전도성 잉크 박막의 건조특성 (Drying Characteristics of Conductive Thin Films)

  • In this paper, silver pastes were printed on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film using screen printing and evaluated the drying characteristics by using dry oven and NIR drying system. The printed Ag films were dried at $140^{\circ}C$ and the drying time was changed from 10 to 90 seconds. To evaluate the electrical properties of printed Ag film, sheet resistance was compared. The sheet resistance of the dried thin silver film by using NIR drying system more rapidly decreased. To clarify this phenomena, the morphology and component of the dried surfaces were measured by using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the energy dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX), respectively. In the EDX measurement results, the oxidation of the surface was observed in the dried thin film by using the dry oven. The NIR drying system is more applicable than conventional hot air drying to apply continuous printing system.

고추의 건조방법(乾燥方法)에 따른 성분(成分) 변화(變化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 제 2 보 Free amino acid 및 Free sugar의 변화(變化) - (A Study on the Influence of Drying Methods upon the Chemical Changes in Red Pepper - 2. Changes of Free amino acid, Free sugar -)

  • This investigation was designed to determine the influence of drying methods on the free amino acids and free sugars in red pepper and to study the browning mechanism of brown-colored red pepper. Three different drying methods were employed: 1) Sun-drying at $25{\sim}28^{\circ}C$ for 15 days, 2) Drying in oven at $60^{\circ}C$ for 49 hours, and 3) Drying in oven at $90^{\circ}C$ for 8 hours. Dried and ground peels were used for the analysis of free amino acids and free sugars. The results were as follows; 1. Sixteen kinds of amino acids i.e. asparagine, methionine, and cystine etc. were identified. Total amino acid content of the sun-dried sample was not different from that of the fresh sample, but the samples dried at $60^{\circ}C$ and $90^{\circ}C$ in the oven were decreased to 24.9% and 67.4% respectively. Of amino acids identified, methionine, lysine and aspartic acid were decreased in all treatments. Especially, methionine ana aspartic acid were decreased rapidly to 71.8% and 73.3% , respectively. 2. Three kinds of free sugars i.e. glucose, fructose and sucrose were identified. The total content of free sugars was significantly decreased in each treatment. Among the reducing sugars, glucose was rapidly decreased; 65.9% for the glucose of sample dried at $90^{\circ}C$ in the oven. 3. At the higher drying temperature, the darker red color was found. Brown-color appeared at $90^{\circ}C-drying$ showed appreciable losses in carotenoid content, but the major color seems to be due to the large increase in browning compounds. 4. It was assumed that increased browning compounds of red pepper were due to the Maillard reaction which is a nonenzymatic browning process.

  • Roll to Roll (R2R) is one of the most promising production technologies in the printed electronics such as OLEDs, e-paper, backplanes, RFID because this technology can save production cost and increase production speed. Printed electronics includes various processes such as printing, drying, winding, unwinding, and so on. In printed electronics R2R system, air-flotation oven is employed for drying process. Therefore, it is essential to introduce efficient and fast drying process when printing is finished. This paper considers the analysis of drying process in R2R that involves hot air flow. Air-flotation oven consists of non-contact supports and drying of coated web materials such as plastic films and paper. In this paper, experimental results and numerical analysis of pressure-pad air bar are investigated. The aerodynamic characteristics of pressure-pad air bar are numerically calculated using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach. Then the measured values of the aerodynamic forces for air bars are compared with those of CFD analysis.

작약 잎과 줄기의 건조 방법에 따른 Phenol 화합물의 변화 (Changes of Phenolic Compounds Affected by Different Drying Method in Leaves and Stems of Peony (Paeonia lactiflora Pall.))

  • 작약의 지상부인 잎과 줄기 부위가 함유하고 있는 주요성분인 paeoniflorin, methyl gallate, astragalin, kaempferol 등 4종의 화합물의 이용성을 높이기 위해 건조방법 및 건조 온도별 성분의 함량 변화를 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 건조방법별 성분 변화는 kaempferol, methyl gallate, astragalin, paeoniflorin 등 모든 성분은 열풍건조나 dry oven 보다도 원적외선 건조 또는 상온 음건에서 더 높았다. 특히 methyl gallate는 상온 음건에서 0.52%로서 가장 높았다. 2. 건조온도별 성분변화는 kaempferol, methyl gallate, astragalin, paeoniflorin 등은 $40^{\circ}C$ 건조에서는 성분의 함량이 모두 높게 나타났으나 건조온도가 높아질수록 성분은 감소하는 경향이었다.

