IT and e-business is a hot issue of the world business and economic communities. The web site is the portal through which most of electronic transactions are conducted today. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate on factors influencing the web site development at the firms in Korea. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & post to 281 firms that have implemented web site. Out of 44 responded questionnaires, 39 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPPSSWin 10.1. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of web site development : (1) support of top management, (2) information technologies maturity, (3) strategic utilization of web site, (4) strength of rivalry among competing firm, (5) support policy of the government. Results of this study show that information technologies maturity and strategic utilization of web site positively influence on web site development. But support of top management, strength of rivalry among competing firm and support policy of the government don't influence on web site development. This study may provide a guideline to improve the quality of web site development.

Finding the factors to affect the success of the business web sites is critical to enhance their competitiveness. This paper categorizes these factors into 4 quality measures: system, information, service and entertainment. The success is measured via user's satisfaction and loyalty. It surveys 474 Internet users to explore the effect of the quality measures on web site success. We confirm the causal effect of quality factors on users' satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, a comparative study is performed for web site types, such as finance, e-commerce(shopping mall), and entertainment. We note that the effect differs in web site types.

건축물이 대형화, 고층화되는 현 상황에서는 재건축의 효용성이 감소되므로 구조물의 수명연장을 위한 콘크리트 품질관리의 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 콘크리트는 시멘트의 수화 반응에 의해 강도가 발휘되며 온도에 따른 품질변화가 매우 큰 재료로서 한중과 서중 같은 시공환경에서 품질문제가 많이 유발된다. 특히 서중환경에 대해서는 콘크리트 표준시방서와 현장별 특기시방서 및 시공계획서 등으로 현장을 관리하고 있으나, 이에 대한규정이 명확하지 않아 현장별로 뚜렷한 기준 없이 임의로 시공되어 품질이 일정하지 않고 각종 하자가 발생하는 실정이다. 이에 서중 환경이 콘크리트의 시공환경과 어떤 관련성이 있는지에 대해 전국 8개 대도시의 기상자료를 중심으로 적용기간과 일수를 조사하고 분석한 결과 대구가 가장 긴 지역으로 판명되었다. 따라서 이 지역의 콘크리트 양생공정에 대한 현장 품질관리 실태를 조사하여 품질관리상 문제점을 파악하고, 그 해결방안이 될 기초 자료를 도출하였다. 또한, 서중 콘크리트 시공에 있어 현장별로 상이하게 적용되고 있는 양생공정의 품질관리 기준을 통합하여 균일한 품질 확보와 하자발생을 줄이기 위해 현장에서 가장 시급히 보완되어야 할 부분에 대한 현장시험과 품질관리 항목의 분석을 통하여 서중 환경시 양생공정의 시공지침과 시공계획서 작성에 필요한 콘크리트 품질관리에 관하여 연구한 논문이다.

Purpose: This study is aimed at showing the effect of work-site health promotion programs for health promoting behavior, cholesterol, and quality of life of middle-aged workers. Method: Thirty-one middle-aged workers were the experimental group and thirty-one were the control group. The 8-week work-site health promotion program was given to the experimental group. After this, health promoting behavior, cholesterol and quality of life were measured by questionnaires for the experimental and control groups. Health promotion theory, flexibility and muscle strength, aerobic exercise, nutrition, stress management, cancer prevention and early detection, smoking and alcohol problems, and summary lecture were all included in the 8-week work-site health promotion program. Health promoting behavior was measured by Park's HPBS, cholesterol was measured by enzyme method, and quality of life was measured by Ro's QOL. Result: The experimental group showed a higher score of health promoting behavior than the control group. There were no differences on cholesterol and quality of life between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: It is necessary that nurses provide middle-aged workers with work-site health promotion programs to improve health promoting behavior. It's necessary also to re-study this with the pre-post research design.

This paper is aimed to exam factors in the perceived service quality of web portal site and to analyze their effects on customer satisfaction. And this paper analysis satisfaction effects on revisit intention. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of service quality. Form literature survey, we drawn core factors. They are convenience, technologies, valuable of contents and service, communication, positioning. These core factors will affect on customer trust, satisfaction and satisfaction will affect on revisit intention. This study examined previous studies and summarized core factor in perceived service quality of web portal site. Fourteenth hypothesis were developed. Data for empirical testing were collected through survey to portal sites user. The results of this study are as follows; First, we find that service, communication and positioning have positive influence on the trust. Second, convenience, valuable of contents and postioning factors have a positive influence on the satisfaction. Third, it is shown that satisfaction have a positive influence on the revisit intention.

