근적외선 분광법을 이용한 이탈리안 라이그라스 사일리지의 품질 평가 (Evaluation of the quality of Italian Ryegrass Silages by Near Infrared Spectroscopy)

  • 본 연구는 근적외선분광법의 현장 이용성 및 이탈리안 라이그라스 원물 사일리지의 신속한 품질평가를 위한 근적외선 검량식을 개발하기 위하여 전국에서 이탈리안 라이그라스 사일리지 약 450여 점을 수집하였다. 각각의 시료는 근적외선 분광기를 이용하여 스펙트럼을 측정한 후 측정된 스펙트럼과 실험실 분석값 간에 상관관계를 이용한 다변량회귀분석법을 통하여 검량식을 유도한 다음 각 성분별로 예측 정확성을 평가하였다. 이탈리안 라이그라스 원물 사일리지의 수분 함량에 대한 검량식 개발 결과는 검량식 작성시 표준오차(SEC)가 0.94% ($R^2$=0.99)로 매우 우수한 정확성을 보였으며 개발된 검량식의 상호검증(SECV) 결과는 1.27% ($R^2$=0.98)로 나타났다. ADF, NDF 및 조단백질 함량 평가를 위해 개발된 검량식의 상호검증(SECV) 결과는 각각 1.26% ($R^2$=0.88), 2.0% ($R^2$=0.84) 및 0.96% ($R^2$=0.93)으로 나타났으며 조회분함량 평가에 대한 검량식 개발 결과는 다소 낮은 정확성(SECV 0.72%, $R^2$=0.62)을 나타내었다. 사일리지의 발효품질의 주요 평가항목인 pH와 젖산함량 평가에 대한 검량식 개발결과(SEC)는 각각 0.41 ($R^2$=0.85), 0.18% ($R^2$=0.92)로 나타났으며 개발된 검량식의 상호검증 결과(SECV)는 각각 0.56 ($R^2$=0.78), 0.31%(0.81)로 나타났다.

확산펌프 기반의 BCl3 축전결합 플라즈마를 이용한 GaAs와 AlGaAs의 건식 식각 (Dry Etching of GaAs and AlGaAs in Diffuion Pump-Based Capacitively Coupled BCl3 Plasmas)

  • 본 논문은 확산펌프 기반의 축전 결합형 $BCl_3$ 플라즈마를 사용하여 GaAs와 AlGaAs를 건식 식각한 연구에 관한 것이다. 실험에서 사용한 압력 범위는 $50{\sim}180$ mTorr, CCP 파워는 $50{\sim}200\;W$, $BCl_3$ 가스 유량은 $2.5{\sim}10$ sccm 이었다. 식각 후에 GaAs와 AlGaAs의 식각 속도와 표면 거칠기분석은 표면 단차 측정기를 이용하여 하였다. GaAs의 식각 벽면과 표면 상태는 전자현미경으로 분석하였다. 식각 중 플라즈마의 광 특성 분석은 광학 발광 분석기를 이용하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 5 sccm의 소량의 $BCl_3$ 가스 유량으로 공정 압력이 130 mTorr이내인 경우에는, 100 W CCP 파워의 조건에서 GaAs는 약 $0.25{\mu}m$/min 이상의 우수한 식각 속도를 얻을 수 있었다. AlGaAs의 경우는 GaAs의 식각 속도보다 조금 낮았다. 그러나 같은 유량에서 공정압력이 180 mTorr로 높아지면 GaAs와 AlGaAs의 식각 속도가 급격히 감소하여 거의 식각되지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 CCP 파워의 경우에는 50 W의 파워에서는 GaAs와 AlGaAs 모두 거의 식각되지 않았다. 그러나 $100{\sim}200\;W$의 조건에서는 $0.3{\mu}m$/min 이상의 높은 식각 속도를 주었다. 두 결과를 보았을 때 축전결합형 $BCl_3$ 플라즈마 식각에서 GaAs와 AlGaAs의 식각 속도는 CCP 파워가 $100{\sim}200\;W$ 범위에 있으면 그 값에 비례하지 않고 거의 일정한 값이 된다는 사실을 알았다. 75mTorr, 100 W의 CCP 파워 조건에서 $BCl_3$의 유량 변화에 따른 GaAs와 AlGaAs의 식각 속도의 경우, $BCl_3$의 유량이 2.5 sccm의 소량일 때는 GaAs는 식각 속도가 높았지만 AlGaAs는 거의 식각되지 않는 흥미로운 결과를 얻었다. 플라즈마 발광 특성을 보면 $BCl_3$ 축전 결합 플라즈마는 주로 $500{\sim}700\;mm$ 범위를 가지는 넓은 분자 피크만 만든다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 전자 현미경 사진 결과에서는 5 sccm과 10 sccm의 $BCl_3$ 플라즈마 모두 식각 중에 GaAs의 벽면을 언더컷팅 하였으며, 10 sccm의 $BCl_3$유량을 사용하였을 때 언더컷팅이 더 심했다.

