Popular business magazines continue to highlight the employee's emotional intelligence in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore a mediation mechanism of the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction in China IT corporation. For this, this study focused on examining the influential relationship between employee's emotional intelligence, Awareness of Self-Emotion, Awareness of other-Emotion, Emotion management, Emotion Control and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of organization culture awareness upon the relationship. Study findings are as follows : First, China IT corporation employee emotional intelligence has a significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and is partially supported organization culture awareness. Second, organization culture awareness has partially mediated effect on relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. In this study, the more employee's emotional intelligence have a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational culture. We can designing a support program that emotional intelligence and organization culture awareness for China IT corporation employees will have direct influence upon job satisfaction. Employee's great talent to make good use of elements of emotional intelligence that promote the work environment and their's condition and the relationship between employee and employee.

개인은 지식의 공유를 일종의 거래 행위로 지각하고 있다. 이러한 지식공유에서 발생하는 거래는 경제적인 거래라기보다는 조직과 종업원간의 관계의 성격에서 파생되는 특수하고도 복잡한 형태의 거래로 추측된다. 특히 개인들 간의 상호작용을 통한 지식공유는 상황과 긴밀한 상호관련성에 의해 형성된다. 따라서 지식공유는 사회적 교환관계에 의해 설명이 가능하다고 볼 수 있다. 공공기관에 종사하는 178명의 공무원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 공공기관 내 구성원간의 지식 공유는 관계특성요인과 개인특성요인이 신뢰와 조직몰입의 형성에 영향을 미치고, 형성된 신뢰와 조직몰입이 지식공유의도에 영향을 미치는 순차적인 단계를 거쳐 이루어짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

The starting point of knowledge generation and management is the enhancement of learning capability and capacity of organizational members. Organizational change for learning environment should be aligned with the change of organizational strategy, structure and processes. The study employed action learning methodology to constitute learning organization processes. The treatment effect to institute learning organization has been successful thanks to the members' zeal and consensus to change the processes. However, not every learning team has been so successful. Some cases complained time consuming where others expect to be helpful for their incentives. The researchers concluded that the most important point for success of the learning organization project should be the support of top management.

Infringement of information security has caused the corporate image to be damaged and share price to fall, and it is emerging as an organizational risk. The value of information assets in enterprises has led to a higher level of security than in the past. As a result, companies are aware of the need for officers to protect information and to oversee a security management system. However, despite the growing importance of information security officers, there is a lack of research on their roles and characteristics. This study validates the relationship between determinants that affect the performance of information security. And a structural equation model was presented and empirically analyzed to see the impact of the internal and external characteristics of the staff in charge of information security on the organization's information security performance.

For a good record maintenance according to organization and functions in Korea, it is required to make better use of 'Records Disposition Schedule', which is originally developed as a computerized system that can control the whole records maintenance procedure and manage every record according to organization and functions. 'Records Disposition Schedule' is only a system that allows us to maintain every record according to organization and functions and manage every information about such organization and functions. Accordingly, a well-functioning Records Disposition Schedule requires the exact modification and operation of such schedule depending upon organizational or functional changes. If the Records Disposition Schedule is not reasonably modified and operated depending upon organizational or functional changes, we won't be able to maintain any records in linkage with organization and functions and control the whole works throughout record maintenance.

Although firms with advanced analytics and machine learning (which is often called AI) capabilities are considered to be highly successful in the market by making decisions and actions based on quantitative analysis using data, the scarcity of historical data and the lack of right data infrastructure are the problems for the organizations to perform such projects. The objective of this study, is to identify a road map for the organization to reach data capability maturity to become AI matured organizations. First, this study defines the terms, AI capability, data capability and AI matured organization. Then using content analyses, organizations' data practices performed for AI system development and operation are analyzed to infer a data capability roadmap to become an AI matured organization.

본 연구에서는 정보통신 기술의 발전, 인터넷의 확산 등으로 그 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있는 파트너쉽을 바탕으로 정보기술 활용 수준이 협업과 조직의 성과관계에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 정보기술이 단순히 필요할 때만 잠시 이용하고 마는 일회성의 도구가 아닌, 장기적 차원에서 조직의 성과를 지속적으로 끌어올리고 이를 통한 파트너와의 상생을 가져 올 수 있는 중요한 요소로 파악해, 기업의 성과 차원에서 정보기술 활용 수준을 재고 해 보는데 의의가 있다. 분석의 시사점으로는 정보기술 사용수준이 높고 낮음을 떠나 각 기업의 미래가치를 위한 정보기술 활용 노력이 필요하며, 이를 위한 지속적인 직원교육을 실시 및 자신의 기업에 적합한 정보기술을 지속적으로 도입이 무엇보다 중요한 것으로 파악된다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 기존의 연구들에서 제시되었던 요인들을 다시 한 번 검증해 보고 그를 바탕으로 각 기업 간 정보기술 활용수준을 이용한 차이를 파악하기 위해 정보기술 활용수준을 조절변수로 활용, 그 영향력에 대한 차이를 측정해 보는 것이 본 연구의 가장 큰 주안점이라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 향후 기업의 정보기술 개선 및 활용에 대한 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공함으로써 파트너쉽 유지 및 협업과 관련한 다양한 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Facing the globalization of world economy, intense market competition, radical change of information technology, firms are obliged to create a new type of organizations characterized by flexibility and adaptability to new and dynamic environments. This paper reviews the theories of complexity in physics briefly and discusses the implications of them on the management of business organizations. It analogizes the core concepts from complexity theories such as cooperative phenomena, self-organization, adaptation, positive feedback, and butterfly effect, and attempts to identify their implications on business management. Particularly, it suggests principles of 'Fractal' management which apply the fractal structure to the business organization.

Government Organization and Public Institution have been developed many kinds of agricultural information systems such as agricultural policy, cultivated technology, marketing, and trade so on since 2000. Farm management conditions are diverse and complex more and more. Therefore, farmer want to service the specific agricultural information. Farmer don't like to access many Web sites to retrieve agricultural informations. They hope to receive one-stop its service. Government Organization began to review its information in order to make them more customized agricultural information service. We came up with an effective plan and Service Standardization Code for integrating agricultural technology informations in 2009. We can guide to carry out an effective portal service of agricultural information because we have a good experience about integrating information and system. This paper suggested the service scheme of integrated agricultural information for improving accessibility its information to farmer.
