Due to the tightened regulatory environment since the Fukushima accident, the capacity factor of Korean nuclear power plants has been declining since 2011. To overcome this circumstance, a shift from 18-month to 24-month cycle operation is being considered in Korea. Therefore, in this study, loading patterns(LPs) for 24-month cycle operation of the Korean standard nuclear power plant(OPR-1000) are suggested and economic evaluations are performed. A single-zone LP with 89 fresh fuels was evaluated to be optimal for 24-month operation of OPR-1000 in terms of economic gain. The 24-month operation of OPR-1000 with this LP gives a profit of 7.073 million dollars per year compared to 18-month operation.

경찰청에서는 국내 교통문제를 해결하고 국제적 교통운영체계를 수립하기 위하여 "교통운영체계 선진화 방안"사업을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 교통운영체계 선진화 방안의 추진 효과를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 교통소통 및 교통안전측면에서 효과가 있는 것을 밝혔다. 그러나 정책에 대한 시민들의 낮은 인지도, 부적절한 현장적용 등으로 인한 교통사고의 위험 및 정체가중, 교차로 꼬리물기 위반행위 발생 등의 문제점들이 도출되었다. 현재 선진화 방안은 주로 직진우선신호, 비보호좌회전, 점멸신호 운영 등 교통신호운영 방법 개선을 위주로 추진되고 있는데, 향후 최종적으로 교통운영체계 선진화 모든 과제가 복합적으로 도입될 경우 현재 보다는 더 나은 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

The evaluation test for the operation of rotary type surface mounters which consist of the reel axis, the index table and the X-Y table, has been performed by comparing the new method with the old one in only fields. Because the problem seeking for the optimal operation of rotary type surface mounters, is NP complete, it is almost impossible to get the optimal solutions of large problems. This paper deals with a dynamic network modeling, which can reduce the effort, the cost, and the time used for the performance test of rotary type surface mounters.

This study would present a risk analysis method to evaluate stable tap water supply in a multi-regional water supply system and propose a measure for the evaluation of the effect of the conjunctive operation of the multi-regional water supply system using this. Judging from the vulnerability for the crisis response of the entire N. multi-regional water supply system, as compared to the result of Scenario 1 in which no conjunctive pipes were operated, it was found that in Scenario 2, in which conjunctive pipes were partially operated, the vulnerability of crisis response decreased by about 30.6%, and as compared to Scenario 3, the vulnerability of crisis response decreased by 86.2%. In setting a plan for stable tap water supply in N multi-regional water supply system, using the estimated value and the method for the evaluation of the vulnerability of crisis response by pipe, by interval and by line, it is judged that this can be utilized as a basis for the judgment of the evaluation of the operation or the additional installation of conjunctive pipes.

This paper is a part of the development on the safe navigation model of tugs and barges in Korea waters. desk-top tug-barge simulator is to train the crew of tugs and barges, especially tugs' crew. It is connected with steering and engine telegraph console and winch control console, and can describe three types of operation mode for a tug-barge working unit, towing mode, side by side and push mode. It can also record and assess each simulation run. The evaluation module can confirm the result of a finished simulation run and help trainees to find and correct their faults, and it is composed of result evaluation and process evaluation.

This study aims to understand why the sales volume and the number of visitors are different in each rural tourism village. The study considered that the management and operation of rural tourism villages is one of the major influencing factors. To prove this, the study determined what factors were related to the management and operation of villages and derived detailed items to evaluate them. In the study, the researchers conducted an in-depth interview and a literature review on the management and operation of rural tourism villages in Yangpyeong-gun. They also performed a case study on the Sumi village, one of the successfully managed and operated villages in Yangpyeong-gun, to determine the detailed items. As a result, seven factors were identified. These factors comprise operation entity, governance, shared vision, leadership, efficient role-playing, marketing efforts, and equity in profit distribution. Based on these seven factors, 85 of the evaluation items were developed. The management and operation scores of 85 items were measured and summed for each of the 21 rural tourism villages. First, 21 villages were divided into two groups by the sales figures to derive items to determine the difference in the mean value of the evaluation scores. Second, an independent sample t-test was conducted for each village at YangPyeong-gun. Third, the study divided the 21 villages into four groups using 46 evaluation items. Finally, the study's researchers clarified some challenges to solve and appropriate management and operation plans considering each type of rural tourism village.

