This study was focused on experience of adult offsprings with disabled parents, and thereby on the evaluation of their family-of-origin environment. Adult offsprings's experience and understanding of the evolution in terms of subjects were explored. This study reviewed the effects of the family-of-origin environment and the analysis of data based on qualititative research depending on Saiki Greig Hill theory. The summary of this is as follows; perception and attitudes about disables parents tended to strengthen the steps 'process of recognition about disabled parents', 'process of escape about disabled parents',' precess of integration about disabled parents'. The alternative programs of the strengthen the steps 'process of integration about disabled parents' should be developed government policy support according to age group, ADL(activity of daily life) support according to disability status and emotional support with a focused on health family support center, public health center, religion meeting. This study was to provided basic material needed to do further research on this issue by identifying the effects of family-of-origin environment on adult offsprings with disabled parents.

Yunnan, where twenty-six minor ethnics live, is located in Southwest part of China. They have preserved and developed their folk costume, artcraft, music and dance in their peculiar way with natural and cultural surroundings. So, Yunnan is known as a living folk museum. It's worth examining how climate and circumstances change has affected certain differences of dress shape in same ethnic. Research into costumes of minor ethnics can contribute to the study of origin of the trousers, as this group of people have well succeeded the basic form of trousers through their cultural history and everyday life. This study, at first, investigates geographical surroundings of each minor ethnic group, and figures out the style of all trousers by measuring the each size, then compares design color pattern and fabric. The origin of trousers examined by formative characteristics has been classified and comparatively studied. The study materials are twenty-three trousers selected from in Yunnan Folk Museum as well as other relevant literature records. This study suggests that one can examine the type of human culture through the forms of costume which reflects folk custom geography economy etc. This, in turn, can be used as a basic information for other studies, and in particular, for the study of origin and structure of the trousers.

The purposes of the study were to find the characteristics of spousal conflict, the characteristics of the origin of family in couple, the intervention techniques of the family therapist, and the processes of change in couple through family therapy. The total family counseling was 9 sessions, which included individual and couple therapy. The study used constant comparative analysis by using open coding method to find the factors. The study suggested the whole model for the study, which could be shown the processes of family therapy in this case study, by using graphical network display. The results of study showed the personal characteristics of husband and wife, the characteristics of the origin of family in couple, the intervention techniques of the family therapist, and the processes of change in husband through family therapy by using matrix. The results revealed that there were many differences in characteristics to cause spousal conflicts and characteriscts in family of origin to influence the crisis of divorce. The therapeutic intervention to treat the couples in the crisis of divorce were facilitation of communication between husband and wife, husband's differentiation of self from family of origin, and understanding about the perspectives of family members. As results of therapeutic intervention, there were showed the spousal change of recognition to each other, husband's differentiation of self, wife's growth of self, and improvement of communication.

This study examined the factors affecting the client's binge drinking, and the client and parents' change led by family therapy. From August to November 2011, the counseling case of this research was consisted of a total of 9 sessions-individual, parents, mother-daughter, father-daughter, and family counseling. This study utilized verbatim and audio recordings, and employed Miles and Huberman(1994) matrix and network to analyze the data. The findings of the study revealed that the factors that influenced the client's binge drinking included the family's dysfunctional communication method, adverse rearing attitude owing to unresolved emotional problems from the family-of-origin, and the client family's peculiar environment and culture. The therapist's intervention included making the client aware of his own problem, helping to gain insight and understand the parents' family-of-origin, connecting the past family-of-origin and the present, identifying attempted solutions, making aware of new change, and suggesting new communication methods. Through the therapist's intervention employing MRI interactional family therapy model and Bowen's family systems theory, the family members experienced changes; perception of all family members that participated in the counseling changed, and accordingly, their communication method and attitude changed as well. Through these changes in the family, the client's alcohol consumption reduced in terms of both frequency and amount, thus was able to solve their binge drinking problem.

