동이형 파열에 대한 기존의 보편적인 치료법인 전방 도달법을 이용한 관절경적 부분 절제술에 비해 보다 우수한 후내측 도달법을 이용한 관절경적 부분 절세술을 소개하고자 한다. 방법 : 슬관절의 관절경적 기본 검사 후 파열된 반월상 연골의 정복을 시행한 수, 관절경을 후내측 구획에 위치시킨 후, 관절경적 시야 하에서 후내측 도달법을 개설하여 관절경을 삽입하여 이 구역을 재관찰하며, 관절경적 부분 절제술을 시행한다. 결론 : 내측 반월상 연골의 양동이형 파열에 대한 기존의 전방 도달법을 이용한 관절경적 부분 절제술은 내측 반월상 연골의 후각 부착 부위에 대한 시야확보가 부족하여 정확한 부분 절제술이 될 수 없고, 후각부에 동반된 다른 유형의 파열이나 내측 대퇴 내과 후면의 관절 손상 등을 관찰할 수 없고, 술 중 후방 십자인대에 손상을 줄 수가 있으며, 내측 대퇴골과의 체중부하 부위에 인위적인 관절 연골 손상을 줄 수가 있다. 후내측 도달법을 이용한 내측 반월상 연골의 양동이형 파열에 대한 관절경적 부분 절제술은 우수한 방법이라 생각된다.

다중 안테나를 사용한 다중 반송파 대역확산 다중접속 (MIMO MC-CDMA) 시스템에 대한 V-BLAST의 수신 성능을 개선하기 위해 기존에 제안된 다단계 병렬 널링 및 병렬 부분 간섭 제거 수신기 (MPN-PPIC)의 성능을 보다 향상시키기 위한 방법으로, 최적의 간섭 제거 가중치를 구하는 방법을 제안한다. [1]에서 제안된 MPN-PPIC 방법은 병렬 간섭 제거 기법과 실험적으로 구한 최적의 간섭 제거 가중치를 이용하여 다중 사용자 환경에서 기존의 V-BLAST의 단점을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있었다. 하지만, 실험적으로 구한 가중치는 시스템에 적응적으로 적용할 수 없다는 단점이 있기 때문에, 본 논문에서는 수신신호의 신호대 간섭 및 잡음비 (SINR)을 이용한 최적의 간섭 제거 가중치를 구하는 방법을 보이고, 이를 [1]에서의 결과와 비교하기 위해 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 수행한다. 컴퓨터 모의 실험 결과, 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 10/sup -3/의 BER에 대해서 2.5～5dB 정도의 성능 이득을 얻을 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

누에 품종 육성을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위해 7개 품종을 이면교잡하여 얻은 F1, F2세대에 대한 유전자의 분포상태와 우성정도, 분산성분과 성분비 등을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. Vr-Wr graph는 F1세대에서 견장의 자, 단견중의 자웅, 견층 연감율의 자웅, 견사량이 모두 초우성이었다. 또 5령경과와 견층중, 견층비율의 각 자웅, 견사장 등은 불완전 우성으로 표현되었다. F2세대는 5령경과, 전령경과와 견장, 견폭, 단견중, 견층중, 견사량은 모두 불완전 우성으로 나타났다. 유전 분산성분에서 F1세대의 5령경과와 견폭, 견층중, 견층비율, Fibroin량의 각 자웅은 유전지의 상가적 효과가 우성 효과보다 크게 평가되었다. F2세대의 견촉, 견층중, 견층비율, fibroin량의 각 자웅도 상가적 효과가 우성 효과보다 크게 표현되었다.

