Design parameters which used to analyze the stress distribution on the tank wall were defined to develop the propellant tank and obtain optimal values. 1/4 modeling of total tank was selected to calculate the stress distribution with respect to the variation of the support lug location and the tank wall thickness and 1/2 modeling was selected for the stress distributions with respect to the variation of fuel outlet location. Actually, 350psi was applied as static load and 12 gravity as a dynamic load during launching on the internal tank wall. The structural analysis was done with respect to attaching condition of the tank in the satellite. Also the effect of the variation of the propellant outlet location from $0^{\cire}$ to $25^{\cire}$ on the stress distribution was investigated. The equivalent stress distribution and optimal parameters induced from analysis results of the each condition will be used as the fundamental data to design the propellant tank.

The Network Mobility (NEMO) basic support protocol extends the operation of Mobile IPv6 to provide uninterrupted Internet connectivity to the communicating nodes of mobile networks. The protocol is not efficient to offer delays in data delivery and higher overheads in the case of nested mobile networks because it uses fairly sub-optimal routing and multiple encapsulation of data packets. In this paper, our scheme combining Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6) functionality and Hierarchical Prefix Delegation (HPD) protocol for IPv6, which provide more effective route optimization and reduce packet header overhead and the burden of location registration for handoff. The scheme also uses hierarchical mobile network prefix (HMNP) assignment and tree-based routing mechanism to allocate the location address of mobile network nodes (MNNs) and support micro-mobility and intra-domain data communication. The performance is evaluated using NS-2.
This paper is concerned with the development of a GIS-based distribution system with service consideration. The proposed model could be used for a wide range of logistics applications in planning, engineering and operational purpose for logistics system. This research addresses the formulation of those complex prob1ems of two-echelon logistics system to plan the incorporating supply center locations and distribution problems based on GIS. We propose an integrated logistics model for determining the optimal patterns of supply centers and inventory allocations (customers) with a three-step sequential approach. 1) First step, Developing GIS-distance model and stochastic set-covering program to determine Optimel pattern of supply center location. 2) Second step, Optimal sector-clustering to support customers. 3) Third step, Optimal vehicle rouse scheduling based on GIS, GIS-VRP In this research we developed GUI-tree program, the GIS-VRP provide the vehicle to users and freight information in real time. We applied a set of sample examples to this model and demonstrated samp1e results. It has been found that the proposed model is potentially efficient and useful in solving multi-depot problem through examples. However the proposed model can provide logistics decision makers to get the best supply schedule.

In this paper, we propose a foot-and-mouth disease prevention system using the RTLS technology and $A^*$ algorithm-based optimal path search method to avoid foot-and-mouth disease areas. The main features and contributions of the proposed system are as follows. First, the proposed system is developed based on active-tag for identifying status and location information of livestock. Second, the system is newly designed based on $A^*$ algorithm for supporting optimal path search services. The performance evaluation of the proposed system is performed via simulation. The results of performance evaluation show that the proposed system can efficiently support the optimal path search services.

Network Mobility basic support protocol (NEMO Basic) extends the operation of Mobile IPv6 to provide uninterrupted Internet connectivity to the communicating nodes of mobile networks. The protocol uses a mobile router (MR) in the mobile network to perform prefix scope binding updates with its home agent (HA) to establish a bi-directional tunnel between the HA and MR. This solution reduces location-update signaling by making network movements transparent to the mobile nodes (MNs) behind the MR. However, delays in data delivery and higher overheads are likely to occur because of sub-optimal routing and multiple encapsulation of data packets. To manage the mobility of the mobile network, it is important to minimize packet overhead, to optimize routing, and to reduce the volume of handoff signals over the nested mobile network. This paper proposes en aggregate router-assisted route optimization (ARARO) scheme for nested mobile networks support which introduces a local anchor router in order to localize handoff and to optimize routing. With ARARO, a mobile network node (MNN) behind a MR performs route optimization with a correspondent node (CN) as the MR sends a binding update message (BU) to aggregate router (AGR) via root-MR on behalf of all active MNNs when the mobile network moves. This paper describes the new architecture and mechanisms and provides simulation results which indicate that our proposal reduces transmission delay, handoff latency and signaling overhead. To evaluate the scheme, we present the results of simulation.

