This study is based on data ecology theory and takes Chinese local governments' open public data as the research object. Data asset value assessment methods are compared from a new perspective of data business operations. The results show that the assessment model constructed using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) can more objectively reflect the commercial value of government open data assets than the traditional cost, revenue and market methods, has the advantage of a comprehensive assessment of data value index, and better reflects the findings of a comprehensive index of regional data value. The data show that the local government data value assessment index is positively proportional to the region's digital economy development index, highlighting the driving effect on the digital economy. The results of the study provide a good help for the identification of local government data value rights. The research and practice of promoting the construction of data innovation and data business operation models, improving social well-being and promoting the rapid development of the digital economy to achieve data realisation provides a good reference.

In this paper dynamic analyses and control design of a step-down switched-capacitor dc-dc converter are presented. Open-loop dynamics of the converter are analyzed using the stage-space averaging technique. A systmatic control design method that offers excellent closed-loop performance for the converter is proposed, The analysis results and dynamic performance of the converter are verified using 18 W experimental converter that delivers a 5V/3.5V output from a 11-16V input source.

Under an open transmission access, the generation dispatch is determined by the bidding process of market participants. Congestion occurs when the dispatch would result in the violation of operational constraints. Congestion problem is formulated and solved by OPF(optimal power flow) calculation. The objective functions in OPF are given as quadratic cost functions or piecewise linear functions of bidding functions. In this study, the optimization technique of generation dispatch is presented for the combination of two types of quadratic and linear cost functions.

This paper presents an ARW(Anti-Reset Windup) method for discrete-time control systems with saturation nonlinearites. The method is motivated by the concept of the equilibrium point. The design parameters of the ARW scheme is explicitly derived by minimizing a reasonable performance index. The proposed method is closely related with the singular perturbed theory. The proposed method is applicable to any open-loop stable plants with saturation nonlinearities whose controllers are determined a priori by some design technique.

1) The authors have had a case of crown fractured upper central incisor with open apex and non vital pulp. 2) The patient was 8 years old female. 3) Apical closure has been induced with the use of calcium hydroxide and gutta percha cone. 4) At nine month after filling with calcium hydroxide and gutta percha cone, apical closure was observed by radiograph. 5) Root canal was permanently filled gutta percha cone and zinc oxide eugenol by the lateral condensation technique.

In this study, control technique of two types of automatic snowplow was experimentally investigated. One is a remote-controlled snowplow used for removing snow around houses, and the other is an autonomous snowplow for use in wide, open spaces such as a parking lot of a large-scale retail store. A commercially available snowplow was modified to enable remote control by the use of a personal handy-phone system. The autonomous controller utilizes a vision sensor that consists of a CCD video camera and a computer for image processing. In addition, design of a practical landmark was examined.

Jehovah`s Witnesses who require cardiac operations represent a challenge to surgeon because of the patients` refusal to accept blood transfusion, We report a 6 year period, ending May, 1991 with a consecutive series of 25 Jehovah`s witnesses. Patients ranged in age from 11 months to 61 years. All operations were performed during cardiopulmonary bypass with bloodless priming, No patient received any blood or blood products during hospitalization. Perioperative mortality was 2 paients[8%]. We conclude that if we performed the cardiac surgery with careful operative technique and various blood conserving procedures, we can do the bloodless open heart surgery with relatively safety.

In this article, we consider a fourth order nonlinear difference system. By making use of the critical point theory, we obtain some new existence theorems of at least one periodic solution with minimal period. Our main approach used in this article is the variational technique and the Saddle Point Theorem.

The class $R_{\gamma-1,p}(A,B,\alpha)$ for $-1 \leq B < A \leq 1,\gamma > (B -1)p+(A_B)(p-\alpha)/1-B$ and $0 \leq \alpha < p$ consisting of p-valently analytic functions in the open unit disc is defined with the help of convolution technique. We study containment property, integral transforms and a sufficient condition for an analytic function to be in $R_{\gamma-1,p}(A,B,\alpha)$.
