And pharmacopuncture, i.e. injection of subclinical doses of drugs, mostly herb medicine, in acupoints, has been adopted with successful results. Objectively, the patient showed improvement on most items on the International Index for Erectile Dysfunction (IIEF) like 28 to 29 out of perfect score 30 for erectile function, 10 to 10 out of perfect score 10 for orgasmic function, 6 to 8 out of perfect score 10 for sexual desire, 10 to 13 out of perfect score 15 for satisfaction with intercourse, and 6 to 8 out of perfect score 10 for overall satisfaction; subjectively, his words, the tone of his voice and the look of confidence in his eyes all indicated improvement. Purpose: Diplopia and cosmetically unacceptable enophthalmos are the major complications of blow out fracture. Prolapse of orbital tissue into the sinuses, enlarged orbital volume, atrophy of orbital fat and loss of support of orbital walls play a role in the pathogenesis of enophthalmos. To correct post-traumatic enophthalmos, freeing of incarcerated orbital contents combined with reduction of bony orbital volume and reconstruction of suspensory support of globe is necessary. But remained enophthalmos after surgical treatment is difficult to correct completely. In this case, the authors performed implant insertion for affected orbit and endoscopic orbital decompression for unaffected orbit for correction of late enophthalmos. Method: We reviewed a girl patient with right inferomedial orbital wall blow out fracture, right zygoma fracture treated at our hospital for correction of enophthalmos. An 18-year-old female had sustained posttraumatic enopthalmos. Two surgical management was performed for correction blow out fracture at the other hospital. But residual diplopia, enophthalmos, cheek drooping were found. And then she transferred to our hospital. She had severe enophthalmos(5 mm) also had diplopia and extraocular muscle limitation. We performed operation for correction of enophthalmos. After operation, she showed minimal improvement of diplopia and enophthalmos(3 mm). The authors make plan for operation for correction enophthalmos due to cosmetical improvement. Implant insertion was performed for affected orbit. For unaffected orbit, nasoendoscopic medial orbital wall decompression was proceeded. Result: Correction of enophthalmos was found after operation and was maintained for nine years follow-up. Patient expressed satisfaction for the result. Conclusion: To correct persistant enophthalmos, we could have satisfactory result with orbital wall reconstruction on affected eye and decompression on unaffected eye.

Results: Oral health knowledge of the elderly, caregiving burden, depression, and social support were examined. The mean scores for oral health knowledge of the elderly and caregiving burden were $57.11{\pm}16.94$ out of 100 and $17.33{\pm}8.61$ out of 48, respectively. Further, the mean caregiving behavior score, depression score, and social support score were $8.49{\pm}13.71$ out of 100, $5.11{\pm}3.05$ out of 10, and $72.75{\pm}17.03$ out of 100, respectively. Factors affecting oral health knowledge of the elderly were examined. The results showed that the level of oral health knowledge of the elderly increased with an increasing perception of a need for oral health education (p<0.05), caregiving burden (p<0.01), and social support (p<0.01). Conclusions: These findings suggest that developing and popularizing oral care intervention programs for family caregivers of dementia patients are necessary to ensure systematic oral care for dementia patients.
