유통 중 기계적 충격에 의한 배 포장완충재의 응답 특성 (Response Characteristics of the Cushion Materials for Packaging of the Pears by Mechanical Shock during Transportation)

  • Physical damage on fruits and vegetables caused by shock degrades the value of product in the fresh market. In order to design a product/package system to protect the product, the peak acceleration or G force to the product that causes shock damage needs to be determined. Shock cushion packaging is applied to protect goods of all kinds. It can be adapted in their shape to any product to be packed, so that its shock absorbing properties is determined by geometry of the product. The shape of a cushion can be adapted to the expected shock loads. To analyze the response properties of cushion materials for packaging of the pears for optimum packaging design during transportation, shock tests were carried out. Shock acceleration that is happened in pears were appeared very high by $25{\sim}30G$ in the input shock acceleration of 14.1618 G that was measured in transportation road. This means that the pears receive the shock acceleration more than maximum double itself and the damage by this can happen and the shock acceleration increase in case use PE tray cup and PE net in fruits, the use of corrugated fiberboard pad may become one method that it can reduce the damage by the shock in packaging of fruits.

  • 차세대 IT 기술은 단일기술에 그치지 않고 융,복합적인 특성을 가지는 기술로 발전하고 있다. 정부는 시스템반도체 설계 분야에서 경쟁력 확보를 위한 5가지 핵심기술을 스마트 자동차 인포테인먼트 플랫폼, 스마트TV 멀티미디어 시스템, 스마트폰 아날로그 및 인터페이스 기술, 스마트 컨버전스 디지털 통신 및 RF 기술, 스마트제품용 고급 전력 관리 기술로 분류하고 이를 응용할 주력산업으로 스마트폰, 스마트TV, 스마트자동차, 스마트패드 등으로 지정하였다. 이러한 핵심요소기술들은 차세대 스마트제품의 경쟁력 확보에 필요한 반도체 설계의 핵심기술이 되며, 이는 팹리스 등의 기업으로 기술이전이 가능하다. 본 고에서는 그 중 스마트폰 시스템반도체를 위한 아날로그 및 인터페이스 기술이 현재 어느 위치에 와 있는지 파악하고, 기술 현황과 문제점에 대하여 분석한다.

조선후기 여자속옷에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Women′s Underwear in the Later Chosun Dynasty)

  • This study attempts to understand women's underwear culture in the Later Chosun Dynasty, by investigating the kinds and constructions of them, which formed bulky and puffed silhouette of the lower half of the body. In the middle 17th century in Chosun, Confucianism settled down as fundamental idea of society, while whole country achieved considerable economic growth. As a result for upperclass women, female virtues was demanded more than any other period in Chosun. On the other hand, lower-class women including Kisaengs, had more freedom on their clothing behaviors. According to the literature on women's dress institutions and restrictions of the extravagance, the use of kinds of high-quality silk and false hair was criticized, compared to women's clothes in China. From this, one can see the luxury and affluence of women's clothes at that time, which also reflected in luxurious underclothes. Also, the movement of class, by economic development, led to changes in the costumes of middle-to-lower class women, relaxing restrictions on clothes. Underclothes included Bosomband(가슴띠; long sashes for bosom to wrap), Sokjucksam(속적삼), and Sokchogori(속저고리; Korean blouse, worn under the chogori) for upper garment, and Darisokkok(다리속곳; basic underwear like the panty), Soksokkot(속속곳; underwear paji to be wide of hem), Sokpaji(속바지;trouser front and back opening), Tansokkok(단속곳; large size underwear like Soksokkot), Noronpaji(너른바지; paji like the skirt or paji bulky than tansokkot,), Mujigi무지기; tiered skirt for underwear), and Daeshumchi'ma(대슘치마; Korean underskirt, shape hem as a pad into form) for lower clothes.

10 GHz 단일 위상 분주 방식 주파수 분배기 설계 (10 GHz TSPC(True Single Phase Clocking) Divider Design)

  • 10 GHz까지 동작하는 주파수 1/2 분배기와 주파수 1/4 분배기를 설계하였다. 회로에 사용된 설계 방법은 단일 위상 분주 방식이다. 단일 위상 분주 방식 분배기는 단 하나의 클럭 신호만을 필요로 하고 회로를 구성하는 소자도 크기가 작은 능동 소자로 이루어져 구조가 매우 간단한 장점이 있다. 측정을 통하여 바이어스 전압이 높아질수록 free running 주파수와 동작 주파수 영역이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 주파수 1/2 분배기와 주파수 1/4 분배기 회로에 바이어스 전압 $3.0{\sim}4.0V$, 입력 파워 16 dBm, 오프셋 전압 $1.5{\sim}2.0V$, 10 GHz 입력 신호를 가했을 때 입력 주파수의 1/2, 1/4에 해당하는 5 GHz, 2.5 GHz의 출력 신호를 각각 얻을 수 있었다. 주파수 1/2 분배기의 레 이 아웃 크기는 $500{\times}500 um^2$이고 측정용 패드와 연결 부분을 제외한 순수한 레이아웃 크기는 $50{\times}40 um^2$이다.

