차폐유형과 차폐도를 달리한 패럴랙스(Parallax) 공간의 시각 선호도 (An Analysis of the Visual Preference on Parallax Space by Blockage Pattern and Ratio)

  • The purpose of this study is to create a planting design for progressive realization. For this, visual preferences as measured via questionnaire were evaluated by the Scenic Beauty Estimation(SBE) and paired comparison methods. The results can be summarized as follows. Through photo observation, the average visual blockage ratio was 38% and the range of degree of the visual blockage ratio was $30{\sim}50%$. The sketch simulation and filtered pattern received the highest preference score and fumed out to be the most practical pattern out of all the patterns evaluated. Also, in the sketch simulation, the high preference values were observed for a distance of 9 to 12m from the view point to the blockage tree with a D/H ratio of 2. The preference score significantly decreased with the increase of the visual blockage ratio having a turning point at $30{\sim}35%$ of the visual blockage ratio, even though the distance parameters were more important than the visual blockage ratio in the scores. An outstanding view must be handled properly to be preserved or accentuated. Framed, open, enclosed, screened or filtered pattern views should be completely revealed only from their best vantage point, not given away at first glimpse. It this sense, parallax spatial beauty with trees could be improved through the visual aspects of plan arrangements and seems to be an effective design technique for landscape planning and planting design.

  • This paper presents the psychoacoustic analyses on the vehicle interior, noise generated when accelerating. Following the objective quantification for vehicle noises of different classes, the subjective decision process by the jury test is adopted to interrelate these results based on two different approaches. In particular, the paired comparison method is employed in assessing the sound quality in terms of the quietness, the powerfulness, and the pleasantness of the human auditory sensation. Special attention is paid to the physical interpretation of psychoacoutic parameters and their interrelation to the subjective assessment scores. In order to ensure the integrity of statistics of the survey, various tests are performed. The results show that the consistency of the "quiet" sensation is far higher than that of the "powerful" and the "pleasant" sensations. Also, it is found that the most significant parameter determining these feelings turns out to be the inherent loudness of the noise instead of the conventional indicators such as the weighted sound pressure level. It may be concluded that the psychoacoustic analysis offers more realistic evaluation for vehicle noise and assists the improvement of NVH more efficiently.ement of NVH more efficiently.

주변 환경 순응형 자동차 경적 소음 개선 방법 (Methodology for Environmental Adaptation Vehicle Horn Improvements)

  • PURPOSES : While driving, drivers are usually limited in communicating with others except for using the horn. Excessive use of the horn may cause noise pollution, quarrels between drivers and pedestrians, damage, etc. This study developed a methodology for environmental adaptation and improvements of vehicle horns. METHODS: In this study, we performed a literature review of previous studies and related technologies regarding the overuse and damage of the horn. The proposed methodology employed the paired comparison method, as well as the semantic differential method. These methods can consider various vehicle horns, such as the Sport Utility Vehicle(SUV) Horn, Van Horn, and Buzzer. In addition, we conducted a factor analysis in order to provide a direction for improvement of future horns. This research provides a means of complimenting existing intellectual property related to vehicle horns. RESULTS: As a result, the most preferred of the selected horns were the Buzzer at 86.7%. In addition, based on the factor analysis, the horns could be classified into pleasantness and comfort factors. The results indicate a positive reaction for various vehicle horns. The horn type and size of the process control have been properly developed considering the position of the vehicle and the surrounding noise measurements. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the proposed methodology, public and private sectors can use fundamental data for reasonable traffic-noise control policies.

  • This paper describes a method for achieving a novel design within a class of 3D objects that would create a preferred impression on users. Physical parameters of the 3D objects that might strongly contribute to their visual impressions are sought through computational investigation of the impression ratings obtained for learning samples. "Car body" was selected as the class of 3D objects to be investigated. A morphable 3D model of car bodies that describes the variations in appearance using a smaller number of parameters was obtained. Based on each car body's rating for the impression of speediness obtained by paired comparison, the visual impression was transformed by manipulating the parameters defined in the morphable 3D model. The validity of the proposed method was confirmed by psychological experiments. A new scheme is also proposed to properly re-sample a novel object of a peculiar shape so that such an object could also be represented by the morphable 3D model.

때때로 풀링의 규칙에 관한 소고 (A Note on Sometimes Pooling Rules)

  • 공업실험에서는 주효과의 검정력을 높일 목적으로 교호작용효과에 대한 예비검정의 결과가 유의하지 않은 경우에, 이 효과를 오차항으로 풀링한 후에 주효과의 유의성을 검정하는 때때로 풀링 (Sometimes pooling)의 분석 방법을 사용한다. 이 소고에서는 때때로 풀링의 규칙에 관한 참고문헌의 내용을 정리하고, 블록효과가 오차항으로 풀링되었다는 사실이 알려 졌을 때에 독립표본에 의한 모평균의 차이에 대한 95% 신뢰구간의 길이가 쌍체비교에 의한 신뢰구간의 길이보다 짧을 확률을 다양한 예비검정의 유의수준 ${\alpha}_1$값과 충분한 검정력이 보장되지 않은 블록의 크기인 $2{\leq}n{\leq}13$ 범위에서 살펴보았는데, 그 결과는 풀링한 경우에 주효과에 대한 검정력이 높아진다는 사실을 뒷받침하고 있다.

