오늘날 디지털 미디어 환경은 개인화, 상호작용, 키네시스로 특정 지어진 새로운 디지털 미디어 패러다임으로 전환되고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 도시 환경에서 중요한 역할을 수행하는 미디어 스킨에도 변화가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 디지털 미디어 패러다임 전환에 따라 새로운 개념의 사용자 참여형 미디어 스킨 모듈을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 생물학적 패러다임에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 개인화, 상호작용, 키네시스로 대표되는 새로운 디지털 미디어 패러다임의 특성으로부터 주요 세부 요소를 도출했다. 도출된 요소를 기반으로 미디어 스킨의 한계점을 파악하고, 이를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 디지털 미디어 패러다임 기반의 미디어 스킨을 제안했다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 미디어 스킨은 모듈 조합형 미디어 스킨으로 사용자가 쉽고 빠르게 다양한 형태의 미디어 스킨을 직접 조형할 수 있고, 지능화된 모듈 간의 상호작용을 통해 다양한 콘텐츠를 창출할 수 있다. 본 연구는 향후 미디어 스킨 개발을 위한 지침으로 공헌할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 초등학생 독서 패러다임의 변화를 기반으로 공공도서관과 학교도서관의 협력방안을 제시하고자 한다. 선행된 연구를 통해 초등학생 독서교육에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고, 초등학생 독서실태 분석을 통해 독서 패러다임의 변화를 제시한다. 노원구 소재 초등학교 학교도서관 현황 및 협력 현황 분석을 통해 공공도서관과 학교도서관의 협력방안 모델로 노원어린이도서관의 학교도서관 협력방안 프로젝트를 제시하고 결론을 맺고자 한다.

인터넷 뱅킹과 같은 부가서비스, 채팅 등과 같은 대화형 서비스를 이용하는 정보화 사회가 정착되었고, 더욱이 스마트기기를 이용한 서비스 사용이 급속하게 발전함에 따라 신규 보안기술 분야로 디지털 포렌식에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 포렌식에 관한 기존의 연구를 체계적으로 분석하고 앞으로 정부의 ICT R&D 중장기 전략과 ICT 패러다임 변화를 반영하여 첨단 IT기술과 우리나라 법체제를 융합하는 체계적인 디지털 포렌식 표준정립을 위한 기술-정책적 통합프로세스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

This paper examines the traits and directions of family policy represented in the Basic Code of Healthy Families. Strategies for the development of family policy for family professionals and policy makers to provide integrated services for families and the implications of such strategies are also discussed. A family-friendly and a life course perspective are adopted in order to strengthen and expand family policies and promote the establishment of a healthy families' support center. The perspectives and issues of the Basic Code of Healthy Families are reviewed in the light of a paradigm shift in family policy in Korea, with suggestions for adoption of the family policy also addressed.

The information technology intensive society rapidly moves from manufacturing industry to information technology industry. This paradigm of Robot is depending on intelligent Robot instead of labor. The conventional Robot worked through environmental variation and shift of job. This Robot is unactively response to men's mandate. And, this Robot have had iterative jobs through manipulation of men. But, this intelligent Robot have new technology through society paradigm shift. The outstanding feature of this Robot is perception function and cognition, mobility and manipulation. The definition of original Robot means forceful and tedious, slavery job. This is from robota, robotnick of the Czech Republic. Karel Capek, a playwriter of the Czech Republic use of this letter at 'Rossum's Universal Robots'.

China has been experiencing high economic growth along with massive change in its industrial structure. How will the industrial structure change affect the Chinese economy? Similar changes were observed by Japan, when the Japanese banking system fell into a structural failure in terms of the inability to respond to the paradigm shift from "catching up" to "frontier economy." This paper is undertaken to highlight the lessons that China can learn from Japan's prolonged financial slump. We point out that big cities in China have already shifted to frontier economy and major provinces are on the same trend. We argue that in spite of economic reform reshaping the Chinese banking system, the financing pattern of state owned commercial banks (SOCB) is not in line with the industrial change. The Chinese banking system should be overhauled or transformed to respond to the increasing uncertainty along with the paradigm shift. Otherwise, China may fall into the same dilemma that Japan had faced in its industrial structure change.