44 Temporomandibular Disorders(TMDs) patients with non-trauma and non-iatrogenic origin pressented at Wonkwang University Dental Hospital. They were grouped into experimental subjects and 85 persons without TMSDs were classified into control groups. The objectives of this study was to investigate the effects of recent life changes on the symptom severity and treatment course of TMDs. For that purpose, the author used several scales and indices, namely, Social Readjustment Rating Scale(SRRS) devised by Holmes and Rahe, SRRS-Korean revision by Hong and Jeong, Helkimos Anamnestic index, Clinical Dysfunction index, and Visual Analogue Scale treatment index(VAS Ti) transformed from VAS by the author. Data resulted from the investigation were collected by scale or index and processed with SPSS. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Life change units(LCU) and values of indices of experimental group were higher than those of control group. 2. Life change units recorded with SRRS-Korean revision were higher than those with original SRRS in all cases and significant positive correlations existed, between he two Therefore, clinical use of original SRRS in Korea is reliable and valid. 3. In experimental group, LCU were positively correlated with Helkimos Clinical Dysfunction index and VAS treatment index, but in control group LCU were not correlated with any items. From this, increase of life changes in patient with TMDs is likely to aggravate TMJ dysfunction and more likely to complicate treatment course.

Subject : The Association between Extraordinary Organs(奇恒之腑) and Eight Extra Meridians(奇經 八脈). Objectives : This study research some special aspects of Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians which differentiated from ordinary Organs and Meridians, and the association between Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians. Methods : First, researched classification standard and physiological characteristics of Extraordinary Organs through studying various chapters of HuangdiNeijing. Second, researched The Association between Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians through studying on the origin of Eight Extra Meridians in HuangdiNeijing. Third, from accompanying researching the subject of Cheon-gye(天癸) and human body shape, draw synthetic hypothesis on the relationship among ordinary Meridians and Organs, muscles and skins of body shape, Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians. Results & Conclusions : The following conclusions could be drawn. 1. Extraordinary Organs afford background for shaping human body. This is same as the properties of the earth which afford background for shaping all creations. The physiological characteristics of Extraordinary Organs is intermediation and regulation between Ki(氣) of Five Viscera & six Bowels and shape of muscles & skins in human body. 2. The origin of Eight Extra Meridians could be found in HuangdiNeijing. The collateral Meridians of the Uterus and Epiglottis Meridian are specifically formulated to supplying for the Uterus or Epiglottis. From this we can draw The Association between Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians, that is Eight Extra Meridians are specifically formulated to supplying for Extraordinary Organs. 3. The Cheon-gye(天癸) is doing significant function in Eight Extra Meridians supplying for Extraordinary Organs. Cheon-gye concerned to growth, secondary sexual characters, generative function, aging process. Theses are all concerned with the changing of human body shape. Cheon-gye urge to change the body shape with following the human life cycle. 4. Human body has vertical symmetry because preserve its shape from the gravitational force. Eight Extra Meridians place at the middle or flank axis of human body, thus do physiological function that assistant human body have vertical symmetry shape. The purpose of shaping vertical symmetry is securing space what the inner Twelve Regular Meridians and Five Viscera & six Bowels create there own physical changes. On the other hand the inner changes need deviation between left and right because of mobility and circulation of force. But human body change the shape in the process of growth, reproduction, aging. Eight Extra Meridians play role at time of these processing, thus they deeply concerned to human's life cycle and reproduction. 5. Eight Extra Meridians and Extraordinary Organs were named 'Extra' because of some special aspects which differentiated from ordinary Meridians and Organs. All they play role to have vertical symmetry shape of human body and maintain the shape, thus they deeply concerned to the change of human life cycle. These shaping maintaining and the change of human life cycle are very special aspects of human body. So they needed to differently cognize separate to the ordinary changes of Five Viscera & six Bowels and Twelve Meridians at inner space.