수 처리 방법이 근적외선분광법을 이용한 옥수수 사일리지의 화학적 조성분 및 발효품질의 예측 정확성에 미치는 영향 (Mathematical Transformation Influencing Accuracy of Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) Calibrations for the Prediction of Chemical Composition and Fermentation Parameters in Corn Silage)

  • 본 연구는 국내산 원물 옥수수 사일리지의 품질을 신속하게 분석 평가하기 위한 NIRS DB 구축과 원물시료의 분석 예측능력을 향상시키기 위한 근적외선 스펙트라의 적정 수 처리 방법을 구명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 옥수수 사일리지는 전국 사료작물 사일리지 품질경연대회에 출품된 시료와 2014년부터 2015년까지 전국 조사료 품질검사 시범사업에 참여한 조사료 생산경영체, 농축협 TMR회사 및 생산농가에서 407점을 수집하였다. 옥수수 사일리지의 품질평가를 위한 NIRS DB 구축을 위해 수집된 시료를 근적외선 분광기를 이용하여 스펙트라를 측정하고 측정된 시료는 실험실에서 화학적 분석을 실시하였다. 다양한 수 처리 방법에 따른 사료가치 및 발효품질의 예측정확성을 평가하기 위하여 원시 스펙트라를 미분처리하여 최적의 수처리 방법을 구명하였다. 옥수수 원물 사일리지의 수분함량 예측능력은 1차 미분처리(1, 16, 16)한 것으로 나타났으며 NDF와 ADF의 최적 수 처리는 두 성분 모두에서 2, 16, 16 처리가 예측 정확성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 조단백질 함량의 예측능력은 1차 미분처리(1, 4, 4)가 SECV 0.51과 $R^2{_{cv}}$ 0.72로 가장 우수한 예측능력을 나타내었다. 옥수수 사일리지의 발효산물인 산도(pH) 예측 정확성은 원물 스펙트라를 1차 미분처리(1, 8, 8)한 것으로 나타났으며 젖산과 초산의 예측능력은 2차 미분처리(2, 16, 16)에서 각각 SECV 0.81% 및 0.71%의 분석오차로 높게 나타났다.

근적외선분광법을 이용한 동계사료작물 풀 사료의 수분함량 및 사료가치 평가 (Evaluation of Moisture and Feed Values for Winter Annual Forage Crops Using Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy)

