The purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of occurrence of disease and accidence of child care center. The subjects of this study were 17 public district child care centers, but only one center kept their health diary. Therefore, it became finally the only subject for this study. The data were collected through the analysis it's health diary and case reports for emergency. The collected data were analyzed by the number of cases, age and sex, types of case, and the emergency case were analyzed by age, background, types of accidents and follow up. The number of cases of disease and accident in 2002 were 572. In sexual difference, boys more have accident than girls. The teachers and the outsiders also frequently use the health care service. Smallpox and epidemic conjunctivitis were spreaded during winter and summer. In causes of accidents, 'accident by other child' were 98%. In emergency cases, 1 pierced wound, 1 dislocation, 2 dental emergencies, 4 eyeball contusion and bleedings and 2 burns were occurred. all the cases of emergency were performed follow up education. On the basis of above data, there will be needed to intensify health and safety subjects in curriculum for the teacher of child care, and health and safety education for child. Each child care centers must have health care manager and the network for emergency. To enhance the quality of child care service, government have to offer financial and systematical support.

The Torajan people who started to receive increased attention from the 1990 are one of the many ethnic groups of Indonesia. This paper intends to examine Torajan Ceremonies practied today in the modern world, driven by the Torajan people's age-old perspective of life and death (and the world after) that comes from their background on traditional lifestyle and (animated) folk religion/belief. It focuses on the ceremonial Dances, which is one of the most important element in Torajan Ceremonies, and gain deeper insight through its costumes and ornaments which traditionally revealed the social status of hosts and performers. In ceremony, the most important division is the classification of ritual into Aluk rampe matallo(life facing ritual ) and Aluk rampe matampu? death ritual). So Traditional Toraja dances may be classified into two genres: life related ritual dances and death ritual dances. Especially the funeral ceremonies in Toraja has been rather more famous on its spectacle aspect to outsiders however its relationships to the broader theme of Torajan Ceremonies and ceremonial dances are very less known and sources on this topic are also very scarce. Fortunately, I was able to witness one of such an ritual event. I did see one kind of the funeral rituals which is the most dramatic and symbolically rich performances in Toraja. Here, a brief account of its will highlight some dimension of ceremony, personfood, and potency in Torajan thought and action.

In recent years there has been an increasing amount of attention paid to outosourcing of information systems (IS) functions in organizations. The changing and more strategic role of outsourcing in business firms has been given much coverage in academic and trade publications. Trying to remain competitive and up-to-date in the rapidly developing world of computer technology is becoming a financial burden to many organizations in fields such as banking and financial services, health care, and manufacturing. Hiring outsiders to handle part or even all of its information services helps an organization provide better services and maintain a competitive advantage. This paper attempts to provide a benchmark of current IS outsourcing utilization in Korea. A detailed descriptive analysis of survey responses from 78 Korean companies indicates the usage, length of experience, expenditure of outsourcing, and kinds of IS functions being outsourced. The study also analyzes the effects (strategic, economic, and technological) of IS outsourcing with respect to the length of experience, expenditure of outsourcing, and kinds of IS functions being outsourced As a result of the analysis there are significant differences in the strategic, economic and technological effects of IS outsourcing with respect to the expenditure of outsourcing, kinds of IS functions being outsourced and firm size.

Purpose: This study investigated the need for information and social support in parents of children with epilepsy. Method: A total of 119 parents of children with epilepsy were recruited and asked to fill out questionnaires. Result: Of 119 parents, two-third reported that they received full and sufficient information about their child's disease and its management but one-third felt the information was insufficient and incomplete. Most parents (62.2%) felt at loss when their child had a seizure, either at home or at school. They wanted information on the causes of seizures, adequate steps deal with seizure and steps they should take to become adequate and supportive parents for their children. However, most parents were reluctant to disclose the disease or to receive support from outsiders. Conclusion: Regardless of the fact that most parents received sufficient information about the management of epilepsy, they felt at a loss when their child had a seizure attack. Therefore nurses should give specific instruction on seizure management and assess the needs of parents on a regular basis.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of conservation and management of KIAHS(Korea's Important Agricultural Heritage System) by focusing on which of the conceptual and institutional characteristics and stakeholder activities, and to suggest improvement plans. The results were summarized as follows, first, insiders prioritize financial support and participate in plan execution and activities. Second, rural utilization and traditional agricultural succession activities and support are deficient. Third, administrators (intermediary) focuses primarily on KIAHS designation; ordinance enactment, manpower recruitment and other structural considerations are lacking. Fourth, the role of administrators (intermediary) is limited to operational funding and facility management support at the enforcement and activity stage. Fifth, outsiders besides visitors, such as the public or business enterprises, lacked participation methods. For the sustainable KIAHS, municipality must perceive agricultural heritage as a resource and recognize the importance, and treat it accordingly. The establishment of local-led conservation activities and movements must be considered in an enhanced investigation and excavation stage. The complementary policies that ensure continual support from experts from the first investigation and excavation stage to the final monitoring stage are necessary. The standards and regulations are necessary to achieve parity between conservation and maintenance of agricultural heritage, and its utilization.

