정보기술과 기업조직의 관계에 관한 연구 (Relationship Between Information Technology and Corporate Organization)

  • 기업의 창업가들과 경영자들은 글로벌 대기업들에 의해 지배되고 있는 산업들에서 성공하기 위해 필요한 규모 및 능력을 달성하기 위해서 협력업체들과의 확장된 네트워크를 잘 이용할 줄 알아야 한다는 사실을 목격하게 된다. 기업의 경영자들은 간소하지만 민첩한 기업을 만들고자 한다면, 그들은 어떻게 기업의 조직구조 모델이 운영효율성, 유연성에 영향을 미치게 되는지, 그리고 어떻게 기업 조직을 기업환경과 전략(기회와 위협을 감지하고 대응할 수 있는)에 맞게 조정해야 하는지를 이해해야 한다. 본 연구는 요즘처럼 빠르게 변하고 불확실한 기업 환경에서 생존하고 번창할 수 있는 기업을 만들기 위해 필요한 역량들을 검토한다. 본 논문에 제시된 것 들은 빠르게 변하는 글로벌 경제의 수요에 대처하려 했던 수백 명의 경영자들과 기업창업자들의 지난 20년 동안의 노력의 결과들이다[1]. 본 연구의 결과는 정보기술(IT)이 기업의 성공을 위해 필요한 역량 및 조직구조를 개발하는데 있어서 필요한 가이드라인을 제공한다. 본 연구는 계량적인 연구 모델을 제시하지 못하는 한계점을 가지고 있으나, 최근의 정보기술 환경에서 기업들이 조직의 구조를 설계하는데 있어 고려해야할 점들과 지침을 제공하는 것이 연구의 목적이다.

의료시설 디자인의 복잡성과 필요전문지식의 인식 (Perception of Healthcare Design Complexity and Specialized Knowledge in Need)

  • Healthcare design has been considered as one of the most complex design types. In this study, healthcare design complexity is analysed by the following categories: (1) function; (2) medical technology; (3) scientific knowledge; (4) aesthetics; and (5) interest group complexity. The central questions here are: (1) What is the impact of specialized knowledge on the professional practice; and (2) What are the relationships between design complexity and specialized knowledge. To answer these questions, this study utilizes two approaches, including mail-out questionnaires survey and in-person and focus group interviews. This study found that healthcare design architects emphasize the technical component of specialized healthcare design knowledge. Thus they perceive that architectural research, as a tool to increase specialized healthcare design knowledge, is beneficial to solve the technical components including medical technology and functional problems. In the professional practice, however, architectural research is hardly conducted due mainly to the lack of money and time for it. Different perceptions regarding healthcare design complexity and architectural research among the firms exist, depending on the firm size. These results imply that the knowledge management strategy of large firms can be more efficient to the organizational growth than the small firms.

  • There can be two definitions of modern ideal medical surroundings. One is medical services satisfied patients' with their desire and the other is places suited to remedy realized by rational operation. Particularly, in case of dental service, there is a need for an effective regard of moving lines and there are many rooms for a dental service belonged to a curer and not a curer. So a design has been developed by many concerns. flow do we proffer more familiar and comfortable places to both a curer and not a cuter. Nowadays, the design is making progress to the unprecedented and up-to-date direction. I would suggest a general plan used by a nature of an original art for this design. The design used by a nature between human beings and things is able to induce comforts and intimacies. So to speak, I would like to remove artificial design and keep up organic lines, shapes and forms of a nature like it is. This study grasps the organizational limitation of this design and the visual characteristic of organic forms used by harmonious image of a nature and a new way is applied to limited medical places, a dental service, based on the study. Also, I'm go to examine the meaning and worth of a new design and suggest the direction of it.

