In order to deal with the increase of container cargo traffic volume more effectively, the ministry of maritime affairs & fisheries has a long-term plan to develop Gaduk Island. According to the plan, the New Port will handle 4,600,00TEUs annually. The completion of the project will enable the port of Busan to perform as a hub port in the Asia Pacific era of the year 2000 with sufficient port facilities, and this will lead to a new era of oceanic Korea. With the advent of the Pacific Rim Era of the year 2000, Busan metropolis has set a strategic development plan to establish the area as the center of logistics in the noreast Asian region as well as to become the stronghold of economic activity in Korea's southeast region. To this end, industries that will open the doors to a marine era and a new industrial complex focused on logistics are planned in the West Busan area where Gimhae International Airport and the Busan New Port meet. This paper aims to find out the functional relation and complement between the Busan New Port Distri-Park handing container cargo traffic volume and the West Busan Logistics Pa가 handling an air cargo and railroad goods. Especially, paper aims to suggest the West Busan Logistics Park as the efficient management of the container cargo traffic volume due to the Development Plan of the Busan New Port.

In the existing smart home, a separate platform was set up for each manufacturer to provide services through terminals. However, due to the development of Internet technology, various Internet devices and services have been launched, and there is a limit to the existing closed platforms for each manufacturer. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an object internet controller that integrates control of Internet devices in a smart home environment and provides various services through IFTTT. The proposed Internet controller is connected to the server via WiFi, and can control the Internet device and service of objects through the button input event. In addition, we expect to be able to provide a service environment that can create various smart home services by registering DIY products through open platform of oneM2M standard method.

The purpose of this study is to optical cable closure and fiber line monitoring system. The current optical cable closure cases have not had any systems that help the central control station recognize opening as well as closing the cases in real-time when opening B2B and B2C lines. to solve this problem, it is considered to create systems that go off alarms, real-time fault location immediately, set alarms for open and close monitoring optical cable closure, and inspect regularly whether optical cables are deficient when monitoring the optical line in real-time and cutting them, in this paper, the monitoring system whose the central control station finds an optical signal block immediately and goes off the alarms when line workers separate components like a connector or a tray from the optical cable closure through OTDR. this study can contribute to stabilize the network quality through the quick and effective operation of the cables.

To find our own individuality, there must be an active study on jeogori which is an unexplored field. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to consider artistic beauty and predominance of jeogori and recognize it as a precious culture, and also encourage interest about traditions. The range of this study is ancient times to Chosun dynasty, and in this study which will be the first part, the range is till the era of the Three Kingdoms. The study about jeogori is based on mural paintings of Goguryeo burial mounds, clay dolls and remains during Shilla, Beakjae, and United-shilla era. The contents of this study is 1. research the origin of jeogori's detail structures and changes of the form, 2. analyze the form and structure of the jeogori in each era, and therefore 3. find the predominance of Goguryeo costume by considering functional and design aspects. Therefore the conclusion of this study about the era of the Three Kingdoms are First, jeogori of the three kingdom era were developed from ancient times caftan style which Korea, China and Japan wore all together. Second, the structure of the jeogori during the Three Kingdom are ryeongeum, gil, somae and seon. Third, there is a special line that starts from the neckline and ends at the hem line which should be called ryeongeum in my opinion. Forth, while researching Goguryeo murals there were both left and right sided open jeogori. therefore, I would like to set up a new theory that during the ancient times to Three Kingdom era, not did China's clothing effected the Korean costume but the costume in east asia shared their forms all together.

In the digital world, creative industries such as music, movies, and drama have been the most impacted by digital transformation. As these contents were converted to a digital format of 0s and 1s, the business model changed and so did the rules of competition in the market. Apple, Spotify, and Netflix were quick to ride the digital transformation wave to become market leaders in the creative industry. This study reviews case studies in the creative industry to grasp the important factors necessary for market restructuring using digital technology. It was found that companies that set visions, platform, and open innovation as business strategies were able to achieve critical mass and become market leaders. These three elements are commonly found in the contents industry. On the other hand, companies that did not embrace digital innovation have become victims of digital darwinism. By analysing the experience of digital product innovation through case studies in the creative industry, we can derive implications for digital transformation in the 4th industrial revolution.