본 논문은 드림스타트 사업평가에 사용된 평가지표가 '평가분야 및 영역별 신뢰도가 있는지'와 '평가지표별 변별력이 있는지'를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 살펴보기 위하여 2018년 드림스타트 사업운영 평가를 받은 126개 시군구의 평가 자료를 바탕으로 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 평가영역별 신뢰도를 살펴본 결과, 기본구성, 통합사례관리, 서비스 운영의 평가지표에 대한 신뢰도가 .6 이상으로 하위 평가지표들이 상위 평가분야와 같은 개념으로 볼 수 있는 최소기준을 충족하였다. 그러나 자원 개발 및 연계 분야는 신뢰도가 낮게 파악되었다. 평가영역별로 보면, 통합사례관리 분야에서 사례관리 과정에 대한 하위 평가지표의 신뢰도는 높았으나 기본구성 분야에서 사업운영 체계, 전담조직 및 인력을 확인하는 평가지표간의 신뢰도가 낮았고, 사례회의, 서비스 운영을 확인할 수 있는 하위 지표 간의 신뢰도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 평가지표별 변별력을 측정한 결과, 28개 지표 중 18개 지표는 변별력이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 10개 지표는 변별력이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

PURPOSES : This study evaluates the efficiency of snow removal operation resources using data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results of this study can help decision-making strategies, especially for resource allocation for snow removal works on national highways. METHODS : First, regional road management offices (DMUs) for efficiency evaluation were set up, and a database (for years 2012-2016) for analysis was formed. Second, DEA was carried out by selecting input and output variables based on the constructed database. Lastly, based on the results of the DEA, the efficiency of each regional road management office was evaluated. In addition, the potential for future improvement was determined. RESULTS : The results showed that there was a large variation in efficiency of snow removal operation resources by regional offices. CONCLUSIONS : The results of this study imply that the evaluation of efficiency for snow removal operation resources is important when decisions related to snow-removal strategies are made by road management offices.

The 37 indicators for performance evaluation of public sewage management agencies are divided into four major categories (agency manpower management ability, wastewater treatment plant operation and management, sludge and water reuse, service quality) in the first stage, and the necessity and score acquisition for the detailed indicators by each major category in the second stages. Priority was investigated through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis technique for ease and relevance of company efforts. Also, based on the results of this analysis, integrated type weighting and relative importance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the weight and relative importance of the first stage classification were in the order of wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance, operation agency manpower management ability, sludge and water reuse, and service quality. As a result of analyzing the weights and priorities of the detailed performance indicators in the second stage, it was found that operator's career years, the percentage of certification holding rate in operators, compliance with the effluent water quality standards, training times for operators, and efforts to manage hazardous chemicals were important. Some of the indicators of operation agency performance evaluation may include indicators in which the performance of the company's efforts is underestimated or overestimated. In order to improve this, it is necessary to give weights in consideration of the necessity of the indicator, the relevance of the company's efforts, and the ease of obtaining scores.

The clinical and statistical evaluation on the patients of maxillofacial deformities who were operated by author were analyzed after several month or years or se. Pre and post operative cephalometric radiographs of 45 orthognathic surgery patients were compared. The post operative radiographs had been taken at least 9 month to several years. Measurements were made between constructed hard tissue and soft tissue points located on each before and after film tracing. The items studied and evaluated are as follows: 1) Classification and divid of patients 2) Operation technic adopted by operator. 3) Motives of patients for operation and their untowards. 4) Self satisfication of patients after operation. 5) Post operative changes of soft and hard tissue. 6) Side action during and after operation.