School Crime Prevention Throgh Environmental Design (CPTED) is in the process of building a design guide through a lot of research. However, it is common practice to conduct consulting through existing cases and utilize internal self-evaluation through similar projects, as the self-evaluation criteria are not open to public or unlike other certifications. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of a more quantitative and objective practical manual by analyzing the evaluation elements of school crime prevention environment design provided by guidelines and guidelines of various organizations and local autonomous bodies involved in school design. As a result of quantifying the school facilities CPTED indicators so far and incorporating the current guidelines, 'Surveillance and access control' of 'Entrance space and parking space' is found to be main. If the various indicators presented above are applied in consideration of the specificity of the school facilities in the application of the school CPTED technique, in addition to the CPTED for physically preventing offenses committed by outsiders, it can be expected to prevent violence among students or social crimes in school education.

One of important concerns in information security is to control information flow. It is whether to protect confidential information from being leaked, or to protect trusted information from being tainted. In this paper, we present Piosk (Physical blockage of Information flow Kiosk) that addresses both the problems practically. Piosk can forestall and prevent the leakage of information, and defend inner tangible assets against a variety of malwares as well. When a visitor who carries a re-writable portable storage device, must insert the device into Piosk installed next to the security gate. Then, Piosk scans the device at the very moment, and detects & repairs malicious codes that might be exist. After that, Piosk writes the contents (including sanitized ones) on a new read-only portable device such as a compact disk. By doing so, the leakage of internal information through both insiders and outsiders can be prevented physically. We have designed and prototyped Piosk. The experimental verification of the Piosk prototype implementation reveals that, Piosk can accurately detect every malware at the same detection level as Virus Total and effectively prevent the leakage of internal information. In addition, we compare Piosk with the state-of-the-art methods and describe the special advantages of Piosk over existing methods.

Vietnamese scholars contend that they have developed Southeast Asian studies viewing Southeast Asia as both a geographical entity with a long history and cultural tradition and a strategic region for modern development. This study has traced the construction of Southeast Asian studies as an academic discipline in Vietnam through the studies and arguments of Vietnamese scholars. It has put primary focus on the institutionalization of Southeast Asian studies, taking note of the assessment and perceptions of Vietnamese scholars. It also looked into the construction and limitations of Southeast Asian studies in Vietnam, which advocates Southeast Asian Studies as interdisciplinary area studies, with stressing of the origin of indigenous studies. The major contents of this study include: First, a historic overview of the institutionalization of Southeast Asian studies centering on research institutions of Southeast Asian studies in Vietnam, Second, the perceptions of Southeast Asian studies inside Vietnam and the inside evaluation of the effort to indigenize Southeast Asian studies. This study took note of Vietnamese scholars' perceptions and assessment of Southeast Asian studies performed by outsiders, primarily by Western scholars; the perceptions and evaluation of Southeast Asian studies conducted by Southeast Asian insiders; and the perceptions and evaluation of the origin of Southeast Asian studies indigenous to Vietnam. Last, it examined the construction and limitations of Southeast Asian studies in Vietnam, which advocates the studies as interdisciplinary regional studies.

"Brokeback Mountain" deals with the love story between two homosexuals named Ennis and Jack. They never do use the word 'homosexual' but instead 'love.' They hide their love into the closet. And they conform to socially constructed gender roles. It is because they recognize that social order has punished the homosexuals severely through history. Especially, Ennis fears the homophobic heterosexual gaze. Through his paranoia, this article examines the conventional contradictory social order causing by the tragic story that is the homosexual "closet phenomenon." Such a phenomenon has resulted from the traditional patriarchal family system that is the central unit of society. Conventionally, patriarchy consists of a dominant male and non-dominant female system, based on force. Sexuality has been constructed, experienced, and understood in culturally and historically specific ways. Homosexuality has been imaged conventionally as a female disguised as a man. As such, homosexuality would violate and break such a constructed system that keeps the sexual hierarchy through male dominant construction. As homosexual, ironically with macho gender personas, Ennis and Jack are social outsiders. Through this story, Proulx suggests the conventional fixed social order is contradictory and, therefore forces the readers to re-consider the world and ponder about the future.

Through 'The Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan' for carbon neutrality, the government promised to raise the proportion of renewable energy generation to 20% and renewable energy installation capacity to 63.8% by 2030. Therefore, we plan to test a 5.5 MW offshore wind turbine near Maldo, Gunsan. In this project, we measure the level of public acceptance and perform ordinary least squares (OLS) regression analysis to show the determinants of public acceptance. The regression results are as followed. First, it is judged that the closer the distance to the offshore wind turbine, the more the economic effects considered by residents. Second, especially in Maldo, the experience of being discriminated from the Saemangeum project, is understood to have caused distrust in the surrounding fishing villages chief/Fisheries Cooperatives, converted into a local community effect. Finally, the policy implications are as follows. First, a bottom-up problem-solving method is required to improve public acceptance, based on the Living Lab. Second, the island community may be indifferent to the briefings or forums of outsiders. Therefore, a gradual approach is required through (in)formal channels based on reliability from a long-term perspective with nearby universities and research institutes using SamsØ Energy Academy.
