대돈(大敦)·소부(少府) 사법자침(瀉法刺鍼)이 뇌혈류역학(腦血流力學) 변동(變動) 개선(改善)에 미치는 영향 (Experimental Study of Dadun(LR1)·Shaofu(HT8) Reduction in Acupuncture on the Improvement of Cerebral Hemodynamics)

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate anti-ischemic effect of LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture Methods: I designed to investigate whether LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture affects cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), pial arterial diameter(PAD), mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)] in normal rats and to make manifest whether LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by cyclooxygenase or guanylate cyclase. The changes of rCBF and MABP were determinated by laser-doppler flowmetry(LDF), and the change of PAD was de terminated by video microscope and width analyzer. Results: The results were as follows; 1. LR1 Reduction in Acupuncture was increased rCBF and PAD, but decreased MABP. 2. HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF, but decreased MABP, and increased PAD. 3. LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF, PAD, but decreased MABP after withdrawing of the needle. This results suggest that LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture increased significantly rCBF by dilating PAD. 4. Pretreatment with indomethacin(1mg/kg, i,v.) was significantly inhibited LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and PAD, but increased LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced decrease of MABP after withdrawing of the needle. 5. Pretreatment with methylene blue($10{\mu}g/kg$, i,v.) was decreased LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and PAD, but accelerated LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture induced decrease of MABP. Conclusions: I suggest that LR1 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture has an anti-ischemic effect through the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics, and the mechanism is mediated by cyclooxygenase.

에너지 효율적인 데이타 기반 센서 네트워크 라우팅 프로토콜 (Energy Efficient Data-centric based Sensor Network Routing Protocol)

  • 센서 네트워크에서는 베이스 노드와 다수의 센서 노드들간의 데이타 중심 (Data-centric) 기반의 통신 모델을 사용한다는 특징을 활용하여, 오버헤드를 최소화 하면서 최저 전력 라우팅 경로를 찾고, 또한 전체 네트워크의 수명을 최대화 시킬 수 있는 PAD (Power Aware Data-centric routing protocol)를 제안한다. PAD는 최저전력 라우팅 경로와는 상관없는 통신 링크를 제거한 최저전력특징그래프(Minimum Energy Property Graph)를 찾은 후, 오버혜드를 최소화 하고 slow convergence와 라우팅 경로의 루프 문제를 해결한 Distributed Data-centric Bellman-Ford Algorithm을 사용하여 라우팅 경로를 결정한다. 특히 PAD가 제안한 최저전력특징그래프를 찾는 알고리듬은 기존의 방식에 비해서 훨씬 빠르며, 간단하여 구현이 용이하면서도 가장 적은 수의 에지를 가지는 그래프를 구한다. 이는 기존의 방식이 사용하던 path-loss 모델만을 이용한 기하학적 계산과 복잡한 알고리듬을 path-loss 모델로부터 독립시켜 전력소모를 예측할 수 있는 어떠한 방법이든지 사용 가능하게 하고 또한 최단거리 알고리듬을 사용한 결과이다. PAD는 모든 과정을 분산된 방식으로 수행하며, 또한 최소의 오버헤드만을 가지므로, 다양한 센서 네트워크 응용에서 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

파형 습식클러치의 드래그 토크 저감을 위한 파형내 유로 위치 설정 설계 연구 (A Study on the Flow Path Position Design of Waviness Friction Pad for Drag Torque Reduction in Wet Type DCT)

  • Drag torque reduction in a wet clutch pack is a key aspect of the design process of the dual clutch transmission (DCT) system. In order to reduce the drag torque caused by lubricant shear resistance, recently developed wet clutch pack systems of DCT, as well as automatic transmission and other four-wheel drive (4WD) couplings, frequently utilize wavy wet clutch pads. Therefore, wavy shape of friction pad are made on the groove patterns like waffle pattern for the reduction of drag torque. Additionally, the groove patterns are designed with larger channels at several locations on the friction pad to facilitate faster outflow of lubricant. However, channel performance is a function of the waviness of the friction pad at the location of the particular channel. This is because the discharge sectional area varies according to the waviness amplitude at the location of the particular channel. The higher location of the additional channel on the friction pad results in a larger cross-sectional area, which allows for a larger flow discharge rate. This results in reduction of the drag torque caused by the shear resistance of DCTF, because of marginal volume fraction of fluid (VOF) in the space between the friction pad and separator. This study computes the VOF in the space between the friction pad and separator, the hydrodynamic pressure developed, and the shear resistance of friction torque, by using CFD software (FLUENT). In addition, the study investigates the dependence of these parameters on the location and waviness amplitude of the channel pattern on the friction pad. The paper presents design guidelines on the proper location of high waviness amplitude on wavy friction pads.

