Purpose: This research aims to provide solutions for human resource problems in public educational institutions to improve employee performance. Research design, data, and methods: The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, the model used path analysis using Analysis Moment Structure (AMOS) software. Results: Results showed that there was a significant relationship between locus of control and redistribution variables on employee empowerment as well as on employee performance. This result implied that good management through the locus of control and employee redistribution in public organizations could be better to serve the community and organizations. Public change to be superior and demanded by the community to make it a good place to learn. Employees' good behavior and increasing competence can satisfy users of educational and sustainable institutions. Conclusion: To sum up, research on management development of locus of control and employee redistribution is needed to make public organizations, especially those engaged in education. This study provides academic implications by revealing that the locus of control factor and employee redistribution in public organizations are needed to improve institutional services.

This study is conducted with the aim of redefining the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled. The research method consisted of procedures in parallel with literature analysis and expert meetings. As for the contents of the study, a composition system that recognized the problems and solutions of lifelong education for the developmental disabled based on universities was primarily presented. Through this, it was suggested that universities can form an academic foundation for the establishment of a lifelong education support system for the developmental disabled along with the convergence field. In addition, a structural model related to this was presented along with the aspect that universities could develop a curriculum for lifelong education for the developmental disabled according to the school foundation. Also, a composition system was suggested that universities can develop lifelong education curriculum for people with developmental disabilities to lead the cooperation of local related organizations such as welfare centers for the disabled and lifelong education centers for the developmentally disabled. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that leadership in the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled can contribute to fostering professional manpower qualifications and establishing cooperation with local related organizations in an integrated composition system.

The accelerating adoption of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is challenging collaboration practices established in the construction industry. The implementation of BIM involves changes in participants work, organization, processes and collaboration methods. Therefore there is a need to be able to measure effectively and accurately collaboration, in order to analyze and determine current practices and their performances in organizations (company, team project) as well as changes required. Previous researches scope from evaluating BIM maturity of an organization to BIM collaboration requirements but lack of proper tools and methods to analyze collaboration performances. This is especially true when it comes to evaluate the efficiency and collaboration performances of processes rather than systems or organizations. Thus this research aims to analyze systematically and comprehensively previous researches proposing diversified methods to evaluate BIM performances and collaboration. Furthermore it aims to suggest key indicators to evaluate collaboration performances of processes and project organizations. This research may contribute to better understanding of collaboration performances within organizations using BIM and further development of evaluation method for analyzing BIM design project.
Purpose: As Thailand endeavors to solidify its position in the global supply chain, unraveling the determinants of innovation and performance becomes imperative for sustained competitiveness. This research delves into the multifaceted landscape of logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand, aiming to identify and understand the key factors that significantly influence innovation and organizational performance in this dynamic sector. Research design, data, and methodology: A questionnaire is developed to survey to 400 employees who have at least one-year experience in selected ten logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. The sampling techniques involved judgmental, convenience and snowball sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were employed to assess and validate the model's adequacy and to conduct hypothesis testing. Results: The findings reveal that ICT use significantly influenced entrepreneurial orientation and innovation but has no significant influence on organizational performance. Additionally, innovation was significantly influenced by collective entrepreneurship but not by entrepreneurial orientation. Finally, innovation significantly influenced organizational performance. Conclusions: The study concludes with actionable insights for logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. This research serves as a valuable resource for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to advance the understanding of organizational dynamics in this critical industry.

In this paper, we survey recent trends of International Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) organizations such as the International Committee on GNSS (ICG), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and investigate their impact on the maritime and aviation sectors. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. ICG develops a variety of satellite navigation enhancement systems. ICAO establishes international aviation regulations and standards to enhance aviation safety and security. IMO establishes international shipping conventions and rules to protect and regulate the shipping environment. Lastly, ITU establishes international communication regulations and standards. Investigation of such international organizations plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and reliability of GNSS systems. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. In the future, interoperability and compatibility with new satellite navigation systems and other GNSS and satellite navigation enhancement systems must be secured, so and thus investigation of international organizations must be conducted first.

In human societies, there are various organizations which are unique and have different roles. Among them, hospital organization are much more complex than other organizations because of their multitude of professional groups each with its own goals. To achieve its purposes, hospital should manage each professional group effectively. Hospital nursing organizations are the core positions in hospitals for patient care. Therefore nursing organizations have have efficient nurse managers to lead nurses for their own purposes. First- line nurse managers have special tasks for patients and nurses, which include to motivating, managing communicating with the people. So they should have high self-efficacy, which is the belief that one can successfully perform the behaviors in question. Self-Efficacy of first line nurse managers that asked them for leading their staff, and their tasks, is essential to bring about self-realization of staff nurses through motivation and job satisfaction, taking advantage of sound surrounding which is able to operate her staff nurses in order to function efficiently. But there were few studies on the topic in a hospital setting. This study was designed to measure first-line nurse managers' self-efficacy. The subjects for this Study were 167 first-line nurse managers randomly selected from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The Self-Efficacy was measured using 'The general self-efficacy scale' developed by Sherer and Maddux(1982). The data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using SAS program, frequencies, percentages and Pearson' correlation coefficients. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The average of first- line nurse managers' self- efficacy was 66.7. 2. The correlation between first-line nurse managers' self- efficacy and general characteristics(age, education, career) was not significant. From the above findings, this study can suggest the following : 1. Repeat studies are needed in various hospital settings. 2. First-line nurse managers must be trained with special programs for each nursing organizations' purposes.

