이 연구는 급증하고 있는 온라인 전자책의 보존을 위하여 최근 개정 및 개정 준비중인 주요 국가의 온라인 전자출판물 납본과 관련된 법령을 비교 분석하고 이를 기반으로 한국의 온라인 전자책 보존을 위한 납본제도 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 한국의 전자책 보존을 위한 납본제도 개선 방안은 다음 3가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 온라인 전자책 보존을 위한 납본 대상 자료로서의 전자책의 명확한 개념 정의와 범주 설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 국내 온라인 전자책 제작환경을 고려한 납본 주체의 구체화 및 명료화가 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 납본 포맷, 납본 부수, 시기, 방식, 보상과 제재조치, 납본자료의 이용과 매체변환과 같은 법률적 조항의 내용 보완이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌정보학 분야 주요 4개 학회(한국도서관·정보학회, 한국문헌정보학회, 한국비블리아학회, 한국정보관리학회)에 소속된 학회원들을 대상으로 학회에서 발간, 운영하는 학술지와 학술행사에 대한 인식을 조사하여 발전방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 문헌정보학 전반을 다루는 학술지의 품질, 종수, 심사, 출판·유통, 독자층, 현장성, 학제성, 국제화, 차별화를 비롯하여 학술행사에 대한 참여·불참 이유, 목적 달성 정도, 학술행사 간 차별화, 공동학술대회 활성화 방안 등에 대한 학회원 대상 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 197명의 학회원이 설문 응답을 완료하였다. 설문조사 결과, 4개 학술지의 전반적인 품질은 양호하나, 심사, 출판·유통, 독자층 확대, 현장성 강화, 국제화 등에 대한 개선이 필요하며 학술지 간 차별화 전략이 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 학술행사를 활성화하기 위해서는 학술적 및 사회적 측면을 두루 갖춘 대규모 공동학술대회를 기획하여 많은 연구자와 실무자의 참여를 유도해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 온라인 설문조사 연구 방법의 결과 보고를 중심으로 하고 있지만, 해외 학회 운영사례 조사결과와 2022년 12월에 개최된 공동학술대회에서 학회원들의 의견을 수렴하여 문헌정보학 학술지와 학술행사의 발전방안을 종합적으로 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 국내 온라인 학술지를 검색하고 원문을 확인할 수 있는 웹사이트의 접근성과 학술논문 형식 웹콘텐츠의 접근성 개선방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 국내 온라인 학술지를 발행하기 위해서는 논문투고관리시스템을 활용하고 있으며, 공공 또는 민간 학술DB사를 통해 서비스하고 있다. 온라인 학술지 출판 및 편집단계에서 접근성 관련 내용은 존재하지 않았으며, 국외의 경우 웹사이트, 웹콘텐츠의 접근성 제고를 위해 WCAG 2.1의 Level AA 준수를 목표로 설정하고, VPAT를 통해 학술지의 접근성 수준을 안내하고 있다. 국내 온라인 학술지의 웹콘텐츠 접근성 개선을 위해 학회의 편집·출판 규정에 접근성 사항을 추가하고, 학술지 편집자를 대상으로 접근성 교육과 온라인 학술지 접근성 체크리스트 개발, 연구자의 자가검증 제도화가 필요하다. 온라인 학술지의 웹사이트 접근성 개선을 위해서는 동등한 이용보장을 위해 웹사이트 사용 시 다양한 편의 기능 제공과 논문투고관리시스템에 접근성 기능을 안내하고, 학회 및 학술DB사마다 한국형 VPAT 제출을 의무화해야 한다.

Along with the recent growth of Fintech industry and low interest rate basis, one of the alternative investment technique for expecting higher investment profit, P2P loan using P2P financial system is greatly increasing. P2P loan can be referred to as a type of Crowdfunding that the law of Crowdfunding (adopted to revised Capital Market Act) enacted on January 25th 2016 only allows investment type Crowdfunding so that it can be used as a tool of raising fund for startup and venture companies. Also, it is true that Korean government could not make any legislative foundation related to P2P loan. At this moment, those online platform companies mediating P2P loan are not included as financial companies, expected to cause various legal arguments. Financial Services Commission has released a guideline in February of this year saying that limit of P2P loan is 10 million Korean Won per arbitrating company and 5 million Korean Won per borrower. However, what is more important is to make a law supporting this institutional system. If legislation on P2P loan is implemented without care, it may disturb growth of the field but it may result in the damage of investors if not clearly defined by law. As this is the case, first, "revision of execution regulations for loan business" should take place as soon as possible to intensify inspection of loan companies by registering them to Financial Services Commission. Second, saving customer fund separately in the their organization. Third, making law on protecting investors such as regulating exaggerative advertisement. Fourth, to have transparent and fair public announcement system, standardized agreement and guideline describing clear understanding on autonomous public information publication of P2P loan online platform business and information on the borrower.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