수력 원통형 터빈 가이드 베어링의 저부하/저편심 성능향상 설계 - 패드 선단 테이퍼의 도입 (Low-Load/Low-Eccentricity Performance Improvement Designs for Hydro Power Application of Cylindrical Turbine Guide Bearings - Introduction of Pad Leading-Edge Tapers)

  • In vertical hydro/hydraulic power turbine-generator applications, traditionally, cylindrical turbine guide bearings (TGBs) are widely used to provide turbine runner shafts with smooth rotation guides and supports. All existing cylindrical TGBs with simple plain pads have drawbacks such as having no pressure generation and film stiffness at the no-load condition and in addition, at the low-load/low-eccentricity condition, having very low film stiffness values and lacking design credibility in the stiffness values themselves. In this paper, in order to fundamentally improve the low-load/low-eccentricity performance of conventional cylindrical TGBs and thus enhance their design-application availability and usefulness, we propose to introduce a rotation-directional leading-edge taper to each partitioned pad, i.e., a pad leading-edge taper. We perform a design analysis of lubrication performance on $4-Pad{\times}4-Row$ cylindrical TGBs to verify an engineering/technical usefulness of the proposed pad leading-edge taper. Analysis results show that by introducing the leading-edge taper to each pad of the cylindrical TGB one can expect a constant high average direct stiffness with a high degree of design credibility, regardless of load value, even at the low-load/low-eccentricity condition and also control the average direct stiffness value by exploring the taper height as a design parameter. Therefore, we conclude that the proposed pad leading-edge tapers are greatly effective in more accurately predicting and controlling rotordynamic characteristics of vertical hydro-power turbine-generator rotor-bearing systems to which cylindrical TGBs are applied.

온돌에서의 욕의 쾌적성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Comfort, Physiological Responses and Microclimate in Beding Pad)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of thickness of the sleeping pad on the physiological responses and the microclimate in the heating ondol room during sleeping time. The measuring points were skin temp., weight loss and body movement as physiological responses and the compression ratio, the temp. on/under the sleeping pad, the inside limp. of the sleeping quilts and subjective sence while 7 hours sleeping. Thickness of sleeping pads was 27.2 mm(A), 34.8 mm (B), 47.9 mm(C) used for 90 days and no used pad 60.7 mm(D). The floor surface temp. was keeping $29{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ while the environmental conditions was at $23{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ ($50{\pm}5\%$ R.H.) The results were as followings; 1) The mean compression ratio after using the sleeping pads for 45 days was about $70\%$ , and it wasn't increased any more thereafter 2) After 2 hours sleeping the temp. under the sleeping pads was shown that C and D were higher than A and B, and the temp. on the sleeping pads was shown that A and C pads were higher than B and D. But after 3-4 hours sleeping the skin temp. of legs was shown that B and D pads were higher than A and C. 3) Weight loss for C pad was significantly higher than others. Body movement and side position in tying was higher in A and C pads than B and D. 4) The inside temp. of quilt for A and C pads were higher in the early part of sleeping period than those of B and C pads and relative humidity was lower in C than others. 5) D pad was softer than others and fatigue degree was turned out to be lowest in D, the highest in A. From this point of view, we concluded that thickness of the sleeping Pad in the heating ondol room had different characteristic from that in no heating ondol room. And 35 mm used pad was turned out to be proper.

고속철도 디스크 브레이크의 유연 패드 개발에 대한 연구 (Study on Development of Flexible Pad for High Speed Train Disk Brake)

  • 본 논문은 고속철도 디스크 브레이크용 유연 제동 패드의 성능 향상을 위해 구조적 안정성 검토와 신뢰성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구에서는 유연패드의 구조 해석 과정을 거쳐 개선된 모델을 얻어내었으며, 실제 크기와 동일한 1/2 모델을 가지고 구조적 안전성을 확인하였다. 또한, 축소 시편을 제작하여 모달 시험과 스트로크 및 내구성 시험을 수행하여 동 특성과 기계적 안정성을 확인하였다. 샤시 다이나모 장비와 열 적외선 캠코더를 이용하여 유연패드에 대하여 회전 속도에 따른 열섬 발생 현상을 측정하고, 디스크와 패드 사이의 균일한 접촉 능력을 확인하였다. 또한, 제동 시 유연패드에 안정적인 온도 분포가 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 제안된 유연패드의 구조 안정성 및 열에너지 방출 효과 등의 장점을 확인하였다.

