  • By means of a Riccati transform and averaging technique some oscillation criteria are established for perturbed nonlinear differential equations of second order $(P_1)\;(p(t)x'(t))'+q(t)|x({\phi}(t)|^{{\alpha}+1}sgnx({\phi}(t))+g(t,\;x(t))=0$ $(P_2)$ and $(P_3)$ satisfying the condition (H). A comparison theorem and examples are given.

  • The Linear Oscillatory Actuator(LOA) has very few components and a highly simplified structure, and therefore promises to be simple and reliable. The actuator consists of winding as a stator and mover includes permanent magnet.   • A sodium chloride crystallizer shows oscillatory and nonlinear characteristics under its nucleating and growing process. Because these characteristics vary with operational condition, we can't control the product crystal size exactly with a PID controller or a sequence controller. Then, we make a model with threefold neural networks for the laboratory equipment that is a jet mixing crystallizer. We try to control the product crystal size with its neuro-model, and we reach the conclusion that our neuro-model is applicable to the practical crystallizer.

  • Numerical study has been conducted in two dimensions about a NACA0012 airfoil with an oscillating microflap on the surface. We show that this microflap is effective in controlling the unsteady stall at high angles of attack. We solve the compressible Navier-Stokes equations for the Reynolds numbers with an extensible chimera grid fitted to the oscillatory microflap. For turbulent calculation, we adopt the SST $k-{\omega}$ model. We investigate the parametric effect of angle of attacks, Reynolds number, and the location where the microflap is installed.

  • This paper introduces the movement creation and control technique of an avatar, whose replacement of the user is increasing due to the rapid development of the internet and hardware that generalizes the VR. A 3D avatar´s movement is usually created through the key-framing technique or motion-capture equipment. This paper introduce the production of the avatar´s movement by constructing a articulated avatar whose speed and movement are automatically created by the neural oscillatory network and avatar´s joint is controlled by the use of kinematics and motion editor.

  • In this paper, we consider the oscillation second order unstable neutral difference equations with continuous arguments $\Delta^2_{/tau}(\chi(t)-p\chi(t-\sigma))=f(t,\chi(g(t)))$ and obtain some criteria for the bounded solutions of this equation to be oscillatory.

  • The critical reynolds number in a square-sectional straight duct is investigated experimentally. The experimental study for the air flow in a square-sectional straight duct is carried out to calssify critical Reynolds number on steady flow and unsteady flow. To calssify the critical Reynolds number we obtained velocity waveform by using a hot-wireanemometer and data acquisition system with photocorder.

  • 시멘트 페이스트의 비선형적 점탄성 거동을 연구하기 위해 동적인 전단 유동 시험 이 수행되었다. 전단응력과 전단변형 또는 전단변형율간의 관계를 보여주는 히스테리시스 곡선을 얻기 위하여 전단응력이 연속적으로 측정되었다. 이는 기존의 주파수 혹은 변형의 증가에 의한 실험(frequency or strain sweep experiment)과는 달리 저자에 의해 수정된 점 성계(HAAKE Model RV20/RC20/CV20N)의 조정프로그램을 이용하여 수행되었다. 동적 전 단유동시험에서 얻어진 히스테리시스곡선은 시멘트 페이스트가 전단변형을 받는 동안 선형 탄성, 입자간 연결고리의 파괴 및 점성유체 거동을 보여준다. 측정된 항복전단응력은 전단변 형율의 증가에 따라 파우어함수(Power low equation)에 의해 증가함을 보여준다.
