조직내 지식이전 프로세스의 영향요인과 인센티브의 조절효과에 관한 비교연구 - 비영리조직과 영리조직을 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on the Impact Factors and Moderator of Incentives of Knowledge Transfer Process in Organizations -Focused on Nonprofit Organization and Profit Organization-)

  • 이 연구는 비영리 조직과 영리조직 내 특성들과 인센티브의 상호작용효과가 지식이전 프로세스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 비교하는 연구이다. 비영리조직에서는 개인정보역량, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식획득을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 구성품질이 지식공유를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 지식품질, 구성품질은 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지식획득과 물리적 인센티브, 지식공유와 물리적 인센티브와 상호작용이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 영리조직에서는 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식획득을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식공유를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났고, 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 공식커뮤니케이션이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지식획득과 심리적 인센티브와 상호작용과, 지식획득과 물질적 인센티브와의 상호작용이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper proposes a selection procedure of geospatial data for location guidance map generation system. The selection procedure requires some targets appointed by users as input data and outputs generation. The procedure is embedded in a prototype of object-oriented GIS. We show sample maps generated by the system.

로티의 신실용주의와 정보조직 시스템 설계의 의미 (Rorty's Neo-Pragmaticism and its Implications on Knowledge Organization System Development)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보조직 시스템 설계에 있어서 패러다임이나 인식론으로 대변되는 철학적 기반의 중요성을 강조하고 로티의 신실용주의가 정보조직 시스템 설계에 제시하는 시사점을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 로티의 철학적 논의의 중심 요소인 반이원주의, 언어, 자문화중심주의, 연대에 대해 논의하였으며, 이러한 로티의 개념이 정보조직 시스템 개발 시 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 이론적 근거, 설계 접근법, 방법론을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 철학적 기반과 정보조직 시스템 구축이라는 영역의 주요 분야를 연계함으로써 다른 인식론 또는 철학적 기반을 적용한 정보조직 시스템 개발 연구의 초석이 될 것으로 기대된다.

직원의 정보보안 정책 준수에 대한 중화기술과 조직시민행동의 영향 연구 (A Study on Neutralization and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Information Security Policy Compliance)

  • 본 연구는 중화 이론, 조직시민행동 개념이 직원의 정보보안 정책 준수 의도에 영향을 준다고 가정하고, 요인 간의 관계를 연구모형으로 설계 및 분석하였다. 연구모형과 가설에 대한 실증적 분석을 위해 온라인 설문을 통해 표본을 수집하였고, 분석 결과 중화 이론, 조직시민행동 변수는 직원의 정보보안 정책 준수 의도에 영향을 주고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 자발성을 기초로 한 조직시민행동이 정보보안 정책 준수 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 줌을 확인하였다. 또한 중화 기술이 정보보안 정책 준수 의도를 약화시키는 것을 검증하여 조직에서는 구성원들의 중화하려는 심리를 억제시키기 위해 탈중화 전략의 구체적인 형태를 고민하고, 의식교육 및 훈련프로그램을 실시해야 하는 필요성을 부각시켰다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직의 정보보안 강화에 기여하고, 향후 정보보안 정책 연구들의 초석이 될 것을 기대할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 공연예술 콘텐츠 조직이 공공 지원 축소라는 환경 불확실성에 유연하게 대처하며 지속적인 콘텐츠 활동을 영위할 수 있는 전략은 무엇인지를 알아보는 것이 목적이다. '창조경제, 문화융성'의 실현이 문화예술진흥기금의 고갈로 어려움에 처하고, 예술 콘텐츠 환경의 불확실성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 콘텐츠 진흥이란 훌륭한 콘텐츠가 원활하게 창조되고 매개되어 모두가 공연예술 콘텐츠를 풍부하게 향유하는 환경을 만드는 일이다. 영역과 경계를 넘어 다양한 정보를 획득하고, 정보 분석과 지식활동의 확산을 통해 환경에 대응하는 통합된 콘텐츠 진흥 전략이 필요하다. 외부 위기를 기회로 전환하여 불확실성에 대처하고, 내부 약점을 보완하여 혁신을 추진하면, 지속적인 공연예술 콘텐츠 활동이 가능하다. 경계탐색 전략은 환경 변화와 관련한 모든 정보를 취합하고 분석하는 지식활동의 방법으로 불확실성에 대처할 뿐 아니라 조직 내부의 강점들을 외부 환경에 노출시키는 방법으로 조직 활동의 정당성이 외부로 확산되는 혁신 전략이다.

