마이크로프로세서를 위한 효율적인 기능 검증 환경 구현 (An Implementation of Efficient Functional Verification Environment for Microprocessor)

  • 본 논문은 마이크로프로세서의 설계과정 중, 중요도가 크게 부각되고 있는 기능 검증을 좀더 효율적으로 할 수 있는 검증환경을 제안한다. 본 검증 환경은 테스트 벡터 생성부분, 시뮬레이션 부분, 결과 비교 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 기존에 사용되던 검증 방법보다 좀더 효율적인 기능 검증이 가능하도록 하기 위해 바이어스 랜덤 테스트 벡터 생성기를 사용하였고, 참조모델로 재정의 가능 명령어 수준 시뮬레이터를 사용하였다. 본 검증 환경에서 수행된 결과를 비교함으로써 일반적인 테스트벡터에서 발견하기 어려운 오류 유형을 발견하고 새로운 오류 유형의 기준을 제시하는 효과를 지닌다.

  • Origin verification is regarded most essential for FTA performance administration. This administration is divided into direct and indirect system where Korea has adapted indirect system to Korea-EU FTA while direct system to Korea-USA FTA. A comparative analysis was conducted on the system of origin verification and provisions contained in preferential tariff law of each countries. The study finds that Korean origin verification system is a bit lack of procedural provision resulting in less protection of domestic trader's rights. Another point is that Korean Customs Authority is weak, in respect of organization and man power, to protect illegal bilateral tariff application by counter part FTA countries. And therefore this study suggests the policy makers to arrange detailed FTA origin verification procedures with earliest meeting with counter part FTA countries, and further stress that make up of organization and man power for origin verification in a timely manner.

  • This paper presents a learning-based visual inspection method that addresses the need for an improved adaptability of a visual inspection system for parts verification in panorama sunroof assembly lines. It is essential to ensure that the many parts required (bolts and nuts, etc.) are properly installed in the PLC sunroof manufacturing process. Instead of human inspectors, a visual inspection system can automatically perform parts verification tasks to assure that parts are properly installed while rejecting any that are improperly assembled. The proposed visual inspection method is able to adapt to changing inspection tasks and environmental conditions through an efficient learning process. The proposed system consists of two major modules: learning mode and test mode. The SVM (Support Vector Machine) learning algorithm is employed to implement part learning and verification. The proposed method is very robust for changing environmental conditions, and various experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • 본 연구에서 제시된 방법은 Fig.2(c)에 나타낸 방법으로 공구궤적의 검증과 더불어 NC공구궤적의 잘못된 부분과 정도를 찾아내 수정할 수 있도록하여 기존의 NC검증시스템의 비효율성을 해결하고자 했다.

  • In conventional approaches such as a functinal approach or a parametric approach to online signature verification, which could not deal with the local shape of signature, much various important informations inherent in the local part of signature shape have been overlooked. In this paper, we try a structural approach in which a signature is represented as a structural form of handwriting primitives and the local parts along a signature handwriting can be selectively compared according to their discrimination power in the process of signature verification, As a result, the error rate is diminished in the case that the weights of subpattern units is applied into comparing process, which is the degree of discrimination power of local part. And also, the global variation and complexity of each signature extracted from the analysis of local shape is found useful in determining the decision threshold more precisely.

  • The verification of software part and HW/SW interface suffer from the absence of the hardware platform at the end of partitioning and coding phase in design cycle. In this paper we present the design of easy verification for hardware design. Hardware and software engineer can verify their software program and hardware design for a chip that is emulated in proposed verification environment. Besides, designer can easily design the DEMO system.

  • In this study, when structure which is combined by welding is receiving internal pressure, finite element analysis to confirm stability of structure and reliability of welding part is achieved. And we analyze the results. Also, if stability of the structure and reliability of the welding part are not defined, research that look for method to change design to receive stability and reliability is achieved.

  • This paper presents in-circuit system-on-chip verification and debugging environment. To maximize the emulation speed, the software part is compiled natively for the host computer and the hardware part is mapped into FPGA. The two parts communicate with each other in transaction level. The operation of the hardware part and the software part is recorded independently during the emulation, and after the emulation is over, they are merged in a waveform to give user a unified view that covers both hardware and software.

  • Permanent deformation plays a key role in performance based earthquake resistant design. In order to estimate permanent deformation after earthquake, it is essential to secure reliable response history analysis(RHA) as well as earthquake scenario. This study focuses on permanent deformation of an inverted T-type wall under earthquake. The study is composed of two separate parts. The first one is on the verification of RHA and the second one is on an effect of input earthquake motion. The former is discussed in this paper and the latter in the companion paper. The verification is conducted via geotechnical dynamic centrifuge test in prototype scale. Response of wall stem, ground motions behind the wall obtained from RHA matched pretty well with physical test performed under centrifugal acceleration of 50g. The rigorously verified RHA is used for parametric study to investigate an effect of input earthquake motion selection in the companion paper.

전자기록의 출처확인 지원전략 (A Verification Strategy for the Origin of Electronic Records)

  • 전자기록을 잘 관리한다는 것은 결국 기록이 필요할 때 믿고 사용할 수 있도록 하려는 것이다. 전자기록은 진본성과 무결성면에서 취약점이 있고 현행 표준이나 방법들은 이에 대한 보완관리를 목적으로 해서 개발되었다. 그러나 전자기록은 진본성과 무결성을 독립적으로 고려하기 힘들므로 본 논문에서는 출처라는 개념을 도입하여, 출처확인이 우선 잘 이루어지는 지원 전략을 논의하였다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때 현행 방식들은 검증 정보 수록 및 확인에 태만하며 장기검증에 문제가 있고 출처확인이 안되는 기록에 대한 대응책 마련이 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 개선하기 위하여한 출처확인에 필요한 요소들을 설명하고, 장기 검증이 가능하도록 전자기록보존포맷을 고정부와 변동부로 나누고 출처는 고정부에서만 확인하는 새로운 검증방법을 제안하며, 출처확인이 실패해서는 안되는 중요 기록물에 대하여 예방, 회피, 탐지복원 방안을 제시한다.
