As an emerging technology, cloud computing is a revolution in information technology that attracts significant attention from both public and private sectors. In this paper, we proposed a dynamic approach for live migration to obviate overloaded machines. This approach is applied on OpenStack, which rapidly grows in an open source cloud computing platform. We conducted a cost-aware dynamic live migration for virtual machines (VMs) at an appropriate time to obviate the violation of service level agreement (SLA) before it happens. We conducted a preemptive migration to offload physical machine (PM) before the overload situation depending on the predictive method. We have carried out a distributed model, a predictive method, and a dynamic threshold policy, which are efficient for the scalable environment as cloud computing. Experimental results have indicated that our model succeeded in avoiding the overload at a suitable time. The simulation results from our solution remarked the very efficient reduction of VM migrations and SLA violation, which could help cloud providers to deliver a good quality of service (QoS).

한국은 향후 유기적이며, 개방적이고 통합적인 테러대응시스템을 어떻게 설계할 것인가? 이러한 개방 통합형 테러대응시스템은 새로운 위험발생에 즉각적으로 대응이 가능하며, 현장 중심의 문제해결 능력이 높은 조직력을 발휘할 수 있는가? 이는 기능적이고 유기적인 역할 배분을 통한 테러대응시스템에 입각할 수 있는가? 라는 것이 중요한 문제이다. 이에 대한 해법은 개방 통합형 테러대응시스템 모델에 의해 상당부분 설명될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 하나의 시스템으로서 작용할 수 있는 개방 통합형 테러대응시스템 모델은 각 조직 단위가 자체적인 문제해결 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 이에 따라 개방 통합형 테러대응시스템의 독립적 단위가 자기 환경에서 효과적으로 작동되기 위해서는 테러대응시스템의 기능적 제 접근론을 통하여 기구의 조직 및 서로간의 상관관계가 뒷받침 될 수 있는 법적 근거의 마련이 요구된다. 개방 통합형 테러대응시스템 모델의 연계성에서 강조하는 바는 테러대응의 운용단계인 예방, 준비, 대응, 복구를 통하여 사고의 피해를 근절하거나 최소화할 수 있다. 이를 위한 테러대응이 시스템적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 개방 시스템과 통합 시스템으로 접근되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 개방 통합형 테러대응시스템 모델에 입각하여 그 하위 시스템인 법제적 조직적 민간적 측면을 위한 미국, 영국 그리고 한국의 현 실태를 분석하고 이에 대한 시사점을 살펴봄으로써 한국의 형태에 적합한 테러대응시스템을 구축해 보고자 하는 것이다.

This paper proposes the adapter for interrupting capacity augmentation of circuit breaker which can be applied in case of shortage in a existing circuit breaker's interrupting capacity due to utility system extension. The adapter utilizes two winding type of reactor instead of single winding type of reactor and the control of 2ry circuit is excuted by a triac interlocked with the system protective relays actuation so as to cut out the reactor by short circuit of the 2ry winding in normal situation and to cut in the reactor by open circuit of the 2ry winding in abnomal situation such as short circuit accident. As a result of the theoritical analysis and experiment, it is proved that the adaptor can reduce the voltage crop and iron loss due to the reactor signigicantly in normal system condition and do a role of reactor upon the power system accident.

Recently, the service for nursing home has been transforming in an overall way, and along with that, the supply of the recuperation facilities for the elderly has been expanding. However, the quantitative expansion of those facilities has not been accompanied by the qualitative supply. In consideration of those shortcomings of the existing facilities, it may be necessary to ensure an improvement in qualitative terms. This study investigated and analyzed the Nursing home, examined the current situation, reconsidered the state of recuperation facilities for the elderly as part of effort to prepare for the silver society, and present measures for improvement in an attempt not to repeat mistakes that have been observed in the existing facilities in planning Nursing home that will be open and built in the upcoming days, which aimed to provide basic data that can be used in the future and explore the direction of relevant design.