수증기댐 처리가 통죽(筒竹)의 송풍오븐건조 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Vapor-dam Treatment on the Air Circulating oven Drying Characteristics of Bamboo Tubes)

  • 본 연구는 통죽의 송풍오븐 건조중 수증기댐 처리가 건조속도 및 할렬과 외주할 예방에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 생재에서 함수율 약 7~8%까지 건조되는데 소요되는 시간은 건조스케줄이 과격할수록 적었으며, 건조소요시간은 건조초기의 건조속도에 의해서 크게 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 건조중 횡단면적 수축율과 통피층의 두께수축율은 모두 비정상적일 정도로 매우 크게 나타났다. 무처리재의 경우 건조개시 직후 할렬과 외주할이 발생하였으며, 수증기댐 처리재에서는 약 67% 정도의 건조수율을 기대할 수 있었다. 수증기댐 처리재의 외주할은 건조조건 보다는 수증기댐 처리에 의한 횡단면을 통과하는 수분의 증발 차폐정도와 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 평가되었다.

토양건조방법들에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of Soil Drying Techniques)

  • 각기 다른 강우량(降雨量) 조건하에서 발달하여 무정형(無晶型) 광물함량(鑛物含量)이 다른 3종(種)의 하와이 화산회 토양과 4종류(種類)의 합성광물(合成鑛物)을 이용(利用)하여 4종류(種類)의 건조방법(乾燥方法)의 적용(適用)에 따른 수분함량(水分含量) 차이(差異) 및 구조(溝造)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 대하여 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. $105^{\circ}C$ 건조기(乾燥器) 건조법(乾燥法)이 기타 $P_2O_5$ 건조(乾燥) 냉동건조(冷凍乾燥) 및 임계점(臨界点) 건조방법(乾燥方法)에 비(比)하여 수분제거량(水分除去量)이 가장 많았으며 특히 $P_2O_5$ 건조법(乾燥法)과의 차이(差異)는 토양중의 무정형(無晶型) 광물함량(鑛物含量)과 정(正)의 상관을 보여 Kaiwiki 토양 > Hilo 토양 > Kawihae 토양의 순(順)으로 켰다. 이는 $105^{\circ}C$ 가온건조(加溫乾燥)가 무정형(無晶型) 광물(鑛物)의 내외(內外)에 특별(特別)한 형태(形態)로 광물(鑛物)과 결합보유(結合保有)된 수분(水分)을 제거(除去)하는 효과(效果)가 큰 것으로 추측(推測)된다. 현미경(顯微鏡) 사진(寫眞)을 통하여 건조방법(乾燥方法)에 따른 토양 및 합성광물(合成鑛物)의 구조변화(構造變化)를 관찰하였던 바 건조기(乾燥器) 건조(乾燥) 및 $P_2O_5$ 건조(乾燥)에 의(依)하여는 공극량이 적고 조밀(稠密)하게 수축(收縮)된 대형(大形)의 단립(單粒)을 형성(形成)하였고 냉동건조(冷凍乾燥) 및 임계점(臨界点) 건조(乾燥)는 최소한(最少限)의 수축에 의하여 해면상의 구조(構造)를 유지하는 원래의 공극량에 가까운 건조전(乾燥前) 토양에 유사한 구조(構造)를 유지하였으며 임계점(臨界点) 건조(乾燥)가 한층 더 건조전(乾燥前) 토양구조에 유사하였다.