Ahnak, a large protein first identified as an inhibitor of TGF-β signaling in human neuroblastoma, was recently shown to promote TGF-β in some cancers. The TGF-β signaling pathway regulates cell growth, various biological functions, and cancer growth and metastasis. In this study, we used Ahnak knockout (KO) mice that underwent a 70% partial hepatectomy (PH) to investigate the function of Ahnak in TGF-β signaling during liver regeneration. At the indicated time points after PH, we analyzed the mRNA and protein expression of the TGF -β/Smad signaling pathway and cell cycle-related factors, evaluated the cell cycle through proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) immunostaining, analyzed the mitotic index by hematoxylin and eosin staining. We also measured the ratio of liver tissue weight to body weight. Activation of TGF-β signaling was confirmed by analyzing the levels of phospho-Smad 2 and 3 in the liver at the indicated time points after PH and was lower in Ahnak KO mice than in WT mice. The expression levels of cyclin B1, D1, and E1; proteins in the Rb/E2F transcriptional pathway, which regulates the cell cycle; and the numbers of PCNA-positive cells were increased in Ahnak KO mice and showed tendencies opposite that of TGF-β expression. During postoperative regeneration, the liver weight to body weight ratio tended to increase faster in Ahnak KO mice. However, 7 days after PH, both groups of mice showed similar rates of regeneration, following which their active regeneration stopped. Analysis of hepatocytes undergoing mitosis showed that there were more mitotic cells in Ahnak KO mice, consistent with the weight ratio. Our findings suggest that Ahnak enhances TGF-β signaling during postoperative liver regeneration, resulting in cell cycle disruption; this highlights a novel role of Ahnak in liver regeneration. These results provide new insight into liver regeneration and potential treatment targets for liver diseases that require surgical treatment.

Peroneal neuropathy scarcely can develop after massive weight reduction. A 21-year-old man complained left foot drop after 28% weight reduction (from 94 kgs to 67.5 kgs). During previous seven months, he played PC games with sitting cross-legged more than seven hours a day. In addition, he started a heavily restricted diet three months ago. Except for those, he had neither any medical history nor trauma to his knee. Electrophysiologic study showed the partial conduction block of left peroneal neuropathy at the fibular head. Four-week well balanced diet and physical therapy improved his foot drop. For the prevention of peroneal neuropathy related to weight reduction, well balanced diet and lifestyle modification are needed.

The purpose of this study is investigating characteristics of paper-ash mortar according to partial replacement of fine aggregate by Paper-ash. For this purpose, selected test variables were mixing ratio with two levels of mortar(1:2, 1:3), and 3 types of paper-ash(A, B, C), and paper-ash content with four levels(5%,, 10%, 15%, 20%). As a result of this study, in all mixes with partial replacement of fine aggregate by Paper-ash generally Produced Paper-ash mortar with decreased compressive strength at ail age as compared to ordinary mixes. The mixing rate 1:2 was the higher increasing rate of strength than the mixing rate 1:3. The flow value and unit weight of paper-ash mortar were decreased with increasing of the paper-ash content. And the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductivity of the paper-ash mortar was lower than normal mixing without paper-ash.

n-Alkylamine hydrochlorides $C_nH_{2n+1}NH_3CI$에서 n=0에서 n=4 까지 이르는 低分子量 同族體의 apparent molal volume {\phi}\nu$ 및 partial molal volume $V^{\circ}$을 30$^{\circ}C$水溶液에서 測定하엿다 아민산의 濃度는 0.01M에서 0.3M까지 , 密度測定은 浮力法(Float method)를 適用하여 少數點 以下 5位까지 取하였다. 實驗結果 同族體의 分子量이 一定量 $CH_2$식 增加함에 따라 $V^{\circ}$값이 規則的인 差로서 增加한다는 事實이 觀測되었다. 또한 濃度增加함에 따른 {\phi}\nu$ 變化는 共通的으로 直選的이고 limiting slope는 positive이며 比較的 理論値에 가까왔다. 共通anion인 鹽素이온 $CI^-$의 partial molal volume, $V^{\circ}$$CI^-$은 18.6ml $mole^{-1}$으로 他硏究者들의 date와 大體的으로 一致하였다. {\phi}{\nu}$ 값의 變化로 보아 이온의 hydrophobic effect와 change effect는 거의 競合狀態이나 charge effect 곧 electrostriction effect가 優勢를 보였다.
