This study examines the characteristics of agricultural extension in developed countries to provide the direction for the development of Korean agricultural extension system. The study, then, examines the validity for the localization of agricultural extension system. The study undertakes mil surveys of 314 persons in extension offices, administration offices, National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, agricultural school and colleges. The study justifies the localization of extension system in the long run but not in the short run. It finds the localization within next two years as suggested by central government is not appropriate and suggests the localization after the local government has settled down.

Jedoguk and Jaesiljaesanjeongriguk were the offices related to the reorganization of the royal finance during the Residency-General period and surveyed royal facilities. Jedoguk surveyed palaces, offices and royal ritual facilities in the manner of traditional survey. However, Jaesiljaesajeongriguk which is the successor office to Jedoguk surveyed royal facilities using the modern surveying techniques and figured out the value of royal facilities. In 1908, most of the royal facilities were nationalized and were managed as government property by Takjibu. These nationalized royal facilities were used new modern facilities under the rule of Japanese.

Planning information generated during initial architectural design phases significantly influences subsequent phases, and is implemented into architectural design models during the design process. However, failures to manage and use planning information in Korean design offices remain common. Current design tools that incorporate planning information also do not address the issue of interoperability during the life cycles of buildings. To address these problems, the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) extension model was developed to accommodate the need to manage and use planning information for cooperation between design offices carrying out multidisciplinary tasks. This paper introduces a purpose-built software tool that implements the IFC model and demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed method with the software tool.

Recently, the circuits of fluorescent light-switches are separated for window-light, middle-lights, or corridor-light, etc in most offices and classrooms in this country. Although it is clean and shiny - more than standard intensity of illumination, it is common that fluorescent lights on the side of window are lighted. In this case, we can use a fluorescent light with a sensor, which is turned on and off automatically according to the amount of sunlight. I think that this plan can save energy, reduce the budget, and increase the effect of education. and so I studied on this plan.
