Recent studies proved turbulent flow properties in high-rise building models differ from those in low-rise building models by comparing turbulent statistics. Although it is important to understand the flow characteristics within and above high-rise building models in the study of urban environment, it is still unknown and under investigation. For this reason, we performed wind tunnel experiment using Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) to investigate and identify the turbulent flow properties and characteristic flow patterns in high-rise building models. In particular, we focus on instantaneous flow field near the canopy and extracted flow field when homogeneous flow field were observed. As a result, six characteristic flow patterns were identified and the relationship between these flow patterns and turbulent organized structure were shown.

The Malaysian Space Agency (ANGKASA), with cooperation of the Ministry of Education of Malaysia, has organized the Astronomy Workshop for Primary and Secondary School Teachers since 2008 at the National Planetarium. The workshop was organized to provide science teachers with basic knowledge of astronomy in accordance with the school syllabus, with the hope that they can acquire sufficient knowledge in the field of astronomy to enhance their teaching activities in school. In this workshop, teachers will be introduced to night sky simulations in our space theater, a planetarium show, daytime and night time observation activities, hands on activities, and visits to the planetarium's observatory and exhibition gallery. Besides this, in the workshop they will share teaching experience with planetarium staff. Educational materials are also distributed to all the teachers as reference for their teaching. In this paper presentation, we would like to show how the National Planetarium plays an important role to help teachers in teaching astronomy in schools.

Construction of Yamanashi Maglev Test Line in Japan was proceeded based on "superconducting maglev Yamanshi Testline plan" approved by Ministry of Transport Government of Japan in 1990, which was performed by Yamanashi Maglev Test Line construction project team organized by personnel of Japan Railway Construction Public Corporation, RTRI and Central Japan Railway Company, and overall adjustment test was performed. Yamanashi Maglev experimental project team was organized, sponsored by RTRI and Central Japan Railway Company from April in 1997. Running test for the application was performed by this project team. Technical availability was proved by "superconducting maglev committee" of Ministry of Transport Government in March, 2000. In this paper, train radio system by LCX and by millimeter wave will be reviewed.

The objective of this paper is to control a nonlinear dynamical systems based on Self-Organized Distributed Networks (SODN). The learning with the SODN is fast and precise. Such properties are caused from the local learning mechanism Each local network learns only data in a subregion. Methods for indirect adaptive control of nonlinear systems using the SODN is presented. Through extensive simulation, the SODN is shown to be effective for adaptive control of nonlinear dynamic systems.

In this paper, we propose an well-organized lecture note for giving a better understanding on the Internet of Things (IoT) to people including non-computer majors without computing and communication knowledge. In recent years, the term 'IoT' has been popularized, and IoT will make a huge impact on our industries, societies, and environments. Although there are large amount of literature on presenting IoT from technological perspectives, few are published that are organized for teaching students having non-computer-related majors. Based on research and education experiences on IoT, we tried to make a lecture note focusing on the process of collecting data from everyday objects, transmitting and sharing data, and utilizing data to create new values for us. The proposed lecture note was employed in teaching a liberal arts class, and it was shown that students could have an understanding of what IoT really means and how IoT could change our world.

A 66-year-old woman was referred for treatment of incidental detection of two intracranial aneurysms. Time-of-flight MR angiography (TOF MRA) revealed two aneurysms at the M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery, and clinoid segment of left internal carotid artery, respectively. On digital subtraction angiography, there was a saccular aneurysm on the left internal carotid artery, but the other aneurysm was not detected on the right middle cerebral artery. Based on comprehensive review of imaging findings, organized thrombosed aneurysm was judged as the most likely diagnosis. In the presented report, magnetization transfer (MT) pulse to TOF MRA was used, to differentiate aneurysm-mimicking lesion on TOF MRA. We report that MT technique could be effective in differentiating true aneurysm, from possible T1 high signal artifact on TOF MRA.

There is a growing interest in gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship training in Korea and other countries. The Korean Society of Gastroenterology held an international symposium for gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship training, titled, "GI Fellow Training in Asia-Pacific Countries" on April 14, 2018. The Japanese education system was different for each hospital. The American societies for gastroenterology set up their education system together and have continued with frequent modification. The Taiwan and Singapore education systems are well organized and localized. We need a well-organized and sustainable education system for gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship training suitable for Korea.

In this Paper, We analysed the technical characteristics of a automatic identification system that will introduce in aviation and marine radio stations. IMO's Marine Safety Committee approved revision of chapter V of the Safety of Life at Sea(SOLAS) Convention in 73rd meeting. According to this, AIS will become a mandatory carriage requirement by 01 July 2002. AIS as a surveillance system continuously receives its own position from the GNSS and then repeatedly broadcasts it on a W:.u data link for avoiding traffic conflicts and possible disasters. VHF data link is organized so that a specified number of time slots make up a repeatable frame. Each radio station can autonomously allocate and deallocate slots within the frame using selection algorithm which is called SOTDMA(Self-Organized Time Division Multiple Access). The results can be an aid in the continued of understanding technical characteristics for AIS as a broad surveillance system.

In case of the Central National Library, financial problems required of the performance in the inter-library cooperation should he charged equally among the Central National Library, the library belong to the reader and the reader. In case of the regional Central Public Library, it should be charged equally arnozlg the regional Central Public Library, the library belon-g' to the reader and the reader. 5. The Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be managed the cooperation's work of the individual library, and upward the unified Central Xarional Library should generalize. 6. The purchase of materials should be done by the character of the each library 1r:ith the assignment of the each subject should be decided in the meeting of the each library personne!. -2nd the budget for purchasing per the year should be decided on the minimum by the circumstances of the each library regionally. 7. Books without presentation of a specimen copy to the unified Central National Library should be purchased, and r.cr 'oe included to the National Union Catalog. 9. The cooperation of the each library should be decided on the law, and considered the character of the each region.