This article explores : 1) the communication practices with the sellers and 2) the satisfaction with buying behavior of the 217 university students. As a result, there were the tendency of open expression about themselves and the possitive evaluation of their consumer ability related to the communication in the consumer situation. The differences between males and females were found in the aggressiveness, the non-assertiveness, and the responsibility between consumers and sellers. The satisfaction with buying behavior was significantly explained by the concertainty of the control, emotional aggressiveness, self-evaluation, and belief and the responsibility between consumers and sellers.

Rehabilitation and upgrading of the irrigation facilities are usually for the reservoirs, pumping stations, and other facilities in the paddy fields. Changes in food consumption patterns have taken place in Korea and there are growing foreign demands that we open our agricultural products market. In accordance with this situation, farmers are turning increasingly to growing vegetables which provide a high income cash crop. It is necessary to irrigate by pressure through pipe lines in farming facilities and mass production farming. Flood damage occurs as a result of heavy rainfall. The design criteria should be followed to minimize the risk of the flood damage in rehabilitation and upgrading.

Purpose: The disaster occurs increasingly on the earth and nurses are requested to call out to on-sites or help emergency situation. This descriptive study was done to explore the disaster nursing education in Korea. Method: Data was collected from 116 nursing undergraduate program and 93 colleges responded, and analyzed frequencies and percentiles. Results: There was no institution offering Disaster Nursing titled course. Emergency Nursing was mostly combined with disaster nursing. More half (52.7%) did not deal disaster nursing concept at all, from which half had no plan to open in the near future. The lack of teaching manpower was shown. Recommendation: To meet the nursing need in disaster situation, disaster nursing competencies should be included in nursing major subject at the basic education level to be a registered nurse in Korea.

The learning of mathematics happens in some situations. It is natural that students should learn mathematics in more appropriate situations. But, so far It has been hardly studied about concrete situation and milieu where math can be successfully taught. In today's math education, the situation of education as a external circumstance become realized more and more importantly with influence of open education. But they don't embody situation as an internal circumstance where the intrinsic concept of mathematics can be obtained. We started this thesis from this tried to answer it on the basis of Brousseau's question, have theory about the didactical situations. One of the purpose of this study is to understand the theory of didactical situations, which focuses on how we can elaborate situations which really make a mathematical notion function. In this study, It is attempted clarify some concepts of the theory of didactical situations. The other is to discuss about what the theory of didactical situations suggests us in math zeducation. The method of math teaching and learning and the teacher's role were discussed in the viewpoint of Brousseau's theory. Finally, We elaborated and presented some didactical situations which make the notion of the area of rectangle.

In this paper for developing and implementing the car driver's front lane attention enhancement developed system using the car camera. The developed system automatically alarm the car driver when front cars make the dangerous situation. We use Raspberry Pi camera module V2 as car camera module, Raspberry Pi 3 board as hardware main board of implementing embedded system and develop the application library module which can be operated on the Raspberry situation. The application library module widely consist of two part, front car recognition part and dangerous situation distinguish part. Our developed system satisfy the performance test of the target system at the software test certification laboratory of TTA(Telecommunication Technology Association). We test four items as attentive car recognition ability at day and night, system performance, response time. We get the performance of developed system based on the four goal. The car driver's front lane attention enhancement system in this paper will be widely used at the ADAS(Advanced Driving Assistance System) because of the better performance and function.

Portable electronic devices secondary batteries can cause fire and explosion due to micro-current change in addition to the situation of short-circuit inrush current, safety can not be secured with a general operation limited current fuse. Therefore, in secondary battery, it is necessary for the protector to satisfy both the limit current type operation in the open-short-circuit inrush current and the current detection operation characteristic in the micro current change situation and for this operation, a fuse for the current detection type secondary battery protection circuit can be applied. The purpose of this study is to design a protection device that operates stably in the hazardous situation of small capacity secondary battery for portable electronic devices through the design of low melting fuse elements alloy of sensing type fuse and secures stability in abnormal current state. As a result of the experiment, I-T and V-T operation characteristics are satisfied in a the design of the alloy of the current sensing type self-contained low melting point fuse and the resistance of the heating resistor. It is confirmed that it can prevent accidents of short circuit over-current and micro current change of secondary battery.
