In this paper, a new stereo object extraction algorithm using a block-based MSE (mean square error) algorithm and the configuration parameters of a stereo camera is proposed. That is, by applying the SSD algorithm between the initial reference image and the next stereo input image, location coordinates of a target object in the right and left images are acquired and then with these values, the pan/tilt system is controlled. And using the moving angle of this pan/tilt system and the configulation parameters of the stereo camera system, the mask window size of a target object is adaptively determined. The newly segmented target image is used as a reference image in the next stage and it is automatically updated in the course of target tracking basing on the same procedure. Meanwhile, a target object is under tracking through continuously controlling the convergence and FOV by using the sequentiall extracted location coordinates of a moving target.

Field investigations of forests are carried out by writing measured data by hand, and it is a hassle to reorganize the results after a field survey. In this study, a method using object modeling and augmented reality (AR) was applied in a test forest to increase the efficiency of a field investigations. Using a 3D laser scanner, data on were acquired 387 trees within an area of 1 ha at the study site. The coordinates, height, and diameter were calculated through object extraction and modeling of a tree. The proposed can reduce the time required to acquire data in the field and can be used as basic data for building related systems. In addition, the modeling results of trees and a survey using GNSS and AR techniques can be used check coordinates, labor, and attribute information, such as the chest height diameter of the trees being surveyed in the field. The shortcomings of the survey method could be improved. In the future, the method could greatly improve the efficiency of tree surveys and monitoring by reducing the manpower and time required for field surveys.

This paper presents an experimental model-based vision system which can identify and locate object in scenes containing multiple occluded parts. The objent are assumed to be regid, planar parta. In any recognition system the type of object that might appear in the image dictates the type of knowledge that is needed to recognize the object. The data is reduced to a seguential list of points or pixel that appear on the boundary of the objects. Next the boundary of the object is smoothed using a polygonal approximation algorithm. Recognition consists in finding the prototype that matches model to image. The best match is obtained by optimising some similarity measure.

Representation through 3d digital modeler of polygon, Nurbs and street-sheet program(x,y,z coordinates & Network way of points) etc. of main work. Investigator specified numbers of U profiles*30, V point-20 that is 600 Paramaters individual in volume, and define circle radius of lighting in object, Projection size variously and tried difference. Transposition cell to point and Heightened brightness of color using pointillism of painting. Led lighting cell object is expressed being decoded by digital code.
An object-oriented design was carried out for the digital photogrammetric processes. Classes were identified and implemented to develop an integrated digital photogrammetry system using a 3 dimensional self-calibration model for CCD cameras. This integrated system is deemed to be a significant progress from the conventional photogrammetric system which is a series of discrete processes. Object oriented methodology was selected for the implementation of the integrated photogrammetric system because it would be a very complex task to get the same result using a procedural programming language. Besides the simplification of development effort, object oriented methodology has further benefits of better management of program in case when updates to parts of the program are necessary. Using the classes designed in this study, a 3 dimensional self-calibration model was developed for a CCD camera. Classes for data input and image handling as well as classes for bundle adjustment were implemented. The bundle adjustment system was further enhanced with member functions to handle additional parameters for principal point coordinates and focal length, thereby, enabling the application to non-metric CCD cameras.

Transformers are the most famous deep learning models that has achieved great success in natural language processing and also showed good performance on computer vision. In this survey, we categorized transformer-based models for computer vision, particularly object detection tasks and perform comprehensive comparative experiments to understand the characteristics of each model. Next, we evaluated the models subdivided into standard transformer, with key point attention, and adding attention with coordinates by performance comparison in terms of object detection accuracy and real-time performance. For performance comparison, we used two metrics: frame per second (FPS) and mean average precision (mAP). Finally, we confirmed the trends and relationships related to the detection and real-time performance of objects in several transformer models using various experiments.
This paper deals with a new method to derive the Generalized Jacobian Matrix of a space robot. In a conventional method to derive the Generalized Jacobian Matrix, generalized coordinates select Joint angles and a space robot body's position and attitude angle. But, in this paper, we select position and attitude angle of the end-effector or the handled floating object as generalized coordinates. Then, we can derive the Generalized Jacobian Matrix of the system which consists of several space robots and a handled floating object. Moreover control methods operated by only one space robot can be easily extended to the cases of cooperation task by several space robots. Computer simulations show that the Generalized Jacobian Matrix derived here is effective.

In this paper, we propose a traffic accident detection on vehicle-mounted camera. In the proposed method, the minimum bounding box coordinates the central coordinates on the bird's eye view and motion vectors of each vehicle object, and ego-motions of the vehicle equipped with dash-cam are extracted from the dash-cam video. By using extracted 4 kinds features as the input of Bi-LSTM (bidirectional LSTM), the accident probability (score) is predicted. To investigate the effect of each input feature on the probability of an accident, we analyze the performance of the detection the case of using a single feature input and the case of using a combination of features as input, respectively. And in these two cases, different detection models are defined and used. Bi-LSTM is used as a cascade, especially when a combination of the features is used as input. The proposed method shows 76.1% precision and 75.6% recall, which is superior to our previous work.

Previous alerting service based on LBS was caused severe overload problem of server by using the method to confirm the location of each moving object on server. In this paper, by loading an App on smart moving object, we proposed a novel algorithm named ADAS(Active Disaster Alert Service) for accessing to the server site with oneself location information as needed and implemented the disaster alerting service system with visualization for user. In the proposed method, running App access to the server periodically with the present location coordinate gained from GPS module or network module and the ID of moving object. Then, the server compare the present location coordinate of moving object and the coordinates of disasters registered in DIDB and transmit the n NDIs existed in near distance orderly from the coordinate of present moving object to the client. The App compares the coordinate of present location for moving object and the coordinates of NDI is transmitted from server by real time and executes the service with classifying levels of alert into three steps such as danger, carefulness and safety. And new NDIs are gained by accessing DIDB on Server periodically during running App. Therefore, this will be become a novel method for reducing fundamentally the server overload problem in comparison with previous alerting service that the career of moving object is managed on server.

The intelligent robots that will be needed in the near future are human-friendly robots that are able to coexist with humans and support humans effectively. To realize this, robots need to recognize their position and posture in known environment as well as unknown environment. Moreover, it is necessary for their localization to occur naturally. It is desirable for a robot to estimate of his position by solving uncertainty for mobile robot navigation, as one of the best important problems. In this paper, we describe a method for the localization of a mobile robot using image information of a moving object. This method combines the observed position from dead-reckoning sensors and the estimated position from the images captured by a fixed camera to localize a mobile robot. Using the a priori known path of a moving object in the world coordinates and a perspective camera model, we derive the geometric constraint equations which represent the relation between image frame coordinates for a moving object and the estimated robot's position. Since the equations are based or the estimated position, the measurement error may exist all the time. The proposed method utilizes the error between the observed and estimated image coordinates to localize the mobile robot. The Kalman filter scheme is applied for this method. its performance is verified by the computer simulation and the experiment.