In many applications, wireless sensor networks could be thought as data-centric networks, and the sensor nodes are densely distributed over a large sensor field. The sensor nodes are normally vulnerable in terms of security since they are very often deployed in a hostile environment and open space. In this paper, we propose a scheme for contents-based anomaly detection in wireless sensor networks. In this scheme we use the characteristics of sensor networks where several nodes surrounding an event point can simultaneously detect the phenomenon occurring and the contents detected from these sensors are limited to inside a certain range. The proposed scheme consists of several phases; training, testing and refining phases. Anomaly candidates detected by the distance-based anomaly detection scheme in the testing phase are sent to the refining phase. They are then compared in the sink node with previously collected data set to improve detection performance in the refining phase. Our simulation results suggest the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in this paper evidenced by the improvements of the detection rate and the false positive rate.

In modern society, there are diverse sorts of VIPs including a king and individuals. Some like a king or president are in need of professional secret services, and others become VIPs by being guarded by a bodyguard company at their own request. The former is called a public guard, and the latter is a private one. In the field of the public guard, the nation should be furnished with a guard system in consideration of political circumstances to protect VIPs. That is, the parliamentary cabinet system and presidential system call for a different guard system, and the guard system's professional features vary to some degree with political situations and cultural climate. If the ultimate goal of guard is to protect the chief of the democratic and open state in a most efficient and safe manner, it's mandatorily necessary to set up a professional and specialized guard organization to provide democratic and efficient secret services. It's desired that the domestic presidential guard division should be staffed with not only expert guards but other personnels dispatched from the military and police. In the police, guard mission is splitted among various guard and security agencies, including the National Police Agency's public security bureau or the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's public security division, 101 security unit, mobile police and 22 special guard division. As a chain of command is separated and it's difficult to manage such organizations effectively, the National Police Agency should be exclusively in charge of VIP guard and security. In the area of private guard, the private police system has shared national security task as a middle organization between the private police and private guard. But now its intent has gradually weakened, and its mission should be redefined. In addition, the way people look at private guard should change, and they should be well informed that it could serve to prevent possible crimes, protect them against crimes and get rid of their inconveniences. To make a good impression on people, the guard associations and businesses should put their efforts into reinforcing publicity activities, and the government, academic circles and press should team up with them as well.

A This paper presents a novel three-phase current-fed Pulse Width Modulation converter with switched- capacitor type resonant DC link commutation circuit operating PWM pattern strategy under a design consideration of low-pass filter, which can operate on the basis of the principle of zero current soft-switching commutation. In the first place, the steady-state operating principle of this converter with a new resonant DC link snubber circuit is described in connection with the equivalent operation circuit, together with the practical design procedure of the switched-capacitor type resonant DC link circuit is discussed from a theoretical viewpoint on the basis of a design example for high-power applications. The actively delayed time correction method to compensate distorted currents due to a relatively long resonant commutation time is newly implemented in the open loop control scheme so as to acquire the new optimum PWM pattern. Finally, the experiment or set-up in laboratory system or this converter is concretely demonstrated herein to confirm a zero current soft-switching commutation of this converter. The comparative evaluations between current-fed hard switching PWM and soft-switching PWM converters are carried out from a viewpoint of their PWM converter characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to re-interpretate the meaning of place from the perspective view of events. In the realm of events, time, process, and evolution are emerging as more important elements for better places rather than space or fixed physical elements. First, this study reviews the phenomenological contribution to the meaning of place by discussing differences between positivism and phenomenology. The phenomenological approach has strengths that can perceive individual experiences and idiosyncraises through a holistic approach and qualitative methods. However, it has weaknesses such as unpredictability, subjectivity and ambiguity. In order to overcome these weaknesses, the notion of singularities(pure events) on the metaphysical plane existing between nature and culture is explored via Deleuzean concepts(Post-structuralism); singularities become events(simulacre) through ´becoming´ and these events have meaning through this process in the particular place. By this process, the subject an feed a sense of place through this meaning. Events unexpectedly create a series of events and have impact in the future. Creating various events in the particular place requires many contextural settings where the embodied perceptions could take place. Describing the potentiality of embodied perceptions demands ´smooth space´ rather than ´striated space´. Smooth space refers to the space where orientations and linkages are in continuous variation. Recent architectural and landscape architectural design projects reveal that the emphasis is placed on the open-ended set of various events unfolding over time rather than the physical settings of the place. For better landscape design, new concepts need to be introduced and implemented. These new concepts should focus on creating a series of events and considering the evolution of the place over time through multi-contextural and rhizomatical synthesis rather than rigid and static master plan of SAD(survey-analysis-design) methodology.