The objectives of this study are to consider about the research of a costume and a discussion about a system of costume by practical science scholar in the late period of Chosun Dynasty. The result are descrived as follows: 1. The purpose that practical sciellce scholars researched a costulne was not only the intellectual research but also to make a basis in order to reform a uncorrected costume's system. Their study had two point. The one was the investigating research about the origin and change of the costume. The other was the study about a formation of costume. 2. The practical science scholars determined the directions to reform a wrong costumes' system on the basis of the research about a costume. They had three directions. Those were a conservatism, a rationalism to think the realities of life and a reformation. 3. The practical science scholars' thinking was to pursue the origin form and the practical use. This two axis show the direction to improve our costulne's culture now a day.

Whether and when naturalistic or supernaturalistic explanations of the origins of sun and earth, humans, life and species change with development was explored in a questionnaire and interviews with 32 first graders and 32 second graders, and in a questionnaire with 34 third graders, 32 sixth graders and 38 eighth graders. Participants were also asked about factors affecting their explanations in the questionnaires. Even the first and second graders could consistently provide supernaturalistic or naturalistic explanations on both the origins of sun and earth, and of humans. There was an age-related developmental shift from supernaturalistic to naturalistic explanation. As for origins of species, most of the first and second graders held the spontaneous generationist explanation, and after the third grade their views divided into evolutionist and creationist explanations. Students' explanations of species origins were established by the sixth grade through a transitional stage in the third grade. At the first and second grade levels, books and the children's own reasoning mainly influenced the views of origins, whereas parents and school were not perceived as being important. For the third graders and higher-grade levels, several factors, including parents and religion, were perceived as being important. These results show that explanations of origins start to develop earlier than or during the first grade, and are established by the sixth grade; moreover, the formation of these views is affected by several factors in addition to development.

Cooking food is very important in Chinese medicine when we regard the food to be the principal origin of the nutrition of human body and the condition required to maitain the activities of the life of human body. Chinese medicine has accumulated the diverse and rich experience of cooking food through long clinical experience as well as made an important contribution to the healthy and long life through the unique theory of cooking food. Chineses medicine has deep view on the relations between food cooking and healthy and long life as well as presented the principle of cooking food created unique ways of food cooking such as food treatment. As the above, from the ancient times, Chinese medicine established Chinese medical science of nutrition under the consciousness of the theory that food and medicine have the same origin and practiced the methods of promoting the health through rightly selecting the foods. Therefore it has been thought that human beings can enjoy healthy life by rich supply of the nutrition. Comfortable ways of sleeping requie the emotion and peace with temperation in pleasure and anger, and also we should be temporate in eating, acting, sleeping posture and be flee from the wind, and we should not put on a quilt when sleep, and we should sleep alone and be careful about sexual life. The concrete measures for sexual intercourse are that: 1) we should marry at the right age not to be married at early age. 2) we should obey nature and not live unmarried life. 3) we should be temperate in having sexual intercoure and in excessive sexual desire. Regarding the residence and clothes: the residence environment should be calm and beautiful and the room for the residence should be well designed to be clean and sanitary and we should wear suitable clothes. All living creatures are living according to the rhythm of the living body and the change of the great nature. The Reason why the living things show the periodical rhythm is not that it is the truth of the great nature, but that the living life itself shall be ceased to be existed in case of running counter to such rhythm. There are 2 specially important things: one is about food in biological view and the other is the residence in social side. By starting from the theory that food and medicine have the same origin and root, we should rightly select the foods to promote the health at the maximum, and it is very important for human to be well obeying the environment and temperate in the life of residence and mind (Choi, Sam Byun, Shon, Sook Young, 1997). As the above, the cook in Chinese medicine suggests us the suitable ways of achieving the goal of nursing. Therefore the continuous study of this field is necessary based on this my study though it is unsatisfactory at this time but it would be the basic materals in establishing the nursing science of Chinese medicine.