As an exploratory study, the purpose of this study was twofold. First, to show the process for developing a pathfinder with for assessing how the end users analyze a pathfinder ("a usability test"). Second, to provide a pathfinder for fashion marketing fields. Organised especially for students of the Fashion Graduate School in Dongduk Women's University, this pathfinder included books, periodicals, Internet web sites, online stores, brands, and apparel organizations. Participants in the test evaluated the pathfinder with medium to high grade in terms of contents, classification, and quantity of resources. In particular, they acknowledged the usefulness of a pathfinder. The results could provide helpful guidelines for the design of pathfinders. In addition, this publication provides additional information that focuses on fashion marketing fields.

최근 학술정보를 보다 체계적으로 관리하고, 세계화하려는 노력들이 범국가적인 차원에서 진행되고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 기관에서 학회지의 국제화를 위한 노력을 지원하고 가이드라인을 만들어 제시하고 있다. 학술지가 세계화되기 위해서는 온라인 심사 시스템의 도입과 학회지에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 웹싸이트의 개설 그리고 학술지의 영문화가 필요하며, 또한 이에 걸맞는 연구자들의 윤리 의식도 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 본 글을 통하여 저자는 현재 대한소아치과학회지의 실태를 점검해보고, 앞으로 우리 학회가 지향해야할 바를 점검해 보았다.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate oriental medical research on dysmenorrhea published within 10 years to analyze the trends of study on dysmenorrhea at home and abroad for progress in future clinical research. Methods & Results: Publication research was carried out on several online database systems using keywords like 'dysmenorrhea', 'traditional medicine', 'herb', 'acupuncture', 'CAM', 'complementary and alternative medicine', 'moxibustion' within 10 years(2002-2012). 32 Korean journal articles and 29 oversea journal articles were selected. Conclusions: This study concludes that more well-designed randomized-controlled studies and diverse approaches are necessary to make accumulation of evidence on oriental medical therapy of dysmenorrhea.

Since 1903, the International Dairy Federation (IDF) has been providing information on policies, standards, and regulations of the dairy industries to reach a global consensus on how to help feed the world with safe and sustainable dairy products. The 2021 IDF Global Dairy Conference was held in Copenhagen, Denmark with the theme of 'A Changing Climate for Dairy' for three days from the 13^th to the 15^th of October. Over 350 worldwide participants came together were expected to come together with several hundred additional online participants. An interesting topic among those presented at the conference was artificial milk at the Processing & Technology session on October 14^th. Dr. Eisner presented "Milk by Fermentation", in which he presented the technique of culturing and manufacturing artificial milk, based on artificially producing the caseins and enzymes through precision fermentation, which is suitable for making artificial cheeses. During the conference, the IDF launched the latest edition of the publication on global dairy markets, titled the World Dairy Situation Report 2021. According to report, South Korea is ranked 3^rd in the world for cheese imports.

본 논문에서는 H공공도서관의 도서관 온라인 열람목록(OPAC) 시스템에 구축되어 있는 장서와 대출기록 및 이용자 데이터를 수집하여 이를 분석하고 그 결과를 공공도서관 운영에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 수집된 자료는 H도서관에서 소장하고 있는 대출이 가능한 단행본 총 57,927권의 서지데이타와 11,871명의 이용자 데이터, 대출기록 27,145건이었다. 대출기록 분석 데이터에서 관계변수로 장서유형, 대출빈도, 대출권수와 대출횟수, 출판년도, 이용요인을 추출하여 상관계수와 비모수검증법 등의 다양한 통계적 기법으로 분석하였다.
