Flow injection analysis technique for monitoring of xylitol concentrations in biological processes has been developed using xylitol oxidase (XYO) immobilized on VA-Epoxy Biosynth carrier. The immobilized XYO cartridge has been integrated into a FIA system with an oxygen electrode and systematically investigated with regards to the factors which can affect the activity of the immobilized XYO, such as pH, temperature, salt concentration etc. The activity of the immobilized XYO increased with the temperature ($19.0 - 29.0^{circ}C$) and sample injection volume ($75-250\muL$) and molarity of potassium phosphate buffer (0.1-1 M), but it reached the highest value at pH 8.5. The XYO-FIA system has been also applied for on-line monitoring of xylitol concentrations in a reactor and showed good operational stability and agreement with off-line data measured with HPLC.
The purposes of this study are following. First, we want to review the relationship between trust and precedent variables including shared value, communication and opportunistic behavior in the on-line and off-line channel. Second, building the relationship among variables from previous research, we develop the research model. Third, based on the empirical analysis, we want to build the relationship among variables. Fourth, based on results of analysis, we want to elicit implications for marketing management from the trust in on-line channel in order to enhance the relationship commitment and customer loyalty. Theoretical implications of this study are following. First, under the multiple channel retailing environment, trust in on-line channel is influenced by the trust in off-line channel that the company is operating. Previous researches couldn't found this result because these researches divided on-line and off-line channel separatedly, Second, under the multiple channel retailing environment, on-line or off-line relational attributes including shared value, opportunistic behavior and communication have a effect on trust or relationship commitment So, shared value, opportunistic behavior and communication are very important variables having a effect on trust and relationship commitment in not only off-line channel but also on-line channel. Third, trust and relationship commitment were important mediate variables in multiple channel environment. This result goes with previous researches in single channel.
This study investigated four electric field configurations of two-dimensional accelerate lithium migration technique (ALMT), including line-to-line, plane-to-line, contour-to-line and plane-to-plane, and analyzed the ion migration behavior and efficiency. It was found that the free ion distribution diagram and voltage distribution diagram were similar, and ions migrated in the power line direction. The electrode modules were used for the mortar specimen with w/c ratio of 0.5. The effectively processed areas accounted for 14.1%, 39.0%, 49.4% and 51.4% of total area respectively on Day 28. Larger electrode area was more advantageous to ion migration. In addition, it was proved that the two-dimensional electric field could be divided into different equifield line active regions, and regarded as affected by one-dimensional electric field, and the ion migration results in various equifield line active regions were predicted by using the duration analysis method based on the theoretical model of ion migration obtained from one-dimensional test.

In this research on-line model for the prediction of the effective strain distribution in strip on finishing mill process is presented. To describe the effective strain distribution in strip, three guide points and a distribution fitting variable are used. On-line models to get these points and fitting variable non-dimensionalization method and least square method were used with FEM simulation results. The model is developed using strip only FEM simulation as reference sets and compared with roll coupled FEM simulation results as perturbed sets. The on-line model to describe effective strain distribution shows good agreement with coupled FEM analysis results.
This study deals with analysis of material from in Tube manufacturing line. This line is a multi product flow ship type production line, which consists of 5 steps of work station. Some work stations involve in unnecessary moving activities of workers and much work in-process storage due to the non-systematic material flow with respect to the different lot size production of multi-items. To improve productivity for this line, one alternative is considered such as grouping two work stations by using GT and JIT concepts. Also, feasibility analysis for this alternative is performed using and simulation model built by SIMAN IV simulation language.

This study was done to analyze the surface development of upper arm for planning sleeve armhole line. The major conclusions of this study are: 1. The surface development by arm movements made the expansion and contraction of upper arm surface changes easily visible. Armhole lines of 90$^{\circ}$and 135$^{\circ}$~180$^{\circ}$movements deviated from those of standard posture. 2. According to regression analysis, armhole lines on the upper arm were adapted to sleeve patten, following the axillary circumference line changed to biceps line. Sleeve cap length ranged from armhole/4+2.5cm to armhole/4$\pm$0.5cm. 3. Compared to Rim's pattern method, ascending and descending amounts of armhole lines were represented as fixed values.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to optimize the configuration of body RF coil composed of 4 planar subcoils for low field open MRI. Method: Our low field RE coil is composed of 4 subcoils assumed to be located at both the bottom and top sides of permanent magnet. Each subcoils has 3 main strips. The coil system has mirror inversion symmetry. First, the currents on the strips are obtained by inductance calculation and circuit analysis, Second, all the strips are divided into line strip elements across the strips, the self Inductances of line strip elements and the mutual inductances among the line strip elements are calculated, and current distributions of strip are obtained by circuit analysis, where each strip is considered as parallel combination of line strip elements. Finally all the line strip elements are segmented, magnetic field has been calculated by pseudo electric dipole radiation method, where the current elements are regarded as pseudo electric dipole radiation sources. We have performed above procedures for various configurations of RE coil. The field homogeneity is calculated in the 25 cm DSV.
Line observations of young stellar objects (YSOs) at (sub)millimeter wavelengths provide essential information of gas kinematics in star and planet forming environments. For Class 0 and I YSOs, identification of Keplerian rotation is of particular interest, because it reveals presence of rotationally-supported disks that are still being embedded in infalling envelopes and enables us to dynamically measure the protostellar mass. We have developed a python library SLAM (Spectral Line Analysis/Modeling) with a primary focus on analyses of emission line data at (sub)millimeter wavelengths. Here, we present an overview of the pvanalysis tool from SLAM, which is designed to identify Keplerian rotation of a disk and measure the dynamical mass of a central object using a position-velocity (PV) diagram of emission line data. The advantage of this tool is that it analyzes observational features of given data and thus requires few computational time and parameter assumptions, in contrast to detailed radiative transfer modelings. In this article, we introduce the basic concept and usage of this tool, present an application to observational data, and discuss remaining caveats.

In this paper, the necessity for the identification of the absolute phase value is introduced and analyzed for a particular conductor line of a 3-phase type distribution network and the recent methods are also introduced. For the determination of the exact phase value for a specific point in the line, as compared with the phase reference point, the measured phase value must be within a range of ${\pm}60[^{\circ}]$. However, the phase of a particular point can fluctuate depending on the line constant, transformer wiring method, line length, line amperage, etc. A theoretical formulation such as Simulink modeling and analysis for a distribution network are conducted for the identification of phase at a specific point in the line. In particular, through evaluating the effects of unbalanced current loads at the time of determination of the phase value, the limitations of the present method for the determination of phases is described.
Piping work of large ships or offshore plants is often done in a narrow and confined space, requiring precise bending and safety. In order to realize an accurate bending angle, it is very important to predict and correct a deformation that may be caused by elasticity in the bending process, that is, an angular deviation due to springback. Therefore, by using CAE analysis to develop a correction angle model for springback based on multiple tube bending angles and using trend line data derived from this correction angle model, at bending the tube as the diameter of the base former and the tube outer diameter change, the springback compensation angle at any angle can be obtained. In this study, the bending mechanism was analyzed to increase the bending precision, and a correction angle model was developed and a trend line was derived in consideration of springback occurring in the bending process. In order to derive a more accurate and reliable trend line, a tube tensile test was performed, and the reliability of the corrected angle trend line was verified by comparing the bending angle measurement and analysis results with a 3D scanner.
