장대레일과 교량의 상호작용 해석을 통한 교량제원 매개변수 분석 (Parametric Study on Properties of bridge by CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) and Bridge Interaction Analysis)

  • CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) and bridge interaction produce rail force, bridge displacement and rail/bridge relative displacement. Each of these has limitation by many codes. In this paper, analysis of interaction has been carried out by using foreign codes(UIC 774-3 R code of Europe etc.) because there is no code about interaction between rail and bridge in Korea. Recently, railway bridges with CWR has been constructed for structural and economical reasons. When designer plans railway bridges, design a bridge model first and then investigate railway forces and displacement by interaction analysis. If these results go out bounds from limitation, designer plans railway bridges again and again. In this paper, using the parametric study on CWR and railway bridge interaction, railway bridge parameters such as length of bridge span, area of bridge, moment of inertia, stiffness of pier, etc. are presented. It helps preliminary design of railway bridges.

  • In this study, We conducted a survey for improvement about disaster in multiple casualties. Results, It was checked out many problems that Triage is inconvenience in using and damaging. And it was turned out that firefighting resources are not being put efficiently in the right place. Therefore, We are proposed that expansion of education and training opportunities, Location system of emergency activity resource in using App, Cope with a multiple casualties in using QR Code.

Optimum design of steel space frames under earthquake effect using harmony search

  • This paper presents an optimization process using Harmony Search Algorithm for minimum weight of steel space frames under earthquake effects according to Turkish Earthquake Code (2007) specifications. The optimum designs are carried out by selecting suitable sections from a specified list including W profiles taken from American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). The stress constraints obeying AISC-Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) specifications, lateral displacement constraints and geometric constraints are considered in the optimum designs. A computer program is coded in MATLAB for the purpose to incorporate with SAP2000 OAPI (Open Application Programming Interface) to perform structural analysis of the frames under earthquake loads. Three different steel space frames are carried out for four different seismic earthquake zones defined in Turkish Earthquake Code (2007). Results obtained from the examples show the applicability and robustness of the method.

초음속 충돌 제트에 대한 비정상 유동 해석 (Unsteady Flow Analysis of Supersonic Impinging Jet)

  • TNumerical simulations of the supersonic impinging jet flows are carried out using the 3D Navier-Stokes code. This paper is focuses on the unsteady flow features associated with stagnation bubbles and other oscillatory behavior. The 3D code was validated by reproducing the results of Lamont's experiments. Computation is carried out for the cases in which the unsteadiness of the plate shock has been observed experimentally. The computational results confirm the oscillatory feature in several kHz. Unsteady calculation with algebraic turbulence model is also performed. It is found that the laminar and turbulent results have some discrepancy in the transient period. However, both of them reveal the oscillatory behavior with similar frequency.

어업실습선의 SPS Code 적용과 항만국통제 현황 분석 (Application of SPS Code and analysis on status of Port State Control in Korea fishery training ship)

  • This study identified application range of SPS Code(Special Purpose Ship Code) applied to fishery training ship in Korea, and proposed counterplan for port state control. The latest contents of relevant convention was verified, used APCIS of Tokyo MOU and EQASIS provided by EU to analyze the current condition and deficiencies of port state control of fishery training ship. As the result, the SPS code equal to passenger ship and cargo ship of SOLAS convention should be satisfied with fishery training ship, and must follow ISPS Code. As for the result of record of port state control, it was confirmed that 8 fishery training ships were inspected 76 times and pointed out with 411 deficiencies in Tokyo MOU nation. 75% of deficiencies were related to SOLAS convention, and 71 times of inspections were conducted in Japan. Because it is not free from the fishery training ship, there is a need for active corresponding and preparation by enhancing local cooperative system and sharing the Internet inspection background, and need to develop and implement in-depth internship program to improve port state control counter plan for the trainees.

