A triangular fuzzy number is one of the most popular fuzzy numbers. Many results for the extended algebraic operations between two triangular fuzzy numbers are well-known. We generalize the triangular fuzzy numbers on $\mathbb{R}$ to $\mathbb{R}^2$. By defining parametric operations between two regions valued ${\alpha}$-cuts, we get the parametric operations for two triangular fuzzy numbers defined on $\mathbb{R}^2$.

Self-exciting electronic ballast, of small size, and low cost, and high power, with no stroboscopic effect, no noise, is widely used in the general lighting market. This paper describes the cause of high switching loss of self-exciting electronic ballast, based on its operational principle; then, to reduce the switch temperature and increase the reliability of the product, the drive circuit has been improved, to achieve soft-switching. The theory analysis, simulation and experimental result prove the feasibility and compatibility of this new method in practice. Finally, the design procedure and winding method of the self-exciting current transformer are introduced.
In this paper, a novel type of auxiliary switched capacitor assisted edge resonant soft switching PWM resonant DC-DC converter with two simple auxiliary commutation lossless inductor snubbers is presented. The operation principle of this converter is described using the switching mode equivalent circuits. This newly developed multi resonant DC-DC converter can regulate its DC output AC power under a principle of constant frequency edge-resonant soft switching commutation by an asymmetrical PWM duty cycle control scheme. The high frequency power regulation and actual power characteristics of the proposed soft switching PWM resonant DC-DC converter are evaluated and discussed. The operating performances of the newly proposed soft switching inverter are represented based on simulation results from an applications point of view.
The purpose of the study were to analyze teaching models of arithmetic operations of integers in Korean middle school mathematics textbooks of the first grade and Americans', from which we compare and analyze standards for choice of models of middle school teachers and preservice mathematics teachers. We also analyze the effect of the choice of teaching models for students to understand and appreciate number systems as a coherent body of knowledge. On the basis of that, we would like to find the best model to help students understand and reason the process of formulate the arithmetic operations of natural numbers and integers into the operation of the real number system. Furthermore, we help these series of the study to be applied effectively in the middle school mathematics class in Korea.
Soft robotics has attracted a huge amount of interest in the recent decade or so, be it either actuators or sensors. Recently, a soft optical waveguide sensor has proven its effectiveness for various sensing applications such as strain, force, and bending measurements. The operation principle of the waveguide is simple, but the present technology is far too much complex to manufacture the waveguide. The waveguide fails to attract various practical applications in comparison to other types of sensors despite its superior safety and ease working principle. This study pursues to develop the soft sensors based on the optical phenomena so that the waveguide can be easily manufactured and its design can be conducted. Several physical properties of the waveguide are confirmed through the repetitive experiments in the aspects of strain, force, and bending of the waveguide. Finally, the waveguide sensor is embedded inside the actuator to verify the effectiveness of the proposed waveguide as well as to extend the application fields of the waveguide sensor.
US 8th Army in the attack on the Western Front was a situation that was frustrated by the 13th Corps Communist army. To this time support this, goals that have been granted to the US 1st Marine Division that initiated the attack in Mupyonri direction, lack the potential to achieve was not decisive. It was a operation specific erroneous judgment that occurred because there was no one accurately grasp the battlefield of the situation the wrong UN Forces Command. Tactical victory can be to maximize the operation outcomes. However, there is no possible failure of the operation is to expand the tactical success. This is because the failure of the operation, because directly linked to the success or failure of the war. Tactical victory can be to maximize the operation outcomes. However, operation specific failure is not it possible to expand the tactical victory. Therefore tactical success of the US 1st Marine Division, can not compensate for operation specific failure of the United Nations Forces Command. However, Chinese Communist Army 9th Corps is obsessed only victory of tactics to annihilate the US 1st Marine Division, by being fixation to the Chosin whole area, it was not possible to run a operational operation. Therefore tactical success df the US 1st Marine Division, Chinese Communist Army 9th Corps is to extinguish the ability to increase the number of the 13th Corps of the Western Front, 8th Army US have contributed to have escaped the crisis. In addition, the US 10th Corps while maintaining the combat force, by an important role to withdraw through the sea, was able to complement the misjudgment of the operation.
Recently, the operation of power distribution systems has become more difficult because the peak demand load is increasing continuously and the daily load factor is getting worse and worse. Also, the consideration of deregulation and global environment in electric power industry is required. In order to overcome these problems, a study on the planning and operation in distribution systems of dispersed generating sources such as fuel cell systems, photovoltaic systems and wind power systems has been performed energetically. This study presents a method for determining an optimal operation strategy of dispersed co-generating sources, especially fuel cell systems, in the case of both only electric power supply and thermal supply as well as electric power supply. In other words, the optimal operation of these sources can be determined easily by the principle of equal incremental fuel cost and the thermal merits is evaluated quantitatively through Kuhn-Tucker's optimal conditions. In order to select the optimal locations of those sources, an priority method using the comparison of total cost at the peak load time interval is also presented. The validity of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated using a model system.

In this paper, the small chip meander antenna for dual-frequency operation is presented. The proposed chip meander antennas was fabricated by the ceramic chip using LTCC-MLC process. It is a novel compact dual-frequency design using a meandered patch that achieves more degrees of freedom for adjusting dual-frequency operation and the size reduction with narrow frequency ratio. And it is proposed that the 3D structure for additional size reduction of the meander antenna. The size reduction of the 3D meander antenna is as large as 50 % as compared to the design for dual-frequency operation not using 3D structure. It is observed that the principle of dual-frequency operation through current distribution, return loss and radiation pattern.
For a stable supply of electric power, periodical inspection of the electric facilities and repair of the distribution lines are required. In case of any unexpected accidents, looped operation among distribution lines may be necessary in order to supply electricity through the sound lines, separating the faulted lines. As a result of this study, it was found that normal looped operation became impossible when phase difference of the looped distribution lines is more than 3 degrees compared with the voltage supply of the distribution lines. Therefore, for a stable supply of electric power to Chuncheon, it is judged to be desirable that looped operation of the distribution lines coming from the same substation M. Tr Bank shall be performed in principle and in case of looped operation with the substation of different system, looped operation among the lines shall be performed after voltage regulation of the substation M. Tr Bank, maintaining similar voltages and load supply volume in order to avoid phase difference through checking the operation conditions of each substation M. Tr Banks. And when looped operation among the distribution lines is scheduled, voltage regulation schedule has been established so far by calculating maximum supply volume through the transformer of the substation and the maximum load volume through the distribution lines but in the future, looped operation of the distribution lines shall be carried out by removing voltage difference with regulating tap or load of the surrounding transformers, with giving prior notice to the substation operators.
