In the manufacturing system, production-planning is very important in effective management for expensive production facilities and machineries. To enhance efficiency of Manufacturing Execution System(MES), a manufacturing system that reduces the difference between planning and execution, certain production-planning needs a dispatching rule that is properly designed for characteristic of work information and there should be a appropriate selection for the rule as well. Therefore, in this paper dispatching rule will be selected by several simulations based on characteristics of work information derived from process planning data. By constructing information that are from simulation into ontology, one of the knowledge-based-reasoning, production planning platform based on the selection of dispatching rule will be demonstrated. The platform has strength in its wider usage that is not limited to where it is applied. To demonstrate the platform, RacerPro and Prot$\acute{e}$g$\acute{e}$ are used in parts of ontology reasoning, and JAVA and FlexChart were applied for production-planning simulation.
U-healthcare is real-time monitoring of personal biometric information using by portable devices, home network and information and communication technology based healthcare systems, and fused together automatically to overcome the constraints of time and space are connected with hospitals and doctors. As u-healthcare gives health service in anytime and anywhere, it becomes to be a new type of medical services in patients management and disease prevention. In this paper, recent changes in prevention-oriented care is analyzed in becoming early response for Healthcare Information System by requirements analysis for technology development trend. According to the healthcare system, PACS, OCS, EMR and emergency medical system, U-healthcare is presenting the design of a patient-centered integrated client system. As the relationship between the meaning of the terms is used in the ontology, information models in the system is providing a common vocabulary with various levels of formality. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based system for patient-centered services, including the concept of clustering to clustering the data to define the relationship between these ontologies for more systematic data.
Ubiquitous computing environment, as a new paradigm of the digital information era, has been introduced to respond to rapid changes in society and culture. Today, technology research around the world competes for the preoccupancy of the core technology as well as the development of technology for providing context aware system more intelligent, more sophisticated. Research in recent is underway the implementation of intelligent provisioning system using the ontology. Erstwhile provisioning system did not providing a personalized service that provides the service after context aware. Accordingly, there is a need for studies of intelligent context aware provisioning technique considering environments and context necessary to user. In this paper, in order to provide a service that is optimized for the needs of the user, propose an ontology-based intelligent provisioning service method taking into account the usage patterns and the context of the user. The proposed system is recognized the status of the user and demonstrated a process of reasoning techniques for fit service. And it is possible to the expansion of intelligence.

Defense Modeling and Simulation aims to provide a computerized war environment where we can analyze weapon systems realistically. As we invest significant efforts to represent weapon systems and their operational environments on the computer, there has been an increasing need to reuse predefined weapon models. In this paper, we introduce OB-Cloud (Ontology-Based Cloud storage) to utilize predefined weapon models. OB-Cloud has been implemented as a repository for OpenSIM (Open Simulation engine for Interoperable Models), which is an integrated simulation environment for aiding weapons effectiveness analysis, under the development of our research team. OB-Cloud uses weapon ontology and thesaurus dictionaries to provide semantic search for reusable models. In this paper, we present repository services of OB-Cloud, including registration of weapon models and semantic retrieval of similar models, and illustrate how we can improve reusability of weapon models, through an example.

The recently many corporations are using Decision Support System, such as on-line meetings. Those on-line meetings are getting grown .Because the on-line meetings with messenger and chatting are the best examples for overcoming space But, the on-line meetings have unavoidable weak points. The more a meeting is processed, the more point of argument is out of focus and perception of current situation is reduced. Therefore, this thesis proposes and describe that in think that pre-defined things , analysis and direction of Ontology ,then draw up a plan how to make ontology to knowledge, and, how to get out of bounds limitation that as make ontology to knowledge. And, design and implementation actual system that organize this ontological Knowledge, and then managing and summarizing visualizing them. Last after remark and consider this system in which using the ontology based on XML, and proposes conclusion and directional development point.