Study of fission gas products effect on thermal hydraulics of the WWER1000 with enhanced subchannel method

  • Thermal hydraulic (TH) analysis of nuclear power reactors is utmost important. In this way, the numerical codes that preparing TH data in reactor core are essential. In this paper, a subchannel analysis of a Russian pressurized water reactor (WWER1000) core with enhanced numerical code is carried out. For this, in fluid domain, the mass, axial and lateral momentum and energy conservation equations for desired control volume are solved, numerically. In the solid domain, the cylindrical heat transfer equation for calculation of radial temperature profile in fuel, gap and clad with finite difference and finite element solvers are considered. The dependence of material properties to fuel burnup with Calza-Bini fuel-gap model is implemented. This model is coupled with Isotope Generation and Depletion Code (ORIGEN2.1). The possibility of central hole consideration in fuel pellet is another advantage of this work. In addition, subchannel to subchannel and subchannel to rod connection data in hexagonal fuel assembly geometry could be prepared, automatically. For a demonstration of code capability, the steady state TH analysis of a the WWER1000 core is compromised with Thermal-hydraulic analysis code (COBRA-EN). By thermal hydraulic parameters averaging Fuel Assembly-to-Fuel Assembly method, the one sixth (symmetry) of the Boushehr Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) core with regular subchannels are modeled. Comparison between the results of the work and COBRA-EN demonstrates some advantages of the presented code. Using the code the thermal modeling of the fuel rods with considering the fission gas generation would be possible. In addition, this code is compatible with neutronic codes for coupling. This method is faster and more accurate for symmetrical simulation of the core with acceptable results.

APN 함수를 이용한 부호계열 발생 알고리즘 설계 빛 분석 (Design and Analysis of Code Sequence Generating Algorithms using Almost Perfect Nonlinear Functions)

  • 암호화 시스템에서 대부분의 선형시스템은 쉽게 해석될 수 있기 때문에 비선형성은 매우 중요하다. 비선형 함수인 bent함수와 유사한 특성을 갖고 C.Bracken, Z.Zha 등에 의하여 제안된 APN(Almost Perfect Nonlinear) 함수를 이용하여 두 종류의 새로운 부호계열 발생 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이를 이용하여 GF(2)상에서 발생된 부호계열의 자기상관함수 $R_{ii}(\tau)$, ${\tau}\;{\neq}\;0$와 상호상관함수 $R_{ik}(\tau)$의 값은 {-1, $-1-2^{n/2}$, $-1+2^{n/2}$}을 가진다. 이 개념을 확장한 GF(p), $p\;{\geq}\;3$상에서 발생된 비 이원부호계열의 자기상관함수 $R_{p,ii}(\tau}$, ${\tau}\;{\neq}\;0$와 상호상관함수 $R_{p,ik}(\tau)$의 값은 {$-1+p^{n-1}$, $-1-p^{(n-1)/2}+p^{n-1}$, $-1+p^{(n-1)/2}+p^{n-1}$} 로 역시 3종류 값을 가짐을 보였다. 이 분석결과로부터 발생된 부호계열의 상관함수가 Gold 부호계열과 유사한 특성을 가짐을 확인하였다.

  • 최근 건축물이 대형화, 복잡화되면서 예기치 못한 상황에 대한 안전성 문제가 이슈화되고 있다. 그러나 초대형 건물의 경우 규모가 커서 수작업으로 방재 및 안전성과 관련한 법규 검토에 시간이 많이 걸리고, 실수가 일어날 가능성도 높다. 이러한 문제로 한 조사에 따르면 건축 및 건설관련자-실무자의 83%가 자동법규검토 시스템이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 자동법규검토 시스템 및 연구현황을 살펴보고, 기존 BIM기술을 이용하여 국내 방재 및 피난 관련법규를 자동으로 검토하기 위한 시스템개발 가능성을 검토하고자 한다. 이밖에 자동법규검토 시스템의 필요성과 그 기대효과를 분석하고 기존 연구사례를 통해, 국내 적용가능 여부를 검토하고, 지역적 특수성에 대한 문제점, 한계를 논의한다. 또 그러한 문제점들에 대한 해결책과 향후 발전방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 피난관련 법규로 그 범위를 제한하였지만 앞으로 전체적인 법규 자동검토시스템이 구축되기 위해 필요한 노력과 작업에 대해 알아보고 연구해 나가야할 것이다.