  • As a new environment, the Internet proposes to us the innovation of our life. New information technologies(IT) have enabled and stimulated new organizational forms. Electronic Commerce is the new economy that changes the pattern of our life and the form of business transaction. Electronic Commerce is rapidly growing due to the increasing of internet user and the development of information technology. With the emergence of the Internet, a totally new business, the electronic commerce(EC) is emerging. Internet EC brings in many benifits to the organization such as reduced costs, fast turnaround, better customer service, and in some firms strategic advantage over their competitors. As a newly created interior design paradigm, this proposal presents its utmost advantage, interlocking interior design firm management with virtual reality of internet. Appropriately interacting on-line with off-line in virtual reality of internet improves the image of interior design firm and makes the best use of its identity in marketing. This application can rightly attract consumers' interest. Analyzing the market, the most important thing in marketing is to anticipate consumers' existing and possible demand in future. In other word, servicing consumers with idea efficiently is competence. 인포테인먼트 디자인의 개념 연구 (A study on the attribute of infotainment design)

  • 정보전달 환경의 변화에 따라 정보에 흥미를 분가하여 효율성을 높이는 것이 디자인에서 중요하게 대두되었다. 인포테인먼트는 다양한 표현방법과 미디어기술을 기반으로 정보 콘텐츠를 디자인할 때 오락적 흥미요소를 정보에 결합하는 개념으로 활용되고 있다. 정보자체만을 사실적으로 전달하는 정보형 메시지에 비해 오락적 흥미가 부가되어 사용자 관심을 유도하는 정보는 설득형 메시지의 정보이다. 인포테인먼트의 메시지가 설득적이라는 것은 정보의 이해과정에서 감각적 자극이나 인지적 재미, 상황적 흥미를 통해 사용자가 정보에 몰입하게 하는 것이다. 감각적 자극은 정보디자인의 표현요소와 미디어의 기능에 의해 발생하는 것이고, 인지적 재미는 정보 콘텐츠의 구조화에서 비예측성, 부조화 상태를 통한 잉여적 표현으로 수용자가 심리적 정체를 경험한 후 이를 해소하려는 지적인 활동에서 나타난다. 상황적 흥미는 사용자가 갖는 최적의 경험으로 쾌(快)에 의한 플로우 상태에서 나타난다. 따라서 인포테인먼트의 속성은 감각적 자극, 잉여성, 쾌로 정의될 수 있으며, 디자인 요인은 물리적 요인, 구조적 요인, 심리적 요인으로 구분해 볼 수 있다. 감각적 자극을 위한 물리적 요인은 비주얼 아날로지나 비주얼 펀의 개념으로 시각적 조작을 통한 흥미요소 표현과, 멀티미디어와 동적요소의 적용으로 가능하다. 잉여성표현에 의한 구조적 요인은 스토리텔링이나 이벤트, 인터랙션의 활용으로 정보이해과정에서 상상력을 발휘케 하는 것이다. 심리적 요인은 사용자에게 심리적 만족을 주는 것으로 유머나 놀이, 게임과 같은 오락적 흥미를 통해 플로우 상태를 경험하는 것이다. 결국 인포테인먼트는 그 속성에 부합될 수 있는 디자인 요인들이 복합적으로 연계될 때와, 전달하려는 정보의 특성과 목적에 잘 맞을 때 적용될 수 있는 개념이다.

The Effect of Efficiency Evaluation on the Organizational Effectiveness of the Cabin Crew's Competency -Focusing on the Job Satisfaction of the Personal Capacity of Airline Cabin Crews-

  • Purpose - In order for companies to be competitive and adapt to the trend of development, it is important for many airlines to secure outstanding human resources and the need to nurture them. It can be expected that by systematically analyzing and organizing the characteristics and types of competences considering the duties of the airline cabin crew, the personal and organizational capacities of the cabin crew can be defined and presented theoretically. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This survey was conducted over a seven-month period from February 1 to September 30, 2018 and was designated as a domestic airline flight attendant. Direct visits to Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport were also conducted through an online questionnaire. A total of 515 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. To verify two hypothesis of this study, a regression analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were performed using SPSS WIN 26.0. Results - Analysis on the impact of personal capacity of airline cabin crew on job satisfaction showed that technical competence, knowledge capacity and ability capacity, which are sub-factor factors of personal capacity, had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Recovery resilience also plays a positive role in relationships between individual competence and job satisfaction. Conclusions - It has been empirically analyzed that the personal characteristics of the airline crew have a significant effect on flight attendant's job satisfaction. It can be seen that flight attendants tend to perform well beyond what is required in their duties, and that active and confident cabin crew members tend to perform well in the direction of improving their duties, and are also highly satisfied with their duties.

