This Study discuss exploring normative-prescriptive factors after the themes on Organizational learning categorize two descriptive/explanatory-perspectives, prescriptive/normative dimension. The former would contain information processing model, theory of action, organizing in organization, while Senge's suggestion on Learning Organization may compose the latter. Each perspective is reconstructed and reinterpreted into the causal mapping relationship founded on system thinking and SD. Underlying on the former try to discovery validities of the latter. But this study only put forward the integral-dynamic model of organizational learning without empirical simulation.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate depression of mothers with children in early childhood and to identify predictors by income level. Within five years of Kim Jong-un's rise to power, North Korea conducted four nuclear tests and launched the Hwasong-15, an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), in 2017, declaring the completion of its nuclear forces. During the period when Kim Jong-un completed nuclear forces to maintain the regime, foreign policy factors of the United States, China, Russia, and South Korea drove North Korea's accelerated nuclear development. The main motivating factors were the hostile policies and external threats as security factors. The completion of nuclear forces is also the result of the interplay of domestic political factors, normative factors, and hereditary factors. North Korea has been developing nuclear weapons and missiles for the survival of its regime. To achieve lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula, a new modus vivendi must be sought. It is necessary to set the ultimate goal of North Korea's complete denuclearization and engage in strategic thinking for a realistic and effective phased approach.
The main objectives of this study were to (1) examine and compare the importance of store attributes, store commitment, store attitude, and revisit intention concerning Korean mass cosmetic brand stores between female teenage consumers and those in 20's, and (2) investigate and compare the two groups in terms of the influences of five store commitment factors on store attitude and revisit intention. On-line surveys were conducted by the marketing research company, and a total of 354 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The results showed several significant differences between the female consumer groups in 10's and 20's. The teenage respondents placed greater importance on all store attributes except price and sales, and showed higher commitment in terms of affective commitment, and normative commitment factors than the respondents in 20's. For the teenage respondents, all four commitment factors except the normative commitment significantly influenced their store attitude and revisit intention, while the affective commitment factor did not have significant influence on either store attitude and revisit intention for the group in 20's. Normative commitment factor also did not have significant influence on revisit intention of the group in 20's. For both age groups, the negative affects of the forced commitment on store attitude and revisit intention were found.
This research empirically investigated the influence factors on the activation of environmental innovations (EI) in Korean manufacturing firms. In this study, external factors (compulsory demand, government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure) and internal factors (environmental resources, top management support, integration of environmental tasks, capabilities of environmental personnel, and environmental strategy/environmental management systems) were totally considered. The results of a multiple regression analysis showed that influence factors such as top management support, environmental resources and integration of environmental tasks have a significant and positive impact on levels of EI. However, the effects of external factors were not statistically significant. We also examined whether capabilities of environmental personnel as well as environmental resources, which are directly related with degrees of EI, have a moderating impact on relationships between other internal factors and levels of EI. With a subgroup analysis, the moderating role of abilities of environmental personnel were empirically confirmed. Through a multiple regression analysis, the direct effects of external factors on the adoption or construction of internal factors were demonstrated. The effects of government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure on internal factors were significant and positive. It was also found that external factors have indirect effects on EI through internal factors. Finally, the results of multiple regression analyses indicated that EI positively influences the achievement of environmental competitive benefits, and environmental competitive advantages can improve the organizational performance of a firm.

This study develops normative scores of the Infant/Toddler version of the Home Observation for Measurement of the Environment (IT-HOME) inventory for Korean infants and toddlers. We selected 482 0- to 36-month-old infants and families by a stratified sampling procedure that considered residency, age, and gender of children. The pass rate, discrimination rate, and internal consistency were analyzed for the item analysis. Statistical validity included intercorrelation among the IT-HOME subscales, correlation between IT-HOME scores and environmental status variables, and correlation between IT-HOME and Korean Bayley Scales of Infant Development second edition (K-BSID-II) scores. Normative scores were prepared by percentile ranks. The results of this study were as follows: First, 45 items were acceptable for Korean subjects with few exceptions. IT-HOME was developed to screen unfavorable environmental factors during infancy; therefore, items such as 12, 17, 23, 39, 44 need to be retained even though they had low discriminating power. Second, IT-HOME subscales were correlated, and IT-HOME was significantly related to parents' education level, household income level, and infant' developmental levels. Third, percentile scores and the median of each IT-HOME subscales were suggested as normative scores. We discussed the normative scores of the IT-HOME to screen the quality of home environments for children aged 0-36 months in Korea, and provide the intervention basis for the at-risk population.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the influence of nursing work environment and social support on multidimensional organizational commitment among nurses. Methods: The survey was conducted in August 2012 with self-report questionnaire. Participants were 480 registered nurses working in one general hospital. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN(16.0). Results: The average scores were; for affective commitment 2.84, for continuance commitment 2.48, and for normative commitment 2.57. There were significant relationships between affective, continuance, normative commitment and sub-factors of nursing work environment and social support. The affective, continuance, and normative commitment were all influenced by 'staffing and resource adequacy' and 'nursing foundations for quality of care', sub-factors of nursing work environment. Distinctively, affective commitment was influenced by 'staffing and resource adequacy', nurses' age, 'nurse-doctor relations', 'supervisor's emotional support', 'nurse participation in hospital affairs', 'nursing foundations for quality of care', and 'supervisor's informational support', which explained 30.9% of variance in affective commitment(F=31.57, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings show that programs which promote supervisors' emotional and informational support are important to enhance nurses' affective commitment. Also, it is necessary to improve nursing work environment to improve nurses' organizational commitment.

This thesis investigates influential attributes in clothing purchase through the examination of questionnaire concerning consumer satisfaction at the point of purchase, and clarifies the relationship between consumer satisfaction at the point of purchase and that in wearing. The results are as follows; 1. At interest stage, color, beauty, becomingness and suitability to occasion are influential (in this order): at trial stage, becomingess, color, others' reaction and fit: at adaption stage, color, becomingness, beauty, fit. 2. According to canonical analysis, consumer satisfaction at the point of purchase and that in wearing are closely related. (RCI = .97) It suggests that satisfaction in wearing depends largely on satisfaction at the point of purchase. 3. General satisfaction in wearing is closely related with such factors as predictive expecta-tion, satisfaction at the point of purchase, predictive disconfirmation, normative disconfirrna-tion, and product performance. According to repression results, those factors can explain $79\%$ of satisfaction ill wearing (R = .79). Above all, product performance and normative disconfirmation are highly influential.