짝 그룹 감각통합치료가 발달지연 아동의 감각처리, 또래와의 상호작용, 놀이발달에 미치는 영향: 사례보고 (The Effect of Paired-Group Sensory Integration Therapy on Sensory Processing, Peer Interaction, and Play in Children With Developmental Delay: A Case Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 짝 그룹 감각통합치료가 만 4세 발달지연 아동의 감각처리, 또래와의 상호작용, 놀이발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 짝 그룹 감각통합치료의 경험이 없는 2명의 대상자로 중재 40분, 부모 상담 10분씩 주 1회, 총 13회기를 시행하였다. 중재 프로그램은 감각처리조절을 위한 활동과 다양한 작업활동으로 구성하였다. 중재 전과 후를 비교하기 위해 Short Sensory Profile(SSP), Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale(PIPPS), Knox Preschool Play Scale-Revised(KPPS-R)를 실시하여 결과를 측정하여 분석한 후, 시각화된 자료를 활용하여 제시하였다. 결과 : 짝 그룹 감각통합치료 중재 후 대상자 모두 SSP 평가에서 감각처리능력의 향상과 KPPS-R 평가에서 놀이발달의 증진을 보였다. 또한, 대상자들은 PIPPS 평가에서 부정적인 상호작용의 빈도수가 감소하였다. 결론 : 짝 그룹 감각통합치료는 발달지연 아동의 감각처리, 또래와의 상호작용, 놀이발달 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 앞으로 다양한 연령대의 대상자에게 짝 그룹 감각통합치료를 적용한 연구가 진행되기를 희망한다.

만곡근관에서 수종의 File을 이용한 근관형성시 만곡도 변화에 대한 비교 연구 (COMPARISON OF MAINTENANCE OF CANAL CURVATURE IN CURVED CANALS SHAPED WITH FOUR DIFFERENT FILE TYPES)

  • Maintaining the original canal path during instrumentation is a challenge in narrow curved canals. This study compared the maintenance of the original canal path of curved root canals during instrumentation with two kinds of stainless steel K-files(Brassler USA & Mani Japan), K-flexofiles(Maillefer Swiss) and Ni-Ti files(Brassler USA, Savannah, GA) using circumferential filing technique to # 40 MAF on 60 extracted human molars. Buccal and mesial canals with minimal initial curvature of 20 degrees were used. The maximal initial curvature was 41.5 degrees. Sixty curved canals divided into four groups according to file type(Group 1 : Ni-Ti file, Group 2 : K-flexofile, Group 3: K-file(Brassler), Group 4 : K-file(Mani)). Radiographs of canals were obtained before and after canal shaping. And postoperative radiographs were compared with preoperative radiographs using superimposition method. Data analysis was performed using Covariance analysis and paired-comparison test. The results observed were as follow ; 1. The angle of curvature was better maintained with Ni-Ti file than with stainless steel files. (p<0.01) 2. There was no significant difference in maintaining canal curvature between K-flexofile, Brassler$^{(R)}$ K-file and Mani$^{(R)}$ K-file, although there was some differences in mean values of postoperative canal curvature. 3. Paired-comparison t test revealed significant differences within each of the three stainless steel file types when comparing the mean differences before and after instrumentation, but no significant differences were observed within Ni-Ti file group.

Tl-201 심근 관류 SPECT에서 4DM, QPS, ECT 프로그램의 정량적 지표 비교 분석 (Analysis of Quantitative Indices in Tl-201 Myocardial Perfusion SPECT: Comparison of 4DM, QPS, and ECT Program)