Virtual Fitting Program을 활용한 남성복 기본 팬츠 패턴개발 연구 - 남성복 교재를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Basic Pants Pattern for Men Using Virtual Fitting Program - Focused on the Menswear Textbook -)

  • The study is designed to develop a educational basic pants patterns for men, and has been analyzed focusing on the university textbooks published since 2000. We also used CAD programs and virtual fitting programs to analyze the fitness of pants. To do this purpose, after choosing 7 Men's Wear textbooks, selected patterns were drawn and measured using PAD system and were compared and analyzed. Also, the appearance evaluation was examined through virtual fitting and then evaluated 21 male and female university students in their 20s. After supplementing the problems of the patterns in the existing textbooks, a pattern was developed and verified the fitness of the developed pattern. The results of comparing the proposed measurement items of each textbook for the pants pattern indicated a significant differences in terms of hip circumference of each pattern, which were between 96~105cm. A comparison of the drafting methods of each pattern showed the drafting methods for the crotch length, the front crotch extension, the back crotch extension were the difference. The results of appearance evaluation were pattern E presented the slimmest fit and pattern D presented the loosest fit. As a result of analysis of pants pattern, a waist circumference 82cm, a hip circumference 98cm, a crotch length 24cm, a pants length 104cm and a ham line width 46cm were most suitable. The development pattern was evaluated as superior to the existing pattern through the appearance evaluation of the virtual fitting.

뉴실버세대 여성을 위한 브래지어 개발 (A Study on Brassiere Development for the New Silver Generation Women)

  • This study develops a new brassiere for new silver women. A new brassiere design was developed for the silver generation based on apreliminary survey; subsequently, a wire and no-wire type of brassier were developed after a second fitting evaluation. The results were as follows. First, in terms of brassiere design, the cup shape was designed as mold type full cup, shoulder straps were designed as camisole type with cups, bias tape was designed for body correction in the side line and mash tape was designed for easy movement below the cups. On the other side ofthe cup shape was a pocketdesigned on a support pad forthe wire type and a support panel to serve as a wire in the no-wire type brassiere. Second, brassiere patterns were designed by referencing the educational H pattern. Thetotal length was elongated by 5cmto reduce pressure when wearing a brassiere and the height of the front center increased by 8cm for the stability of the front center of the brassiere. In addition, the side line was moved back by 3cm and the width of the brassiere wings was designed widely at 10.5cm. Third, a wearing test was conducted for the wire type and the no-wire type brassiere with comparison products, using a 7-point Likert scale. Appearance results and movement tests for the wire and no-wire type showed a higher score than comparison products.

허리디스크 환자를 위한 허리보호용 이너웨어 개발 연구(제1보) -시판 허리디스크 보조기 분석과 허리디스크 환자의 보조기 착용실태 조사- (A Study on the Development of Protective Inner Wear for Lumbar Disc Disease Patients (Part I) -Analysis of Commercial Lumbar Pads and the Actual Wearing State of the Lumbar Pads-)

  • Lumbar discs are one of the first parts of the musculoskeletal system to age in the human body. Lumbar disc for females start to age at twenty years of age and completely age between fifty and sixty. The number of lumbar herniated intervertebral disc patients are increasing rapidly; however, studies on protective inner wear are insufficient. This study was conducted to develop protective inner wear equipment that retains an aesthetic appreciation of the body. The methods and procedures of this study are as follows. First, foreign and domestic lumbar pads were researched and analyzed by visiting medical shops and internet shopping malls that sell lumbar pads. Second, the survey was conducted on forty patients with disc disease in hospitals located in Seoul and surrounding suburbs. The following are the study results and observations. First, the lumbar pads selling on the market had a variety of designs, textiles, and fabrics. The result of the research was to develop additional inner protective equipment for lumbar herniated intervertebral disc patients. Second, the survey results of the forty patients with disc disease were that housewives were the most vulnerable. All patients had experience purchasing lumbar pads. The prevention of pain and stress were the most selected responses for the motivation to buy lumbar pads. Most individuals said that they used lumbar pads for less than 1 year. Dissatisfaction came from fabric, activity and design. 'Being uncomfortable to wear' was the most common complaint. 'Protection and how easy the clothes were to wear' were the most selected for the necessity of developments. The Inner wear shape was the most selected in shape. Except for six respondents, all favored the lumbar protective inner wear design.