  • 본 연구는 근적외선분광법을 이용한 조사료품질 검사의 현장 이용성을 확대하기 위하여 기존 사일리지 중심의 근적외선 DB에 저 수분 함량의 근적외선 DB를 추가하여 저 수분 조사료의 품질평가 가능성을 검토하고 통합된 동계사료작물 단일의 근적외선 검량식을 개발하기 위하여 전국에서 동계사료작물 조사료 2454점을 수집하였다. 각각의 시료는 근적외선 분광기를 이용하여 스펙트럼을 측정한 후 측정된 스펙트럼과 실험실 분석값간에 상관관계를 이용한 다변량회귀분석법을 통하여 동계사료작물 초종별로 검량식을 유도한 다음 각 성분별로 예측 정확성을 평가하였다. 초종별 동계사료작물의 수분함량 예측에 대한 검량식 작성 결과는 검량식 작성시 표준오차(SEC)와 상호검증표준오차(SECV)는 이탈리안 라이그라스가 각각 1.16%($R^2=0.99$)와 1.27%($R^2=0.99$)로 가장 우수한 예측능력을 보였으며 통합된 동계사료작물은 1.53%($R^2=0.99$)와 1.59%($R^2=0.99$)로 매우 양호한 예측능력을 나타냈다. ADF와 NDF함량 평가를 위해 개발된 검량식의 초종별 상호검증(SECV) 결과는 청보리가 각각 1.47%($R^2=0.75$)와 2.07%($R^2=0.52$)로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 조단백질 함량은 청보리(SECV=0.64%, $R^2=0.61$)를 제외하고는 모든 초종에서 양호한 예측능력을 보였으며 특히 통합된 동계사료작물(SECV=0.61%, $R^2=0.93$)이 가장 높은 예측결과를 나타냈다. 조회분 함량 평가에 대한 검량식 검증결과는 청보리(SECV=0.75%, $R^2=0.61$)와 호밀(SECV=0.81%, $R^2=0.68$)이 다소 낮은 예측 정확성을 나타냈으며 통합된 동계사료작물(SECV=0.45%, $R^2=0.90$)이 가장 높은 예측결과를 나타냈다.

GK2A/AMI와 GK2B/GOCI-II 자료를 융합 활용한 주간 고해상도 안개 탐지 알고리즘 개발 (Development of High-Resolution Fog Detection Algorithm for Daytime by Fusing GK2A/AMI and GK2B/GOCI-II Data)

  • 위성 자료의 성능이 크게 개선됨에 따라 최근에는 위성을 이용하여 광범위한 영역에 대한 실시간 안개 탐지 알고리즘들이 개발되고 있다. 한반도 주변을 관측하는 기상위성 중 관측주기가 10분으로 시간해상도가 가장 우수한 GEO-KOMPSAT-2A/Advanced Meteorological Imager (GK2A/AMI)는 공간해상도가 500 m이다. 반면 GEO-KOMPSAT-2B/Geostationary Ocean Color Imager-II (GK2B/GOCI-II)는 해상도가 250 m지만, 1시간 주기로 관측하고 가시채널만 보유하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한반도 주변에서 발생하는 안개를 10분 및 250 m 해상도로 탐지하기 위해 GK2AB 융합 안개 탐지 알고리즘(Fog Detection Algorithm, FDA)인 GK2AB FDA를 개발하였다. GK2AB FDA는 세 파트로 구성된다. 첫 번째로 현업 운용중인 GK2A 안개 탐지 알고리즘(GK2A FDA)으로 10분 및 500 m 해상도로 안개를 탐지한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 두 위성 자료 간 시공간 일치, 태양천정각과 파장역 차이를 보정한 GK2A normalized visible (NVIS)의 10분 변화량을 이용하여 GK2B NVIS를 10분 간격으로 외삽한다. 마지막 단계에서는 외삽된 GK2B NVIS, 태양천정각, GK2A FDA 산출물 등을 입력자료로 기계학습(의사결정나무)을 이용하여 개발된 GK2AB FDA로 지리적위치에 따라 안개를 탐지(250 m, 10분)한다. GK2AB FDA의 훈련에는 6개 사례, 검증에는 4개 사례가 이용되었다. GK2AB FDA의 정량적 검증에는 지상관측 시정, 풍속 그리고 상대습도 자료를 이용하였다. GK2AB FDA는 GK2A FDA에 비해 공간해상도가 4배 증가함에 따라 안개 및 비안개 화소가 보다 자세히 구분되었다. 또한 검증방법에 관계없이 GK2A FDA에 비해 probability of detection (POD)은 높고 Hanssen-Kuiper Skill score (KSS)는 높거나 비슷함을 보여 안개 탐지 수준이 개선된 것으로 보인다. 하지만 일부 사례에서는 GK2AB FDA의 false alarm ratio (FAR)와 Bias가 크게 나타나 안개를 과대탐지하는 문제를 보이고 있다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N.