Purpose: This study aims to develop an algorithm for predicting sediment discharge by debris flow, and develop GIS-based decision support system for optimal arrangement of check dam. Method: The average stream width and flow length were used to predict the cumulative sediment discharge by debris flow. At this time, the amount of slope failure on source area and average flow length were utilized as input factors. Result: The predicted sediment discharge calculated through the algorithm was 1.1 times different on average compared to the actual sediment discharge by debris flow. In addition, the program is an objective indicator that selects the location and size of the check dam, and it can help practitioners make rational decisions. Conclusion: The soil erosion control works are being implemented every year. Therefore, it is expected that the GIS-based decision support system for location and size of the check dam will contribute to the prevention of sediment-related disasters.
The route finding analysis is an essential geo-related decision support tool in a LBS(Location based Services) and previous researches related to route guidance have been mainly focused on route guidances for vehicles. However, due to the recent spread of personal computing devices such as PDA, PMP and smart phone, route guidance for pedestrians have been increasingly in demand. The pedestrian route guidance is different from vehicle route guidance because pedestrians are affected more surrounding environment than vehicles. Therefore, pedestrian path finding needs considerations of factors affecting walking. This paper aimed to extract factors affecting walking and charting the factors for application factors affecting walking to pedestrian path finding. In this paper, we found various factors about environment of road for pedestrian and extract the factors affecting walking. Factors affecting walking consist of 4 categories traffic, sidewalk, network, safety facility. We calculated weights about each factor using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on weights we calculated scores about each factor's attribute. The weight is maximum score of factor. These scores of factor are used to optimal pedestrian path finding as path finding cost with distance, accessibility.
Purpose: This study reviewed articles to identify the optimal rhythmic stabilization or stabilizing reversals application method for improving balance. Methods: The Cochrane, EBSCO, eArticle, Embase, DBpia, KISS, Medline, ProQuest, PubMed, SAGE, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Springer, and Wiley databases were used to search articles from 1990 to January 2017. The search terms included: "rhythmic stabilization" and "stabilizing reversals." Only experimental human studies (randomized controlled trials) that compared the effects of varying the optimal application of rhythmic stabilization or stabilizing reversals to improve balance were included in the review. Non-English language (except Korean) and unpublished studies were excluded. Results: During the research, 1,098 articles were initially identified. Of these articles, nine were randomized controlled trials. Of these nine articles, five were in English, and four were in Korean. In addition, three of the trials did not measure the patients' balance, two did not report the intensity and location of the resistance, and three performed the rhythmic stabilization incorrectly. Only one article met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The remaining study evaluated the participants' performance of the alternating trunk flexor and extensor isometric contraction of the scapulae using the optimal resistance for 10 seconds in a sitting position. The participants completed three sets of eight repetitions with rest intervals of 30 seconds between the repetitions and 60 seconds between the sets. Conclusion: Due to the lack of the scientific research on the topic, this review may not provide the evidence needed to support the optimal application of rhythmic stabilization or stabilizing reversals to improve balance. Future research should consider the methodological quality to identify the proper rhythmic standardization and stabilizing reversals application method.

Korean government has promoted nationwide Eco Industrial Park (EIP) project to recycle by-products and wastes in industrial park since 2010. However, the corresponding management is insufficient to support the project. Considering the efficiency and effectiveness, GIS-based management can be an alternative of the current status. This study has focused on the construction of recycling network based on EIP using GIS approach. Two industrial parks located in Gyeonggi province were selected as study sites. GIS-based spatial location analysis was performed to determine the optimal location of recycling company, and to identify linkage of one manufacture to the other manufacturers based on the types of waste. Also, the optimal network for recycling of waste heat was established. Finally, the feasibility of the current GIS-based recycling network was established by performing benefit-cost analysis.