  • 목적 : Tl-201 심근관류 SPECT의 정량적 평가를 위해 사용되는 다양한 프로그램은 자료의 분석 방법에 있어서 각각 차이가 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서 동일한 환자의 자료를 대상으로 정량적 분석을 하여도 프로그램 상호간의 측정치 오차가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 그 중 심근의 관류결손 정도를 표현할 수 있는 정량적 지표를 이용하여 현재 각 병원에서 가장 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 심근관류분석 프로그램 QPS (Quantitative Perfusion SPECT)와 4DM (4DMSPECT) 그리고 ECT (Emory Cardiac Toolbox)의 분석값을 이용하여 프로그램 상호간의 연관성을 알아보고자 한다. 실험재료 및 방법 : 2008년 12월 1일 부터 2009년 2월 14까지 서울아산병원 핵의학과에서 Tl-201을 이용하여 게이트 심근관류 SPECT를 시행한 환자 145명을 대상으로 하였다. 이들 중 심혈관 질환의 가능성이 비교적 적다고 판단된 정상군 80(남/여=38/42, $65.1{\pm}9.9$세)명과 게이트 심근관류 SPECT의 판독결과를 통해 가역성 관류결손이나 고정 관류결손 등 심혈관 질환의 판정을 받은 비정상군 65(남/여=45/20, $63.0{\pm}8.7$세)명을 선별하였다. QPS와 4DM 그리고 ECT 프로그램을 이용하여 각각의 군에서 분석된 정량적 지표인 LAD, LCX, RCA 영역에서의 관류결손 범위율의 합(Total Defect Extent, TDE)과 부하기 관류점수합(Summed Stress Score, SSS)을 이용하여 상관관계 분석과 차이분석(paired t-test, Bland-Altman)을 이용하여 통계 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 결과 : 연구 대상 145명의 4DM:QPS, QPS:ECT, ECT:4DM 프로그램의 상관 계수는 SSS에서 각각 0.84, 0.86, 0.82이었고, TDE에서 각각 0.87, 0.84, 0.87로 SSS와 TDE 모두 높은 상관관계가 있었다. paired t-test 분석 결과에서는 QPS:ECT만 SSS (p=0.92)와 TDE (p=0.33) 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었고, 4DM:QPS, ECT:4DM은 SSS와 TDE 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.01). 비정상군 65명의 4DM/QPS, QPS/ECT, ECT/4DM 프로그램의 상관 계수는 SSS에서 각각 0.72, 0.72, 0.70이었고, TDE에서 각각 0.77, 0.70, 0.77로 SSS와 TDE 모두 높은 상관관계가 있었다. 비정상군 역시 paired t-test 분석 결과 QPS:ECT만 SSS (p=0.89)와 TDE (p=0.23) 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었고, 4DM : QPS, ECT:4DM은 SSS와 TDE 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.01). 정상군 80명의 분석 결과에서도 QPS : ECT만 SSS (p=0.95)와 TDE (p=0.73) 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없을 뿐, 4DM:QPS, ECT:4DM은 SSS와 TDE 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.01). 결론 : 심혈관 질환을 가진 환자뿐 아니라 심혈관 질환의 가능성이 적은 환자에서도 Tl-201 심근 관류 SPECT의 관류 결손을 분석한 결과, 4DM은 QPS와 ECT 프로그램에 비해 SSS와 TDE 모두 낮게 분석되는 경향을 보였지만 프로그램 상호간에는 좋은 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 하지만 이와 같이 좋은 상관관계에도 불구하고 Bland-Altman 분석 결과에서 프로그램간의 큰 변이 차이 때문에 임상에서 각각의 프로그램을 이용한 분석값을 서로 호환하여 사용할 수는 없을 것으로 판단된다. 그렇지만 이러한 분석결과는 임상적인 판독을 위한 참고 자료로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

음질평가를 통한 고속철도 실내소음의 객관적.주관적 특성 분석 (Sound Quality Characteristics for Interior Noise of High Speed Train)

  • In Korea, the high-speed train is one of the most important mass transportation. Due to its fast speed, the interior noise level is high and it is one of major reason for passenger complaints. In this study, the response of passengers to interior noise was evaluated using sound quality parameters. The effects of various parameters, such as train types, travel speed, rail road, on the calculated sound quality were investigated. The characteristics of interior noise were identified. The obtained results were compared to auditory experimental data. For precise comparison of noises of similar loudness but with different characteristics, paired comparison method was used. From the comparison, important parameters that have influence on the annoyance and loudness of the noise were determined.

제조방법에 따른 딸기잼의 관능적 품질 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Sensory Quality Characterization of Strawberry Jam by Cooking Method)

  • As the level of life improves, the eating habit is changing from rice meal to bread meal and at the time, eat more strawberry jam than before. We tried to study to select the good cooking method and the proper strawberry variety for the jam through the sensory evaluation We made four kinds jam of Bogyo-Joseoung and Ai-berry by different cooking methods, the result6s of the sensory evaluation are as follow: The jam of Ai-berry is better than that of Bogyo-Joseoung by the paired comparison test but the difference between those, if we add some lemon to the jam of Bogyo-Joseoung and Ai-berry, is very little. The multiple comparison test proves the sourness, if added some lemon and citric acid, become better and the color and viscosity, if added pectin, became better. The overall preference about jam, if pectin and citric acid were added together, was best. In addition, we evaluated the quality of jammed bread by multiple comparison test. The result is like this: The jam with lemon is very good in color, flavor, sourness and texture, but the jam with pectin and citric acid was the best in overall preference.