N-Screen 환경 기반의 이러닝 시스템 설계 방안 (Design of e-Learning System in N-Screen Environment)

  • 지능형 모바일 및 가전기기의 등장은 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 뿐 아니라 교육용 콘텐츠의 이용량을 증대시켰다. 특히 이동성을 강조한 단말 기기인 스마트폰과 스마트패드의 보급 및 지능화된 스마트 TV의 등장은 다양한 단말 환경에서 편리하게 학습할 수 있는 환경을 제공하였고, 언제 어디서나 이용자가 교육용 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있도록 했다. 그러나 현재 이용되고 있는 스마트 디바이스들은 단말 제조사 및 모바일 OS 공급자의 정책이 통일되지 않아 다양한 환경 내에서의 콘텐츠의 재사용이 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 NeS(N-Screen e-learning System)를 제안하고자 한다. NeS는 이용자 학습 관리, 교육 콘텐츠 관리의 교육 관련 시스템과 콘텐츠 변환과 양방향 처리로 이루어지는 N-Screen 대응 콘텐츠 전송 시스템으로 구성된다. NeS에서는 새로운 웹 표준으로 각광받고 있는 HTML 5 언어를 이용해 각종 기기간의 상호호환성을 보장한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 NeS를 통해 사용자가 소유하고 있는 각종 기기 및 다양한 OS의 종류에 구애받지 않고 콘텐츠의 OSMU를 실현할 수 있고, 콘텐츠의 연속성을 보장하여 보다 편리하게 교육용 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있다.

대형 멀티 전자기 가진 시스템의 구성 및 설계 (Configuration and Design of the Large Multi-Electromagnetic Shaking System)

  • The vibration test system of SITC(Satellite Integration and Test Center) at KARI(Korea Aerospace Research Institute) has been used successfully for the environmental tests of a majority of korean space programs, such as KOMPSAT, Koreasat KITSAT, STSAT and KSR program since 1996. To meet the recent needs of large size test facility available for the vibrational tests of the huge launch vehicles and tole-communication satellites which will be developed in the near future, KARI undertook to construct the large size multi-electromagnetic shaking system with 3 $\times$ 3m head expander system. The new system will consist of three electromagnetic shakers which has 160 kN thrust force individually, and be able te sustain up to 8 tons test load and 300 kNm overturing moment. And to avoid the tremendous cost and effort to furnish the seismic block with large size and weight, it will adopt a Lin-E-Air type configuration with which the seismic block is less severe than a Solid-Truninon type. In addition, to fulfill the strong requirement of high overturning moment the additional guidance system including a central bearing system on a central support and several pad bearings around the head expander body is now considered. This paper describes the configuration and the design parameters of the multi-shaking system which is under development by KARI's engineers.

FOTA 기반 지능형 자동차를 위한 범용 ECU 시뮬레이터 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of ECU Simulator for the Smart Vehicle based on FOTA)

  • 본 논문은 FOTA 기반의 지능형 자동차를 위한 범용 ECU 시뮬레이터의 설계 및 개발에 대해 서술한다. 특정 목적용이 아닌 범용적인 ECU 시뮬레이터를 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 플랫폼 두 부분으로 나눠 설계 및 개발 한다. 하드웨어는 32bit Atmel AVR의 코어를 장착하고 CAN/LIN 인터페이스 그리고 사용자를 위한 LCD화면과 터치 버튼을 설계하여 범용적인 지능형 자동차용 ECU의 조건을 만족시켰다. 소프트웨어는 설계/개발된 하드웨어의 모든 기능들을 지원하면서도 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 FSM의 구조로 개발했다. 설명된 방법으로 개발된 ECU 시뮬레이터의 유효성 검증을 위해 자동 업데이트 시스템의 데이터를 전달해주는 ECU 관리자를 추가 개발하여 테스트를 진행했다. 실험을 위하여 ECU와 DM간 상호 통신이 가능한 총 4가지의 시나리오를 지정해 업데이트 과정을 포함한 테스트를 진행했고, 결과적으로 모든 시나리오에서 ECU 시뮬레이터로서 동작의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.
