  • We studied about new module technology to solve warpage problems that produce bending of cell in the LCD (Liquid crystal display). Characteristics of cell gap and glass bending of applying heat Panel's PAD part and cell at various temperature was investigated. When applies heat and compresses PAD party only in case of compressing COG(Chip on Glass), uniformity of cell gap that happen by glass bending by temperature of these compressing COG in the PAD party is decreased.

  • This paper presents the accurate deembeding method for pad and parasitics of MOSFET device. rad effects are deembedded using THRU LINE, which is much simpler method without laborious fitting procedure compared with conventional OPEN and SHORT pad modeling. Parasitic resistance extraction uses the algebraic relation between increments of inversion layer charge and oxide capacitance. It is especially adequate for insulating gate junction device. Extracted parasitics are verified through comparing modeled and measured S parameters.

  • 반도체 칩과 패키지는 wire로 연결되는데, 이 때 반도체의 용도에 따라 다양한 wire와 pad의 조합이 사용되며, 이 두 개의 다른 금속물질 결합부위는 IMC(Inter Metallic Compound)를 형성하게 된다. 그러나, 결함 및 오염 등에 의하여 인접재료의 원자들이 이동하는 확산(Diffusion)이 발생하게 되어 IMC가 성장하고, 두 개의 금속물질간의 확산율은 상호 다르며, 확산율은 온도에 따른 함수가 된다. Au wire와 Ag pad를 이용하여 제조한 IR 수신모듈를 대상으로 3가지 고온조건에서 가속수명시험을 실시하였고, 각 온도별 수명분포를 바탕으로 가속계수와 활성화에너지 도출 및 정상온도에서의 수명도 예측할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we use LFSR(Linear Feedback Shift Register) as a kind of pseudo-random one-time pad. Key generator is constructed using r separate LFSR's with IP(Irreducible Polynominal) which are relatively prime. Key generated in this method has high linear complexity. And also, file cryptosystem for file encryption and decryption is constructed.

  • The pressure distribution between the piston pad and the cylinder wall is analyzed to reduce the friction and to get the dynamic stability in the low friction piston. The calculated results indicate that the rectangular pad may reduce the friction in comparison to the square one. And the low friction piston can be stabilized when the pressure difference between the top and bottom of the piston skirt is very small.

  • In this paper the effect of bump compliance, load, and the number of pad on the lift-off speed is studied. When the load is greater and bump compliance lower, the shaft is lifted off at higher rotating speed. And when the load is applied near the center of pad, lift-off speed is lower. When the number of pad increases, the lift-off speed is higher. The lift-off characteristics can be used to lengthen the life time of the coating and design the rotating machinery supported by bump bearings.

  • From the ancient Korea, our ancestor had designed the unique pattern which is Dan-chung, in architectures such as palace and Buddhist temple. In Dan-chung pattern, there are many various kinds, that is geometric pattern, arabesque pattern, plant pattern, flower pattern, animal pattern, Buddhist pattern and living pattern. So, we can see the tessellations in the Dan-chung pattern, moreover we can find the beauty of tessellation in the Korean traditional architectures and crafts. In this paper, I'll show you Korean traditional tessellations via GSP 4.0. which means geomeric program Geometer's SkechPad.

  • The track stiffness is determined by the pad stiffness. Low elastic pad is the most effective track component on the basis of stress-displacement characteristics, dynamic response and fatigue characteristics. It is more important in case of concrete track. The main objective of this paper is to confirm the reduction effect of train load, which transfer to roadbed through track. To achieve this object, numerical analysis and real scale repeated loading test was performed. The load reduction effect of low elastic pad was analyzed by using displacement, stress and strain ratio of the paved track at each point.

  • IN 1956, Peer presented a very comprehensive account of free fatty tissue transplantation. The use of buccal fat pad had been usually used to reconstruct the perioral defects. The buccal fat pad is a special fatty tissue which is markedly different from subcutaneous fat. And it is a easily accessible fat tissue in oral and maxillofacial region. The buccal fat pad can be used as a free graft or pedicled flap. Recently, buccal fat pad is interested in cosmetic surgery because its' removal for cosmetic purpose has been favorable result. We used the buccal fat as an unlined, pedicled graft for closure of large oroantral fistula. We present a case of report and review of literature.