Resilience is defined as the intrinsic ability of a system to adjust its functioning prior to, during, or following changes and disturbances, so that it can sustain required operations or functions with the related systems under both expected and unexpected conditions. Resilience engineering is a relatively new paradigm for safety management that focuses on how to cope with complexity under pressure or disturbance to achieve successful functioning. This study aims to develop a quantitative resilience model for severe accident response organizations of nuclear power plants using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. First, we investigated severe accident response organizations based on a radiation emergency plan in the Korean case and developed a qualitative resilience model for the organizations with resilience-influencing factors, which have been identified in the author's previous studies. Then, a quantitative model for entire severe accident response organizations was developed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with a tool for System Dynamics. For applying the AHP method, several experts who are working on implementing, regulating or researching the severe accident response participated in collecting their expertise on the relative importance between all the possible relations in the model. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was carried out to discuss which factors have the most influenceable on resilience.
Objectives : Bee venom has been widely practiced in many countries around the world. The number of clinical trials and biochemical researches on bee venom has been constantly increasing. The objective of this study is to analyze the trend of research on bee venom using bibliometric approach, a quantitative analytical method. Methods : We searched articles about bee venom which were published from 2000 to 2019 from Web of Science Database. Original and review articles published in English were included and data were extracted in terms of publication year, country, journal, keywords, organizations, and authors. Trends in bee venom research were visualized using VOSviewer program. Results : 1,547 English articles about bee venom were identified and analyzed. South Korea is a main hub in the field of bee venom research. Research organizations in South Korea showed high link strength with domestic organizations as well as with international organizations. A keyword analysis showed the following three major types of studies: studies on components of bee venom, studies on allergy and immune response, and clinical research of bee venom therapy. Conclusions : This study provides a macroscopic overview of the research on bee venom. This bibliometric analysis has identified influential authors and organizations in the field on bee venom research and provides a useful guideline to researchers who are in search of contributory research topics.
The Korean government's support towards the establishment of leading research hubs at universities began with the initiation of the Science/ Engineering Research Center in 1990. Such efforts to provide support to research organizations have continued for some twenty years in various forms, which implies that building research hubs was critical in acquiring global leadership in research. However, the effect of such research hub nurturing policies has never been properly evaluated, apart from an assessment of their validity. Therefore, this paper analyzes how major programs to form research groups by providing assistance to joint research by researchers at universities are operated, and the characteristics of such programs through comparative analysis with other programs. There are two major focal points in the analysis: the first is the evaluation of the level of differentiation between Research Organization Support Programs (ROP) and other R&D Programs from an efficiency perspective, and the second is an examination of the extent of systematization of research organizations that exist at universities and impact of Research Organization Support Programs on the activities of participating professors from an effectiveness perspective. The result showed that the ROP were no longer only relevant for the formation and maintenance of research groups. Other R&D Programs are growing increasingly larger in scale and conducted over longer periods of time. Thus, the ROP can no longer be differentiated from other programs in research period and size of funding. An analysis on the effect of ROP demonstrated that all activities by participating professors in organizations that were the beneficiaries of group research assistance were more active compared to their counterparts in organizations that received other research support, but there was little difference in the elements of systematization. This implies that the joint research conducted at universities is not systematized and that it is still research based on individual themes but conducted jointly. In addition, it also means that the ROP is failing to effectively lead the systematization of research. In other words, today, university research organizations are not operated as independent, long-term bodies, but are more relevant as a combination of research units of individual professors.
This study analyzes the characteristics, implications, and problems of Social Network of Press Organizations from the Kim Dae-jung administration to the Lee Myung-bak administration in Korea. For analyzing these issues, this study attempts to investigate the traits of social network structure based on the density analysis, distribution character analysis and correspondence analysis in each and among regimes. To answer these questions, this study utilizes human relationship data which related to personal network aspects (place of birth, affiliated college) and expertise aspects (types of major field), and which data has been gathered from the biographical web-site of Press Organizations in Korea. The results showed that the membership format of each Press Organizations depends on the connection with political environment directly and indirectly. Especially, the network traits of Broadcasting Press Organizations stands out a place of birth aspect. This findings indicate that the broadcasting policy reality that the path of decision making is connected with the political environment is more effective.