Melanoma cells have been shown to respond to BRAF inhibitors; however, intrinsic and acquired resistance limits their clinical application. In this study, we performed RNA-Seq analysis with BRAF inhibitor-sensitive (A375P) and -resistant (A375P/Mdr with acquired resistance and SK-MEL-2 with intrinsic resistance) melanoma cell lines, to reveal the genes and pathways potentially involved in intrinsic and acquired resistance to BRAF inhibitors. A total of 546 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), including 239 up-regulated and 307 down-regulated genes, were identified in both intrinsic and acquired resistant cells. Gene ontology (GO) analysis revealed that the top 10 biological processes associated with these genes included angiogenesis, immune response, cell adhesion, antigen processing and presentation, extracellular matrix organization, osteoblast differentiation, collagen catabolic process, viral entry into host cell, cell migration, and positive regulation of protein kinase B signaling. In addition, using the PAN-THER GO classification system, we showed that the highest enriched GOs targeted by the 546 DEGs were responses to cellular processes (ontology: biological process), binding (ontology: molecular function), and cell subcellular localization (ontology: cellular component). Ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA) network analysis showed a network that was common to two BRAF inhibitorresistant cells. Taken together, the present study may provide a useful platform to further reveal biological processes associated with BRAF inhibitor resistance, and present areas for therapeutic tool development to overcome BRAF inhibitor resistance.

The semantic information provided through the semantic-based IoT system will produce new high value-added products that are completely different from what we have known and experienced. From this point of view, the key issue of current IoT technology and applications is the development of an intelligent IoT platform architecture. The proposed system collects the IoT data of the sensors from the cloud computer, converts them into RDF, and annotates them with semantics. The converted semantic data is shared and utilized through the ontology repository. We use KT's IoTMakers as a cloud computing environment, and the ontology repository uses Jena's Fuseki server to express SPARQL query results on the web using Daum Map API and Highcharts API. This gives people the opportunity to access the semantic IoT mash-up service easily and has various application possibilities.

Recently, according to the rapid development of the Internet, information is increasing exponentially. A lot of this information Various studies are being conducted in order to communicate smoothly. In recent years, related researches applying artificial intelligence and big data technologies have been actively conducted. However, it has not produced remarkable results. One of the causes can be found in the severe limitation of the lack of language and knowledge standards. Currently, there is an active research on conferences using a multimedia approach, and gradually, interest in knowledge-based conference systems has begun. In the case of a meeting with a multimedia approach, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing offline meetings are expressed online as they are, and the management of information on the actual contents and process of important meetings is neglected. Therefore, in this paper, we study a plan to convert conference content information into an ontology, and propose a method to systematically analyze the ontology-formed information.

In order to cope with the rapidly changing product development environment, individual manufacturing enterprises are forced to collaborate with each other through establishing a virtual organization. In collaboration, designated organizations work together for mutual gain based on product data interoperability. However, product data interoperability is not fully facilitated due to semantic inconsistency among product data models of individual enterprises. In order to overcome the semantic inconsistency problem, this paper proposes a reference ontology, Reference Domain Ontology(RDO), and a methodology for product data interoperability with semantic consistency using RDO. RDO describes semantics of product data model and metamodel for all application domains in a virtual organization. Using RDO, application domains in a virtual organization can easily understand the product data models of others. RDO is agile and temporal such that it is created with the formation of a virtual organization, copes with changes of the organization, and disappears with the vanishment of the organization. RDO is built by a hybrid approach of top-down using a upper ontology and bottom-up based on the merging of ontologies of application domains in a virtual organization. With this methodology, every domain in a virtual organization can achieve product data model interoperability without model transformation.
As OWL(Web Ontology Language) has been selected as a standard ontology description language by W3C, many ontologies have been building and developing in OWL. The lena developed by HP as an Application Programming Interface(API) provides various APIs to develop inference engines as well as storages, and it is widely used for system development. However, the storage model of Jena2 stores most owl documents not acceptable into a single table and it shows low processing performance for a large ontology data set. Most of all, Jena2 storage model does not consider hierarchical structures of classes and properties. In addition, it shows low query processing performance using the hierarchical structure because of many join operations. To solve these issues, this paper proposes an OWL ontology relational database model. The proposed model semantically classifies and stores information such as classes, properties, and instances. It improves the query processing performance by managing hierarchical information in a separate table. This paper also describes the implementation and evaluation results. This paper also shows the experiment and evaluation result and the comparative analysis on both results. The experiment and evaluation show our proposal provides a prominent performance as against Jena2.