원격근무환경에서 일과 삶의 균형방안: 인과지도, 사고프로세스와 트리즈의 적용 (Work and Life Balance in teleworking Environment - Application of CLD, TP, and TRIZ -)

  • Purpose & Design/methodology/approach Amidst the COVID-19 spread, interest in telework has been increasing as a way to respond to environmental changes and improve organizational performance. In this study, causal loop diagram, thinking process, and four principles of TRIZ were used to find various ways to achieve work-life balance for workers and firms in teleworking environment. Findings The result of the causal loop diagram shows that keeping work-life balance is needed to provide free extra time for workers and achieve the firm's performance through efficient coordination between departments in teleworking environment. Using thinking process of TOC, we proposed a evaporating cloud for work-life balance and reviewed assumptions and premises to maintain extra free time for workers and achieve firm's performance paradoxically, and suggested solutions through the breakdown of the assumptions and premises. Resolving the contradiction(RC) by spatial separation is to divide working spaces into home, smart center, and mobile work types, to find both ways to achieve the organizational performance, and to provide extra time for workers. RC by temporal separation is to divide working time into various unit time, and to find ways to achieve organizational performance through doing work at office or home periodically or shiftly according to a predetermined schedule and time setting. RC by situational separation is to give options of flexible methods of performing work according to the conditions of the company or the worker. RC by separation between part and a whole is to find ways to organize and do the work so that the entire work can be completed efficiently even if each work is performed separately in teleworking way. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic thinking framework for achieving work-life balance in teleworking environment and proposes ways to resolve conflict from various perspectives, but it is limited in that it has not been tested empirically.

A Study on the Moderating Effect that Value Congruence Influences Organizational Performance

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between individual creativity and its related variables to observe how individual creativity contributes to organizational performance. In addition, this study strived to explore how to maximize the utilization of individual creativity and innovate the structure of the organization itself so that teams and organizations can respond more effectively to new rising trends. this study aimed to examine whether the value congruence between individuals and organizations (propensity congruence, goal congruence has a significant impact on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior as dependent variables by exerting individual creativity and synergy as independent variables. Research design, data and methodology - SPSS 24.0 program were used to analyze the data. Descriptive Statistics and correlation analysis were performed, and the reliability factor (Cronbach's α) was calculated. Afterwards, we analyzed the moderating effects of structural equation model analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The number of samples used in the study were 309 copies. Results - First, Individual creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that decision-making processes fused with individual creativity could create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and transform the organization. Second, value congruence adjusted the influence of individual creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value and secure the pool of creative talents who will be a potential future basic source of organizational success and competitive advantage. Second, managers should be able to identify those with creative talents and expertise, and use them to increase their knowledge sharing performance, while also developing emotional and motivational creativity. Third, in order improve knowledge sharing performance, managers should pay attention to the emotional aspect of creativity. Fourth, managers should strive to create an environment that is beneficial for the reinforcement of individual self-management capabilities. Fifth, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative thinking, opinions, or solutions. Sixth, managers should promote the dissemination and integration of new knowledge based on the creative views and attitudes of team members.

상급 종합병원 간호사의 근거기반실무 준비도에 대한 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Evidence-Based Practice Readiness for Tertiary General Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 상급종합병원간호사의 비판적사고, 간호조직문화 유형, 근거기반실무 준비도를 파악하고, 근거기반실무 준비도(지식/기술, 태도, 조직의 지원)에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 2013년 3월 21일부터 3월 28일까지 2개 상급종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 160명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 회귀분석으로 검정하였으며, 모든 검정의 유의수준은 p<.05이었다. 근거기반실무지식/기술의 영향요인은 비판적사고이었으며 34.7% 예측 설명하였고, 근거기반실무 태도의 영향요인은 근거기반실무지식/기술, 외과병동이었으며 14.2% 예측 설명하였다. 근거기반실무를 위한 조직의 지원에 대한 영향요인은 혁신지향문화, 관계지향문화이었으며 24.6% 예측 설명하였다. 따라서 근거기반실무 도입과 활성화를 위해서 간호부 차원에서의 비판적 사고와 근거기반실무 지식/기술을 높이기 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용과 더불어 간호조직의 문화를 혁신지향문화로 조성하기 위한 체계적 지원구축이 요구된다.