코크스 공정에서의 열유동 현상 모델링 (Modeling of Coking Process in a Coke Oven)

  • Coking process is the thermal decomposition of bituminous coal with final temperature of about $900^{\circ}C$ Because coke plays important roles in ironmaking process in a blast furnace it's essential for developing modeling of coke oven. In this study, An unsteady 2-dimesional model is proposed to simulate coking process in a coke oven. In this model, gas and solid phase are assumed homogeneous continnum and solid bed is assumed as porous media . The model contains governing equations for the solid phase and the gas phase. Complicated phenomena such as swelling, softening, resolidification and shrinkage are neglected and mass loss by drying and devolatilization is reflected by generation of internal pores. Drying, devolatilization, heat transfer and generation of internal pores are also reflected in source terms. Calulated results are compared with experimental data

  • 천연소재인 아몬드 첨가에 의한 대두 이소플라본의 특성 변화를 연구하였다. 대두를 침지처리 및 oven-drying 공정을 통해 ${\beta}-glucosides$ 함량을 증가시킨 후 아몬드 2.5%첨가 12시간 반응으로 ${\beta}-glucosides$로부터 비배당체를 전환시켜 비배당체의 함량을 날콩에 비해 17.5배 이상 증가시킬 수 있었다. 아몬드 첨가에 의한 genistin 분해 속도 및 genistein 생성속도는 각각의 daidzin 분해 속도 및 daidzein 생성속도보다 높았다.

  • 본 연구는 수경성 무기재료를 사용한 배합의 고정수량 측정을 위해 적절히 사용할 수 있는 건조방법을 찾기 위해 수행되었으며, 제1보에서는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트, 그리고 본 제 2보에서는 알칼리 활성 슬래그의 경우에 대해 다루었다. 다양한 w/b, 알칼리 활성화제 종류 및 양을 갖는 알칼리 활성 슬래그에 대해 진공건조 및 오븐건조, 이 둘의 조합 그리고 작열법이 사용되었다. 실험결과, 진공건조 후 오븐건조를 사용한 경우 비록 수화물의 결정수 일부가 분해되지만 자유수분의 완전한 증발이 가능하여 그 결과값의 편차가 작았으며, 따라서 AAS의 수화도를 정량평가하기 위한 단순하고 쉬운 고정수량 측정방법으로 적합하다고 판단하였다.

수입 솔로몬산(産) 미이용(미利用) 수종(樹種)의 인공건조(人工乾燥)스케쥴 개발(開發) (Development of Kiln Drying Schedule of Lesser-Known Species Imported from Solomon)

  • A study was conducted to determine the physical properties related to drying characteristics, the seasonal air drying curves and the kiln drying schedule for taun lumber imported and utilized. This kiln drying schedule was found by oven drying and developed by pilot testing of green lumber and partially air dried lumber. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Average green specific gravity and standard deviation of heartwood lumber were 0.60${\pm}$0.03 and those of sapwood lumber were 0.64${\pm}$0.02. 2. Radial shrinkage from green to air dry and from green to oven dry were 3.05 percent and 5.96 percent respectively, and tangential shrinkage from green to air dry and to oven dry were 5.49 percent and 8.74 percent respectively. 3. Drying time for 25mm thick green lumber (50 percent moisture content) air dried to 30 percent moisture content were 14 days in springtime. 6 days in summertime, and 12 days in autumntime, whereas for 50mm thick lumber in 36 days in springtime, 18 days in summertime, 38 days in autumntime. 4. Kiln drying schedules developed by oven drying were T8-B3 for 25mm thick lumber and T5-B2 for 50mm thick lumber. 5. Kiln drying curves of green 25mm and 50mm thick lumber were similar to those of partially air dried lumber from the level of 30 percent average moisture content. Green 25mm thick lumber (55.7 percent moisture content) was dried to 9.3 percent moisture content in 101.5 hours and green 50mm thick lumber (65.6 percent moisture content) was dried to 11.5 percent moisture content in 526 hours. 6. End checking for green 25mm thick lumber occured in 49.6 percent moisture content and reached maximum amount in 27.6 percent moisture content and closed in 15.8 percent moisture content. 7. End checking for green 50mm thick lumber and partially air dried lumber developed and reached maximum amount earlier then for 25mm thick lumber. 8. Final moisture content of surface layer for 50mm thick lumber was one half of that of core, and moisture content equalized in the lumber after nine days of room conditioning. 9. Casehardening for 50mm thick lumber was slight and was conditioned after nine days of room stroage. 10. Drying defects, such as end checking and surface checking, were not observed and the quality of dry lumber was first.