발뒤꿈치의 재건 시에 사용할 수 있는 다양한 피판술 (Various Modalities of Flap Surgery in Heel Pad Reconstruction)

  • Purpose: The reconstruction of a soft tissue defect of the heel pad can be challenging. One vital issue is the restoration of the ability of the heel to bear the load of the body weight. Many surgeons prefer to use local flaps or free tissue transfer rather than a skin graft. In this study, we evaluated the criteria for choosing a proper flap for heel pad reconstruction. Methods: In this study, 23 cases of heel pad reconstruction were performed by using the flap technique. The etiologies of the heel defects included pressure sores, trauma, or wide excision of a malignant tumor. During the operation, the location, size and depth of the heel pad defect determined which flap was chosen. When the defect size was relatively small and the defect depth was limited to the subcutaneous layer, a local flap was used. A free flap was selected when the defect was so large and deep that almost entire heel pad had to be replaced. Results: There was only one complication of poor graft acceptance, involving partial flap necrosis. This patient experienced complete recovery after debridement of the necrotic tissue and a split thickness skin graft. None of the other transferred tissues had complications. During the follow-up period, the patients were reported satisfactory with both aesthetic and functional results. Conclusion: The heel pad reconstructive method is determined by the size and soft-tissue requirements of the defect. The proper choice of the donor flap allows to achieve satisfactory surgical outcomes in aesthetic and functional viewpoints with fewer complications.

피로효과를 고려한 레일패드의 정적스프링계수 변화에 따른 콘크리트 슬래브 제도의 거동분석 (A Behavior Analysis of HSR Concrete Slab Track under Variety of Rail Pad Static Stiffness on Fatigue Effect)

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 고속선 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도시스템에서 레일패드의 피로효과에 따른 영향을 분석하는 데에 있다. 이에 3차원 해석모델 및 실내시험을 통해 도출된 레일패드의 피로효과(경화, 스프링계수 증가)가 고속선 궤도의 역학적 거동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도의 적정 탄성력 확보여부를 의미하는 레일패드의 적정스프링계수 산정에 관한 연구의 일환으로 고속철도 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도에 적용된 레일체결시스템에 대한 실내시험을 통한 레일패드의 정적스프링계수를 산정하고 체결시스템에 대한 피로시험을 통해 도출된 피로효과가 고려된 레일패드의 스프링계수 변화를 해석모델에 적용함으로써 향후 고속선 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도운영에서의 열차 주행안정성 확보 및 합리적인 궤도유지관리를 위한 기초데이터를 확보하고자 한다.

동작 가변적 3D 프린팅 낙상보호패드가 통합된 팬츠의 평가 (Evaluation of Pants Embedded with Motion Adaptable 3D Printing Fall Impact Protective Pads)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop protective clothing that could alleviate fall impacts. Fall impact protection pants for elderly women were designed, and motion adaptable hip pads and knee pads printed by 3D printing were integrated into the pants and evaluated. First, the design of the fall impact protection pants with variable motion was semi-loose fitting pants that could be worn and detached from the protective pad. A pad pocket was made in the lining inside the pants so that the protective pad could be fixed to the protective area. Second, in the evaluation of the appearance of the fall impact protection pants, the wearer group had a good score of 4.60 or higher for all questions on color, material, ease, and fit. In the evaluation of the insertion method of the protective pad, the flexibility of the pad, and the weight of the pad, the subjects' scores were 4.30~4.80. The fit of the fall impact protection pants was excellent in the texture and elasticity of the outside and inside of the pants. There was no discomfort due to the pad(4.60), and no difficulty in movement during wearing activities was reported. During squatting, it was evaluated as 4.80, indicating that the motion adaptable hip joint and knee pads were highly effective during operation.

저탄성 베이스플레이트 패드 적용에 따른 포장궤도 노반에서의 전달하중 저감에 관한 연구 (A Study on Transferred Load Reduction on Paved Track Roadbed with Low Elastic Base Plate Pad)

  • 포장궤도는 기존선의 유지보수 노력을 절감하기 위하여 개발되고 있다. 이 중 베이스플레이트 저탄성패드는 궤도 전체의 지지강성을 결정하는 구성품으로서 궤도의 응력-변위특성, 동적응답, 피로특성 등에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 저탄성패드의 적용은 궤도전체의 내구성과 안정성에 미치는 영향이 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 저탄성패드의 적용으로 인하여 획득되는 효과 중 노반에 전달되는 열차하중의 저감에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 패드스프링계수별 정적해석과 실물반복재하시험을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하여 저탄성패드의 하중 전달특성을 파악하였으며 전달하중 저감효과를 검토하였다.