우리나라 건설공사의 품질관리체계는 관련법에 근거한 규정의 조합과 시공자가 구축한 ISO/KS A 9001에 의한 품질경영 시스템의 운용에 의한 방법의 혼합형이다. 이 두 가지의 품질확보체계는 상호 보완적이며 통합된 체계로 운영되어야 하나, 시공자의 품질경영시스템을 활용하지 못하고 법에서 정한 기준과 방법, 절차 등의 규정에 따라 모든 공사에 있어서 일상화된 품질관리업무가 수행되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 ISO규격이 도입된 이래 지난 10여 년간 계속된 문제점으로 개선이 요구되고 있다. 품질관리의 철저를 목표로 고객 만족을 위한 예방적 품질관리사고를 정착하는 일은 건설산업의 당면과제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설현장 의 실무자를 대상으로 품질관리 관련 의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 건설공사 품질관리 체계의 운용에 대한 만족도를 정리하고, 나아가 향후의 개선방안에 대한 논점을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, research on digital twins to generate digital information and manage construction in real-time using advanced technology is being conducted actively. However, in the construction industry, it is difficult to optimize and apply digital technology in real-time due to the nature of the construction industry in which information is constantly fluctuating. In addition, inaccurate information on the topography of construction projects is a major challenge for earthmoving processes. In order to ultimately improve the cost-effectiveness of construction projects, both construction quality and productivity should be addressed through efficient construction information management in large-scale earthworks projects. Therefore, in this study, a 3D digital map-based AR site management work support system for higher efficiency and accuracy of site management was proposed by using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in wide earthworks construction sites to generate point cloud data, building a 3D digital map through acquisition and analysis of on-site sensor-based information, and performing the visualization with AR at the site By utilizing the 3D digital map-based AR site management work support system proposed in this study, information is able to be provided quickly to field managers to enable an intuitive understanding of field conditions and immediate work processing, thereby reducing field management sluggishness and limitations of traditional information exchange systems. It is expected to contribute to the improvement of productivity by overcoming factors that decrease productivity in the construction industry and the improvement of work efficiency at construction sites.

Water quality improvement projects are being implemented without predicting the effect of water quality improvement on Lake Sapgyo. As the method of selecting the target stream for the effective conduct of water quality improvement projects the method of rating the streams were studied. To build a stream grading method, 60 major streams in the Lake Sapgyo system were monitored. The selection method of rivers subject to priority management for water quality improvement was applied to the stream grading method using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analysis of importance by site by stream grading method revealed the following: water quality (36.0%), flow (26.1%), travel load (13.4%), TMDL density (12.0%), TMDL (8.9%), and area (3.7%). The pollution level of the river was scored by using the stream grading method, and the ranking of 51 streams was calculated. Based on this, the group was classified into six grades (A-F). Among the groups, the F and E groups were selected as the priority management streams. Cheonan-Cheon (Cheonan City) was selected as the first stream to establish water quality improvement measures in the Lake Sapgyo system, and Seowoo-Cheon (Dangjin City) was selected as the second site, and Oncheon-Cheon (Asan City) was selected as the third site. Each local government is expected to improve the water quality improvement effect with limited resources when establishing and implementing water quality improvement measures for the streams (F group, E group) to be managed in this study.

The AS9100 standard builds upon the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements(in their entirety) and defines additional quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry. The 9100 standard on quality management system requirements is intended to be used at all levels of the supplier chain. The International Aerospace Quality Group has released a revision to 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industries. This change aims at improvement on quality, schedule and cost performance by adopting new requirements based on stakeholders' needs. This paper is to review how the AS9100 QMS Requirement has been established and improved, and to communicate the significant changes from AS9100, Rev. B to Rev. C focusing on reasons for revisions. The proposed schedule and considerations on the transition of the changes to Rev. C are also dealt with in this paper.

산업과 IT기술의 융합으로 현대사회는 급속하게 발전하고 있으며, 그 이면에는 기본 인프라를 제공해 주는 건설 공사의 역할이 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 최근 들어 건설공사의 복잡화 및 대형화, 첨단화에 따라 품질향상을 위한 제도 개선 등 관리의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 그러나 건설현장에서 품질관리의 이슈가 발생할 경우 이를 해결하기 위하여 많은 시간이 소요되고 있는 것이 현실로서, 건설 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 다양한 시스템이 유기적으로 연결되어 최적의 의사결정을 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 RESTful_API 기반의 GCM 푸쉬 알람 서비스를 이용한 품질관리 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 건설 회사의 품질관리실과 프로젝트 매니저가 의사결정에 이용할 수 있는 모델로서, 건설현장의 프로젝트 관리에 적용할 경우 더욱 효율적이고 안전한 건설공사 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