우리나라 기업의 e-비즈니스 발전단계별 성공요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Success Factors by the Development Stages of e-Business in Korean Enter prises)

  • This study is to find out empirically the success factors on the development stages of e-business in Korean enterprises, to formulate e-business strategy and to decide e-business policy. For this purpose, the study reviews the conceptual framework on the success factors for the development stages of e-business and the data is collected from 304 companies implementing e-business. The study is conducted in three ophases an follows; First, according to this study, the development stage of e-business in Korean Enterprises is between 'Information Access Stage' and 'Core Business Transaction Stage'. Second, four factors comsisted of 29 items derived from factor analysis are named as 'Environmental Adaptation','Customer Relationship management','Marketing' and 'Environment of Organization'. Third, the success factors of first stage(Information Access Statge) include 'Marketing' and 'Environmental Adapotation', the success factors of second stage(Electronic Collaboration Stage) include 'Environmental Adaptation' and 'Environment of Organization' and the success factor of third stage(Core Business Transaction Stage) include 'Environment of Organization'. The results of this study show that; 1) the Korean enterprise seems to be in the Electronic Collaboration Stage of e-business development, and 2) the success factors are 'Marketing' for first stage, 'Environmental Adaptation' for second stage, and 'Environment of Organization' for third stage.

e-Marketplaces를 통한 물류서비스 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Logistics Service through e-Marketplaces)

  • Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

The Impact of Information Systems Integration on Organization

  • A Causal Transition Model of the IT impact on organization is proposed. The model is based upon the premise that the IT impact is a multi-phase, multi-realm phenomenon, and that the IT impact in one organizational realm logically transpires to another realm, thus forming complex causal webs among them. Two exploratory research studies, the one qualitative and the other quantitative, were conductea to validate the model in a setting involving major structural reorganization of the organizations' IT function. The research results provide support for the general theory structure of the model. The findings include: ⅰ) the IT impact manifests on multiple organizational realms, with different degrees of strength, ⅱ) the impact on the realms follow a particular causal transition path among them, and ⅲ) the IT impact manifests on and through the information processing aspect of work. The results, however, indicate that people's perception of the IT impact is strongly mitigated by the IT relevance of work, and that the organization is affected as much by the structural arrangement surrounding and accompanying the IT as by the technology itself, suggesting that the IT impact is an organizational phenomenon as well as a technological phenomenon. The implications of the research results are discussed at the end.

조직간 정보시스템에서 지각한 상호작용성이 조직애호도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Perceived Interactivity with Inter-Organizational System on the Organization Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this research is on the identification of the effects of perceived interactivity formed by the electronic collaborative referral system on the organizational loyalty. Two channels through which the effects proceeded were investigated. One is the "system channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ intention of using the system ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 1, 2), that is the channel which anticipates that a better understanding on the interactivity of the inter-organizational system makes the intention of the using the system strong, and this strong intention results the higher organization loyalty. The other is "organization channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ perceived interactivity on the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ perceived relation benefits with the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 3, 4, 5). The channel means that as the perceived interactivity of users on the inter-organizational system becomes greater, the perceived interactivity with the counterpart is increasing. And this makes the users feel that more benefits can be obtained by the relationship with system providing organization, and finally makes the organization loyalty that is the intention to maintain the relationship greater. The corroborative evidence data confirm the two channels are obtained by questing on the electronic referral system of Samsung Medical Center to the doctors of the first and second collaborated hospitals or clinics, and by analyzing statistically. The verification result for the "system channel" showed that as the perception on the interactivity of inter-organizational system was increasing, the intention for consistent using increased(support hypothesis 1), and then the organization loyalty that is the relationship maintaining indication by using the referral system also increased(support hypothesis 2). And the confirmation result for the "organization channel" indicated that the perceptive interactivity on the counterpart increased as the understanding on the interactivity of inter-organizational system increased(support hypothesis 3), consecutively, with the intuitive relation benefits increase with the counterpart(support hypothesis 4) the organization loyalty means the intention to maintain the relationship was confirmed to increase(support hypothesis 5). These results demonstrate that when the perceived interactivity in using many systems at the collaboration between organizations is increasing, the positive image on the systems creates the consistent system using intention, and the positive image increases the wants for preserving the relationship with counter organization. In addition, the perceived interactivity of inter-organizational system users affects directly on the perceived interactivity of the counter organization, so the important role of inter-organizational system in promoting the interactivity between cooperative counterparts was recognized. And the perceived interactivity on the counter organization become greater, the influence on the perceived benefits from cooperation is positive. Therefore, the perceived interactivity by using inter-organizational system was confirmed as a prerequisite for the continuous relationship.
